New chelating ligands consisting of three β-diketone fragments, viz., 1,3,5-tris[(acetylaceton-3-yl)methyl]benzene, 1,3,5-tris[(benzoylaceton-3-yl)methyl]benzene, and 1,3,5-tris[(dibenzoylmethan-1-yl)methyl]benzene, linked to each other through the mesitylene spacer were synthesized by the reaction of 1,3,5-tris(bromomethyl)benzene with the corresponding β-diketone sodium salt. The acidity of these compounds and their complexation properties were studied by pH-potentiometry in aqueous-ethanol solutions. Tris(β-diketones) form mononuclear complexes with lanthanide ions, whose stability increases in the series La3+ < Gd3+ < Lu3+. 1,3,5-Tris[(acetylaceton-3-yl)methyl]benzene forms both mononuclear and polynuclear complexes with the Ni2+ and Cu2+ ions. The stability constants and selectivity of complex formation increase substantially with an increase in the degree of deprotonation of the ligands, thus indicating that all deprotonated chelate groups are involved in coordination with the metal ion. The replacement of the methyl groups by the phenyl substituents in the β-diketone fragments of the molecules affects substantially the composition and stability of the complexes formed. Diels-Alder reaction of cyclopentadiene and methyl N-carbobenzyloxy-2-iminoacetate generated in situ from methyl 2-chloro-N-carbobenzyloxyglycinate by triethylamine gave the N-carbobenzyloxy unsaturated bicyclic proline ester. This was converted in two steps to 2-azabicylo[2.2.1]heptane-3-carboxylic acid. In contrast to N-carbobenzyloxy-L-proline methyl ester, the corresponding bicyclic proline ester was resistant to hydrolysis catalyzed by carboxypeptidase Y.  相似文献

The eleven-step preparation of the bicyclic 2-pyridone dipeptide mimetic 1 [(3S)-6-(benzyloxycarbonylamino)-5-oxo-1,2,3,5-tetrahydroindolizine-3-carboxylic acid] in optically active form (60% ee) is described. Key steps in the synthesis of 1 include the osmium-catalyzed asymmetric dihydroxylation of olefin 13 [(6-but-3-enyl-2-methoxypyridin-3-yl)carbamic acid benzyl ester] and the intramolecular cyclization of protected diol 19 [(3'R)-[6-[4'-(tert-butyldimethylsilanyloxy)-3'-hydroxybutyl]-2-methoxypyridin-3-yl]carbamic acid benzyl ester] to afford the pyridinium salt 20 [(3S)-[3-(tert-butyldimethylsilanyloxymethyl)-5-methoxy-2,3-dihydro-1H-indolizin-6-yl]carbamic acid benzyl ester trifuoromethanesulfonic acid salt]. Several alternate methods to prepare olefin 13 are also discussed.  相似文献

Condensation of a silylated beta-D-galactopyranosylaldehyde (3) with isolevoglucosenone (4) in the presence of Et(2)AlI provided bicyclic enone 5. Subsequent addition of BnNHOMe gave adduct 6, which was converted into 4-O-acetyl-1,6-anhydro-3-C-[(1 R)-1,3,4,5,7-penta-O-acetyl-2,6-anhydro-D-glycero-L-manno-heptitol-1-C-yl]-2-azido-2,3-dideoxy-beta-D-galacto-hexopyranose after liberation of the 2-amino group, its transformation into a 2-azido moiety, desilylation, and peracetylation. Ring-opening of the 1,6-anhydro galactopyranosyl unit and O-glycosidation with Fmoc-Ser-O-tBu afforded a 5:1 mixture of alpha- and beta-galactosides. Treatment with CH(3)COSH gave pure N-[(9H-fluoren-9-ylmethoxy)carbonyl]-{4,6-di-O-acetyl-3-C-[(1 R)-2,6-anhydro 1,3,4,5,7-penta-O-acetyl-D-glycero-L-manno-heptitol-1-C-yl]-2-[(N-acetyl)amino]-2,3-dideoxy-alpha-D-galactopyranosyl}-l-serine tert-butyl ester (2), a protected form of a C-disaccharide analogue of the Thomsen-Friedenreich (or T) epitope (beta-D-Galp-(1-->3)-alpha-D-GalNAcp) alpha-O-conjugated to L-serine.  相似文献

