The synthesis of cyclopropyl silyl ketones possessing a hydrocarbon group at 1-position of three-membered ring was investigated. The reaction of sulfoxonium ylide with α,β-unsaturated acylsilanes derived from α,β-unsaturated aldehydes did not afford the desired acylsilane derivatives. Instead, the corresponding silyl enol ethers were yielded exclusively. On the other hand, the Corey-Chaykovsky cyclopropanation of α-substituted α,β-unsaturated aldehydes proceeded well to give 1-substituted cyclopropyl aldehydes. The silyl substitution of formyl proton in the obtained aldehydes via umpolung of carbonyl group afforded the target acylsilanes.  相似文献

A general and highly chemo‐, regio‐, and stereoselective synthesis of α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes by a domino hydroformylation/aldol condensation reaction has been developed. A variety of olefins and aromatic aldehydes were efficiently converted into various substituted α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes in good to excellent yields in the presence of a rhodium phosphine/acid–base catalyst system. In view of the easy availability of the substrates, the high atom‐efficiency, the excellent selectivity, and the mild conditions, this method is expected to complement current methodologies for the preparation of α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes.  相似文献

A variety of 2-hydroxy aldehydes on reaction with 3-butenoic acid afford in a one-pot reaction the corresponding 3-vinylcoumarins. As expected, extension of the delocalized π-electron system accomplished by Heck coupling reactions with aryl halides results in an increased fluorescence of the compounds whose applicability is yet to be established.  相似文献

Enantioselective direct α-hydroxyamination and α-aminoxylation of α-branched aldehydes using a proline-derived tetrazole catalyst is described herein. α-Hydroxyamination adducts with up to 90% ee were obtained by the reaction of nitrosobenzene with unactivated α-branched aldehydes under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

An enantioselective cyclopropanation of α‐substituted α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes with bromomalonate has been successfully developed through a domino Michael/α‐alkylation strategy. The method allows the efficient formation of cyclopropanes bearing a quaternary carbon stereocenter at the α‐position of the aldehydes by using iminium/enamine catalysis and gives a nice extension on the organocatalytic cyclopropanation of bromomalonate and α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes previously reported by other groups. Very good yields (up to 81 %) and enantioselectivities (up to 97 % ee) have been obtained. The optically active cyclopropane derivatives are of high synthetic interest as useful targets for further elaboration into more complex structures.  相似文献

α-Hydroxymethylene Elongated Aldehydes by Partial Reduction of Cyanohydrins After acetal-protection of the hydroxy group, a number of cyanohydrins (derived from aldehydes or ketones) were reduced and hydrolysed to afford α-hydroxyaldehydes in good yields. A substitute for the Darzens glycidic ester synthesis for converting unsaturated ketones or aldehydes into the homologated β,γ- or α,β-unsaturated aldehydes employing sulfur ylides is described. The carbonyl group is converted into the unsaturated oxirane which is then rearranged to the new aldehyde. High yields of isomerically pure aldehydes are available by this method and the process is of practical importance in the conversion of β-ionone into the β-C14-aldehyde, a key intermediate in the Isler synthesis of vitamin A. The efficient preparation of α- and β-cyclocitral by the novel process is also described.  相似文献

Direct organocatalytic asymmetric α-hydroxymethylation of ketones and aldehydes with formaldehyde has been developed, which furnished the corresponding α-hydroxymethylated adducts with high chemo- and enantioselectivity. The study of the catalytic activity and activation mechanism of asymmetric uranyl‐salophens with α, β‐unsaturated aldehydes or α, β‐unsaturated ketones, is a research hotspot. In this paper, the complexes of the uranyl–salophen(U‐S) modified by unilateral benzene, coordinated with cyclohexenone, cyclopentenone and acrolein, were investigated using density functional theory calculations at the level of B3LYP/6‐311G(d, p) basis set. The results showed that the uranyl‐salophen(U‐S) weakened the large π bond between C = C and C = O of the α, β‐unsaturated aldehydes and ketones, making the unsaturated aldehydes and ketones activated. In addition, the molecular‐recognition selectivity of the asymmetrical uranyl‐salophen for cyclohexenone and cyclopentenone were much higher than for acrolein.  相似文献

An additive‐free nickel‐catalyzed α‐allylation of aldehydes with allyl alcohol is reported. The reaction is promoted by 1 mol % of in situ formed nickel complex in methanol, and water is the sole by‐product of the reaction. The experimental conditions allow the conversion of various α‐branched aldehydes and α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes as nucleophiles. The same catalyst and reaction conditions enabled a tandem aldol condensation of aldehyde/α‐allylation reaction.  相似文献

The high tendency of α-amino aldehydes to undergo 1,2-additions and their relatively low stability under basic conditions have largely prevented their use as pronucleophiles in the realm of asymmetric catalysis, particularly for the production of quaternary α-amino aldehydes. Herein, it is demonstrated that the chemistry of α-amino aldehydes may be expanded beyond these limits by documenting the first direct α-alkylation of α-branched α-amino aldehydes with nitroolefins. The reaction produces densely functionalized products bearing up to two, quaternary and tertiary, vicinal stereocenters with high diastereo- and enantioselectivity. DFT modeling leads to the proposal that intramolecular hydrogen bonding between the NH group and the carbonyl oxygen atom in the starting α-amino aldehyde is key for reaction stereocontrol.  相似文献

A simple and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of α-aminophosphinic acids from hypophosphorus acid under solvent-free conditions using microwave irradiation. α-Aminophosphinic acids were obtained in high yield under mild conditions by reaction of hypophosphorus acid with aldehydes in the presence of amines under microwave irradiation.  相似文献

A novel synthesis of 1,2,4-oxadiazoles and isoxazoles is described by utilizing the reactions between amidoximes and α,β-alkynic aldehydes and/or ketones. Conjugate addition products, obtained from amidoximes and α,β-alkynic aldehydes and/or ketones, afford 1,2,4-oxadiazoles and isoxazoles when treated with bases and acids, respectively. 1,2,4-Oxadiazoles can also be synthesized directly from amidoximes and α,β-alkynic aldehydes in a one-pot manner under basic conditions. The reactions are general for a variety of starting compounds and tolerate the presence of aryl, heteroaryl and alkyl groups.  相似文献
