A combined experimental and DFT study of the reactions of the titanium imido methyl cation [Ti(NtBu)(Me3[9]aneN3)Me]+ (4+) with AlMe3 and ZnMe2 is described. Reaction of 4+ with AlMe3 gave [Ti(NtBu)(Me3[9]aneN3)(mu-Me)2AlMe2]+ (7+), the first structurally characterized AlMe3 adduct of a transition metal alkyl cation and a model for the presumed resting state in MAO-activated olefin polymerizations. Reaction of 4+ with ZnMe2 also gave a methyl-bridged heterobinuclear species, namely [Ti(mu-NtBu)(Me3[9]aneN3)(mu-Me)2ZnMe]+ (8+), the first directly observed ZnMe2 adduct of a transition metal alkyl cation. At room temperature, all three metal-bound methyls of 8+ underwent rapid exchange with those of free ZnMe2, whereas at 233 K only the terminal Zn-Me group exchanged significantly. Addition of AlMe3 to 8+ quantitatively formed 7+ and ZnMe2. Reaction of 4+ with Cp2ZrMe2 gave [Ti(NtBu){Me2(mu-CH2)[9]aneN3}(mu-CH2)ZrCp2]+ (10+) via a highly selective double C-H bond activation reaction in which both alkyl groups of Cp2ZrMe2 were lost. DFT calculations on models of 7+ confirmed the approximately square-based pyramidal geometries for the bridging methyl groups. Calculations on 8+ found that the formation of the Ti(mu-Me)2Zn moiety is assisted by an Nimide-->Zn dative bond. DFT calculations for the sterically less encumbered methyl cation [Ti(NMe)(H3[9]aneN3)Me]+ found strong thermodynamic preferences for adducts featuring Nimide-->M (M = Al or Zn) interactions. This offers insight into recently observed structure-productivity trends in MAO-activated imido-based polymerization catalysts. Calculations on the metallocenium adducts [Cp2Ti(mu-Me)2AlMe2]+ and [Cp2Ti(mu-Me)2ZnMe]+ are described, each showing alpha-agostic interactions for the bridging methyl groups. For these systems and the imido ones, the coordination of AlMe3 to the corresponding monomethyl cation is ca. 30 kJ mol-1 more favorable than for ZnMe2.  相似文献

The bis(phosphatediester)-bridged complexes [[Ni([12]aneN(3))(mu-O(2)P(OR)(2))](2)](PF(6))(2) [[12]aneN(3)=Me(3)[12]aneN(3), 2,4,4-trimethyl-1,5,9-triazacyclododec-1-ene; R=Me (1), Bu (2), Ph (3), Ph-4-NO(2) (4); [12]aneN(3)=Me(4)[12]aneN(3), 2,4,4,9-tetramethyl-1,5,9-triazacyclododec-1-ene; R=Me (5), Bu (6), Ph (7), Ph-4-NO(2) (8)] were prepared by hydrolysis of the phosphate triester with the hydroxo complex [[Ni([12]aneN(3))(mu-OH)](2)](PF(6))(2) or by acid-base reaction of the dialkyl or diaryl phosphoric acid and the above hydroxo complex. The acid-base reaction was also used to synthesise the phosphinate-bridged complexes [[Ni([12]aneN(3))(mu-O(2)PR(2))](2)](PF(6))(2) [[12]aneN(3)=Me(3)[12]aneN(3), R=Me (9), Ph (10); [12]aneN(3)=Me(4)[12]aneN(3), R=Me (11), Ph (12)]. The molecular structures of complexes 2, 3 and 12 were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The eight-membered rings defined by the nickel atoms and the bridging ligands show distorted twist-boat, chair and boat-boat conformations in 2, 3 and 12, respectively. The experimental susceptibility data for compounds 2, 3 and 12 were fitted by least-squares methods to the analytical expression given by Ginsberg. The best fit was obtained with values of J=-0.11 cm(-1), D=-9.5 cm(-1) and g=2.20 for 2; J=-0.97 cm(-1), D=-9.3 cm(-1) and g=2.21 for 3; and J=-0.14 cm(-1), D=-11.9 cm(-1) and g=2.195 for 12. The magnetic-exchange pathways must involve the phosphate/phosphinate bridges, because these favour antiferromagnetic interactions. The observation of a higher exchange parameter for compound 3 is a consequence of a favourable disposition of the O-P-O bridges. The kinetics for the hydrolysis of TNP (tris(4-nitrophenyl)phosphate) with the dinuclear nickel(II) hydroxo complex [[Ni(Me(3)[12]aneN(3))(mu-OH)](2)](PF(6))(2) was studied by UV-visible spectroscopy. The proposed mechanism for TNP-promoted hydrolysis can be described as one-substrate/two-product, and can be fitted to a Michaelis-Menten equation.  相似文献