The reactions of [M3(CO)12] (M=Ru or Fe) with 1,2 bis[(diphenylphosphino)methyl]benzene diselenide (dpmbSe2) in hot toluene afford a variety of phosphine-substituted selenido carbonyl clusters. They belong to the following three families: (i) 50-electron clusters with a M3Se2 core (2, 3, 5-7), (ii) 48-electron clusters with a M3Se core (1, 8), (iii) 34-electron clusters with a M2Se2 core (4). All these species derive from the P=Se bond cleavage. Cluster 1, which contains a hydrido, a phosphido, and a carbene ligand, is produced by multiple fragmentation of the diphosphine. This fragmentation appears related to the presence of the selenido ligand on the cluster, as the reaction of [Ru3(CO)12] with dpmb (not selenized) produces only carbonyl substitution by the phosphine to give [Ru3(CO)10(mu-dpmb)] (9). All the clusters synthesized have been characterized by spectroscopic techniques, and in some cases fluxional behavior has been detected in solution by NMR analysis. The structures of 1, 2, and 7-9 have been determined by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

Highly regioselective halohydroxylations of bicyclic vinylidenecyclopropanes that lead to four types of products 2, 3, 4, and 6 were developed. The halohydroxylation reaction occurs at room temperature to give rise to ring-keeping products vinylbicyclo[(n+2).1.0]alkanols 2 in 55-90% yields with excellent regio- and diastereoselectivity; the reaction of bicyclic vinylidenecyclopropanes with 2.0 equiv of N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) at 100 °C affords alkylidenebicyclo[(n+2).2.0]alkanones 3 in 48-75% yields by means of further proximal cleavage of the cyclopropane ring. The structures of both types of compounds 2 and 3 have been elucidated by X-ray crystal diffraction. An interesting sequential reaction that consists of a couple electrophilic addition and elimination reactions was developed when the reaction of bicyclic vinylidenecyclopropanes with N-halosuccinimide (NXS; 3.0 equiv) was performed under the specified conditions to furnish a variety of divinyl ketones 4 by means of proximal cleavage of the cyclopropane ring. In addition, vinylidenecyclopropanes that bore one aryl group at the cyclopropyl ring reacted with NBS or I(2) at room temperature, thereby producing the corresponding divinyl ketones 4 in moderate to good yields with excellent E selectivity. Unexpectedly, 2-vinylic cyclohex-2-enols 6 were generated through a very different distal C-C bond cleavage of the cyclopropane due to the significant ring-size effect. Possible mechanisms are proposed on the basis of the obtained intermediates.  相似文献

In an improved procedure, the complex {2,6-bis[(diphenylphosphino)methyl]benzene}chloropalladium(II) (1) was synthesised as its THF adduct and the structure was determined by X-ray crystallography. The catalytic properties of the derivative {2,6-bis[(diphenylphosphino)methyl]benzene}(trifluoroacetato)palladium(II) (2) was investigated in the Stille reaction. Complex 2 proves to be an excellent catalyst for the C-C cross-coupling between trimethyl phenyl stannane and aryl bromides using a very low catalyst loading (0.1-0.0001%), giving high turnover numbers (TONs) up to 6.9 x 10(5). A kinetic investigation of the catalytic reaction suggests a heterogeneous colloidal palladium catalyst formed from the PCP Pd(II) pre-catalyst.  相似文献

