综述了已有散射介质超衍射极限聚焦和成像技术的研究现状及进展。首先介绍了这一领域的研究背景及意义,以及已有超衍射极限成像技术的发展现状;然后给出了应用于超衍射极限成像的散射介质定义;其次分析了时间反演技术在声学、微波领域聚焦上的应用,介绍了时间反演法在光学领域超衍射极限聚焦应用中的实现方法,总结了散射介质加入到光学系统中的作用,分析了利用反馈控制调节和光学相位共轭方法进行散射介质超衍射极限聚焦方法的特点;讨论了基于空域和空频域传输矩阵测量的散射介质宽场成像方法及在该目的下的散射介质制备方法;最后给出了散射介质光学超衍射极限成像技术研究前景及展望。 相似文献

提高能量密度的超衍射极限激光光束相位补偿技术 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
定义了激光光束衍射远场光斑压缩前后的能量比以及能量密度比来衡量超衍射极限激光光束的质量。通过利用反向传递算法设计了合适的补偿相位板,不但对准直放大的单一横模激光光束进行小于光学衍射极限的发散度的压缩,同时又保证光束能量集中于压缩后的远场衍射主瓣中,使压缩后的远场衍射光斑的能量密度增加。给出了相应的实例。这一结论不但解决了光学超分辨中光束压缩与能量损失不可避免这一矛盾,而且为发散度小且能量密度高的超衍射极限激光光束的实验工作以及该类光束的实际应用提供了理论基础。 相似文献

理论上提出一种突破衍射极限限制的相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射显微成像方法, 并对其探测极限进行分析.通过引入环形附加探测光与艾里斑周边的声子作用, 实现点扩展函数的改造, 提高相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射显微成像系统的横向空间分辨率. 随着分辨率的提高, 信号强度也随之降低, 尤其当应用于生物学、医学研究时, 样品分子数密度通常很低, 这将导致信号探测更加困难. 因此分析系统的探测极限, 确定超分辨体积元内的最小可探测分子数是展开超衍射极限相干反斯 托克斯拉曼散射显微成像实验研究的重要前提. 当泵浦光、斯托克斯光、探测光光强均达到极大值, 分辨率约40 nm三维空间内, 超衍射极限相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射显微成像系统的散粒噪声信噪比由曝 光时间与样品分子数密度决定. 曝光时间若取20 ms, 探测极限约为103, 样品分子数目只有大于探测极限, 才能保证信号可以从噪声背景中提取出来.

抑制散射介质对光的散射,调控光在散射介质中的传输,是光通信、生物光子学、光镊等领域的重要课题.设计并实现了基于宽谱光源和数字相位共轭的可调控光在散射介质中传输的时间反演实验系统.实验获取了不同相干长度下物光和参考光束之间的光程差与干涉图样、相位图及时间反演信号之间的关系,分析了光源相干性对调控光在散射介质中传输的影响.实验结果表明,基于宽谱光源的相干特性和数字相位共轭技术,通过调节光程差能选择性获取同一散射角度及相同传输路径的光束的相对相位,再利用空间光调制器对参考光束进行调控,实现光束的反向传播,从而选择性实现对同一散射角度及相同传输路径的光的时间反演. 相似文献

空心光束的质量是超衍射极限相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射显微成像技术中决定成像质量的一个至关重要的因素. 本文基于菲涅耳衍射理论,分析了螺旋相位片法产生空心光束的物理机理,并且模拟了不同的入射条件对产生的空心光束的影响. 模拟结果表明:波长与相位片中心波长匹配且光强呈圆对称分布的高斯光垂直入射到相位片上,当高斯光束中心与相位片中心完全对准时,可获得较理想的空心光束;入射光光强分布的圆对称性以及入射光中心与相位片中心的对准程度都会影响产生的空心光束的强度分布;同时,高斯光束小角度倾斜入射时,空心光的强度分布仍呈圆对称,却在观察面发生一定的位移;此外,入射光中心波长偏离相位片中心波长不大时,对产生的空心光束的强度分布几乎没有影响. 上述分析结果对用于超衍射相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射显微成像技术中理想空心光束的获取具有重要的指导意义.

光学成像系统中有限孔径对光波的衍射,使得光学显微成像技术的分辨率受到"衍射极限"限制而无法进一步提高.自1873年E.K.Abbe提出该问题以来,衍射极限就一直是学术界研究的热点.近年来,随着高强度激光、高灵敏探测器等光电器件研制技术以及新型荧光探针开发等相关领域的快速发展,光学显微技术衍射极限问题的研究迎来了新的契机,超分辨显微成像技术(super-resolution microscopy.SRM)在近十年内取得了令人瞩目的巨大成就.本文从空域和频域角度回顾了衍射极限分辨率的基本原理,并据此对目前常见的各种SRM技术"绕过"衍射极限提高分辨率的机理给予了详解,同时介绍了各类技术的发展动态和研究方向;作为SRM的一个新的重要的发展趋势,本文详细介绍了超分辨关联显微技术的最新研究进展,包括SRM与活细胞实时荧光显微、荧光寿命显微、光谱测量和成像、电子显微、原子力显微、质谱技术等的关联,着重讨论了各类超分辨关联显微技术的作用和意义;最后,对SRM技术和超分辨关联显微技术的未来发展方向进行了展望. 相似文献