A series of group 13 main group complexes with pi,sigma-type bonding interaction of the formula [{(eta (5)-RC 2B 9H 9)(CH 2)(eta (1)-NMe 2)}MMe] (M = Al, R = H 5, Me 6; Ga, R = H 7, Me 8; In, R = H 9, Me 10) was produced by the reaction of group 13 metal alkyls (MMe 3; M = Al, Ga, In) with the dicarbollylamine ligands, nido-8-R-7,8-C 2B 9H 10-7-(CH 2)NHMe 2 (R = H 1, Me 2). The reactions of 1 and 2 with AlMe 3 in toluene initially afforded tetra-coordinated aluminum complexes with sigma,sigma-type bonding interaction, [{(eta (1)-RC 2B 9H 10)(CH 2)(eta (1)-NMe 2)}AlMe 2] (R = H 3, Me 4), which readily underwent further methane elimination to yield the corresponding constrained geometry complexes (CGCs, 5 and 6) of aluminum with pi,sigma-bonding interaction. However, the reactions between 1 and 2 and MMe 3 (M = Ga, In) in toluene produced gallium and indium pi,sigma-CGCs of 7 and 10 directly, not proceeding through sigma,sigma-intermediates. The structures of group 13 metal CGCs were established by X-ray diffraction studies of 5, 6, and 8, which authenticated a characteristic eta (5):eta (1)-coordination mode of the dicarbollylamino ligand to the group 13 metals. A similar pi,sigma-bonding interaction was also established in ethylene-bridged dicarbollylethylamine series. Thus, aluminum pi,sigma-CGCs of dicarbollylethylamine, [{(eta (5)-RC 2B 9H 9)(CH 2) 2(eta (1)-NBz 2)}AlMe] (R = H 17, Me 18), were prepared by the trans-metalation of the [{(eta (5)-RC 2B 9H 9)(CH 2) 2(eta (1)-NBz 2)}Ti(NMe 2) 2] (R = H 15, Me 16) with AlMe 3. However, only sigma,sigma-bonded complexes of the formula [{(eta (1)-RC 2B 9H 9)(CH 2) 2(eta (1)-NBz 2)}AlMe 2] (R = H 13, Me 14) were isolated by the reaction between [ nido-7-8-R-7,8-C 2B 9H 10-(CH 2) 2HNBz 2] (R = H 11, Me 12) and AlMe 3. When methane-elimination reactions between metal alkyls and dicarbollylamines were carried out with either the gallium atom or monobenzyl aminoethyl tethered ligands, [ nido-7-H 2NBz(CH 2) 2-8-R-7,8-C 2B 9H 10] (R = H 21, Me 22), desired pi,sigma-CGCs, [{(eta (5)-RC 2B 9H 9)(CH 2) 2(eta (1)-NBz 2)}GaMe] (R = H 19, Me 20) or [{(eta (5)-RC 2B 9H 9)(CH 2) 2(eta (1)-NHBz)}AlMe] (R = H 23, Me 24), were generated, respectively. DFT calculation on 5 provides evidence of existence of pi,sigma-bonding of dicarbollylamine ligand to the aluminum atom: pi-bonding interaction of a dicarbollyl unit becomes intensified in the presence of a weak sigma-bonding amine-tethered group. Furthermore, preference for the formation of pi,sigma-bonding was predicted by optimizing a reaction profile including sigma,sigma- and pi,sigma-structures as well as transition state structures for each methylene- and ethylene-spaced ligand system, 3-5 and 14- 18, to reveal that pi,sigma-bonding interaction is more favorable in the case of a methylene-tethered ligand system.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of bis[2-(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)ethyl]amine (1, LH) with aluminum- and zinc-alkyls has been studied. Reaction of 1 with AlR3 affords the adducts [LH] x AlR3 (R = Me, 2; Et, 3), which undergo alkane elimination upon heating to yield the amido complexes [L]AlR2 (R = Me, 4; Et, 5). Reaction of LiO(iPrO)C=CMe2 with 2 proceeds via N-H deprotonation to give Li[L]AlMe3 (6), while the former enolate adds to 4 to generate [Me2C=C(OiPr)OLi] x [L]AlMe2 (7). Similarly, the 1:1 reaction of ZnEt2 with 1 gives [LH] x ZnEt2 (9), which is transformed into [L]ZnEt (10) upon heating. When an excess of ZnEt2 was used in the latter reaction, the bimetallic complex [L]ZnEt x ZnEt2 (11) was isolated