A formal synthesis of (±)-axamide-1 and (±)-axisonitrile-1 was achieved by using an intramolecular Hosomi-Sakurai reaction of the allylsilane derivative, as a key step, in which [(3-but-3-en-1-yl-3-methylcyclohex-1-en-1-yl)methyl](trimethyl)silane was transformed to a bicyclic compound possessing a core carbon framework under the oxidative dihydroxylation reaction conditions, in one step.  相似文献

The thioethers 4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)phenyl(tert-butyl)sulfane (tBu-L3) and 4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)phenyl(tert-butyl)sulfane (tBu-L4) react with PdCl2(NCMe)2 to give the dinuclear palladium thiophenolate complexes [(L3)Pd2Cl2]+ (2) and [(L4Pd2(mu-Cl)]2+ (3) (HL3= 2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)-4-tert-butylbenzenethiol, HL4 = 2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylamino)methyl)-4-tert-butylbenzenethiol). The chloride ligands in could be replaced by neutral (NCMe) and anionic ligands (NCS-, N3-, CN-, OAc-) to give the diamagnetic Pd(II) complexes [(L3)Pd2(NCMe)2]3+ (4), [(L3)Pd2(NCS)2]+ (5), [(L3)Pd2(N3)2]+ (6), [{(L3)Pd2(mu-CN)}2]4+ (7) and [(L3)Pd2(OAc)]2+ (9). The nitrile ligands in and in [(L3)Pd2(NCCH2Cl)2]3+ are readily hydrated to give the corresponding amidato complexes [(L3)Pd2(CH3CONH)]2+ (8) and [(L3)Pd2(CH2ClCONH)]2+ (10). The reaction of [(L3)Pd2(NCMe)2]3+ with NaBPh4 gave the diphenyl complex [(L3)Pd2(Ph)2]+ (11). All complexes were either isolated as perchlorate or tetraphenylborate salts and studied by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. In addition, complexes 2[ClO4], 3[ClO4]2, 5[BPh4], 6[BPh4], 7[ClO4]4, 9[ClO4]2, 10[ClO4]2 and 11[BPh4] have been characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

N-(Ferrocenylmethyl)imidazole (3a), 1-(ferrocenylmethyl)-1,2,4-triazole (3b), 1,1'-bis[(1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl]ferrocene (8a), 1,1'-bis([1H-(2-methyl)imidazol-1-yl]methyl]ferrocene (8b), and 1,1'-bis[(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methyl]ferrocene (8c) were synthesized in moderate yields. These compounds were quaternized with methyl iodide to form 1-(ferrocenylmethyl)-3-methylimidazolium iodide (4a), 1-(ferrocenylmethyl)-4-methyl-1,2,4-triazolium iodide (4b), 1,1'-bis([1-(2,3-dimethyl)imidazolium]methyl)ferrocene diiodide (9b), and 1,1'-bis([1-(4-methyl)-1,2,4-triazolium]methyl)ferrocene diiodide (9c), respectively, in excellent yields. Compounds 4a, 4b, 9b, and 9c were metathesized with bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)amide to give high yields of 5a, 5b, 10b, and 10c. With potassium hexafluorophosphate, 9b forms 10d. Salts 5a, 5b, and 10c are the first room-temperature ionic liquids with cations containing an organometallic moiety that exhibit T(g) values well below room temperature, i.e., -32, -16, and -11 degrees C. The compounds were characterized by (1)H, (19)F, and (13)C NMR, MS, and elemental analyses. T(g) values and melting points were determined by DSC. T(d) values (5% weight loss temperature) were recorded by TGA. X-ray single-crystal structures show that 9c and 10d crystallize in the triclinic space group P.  相似文献