Asymmetry in the intensities between backward and forward stimulated Raman scattered radiations (BSRS and FSRS respectively)
in acetone is investigated in the presence of a fluorescing impurity (rhodamine 6G). In the case of pure acetone above a threshold
pump power, BSRS becomes more intense than FSRS. On the other hand intensity of BSRS decreases with concentration of the fluorophore
in solution, while that of FSRS is found to increase. It is observed that absorption saturation also affects the asymmetry

Passive time reversal exploits underwater acoustic channels’ spatial and temporal diversity. It can refocus multipath propagated signal at the receiver and can be realized simply by the passive phase conjugation (PPC) method. By the temporal focusing, time delay spread caused by multipath propagation is mitigated for spectral efficient coherent communications. However, the PPC method is unable to eliminate multipath and is limited by channel variations. An adaptive equalizer is therefore needed to compensate residual multipath after refocusing and to track channel temporal variations. Spatial diversity is obtained by using a vertical receiving array. In this paper we used 4-hydrophone array and demonstrated that the adaptive decision feedback equalization in conjunction with PPC significantly decreased the bit error rate. 相似文献

In active sonar operation,the presence of background reverberation and the low signal-to-noise ratio hinder the detection of targets.This paper investigates the application of single-channel monostatic iterative time reversal to mitigate the difficulties by exploiting the resonances of the target.Theoretical analysis indicates that the iterative process will adaptively lead echoes to converge to a narrowband signal corresponding to a scattering object’s dominant resonance mode,thus optimising the return level.The experiments in detection of targets in free field and near a planar interface have been performed.The results illustrate the feasibility of the method. 相似文献

In this paper,a method of choosing mixture medium in two-cell stimulated Brillouinscattering(SBS)system to improve the system performance is proposed.The Brillouin frequency shift(BFS)of mixture medium varies with the mixing ratio andthus the difference of the BFS between the two cells can be eliminated.The two-cellSBS system with acetone(C3H6O)in its generator cell and mixture liquid ofCCl4/C2Cl4 in its amplifier cell is investigated.The C3H6O has a high optical breakdown threshold and the mixture liquid of CCl4/C2Cl4 has a small absorption coeffi-cient and the same BFS as that of C3H6O when the volume fraction of CCl4 is 4%.Compared with two-cell SBS system with the same liquid(C2Cl4)or different liquid(C3H6O and C2Cl4)in generator and amplifier cell,the SBS system with mixture liq-uid(CCl4/C2Cl4)in amplifier cell and C3H6O in generator cell improves thepower-load,energy reflectivity(ER),phase conjugation(PC)fidelity and ER stabil-ity. 相似文献

Using the results of Rogovin, the C. W. submillimeter phase conjugate reflectivities and response times of various prototype suspensions have been calculated for the degenerate four-wave mixing geometry. Assuming realistic liquid and particle optical constants as well as realistic submillimeter laser pump powers it is demonstrated that phase conjugate reflectivities approaching or exceeding unity could be expected in the strong pump limit for a wavelength of 100 microns. For longer wavelengths phase conjugation is not practical because the grating formation time exceeds the particle fall time hence no spatial grating can be formed. However, it is shown that if the particle buoyancy could be increased, phase conjugation could proceed with high efficiency at longer wavelengths. 相似文献

Electromagnetic scattering from a rough surface of layered medium is investigated, and the formulae of the scattering coefficients for different polarizations are derived using the small perturbation method. A rough surface with exponential correlation function is presented for describing a rough soil surface of layered medium, the formula of its scattering coefficient is derived by considering the spectrum of the rough surface with exponential correlation function; the curves of the bistatic scattering coefficient of HH polarization with variation of the scattering angle are obtained by numerical calculation. The influence of the permittivity of layered medium, the mean layer thickness of intermediate medium, the roughness surface parameters and the frequency of the incident wave on the blstatic scattering coefficient is discussed. Numerical results show that the influence of the permittivity of layered medium, the mean layer thickness of intermediate medium, the rms and the correlation length of the rough surface, and the frequency of the incident wave on the bistatic scattering coefficient is very complex. 相似文献

采用一维瞬态模型对受激布里渊散射(SBS)过程进行了数值模拟,研究了介质参数对SBS特性的影响规律;选取FC-72、FC-75、CCl4、CS2、丙酮、苯以及CCl2/乙醇的混合溶液等作为散射介质,在Nd∶YAG调Q激光系统下进行了实验研究,比较了各种介质所产生的SBS脉宽、能量反射率和波形之间的差异,由此讨论了介质参数对SBS特性的影响。结果表明,介质增益系数越大,吸收系数越小,SBS能量反射率就越大;吸收系数越大,产生的SBS脉宽就越窄;声子寿命越短,SBS波形前沿就越陡,并且越容易出现调制现象。 相似文献