beside 10. Performing the same reaction in the presence of O2 traces yielded selectively the dinuclear ethyl-ethoxide complex [L]Zn2Et2(mu-OEt) (12), which was alternatively prepared from the reaction of 10 and ZnEt(OEt). Zinc chloride complexes [LH] x ZnRCl (R = Et, 13; p-CH3C6H4CH2, 14) and [L]ZnCl (15) were prepared in high yields following similar strategies. Ethyl abstraction from 10 with B(C6F5)3 yields [L]Zn+EtB(C6F5)3- (16). All complexes have been characterized by multinuclear nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies for four-coordinate Al complexes 2, 4, and 6 and Zn complexes 9-12 and 14. Aluminate species 6 and 7 initiate the polymerization of methyl methacrylate, and the monomer conversions are improved in the presence of neutral complexes 2 or 4, respectively; however, these methyl methacrylate (MMA) polymerizations are uncontrolled. Polymerization of rac-lactide takes place at 20 degrees C in the presence of zinc ethoxide complex 12 to yield atactic polymers with controlled molecular masses and relatively narrow polydispersities.  相似文献

The protonolysis reaction of [Ln(AlMe(4))(3)] with various substituted cyclopentadienyl derivatives HCp(R) gives access to a series of half-sandwich complexes [Ln(AlMe(4))(2)(Cp(R))]. Whereas bis(tetramethylaluminate) complexes with [1,3-(Me(3)Si)(2)C(5)H(3)] and [C(5)Me(4)SiMe(3)] ancillary ligands form easily at ambient temperature for the entire Ln(III) cation size range (Ln=Lu, Y, Sm, Nd, La), exchange with the less reactive [1,2,4-(Me(3)C)(3)C(5)H(3)] was only obtained at elevated temperatures and for the larger metal centers Sm, Nd, and La. X-ray structure analyses of seven representative complexes of the type [Ln(AlMe(4))(2)(Cp(R))] reveal a similar distinct [AlMe(4)] coordination (one eta(2), one bent eta(2)). Treatment with Me(2)AlCl leads to [AlMe(4)] --> [Cl] exchange and, depending on the Al/Ln ratio and the Cp(R) ligand, varying amounts of partially and fully exchanged products [{Ln(AlMe(4))(mu-Cl)(Cp(R))}(2)] and [{Ln(mu-Cl)(2)(Cp(R))}(n)], respectively, have been identified. Complexes [{Y(AlMe(4))(mu-Cl)(C(5)Me(4)SiMe(3))}(2)] and [{Nd(AlMe(4))(mu-Cl){1,2,4-(Me(3)C)(3)C(5)H(2)}}(2)] have been characterized by X-ray structure analysis. All of the chlorinated half-sandwich complexes are inactive in isoprene polymerization. However, activation of the complexes [Ln(AlMe(4))(2)(Cp(R))] with boron-containing cocatalysts, such as [Ph(3)C][B(C(6)F(5))(4)], [PhNMe(2)H][B(C(6)F(5))(4)], or B(C(6)F(5))(3), produces initiators for the fabrication of trans-1,4-polyisoprene. The choice of rare-earth metal cation size, Cp(R) ancillary ligand, and type of boron cocatalyst crucially affects the polymerization performance, including activity, catalyst efficiency, living character, and polymer stereoregularity. The highest stereoselectivities were observed for the precatalyst/cocatalyst systems [La(AlMe(4))(2)(C(5)Me(4)SiMe(3))]/B(C(6)F(5))(3) (trans-1,4 content: 95.6 %, M(w)/M(n)=1.26) and [La(AlMe(4))(2)(C(5)Me(5))]/B(C(6)F(5))(3) (trans-1,4 content: 99.5 %, M(w)/M(n)=1.18).  相似文献

The protonolysis reaction of heterobimetallic peralkylated complexes [Ln(AlR4)2]n (Ln=Sm, Yb; R=Me, Et) with 2 equiv of HOC 6H 2 tBu 2-2,6-Me-4 affords the bis(trialkylaluminum) adducts Ln[(micro-OArtBu,Me)(micro-R)AlR2]2 in good yields. Analogous reactions with the less sterically demanding iPr-substituted phenol result in ligand redistributions and formation of X-ray structurally evidenced Ln[(micro-OAriPr,H) 2AlR2]2 (Ln=Yb, R=Me; Ln=Sm, R=Et), Yb[(micro-OAriPr,H)(micro-Et)AlEt2]2(THF), and [Et2Al(micro-OAriPr,H) 2Yb(micro-Et)2AlEt2]2. The solid-state structures of serendipitous alumoxane complex Sm[(micro-OArtBu,Me)AlEt2OAlEt2(micro-OArtBu,Me)](toluene) and dimeric AlMe 3-adduct complex [(AlMe3)(micro-OArtBu,Me)Sm(micro-OArtBu,Me) 2Sm(micro-OArtBu,Me)(AlMe3)] were also determined by X-ray crystallography. While the former can be discussed as a typical hydrolysis product of Sm[(micro-OArtBu,Me)(micro-Et)AlEt2]2, the latter was isolated from the 1:1 reaction of [Sm(AlEt4)2]n with HOArtBu,Me.  相似文献