Deprotonation of the nitrogen atoms of the two pyrrole rings of 1,3-bis-{[(1'-pyrrol-2-yl)-1,1'-dimethyl]methyl}benzene with KH followed by further reaction with either VCl 3(THF) 3 or with VCl 2(TMEDA) 2 respectively gave the paramagnetic complexes [1,3-bis-{[(1'-pyrrol-2-yl)-1,1'-dimethyl]methyl}benzene]VCl(DME) ( 1) and [1,3-bis-{[(1'-pyrrol-2-yl)-1,1'-dimethyl]methyl}benzene]V(THF) 3 ( 2). Further reduction with the appropriate amount of KH afforded diamagnetic dinuclear [1,3-bis-{[(1'-pyrrol-2-yl)-1,1'-dimethyl]methyl}benzene]V} 2] ( 3). In complex 3, the bridging interaction between the two metal centers is realized via the ligand central benzene ring. Density functional theory calculations have elucidated the nature of the electronic interaction between the two metals with the bridging pi-system thus accounting for its visible structural distortion. Calculations also pointed out the presence of only a weak V-V bond in spite of the short V-V distance.  相似文献

Copper(I) thiophen-2-carboxylate was successfully employed in the trimerization of [2.2.1] bicyclic vic-bromotrimethyltin olefins (in their racemic composition), bearing different functionalities, to invariably obtain almost quantitative yields of the syn and anti tris-annelated benzenes. The two isomers come in different ratios, smaller than or equal to the statistical 1:3 ratio, depending on the steric hindrance opposed by the functionalities. In the case of enantiopure (3-bromo-4,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-en-2-yl)trimethylstannane, the 1:9 ratio found with Cu(NO(3))(2).3H(2)O increases to 1:6.  相似文献

Allenyl alkynones are efficiently transformed into fused bicyclic dienediones via cyclocarbonylation reaction conditions. The RhIII complex [(PNP)Rh(CN)(CH3)][I] 5, obtained by oxidative addition of methyl iodide to [(PNP)Rh(CN)] 2, reacts selectively in two pathways: In aprotic solvents C-I reductive elimination of methyl iodide followed by its electrophilic attack on the cyano ligand takes place, giving the methyl isonitrile RhI complex [(PNP)Rh(CNCH3)][I] 3, while in protic solvents C-C reductive elimination of acetonitrile takes place forming an iodo RhI complex [(PNP)RhI] 9. Reaction of 2 with ethyl iodide in aprotic solvents gave the corresponding isonitrile complex, while in protic solvents no reactivity was observed. The selectivity of this reaction is likely due to a hydrogen bond between the cyano ligand and the protic solvent, as observed by X-ray diffraction, which retards electrophilic attack on this ligand.  相似文献

The asymmetric synthesis of a series of 2-(1-aminoalkyl) piperidines using (-)-2-cyano-6-phenyloxazolopiperidine 1 is described. LiAlH(4) reduction of 1 followed by hydrogenolysis led to the diamine 3. The same strategy applied to C-2-methylated compound 7 afforded [(2S)-2-methylpiperidin-2-yl]methanamine (9). Addition of lithium derivatives to the cyano group of 1 resulted in the formation of an intermediate imino bicyclic system (11a-c) which could be diastereoselectively reduced to substituted diamino alcohols 13a-c. The addition of an excess of PhLi to 1 in the presence of LiBr furnished disubstituted amine 19, the precursor of diphenyl[(2S)-piperidin-2-yl]methanamine (22).  相似文献

(S,S)-2,6-bis[(N-α-methylbenzyl)imino]phenylpalladium bromide was synthesised by oxidative addition of palladium(0) to (S,S)-1-bromo-2,6-bis[(N-α-methylbenzyl)imino]benzene. In contrast, (S,S)-2,6-bis[(N-α-methylbenzyl)imino]phenylplatinum chloride was synthesised by direct C-H activation from the reaction of potassium tetrachloroplatinate with (S,S)-1,3-bis[(N-α-methylbenzyl)imino]benzene. The X-ray crystal structures of both pincer complexes were obtained. Treatment of both complexes with silver hexafluoroanimonate gave effective but not stereoselective catalysts for a Michael reaction between methyl vinyl ketone and methyl 2-cyanopropanoate.  相似文献