Factors affecting the coordination mode of an amidato group on aluminum will be presented. The reaction of N-tert-butylalkylacetamide ((t)BuNHCR([double bond]O)) with 1.1 molar equiv of Me(3)Al in refluxing hexane affords a pentacoordinated, dimeric compound [Me(2)Al[eta(2)-(t)BuNC(R)(mu(2)-O)]](2) (3, R = p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4); 4, R = 2,6-F,F-C(6)H(3); 5, R = Me; 6, R = CF(3); 7, R = p-F(3)C-C(6)H(4)). However, in the presence of 2.2 molar equiv of Me(3)Al, N-tert-butyl-4-tert-butylbenzamide ((t)BuNHC(p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4))([double bond]O in refluxing hexane gives [Me(2)Al[eta(2)-(t)BuNC(p-(t)Bu-C(6)H(4))(mu(2)-O)]AlMe(3)], 8. In contrast, the reaction of R'NHCR' '([double bond]O) with 1 molar equiv of R(3)Al at room temperature produces tetracoordinated, dimeric, eight-membered ring aluminum compounds [R(2)Al[mu,eta(2)-R'NC(R' ')O]](2) (9, R = Me, R' = 2,6-(i)Pr, (i)()Pr-C(6)H(3), R' ' = Ph; 10, R = Me, R' = (i)Bu, R' ' = Ph; 11, R = Et, R' = Bn, R' ' = Ph; 12, R = Me, R' = Ph, R' ' = CF(3); 13, R = Me, R' = Bn, R' ' = CF(3)). On the other hand, 4'-chlorobenzanilide ((p-Cl-C(6)H(4))NHCPh([double bond]O)) reacts with R(3)Al to produce trimeric, twelve-membered ring aluminum compounds [R(2)Al[mu, eta(2)-(p-Cl-C(6)H(4))NC(Ph)O]](3) (14, R = Me; 15, R = Et). Furthermore, the reaction of 2'-methoxybenzanilide with 1 molar equiv of Me(3)Al in hexane yields a dinuclear aluminum complex [Me(2)Al(o-OMe-Ph)NC(Ph)(O)AlMe(3)], 16.  相似文献

The reaction of 1,1-diphenylhydrazine with Ti(NMe2)2Cl2 produced the monomeric terminal titanium hydrazido(2-) species Ti(NNPh2)Cl2(HNMe2)2 (1) in near-quantitative yield. The reaction of Ti(NMe2)2Cl2 with the less sterically demanding ligand precursors 1,1-dimethylhydrazine or N-aminopiperidine gave the dimeric mu-eta2,eta1-bridged compounds Ti2(mu-eta2,eta1-NNMe2)2Cl4(HNMe2)2 (2) and Ti2[mu-eta2,eta1-NN(CH2)5]2Cl4(HNMe2)3 (3). The X-ray structures of 2 and 3 showed the formation of N-H...Cl hydrogen bonded dimers or chains, respectively. The reaction of 1 with an excess of pyridine formed [Ti(NNPh2)Cl2(py)2]n (4, n = 1 or 2). The reaction of the tert-butyl imido complex Ti(N(t)Bu)Cl2(py)3 with either 1,1-dimethylhydrazine or N-aminopiperidine again resulted in the formation of hydrazido-bridged dimeric complexes, namely Ti2(mu-eta2,eta1-NNMe2)2Cl4(py)2 (5, structurally characterized) and Ti2[mu-eta2,eta1-NN(CH2)5]2Cl4(py)2 (6). Compounds 1 and 4 are potential new entry points into terminal hydrazido(2-) chemistry of titanium. Compound 1 reacted with neutral fac-N3 donor ligands to form Ti(NNPh2)Cl2(Me3[9]aneN3) (7), Ti(NNPh2)Cl2(Me3[6]aneN3) (8), Ti(NNPh2)Cl2[HC(Me2pz)3] (9, structurally characterized), and Ti(NNPh2)Cl2[HC(n)Bupz)3] (10) in good yields (Me3[9]aneN3 = trimethyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane, Me3[6]aneN3 = trimethyl-1,3,5-triazacyclohexane, HC(Me2pz)3 = tris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)methane, and HC((n)Bupz)3 = tris(4-(n)butylpyrazolyl)methane). DFT calculations were performed on both the model terminal hydrazido compound Ti(NNPh2)Cl2[HC(pz)3] (I) and the corresponding imido compounds Ti(NMe)Cl2[HC(pz)3] (II) and Ti(NPh)Cl2[HC(pz)3] (III). The NNPh2 ligand binds to the metal center in an analogous manner to that of terminal imido ligands (metalligand triple bond), but with one of the Ti=N(alpha) pi components significantly destabilized by a pi interaction with the lone pair of the N(beta) atom. The NR ligand sigma donor ability was found to be NMe > NPh > NNPh2, whereas the overall (sigma + pi) donor ability is NMe > NNPh2 > NPh, as judged by fragment orbital populations, Ti-N atom-atom overlap populations, and fragment-charge analysis. DFT calculations on the hydrazido ligand in a mu-eta2,eta1-bridging mode showed involvement of the N=N pi electrons in donation to one of the Ti centers. This TiN2 interaction is best represented as a metallocycle.  相似文献

The heterobimetallic peralkylated complexes [Ln(AlR4)2]n (Ln = Sm, Yb; R = Me, Et) were synthesized by a silylamide elimination route from Ln[N(SiMe3)2]2(THF)2 and an excess of AlR3. The solid-state structure of [Sm(AlEt4)2]n is isomorphous to that of the ytterbium derivative. Polymeric [Yb(AlMe4)2]n was examined by 1H and 13C MAS NMR spectroscopy revealing the presence of distinct bridging methyl groups. The reaction of [Yb(AlMe4)2]n and 1,10-phenanthroline (Phen) afforded the monomeric donor adduct Yb(AlMe4)2(Phen), while the protonolysis reaction with 2 equiv. C5Me5H (HCp*) yielded a separated ion pair of composition [Cp*Yb(THF)(4)][AlMe(4)]. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction data are provided for both ytterbium(II) complexes. Solid-state magnetic measurements (SQUID) were performed on [Sm(AlMe4)2]n, [Sm(AlEt4)2]n, SmI2(THF)2 and Sm[N(SiMe3)2]2(THF)2 showing high effective magnetic moments 3.67micro(B) < micro(eff) < 4.43micro(B).  相似文献

The N-imidoylamidine ligand i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2 2 was prepared. Direct reactions with AlI3 or AlMe3 afforded [(i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2)AlI2][AlI4] 3 and [i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2)AlMe2][AlMe4].AlMe3, 4 respectively. Thermolysis of 4 gave (i-Pr2C6H3NC(=CH2)(NC6H3i-Pr2)(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)AlMe2 6. Subsequent reaction with B(C6F5)3 gave the zwitterionic species [(i-Pr2C6H3)N(C(=CH2)NC6H3i-Pr2)(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)AlMe(mu-MeB(C6F5)3)] 7. In a related reactions of 2, [Ph3C][B(C6F5)4] and AlMe3, AlH3.NEtMe2 or AlD3.NMe3, the complexes [(i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2)AlR2][B(C6F5)4] (R = Me 5, H 8, D 9) and [(i-Pr2C6H3)N(C(=CH2)NC6H3i-Pr2)(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)AlH][B(C6F5)4] 10 are formed. Single-crystal X-ray data for 2, 3, 5 and 10 are reported.  相似文献

Reactions of [La(AlMe4)3] and [Y(AlMe4)3] with PMe3 show that the phosphine can cleave Ln--CH3--Al linkages, separating Me3Al(PMe3). PMe3 (3 mol equiv) reacts with [Y(AlMe4)3] to give [(YMe3)n] contaminated with by-products containing phosphorus and aluminum. The La-based analog, [(LaMe3)n], is not formed selectively from the reaction of [La(AlMe4)3] with PMe3 or Et2O, which rather yields insoluble La/Al heterobimetallic products. Three multi-nuclear La-based clusters were obtained from a reaction of [La(AlMe4)3] with PMe3 (1 equiv) and identified by X-ray structure analyses. Each cluster exhibits extensive methyl group degradation and contains methylene, methine, or carbide moieties. [La4Al8(CH)4(CH2)2(CH3)20(PMe3)] has a [La4(CH)4] cuboid core supported by AlMe3, Me2AlCH2AlMe2, and PMe3 ligands. [La4Al8(C)(CH)2(CH2)2(CH3)22(toluene)] also contains a cuboid core, [La3Al(C)(CH)2(CH2)], which includes one exo cubic lanthanum atom, and is supported by AlMe3, Me3AlCH2AlMe2, (AlMe4)-, and toluene ligands. The lanthanum atoms in [La5Al9(CH)6(CH3)30] are arranged in a trigonal bipyramidal fashion with (CH) functionalities capping each face. The [La5(CH)6]3- core is formally balanced by three AlMe2 + moieties and is additionally supported by six AlMe3 ligands. The unit cell contains two independent La5 clusters, one with pseudo-C3h and the other with pseudo-D3 symmetry, as well as two molecules of the separation co-product Me3Al(PMe3).  相似文献

Two new monoprotonated products of macrocyclic polyamine 1,4,7-trimethyl- 1,4,7-triazacyclononane (Me3 [9]aneN3), (Me3 [9]aneN3H) (SO3CF3) 1 (C10H22N3O3SF3, Mr=321.36) and (Me3[9]aneN3H)I 2 (C9H22N3I, Mr=299.20) were obtained by the reactions of Me3[9]aneN3 and yttrium triflate or ytterbium diiodide as the unexpected products. The crystal structures of compounds 1 and 2 have been determined. Crystal 1is orthorhombic, space group P212121(#19), a =12. 609(3), b=13. 531(1), c=9.225(3) A, V=1573.9(7) A3, Z=4, Dc=1. 356g/cm3, μ=2.47cm- 1, F (000) = 680 and R= 0. 052, Rw= 0. 052 for 807 unique reflections with I> 2σ(I). Crystal 2 belongs to the orthorhombic system with space group P212121 (# 19), a=11.417(2), b=13.099(3), c=8.762(2) A, V=1310.5(4) A3, Z=4, Dc=1. 516 g/cm3, μ= 24.14 cm-1, F(000)=600 and R=0. 035, Rw=0. 042 for 1427 u-nique reflections with I>3σ(I). The two structures contain the same cyclic framework in which the acid proton is bonded to an amine nitrogen. This proton exhibits strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the other two nitrogen atoms. The methyl groups are directed away from the ring cavity. The bond distance between acid proton and an amine nitrogen in compound 2 is extremely short. The bond angles for 1 and 2 also exhibit obvous diversity inside of triazacyclononae.  相似文献

If the nucleophilic addition proceeds in a 2:1 molar ratio, the reaction gives the bisaddition species trans/cis-[Pt{HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}(2)]Cl(2) [R = NMe(2); R' = Me ([7a]Cl(2), [8a]Cl(2)), Ph ([7b]Cl(2), [8b]Cl(2))] and trans/cis-[PtCl(2){HN═C(R)ONC(R')NH(2)}(2)] [R = Et; R' = Me (10a), Ph (9b, 10b); R = Ph; R' = Me (9c, 10c), Ph (9d, 10d), respectively]. The reaction of 1 equiv of the corresponding amidoxime and each of [3a]Cl, [3b]Cl, 5b-5d, and 6a-6d leads to [7a]Cl(2), [7b]Cl(2), 9b-9d, and 10a-10d. Open-chain bisaddition species 9b-9d and 10a-10d were transformed to corresponding chelated bisaddition complexes [7d](2+)-[7f](2+) and [8c](2+)-[8f](2+) by the addition of 2 equiv AgNO(3). All of the complexes synthesized bear nitrogen-bound O-iminoacylated amidoxime groups. The obtained complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, high-resolution ESI-MS, IR, and (1)H NMR techniques, while 4a, 4b, 5b, 6d, [7b](Cl)(2), [7d](SO(3)CF(3))(2), [8b](Cl)(2), [8f](NO(3))(2), 9b, and 10b were also characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Complexes [Ir(Cp*)Cl(n)(NH2Me)(3-n)]X(m) (n = 2, m = 0 (1), n = 1, m = 1, X = Cl (2a), n = 0, m = 2, X = OTf (3)) are obtained by reacting [Ir(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)]2 with MeNH2 (1:2 or 1:8) or with [Ag(NH2Me)2]OTf (1:4), respectively. Complex 2b (n = 1, m = 1, X = ClO 4) is obtained from 2a and NaClO4 x H2O. The reaction of 3 with MeC(O)Ph at 80 degrees C gives [Ir(Cp*){C,N-C6H4{C(Me)=N(Me)}-2}(NH2Me)]OTf (4), which in turn reacts with RNC to give [Ir(Cp*){C,N-C6H4{C(Me)=N(Me)}-2}(CNR)]OTf (R = (t)Bu (5), Xy (6)). [Ir(mu-Cl)(COD)]2 reacts with [Ag{N(R)=CMe2}2]X (1:2) to give [Ir{N(R)=CMe2}2(COD)]X (R = H, X = ClO4 (7); R = Me, X = OTf (8)). Complexes [Ir(CO)2(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 (9) and [IrCl{N(R)=CMe2}(COD)] (R = H (10), Me (11)) are obtained from the appropriate [Ir{N(R)=CMe2}2(COD)]X and CO or Me4NCl, respectively. [Ir(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)]2 reacts with [Au(NH=CMe2)(PPh3)]ClO4 (1:2) to give [Ir(Cp*)(mu-Cl)(NH=CMe2)]2(ClO4)2 (12) which in turn reacts with PPh 3 or Me4NCl (1:2) to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl(NH=CMe2)(PPh3)]ClO4 (13) or [Ir(Cp*)Cl2(NH=CMe2)] (14), respectively. Complex 14 hydrolyzes in a CH2Cl2/Et2O solution to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl2(NH3)] (15). The reaction of [Ir(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)]2 with [Ag(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 (1:4) gives [Ir(Cp*)(NH=CMe2)3](ClO4)2 (16a), which reacts with PPNCl (PPN = Ph3=P=N=PPh3) under different reaction conditions to give [Ir(Cp*)(NH=CMe2)3]XY (X = Cl, Y = ClO4 (16b); X = Y = Cl (16c)). Equimolar amounts of 14 and 16a react to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 (17), which in turn reacts with PPNCl to give [Ir(Cp*)Cl(H-imam)]Cl (R-imam = N,N'-N(R)=C(Me)CH2C(Me)2NHR (18a)]. Complexes [Ir(Cp*)Cl(R-imam)]ClO4 (R = H (18b), Me (19)) are obtained from 18a and AgClO4 or by refluxing 2b in acetone for 7 h, respectively. They react with AgClO4 and the appropriate neutral ligand or with [Ag(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 to give [Ir(Cp*)(R-imam)L](ClO4)2 (R = H, L = (t)BuNC (20), XyNC (21); R = Me, L = MeCN (22)) or [Ir(Cp*)(H-imam)(NH=CMe2)](ClO4)2 (23a), respectively. The later reacts with PPNCl to give [Ir(Cp*)(H-imam)(NH=CMe2)]Cl(ClO4) (23b). The reaction of 22 with XyNC gives [Ir(Cp*)(Me-imam)(CNXy)](ClO4)2 (24). The structures of complexes 15, 16c and 18b have been solved by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

The symmetrically ligated complexes 1, 2, and 3 with a (mu-oxo)bis(mu-acetato)diferric core can be one-electron oxidized electrochemically or chemically with aminyl radical cations [*NR3][SbCl6] in acetonitrile yielding complexes which contain the mixed-valent [(mu-oxo)bis(mu-acetato)iron(IV)iron(III)]3+ core: [([9]aneN3)(2FeIII2)(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2](ClO4)2 (1(ClO4)2), [(Me3[9]aneN3)(2FeIII2)(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2](PF6)2 (2(PF6)(2)), and [(tpb)(2FeIII2)(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2] (3) where ([9]aneN3) is the neutral triamine 1,4,7-triazacyclononane and (Me3[9]aneN3) is its tris-N-methylated derivative, and (tpb)(-) is the monoanion trispyrazolylborate. The asymmetrically ligated complex [(Me3[9]aneN3)FeIII(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2FeIII(tpb)](PF6) (4(PF6)) and its one-electron oxidized form [4ox]2+ have also been prepared. Finally, the known heterodinuclear species [(Me3[9]aneN3)CrIII(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2Fe([9]aneN3)](PF6)2 (5(PF6)(2)) can also be one-electron oxidized yielding [5ox]3+ containing an iron(IV) ion. The structure of 4(PF6).0.5CH3CN.0.25(C2H5)2O has been determined by X-ray crystallography and that of [5ox]2+ by Fe K-edge EXAFS-spectroscopy (Fe(IV)-O(oxo): 1.69(1) A; Fe(IV)-O(carboxylato) 1.93(3) A, Fe(IV)-N 2.00(2) A) contrasting the data for 5 (Fe(III)-O(oxo) 1.80 A; Fe(III)-O(carboxylato) 2.05 A, Fe-N 2.20 A). [5ox]2+ has an St = 1/2 ground state whereas all complexes containing the mixed-valent [FeIV(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)2FeIII]3+ core have an St = 3/2 ground state. M?ssbauer spectra of the oxidized forms of complexes clearly show the presence of low spin FeIV ions (isomer shift approximately 0.02 mm s(-1), quadrupole splitting approximately 1.4 mm s(-1) at 80 K), whereas the high spin FeIII ion exhibits delta approximately 0.46 mm s(-1) and DeltaE(Q) approximately 0.5 mm s(-1). M?ssbauer, EPR spectral and structural parameters have been calculated by density functional theoretical methods at the BP86 and B3LYP levels. The exchange coupling constant, J, for diiron complexes with the mixed-valent FeIV-FeIII core (H = -2J S1.S2; S(1) = 5/2; S2 = 1) has been calculated to be -88 cm(-1) (intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling) and for the reduced diferric form of -75 cm(-1) in reasonable agreement with experiment (J = -120 cm(-1)).  相似文献

Mononuclear palladium-hydroxo complexes of the type [Pd(N-N)(C6F5)(OH)][(N-N = 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy), 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (Me2bipy), or N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmeda) react with SO2(1 atm) at room temperature in alcohol (methanol, ethanol, propanol or isopropanol) to yield alkyl sulfito palladium complexes [Pd(N-N)(C6F5)(SO2OR)](R = Me, Et, Pr or iPr). Similar alkyl sulfito complexes [Pd(N-N)(C6F5)(SO2OR)](N-N = bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane); R = Me or Et) are obtained when [Pd(N-N)(C6F5)Cl] is treated with KOH in the corresponding alcohol ROH and SO2 is bubbled through the solution. The reaction of [Pd(bipy)(C6F5)(OH)] with SO2 in tetrahydrofuran gives [Pd(N-N)(C6F5)(SO2OH)]. The X-ray diffraction study of [Pd(tmeda)(C6F5)(SO2OPr)] has established the sulfur coordination of the propyl sulfito ligand.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of a new bis([9]aneN3) ligand (H2L) containing two [9]aneN3 macrocyclic moieties separated by a 2,2'-methylene-bis-cresol (cresol = 4-methyl-phenol) unit is reported. A potentiometric and (1)H NMR study in aqueous solution reveals that H2L is in a zwitterionic form, and protonation of the cresolate oxygens occurs only with the formation of the highly charged (H5L)(3+) and (H6L)(4+) species at acidic pH values. The coordination properties of H2L toward Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), and Pb(II) were studied by means of potentiometric and UV spectrophotometric measurements. The ligand gives both mono- and binuclear complexes in aqueous solution. At acidic pH values the ligand forms stable binuclear [M2H2L](4+) complexes, where each metal is coordinated by two amine groups of [9]aneN3 and the deprotonated oxygen of the adjacent cresol unit; the remaining amine group is protonated. Deprotonation of the [M2H2L](4+) species at alkaline pH values affords [M2L](2+) complexes, where all amine groups of the [9]aneN3 moieties are involved in metal coordination. Binding of mono-, di- and triphosphate, and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) was studied by means of potentiometric, (1)H and (31)P NMR measurements and by molecular dynamics simulations. The receptor forms stable 1:1 adducts with di-, triphosphate, and ATP, while the interaction with monophosphate is too low to be detected. In the complexes both the [9]aneN3 moieties act cooperatively in the substrate binding process. The stability of the adducts increases in the order diphosphate < triphosphate < ATP. This trend is explained in terms of increasing number of charge-charge interactions between the phosphate chains and the protonated [9]aneN3 subunits and, in the case of ATP, of stacking interactions between the adenine and cresol units.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Reaction of 5,5-dimethyl-3-pyrazolidinone (1) with 2-indanone (2) gave 5,5-dimethyl-2-(1H-indenyl-2)-3-pyrazolidinone (3) instead of the expected azomethine imine 4. Although reaction of 2-substituted 3-pyrazolidinones with acetylenedicarboxylates usually gives ring expansion products, such as 1,2-diazepines, treatment of 3 with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates (5, R = Me; 6 R = Et) resulted in the formation of rel-(7aR,12aS)-6,7-bis(alkoxycarbonyl)-3,4-dihydro-4,4-dimethyl-7aH-indano[1,2-b]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-2-ones (7, R = Me; 9, R = Et) as major products and 3,4-bis(alkoxycarbonyl)-7,7-dimethyl-2-(indenyl-2)-6,7-dihydro-2H,6H-1,2-diazepin-5-ones (8, R = Me: 10, R = Et) as minor products.  相似文献
