The bicyclo[4.2.0]octa-3,7-diene-2,5-diones (1) are of interest in that they are valence isomers of 1,4-cyclooctatetraenoquinones. The most obvious route for the formation of such compounds is the [2+2] photoaddition of alkynes to p-benzoquinones. Such a reaction has been observed in the case of 1,4-naphthoquinones. With p-benzoquinones, however, it has been observed in the case of 2-methoxy-p-benzoquinone (2a) alone, while p-benzoquinone (2b) and chloranil (2c) give products derived from addition of acetylenes to a carbonyl rather than an ethylenic bond; 3,4 such products also accompany the products from 1,4-naphthoquinones referred to above.1,3  相似文献

The low temperature photoaddition of 2-pyridone with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate gave a [4 + 2]-cycloadduct and a [2 + 2]-cycloadduct across the 5,6-position of 2-pyridone. Their formations were competing with a Michael reaction of the two substrates at the room temperature reaction. The reactions of other pyridones with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate gave [2 + 2]- and/or [4 + 2]-cycloadducts. The [2 + 2]-cycloadducts underwent an intriguing rearrangement to fused β-lactams.  相似文献

Phosphine-catalyzed [4 + 2] annulation and vinylogous Michael addition reactions between 1,4-dien-3-ones and 1,1-dicyanoalkenes are presented. Under the catalysis of PBu(3) (20 mol %), 1,4-dien-3-ones like styryl ketones with 2-aryl 1,1-dicyanoalkenes as doubly activated alkenes readily undergo a formal [4 + 2] cycloaddition reaction, affording polysubstituted cyclohexanones in satisfactory yield and good diastereoselectivity; with the doubly activated alkenes bearing an acidic methyl or methylene at the 2-position, a vinylogous Michael addition of 1,4-dien-3-ones occurs under the same reaction conditions, giving a non-cyclized multifunctional adduct in good yield. These two phosphine-catalyzed transformations represent atom economical carbon-carbon bond forming reactions capable of rapid construction of molecular complexity. Based on experimental results, formation of the products has been mechanistically rationalized, and a phosphonium activation is proposed.  相似文献

Electrochemical behavior of 4-halomethyl-4-methylcyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ones and 2,6-dibromo-4,4-dimethylcyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-one was studied. Reductive dehalogenation of cyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ones having a halogen atom at the neopentyl-like carbon atom gives the corresponding carbanion which undergoes anionic cyclopropyl-allyl rearrangement with subsequent addition of proton to form 3,4-dimethylphenol.  相似文献

The first 1-hydroxyspiro[2.5]cyclooct-4-en-3-ones were prepared by cyclization of free and masked 1,3-dicarbonyl dianions with 1,1-diacetylcyclopropane. 1-Hydroxyspiro[2.5]cyclooct-4-en-3-ones represent precursors of unstable spiro[5.2]cycloocta-4,7-dien-6-ones and reactions with a number of nucleophiles were studied. The synthesis of 4-triflyloxy-2,6,6-trimethyl-2,4-cyclohexadienone (13), bicyclo[2.2.2]octenones 1a-j and 15a-j, and bicyclo[2.2.2]octadienones 2a-f, 6a-d, and 11a-f is described. The 2,4-cyclohexadienones 4 and 13 were used for the first time as nondimerizing and easily accessible alternatives to 2,6,6-trimethyl-2,4-cyclohexadienone 12 in Diels-Alder reactions with acetylene derivatives 5a-d to prepare the adducts 6a-d and 11a-e in excellent yields. Compounds 11a-d were initially prepared by the alcoholysis of 6a-d to afford bicyclo[2.2.2]octene-2,5-diones 7a-dfollowed by treatment of 7a-d with N-phenyltriflimide in the presence of LHMDS at -78 degrees C. Diels-Alder reaction of 13 with an acetylene equivalent, phenyl vinyl sulfoxide, was also studied. A detailed study of the Diels-Alder reactions of various olefinic dienophiles 14a-j with 13 has been carried out to furnish cycloadducts 15a-j in high yields. Reductive removal of triflyloxy group of vinyl triflates 11a-f and 15a-j was performed in the presence of [Pd(PPh(3))(2)Cl(2)-Bu(3)N-HCO(2)H] to obtain the desired bicyclo[2.2.2]octadienones 2a-f and bicyclo[2.2.2]octenones 1a-j, respectively, in good overall yields.  相似文献

Dehydrochlorination of chlorinated 5-hydroxy-2-oxabicyclo[3.2.0]heptan-4-ones, 3a-c, which were obtained from the photo[2+2]cycloadditions between 4-hydroxy-3(2H)-furanone 1 and chloroethylenes, with triethylamine gave 2-ethenyl-3(2H)-furanones 4a,b or 2-(2-cyanoethyl)-3(2H)-furanone 4c. 2-Oxa-bicyclo[3.2.0]hept-6-en-4-ones 7 being [2+2]cycloadducts between 1 and acetylenes gave 2,3-dihydro-3-oxooxepin derivatives 8 by electrocyclic rearrangement.  相似文献

An alternative procedure for the synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted-3,5-dihydro-imidazol-4-ones from substituted oxazolones was evaluated. The initial oxazolone ring-opening reaction was examined with a variety of ammonia source compounds followed by the subsequent 3,5-dihydro-imidazol-4-one cyclization reaction, which was carried out with either an organic or inorganic base in aprotic solvents. In this article, we report the results of an efficient and straightforward procedure for the synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted-3,5-dihydro-imidazol-4-ones that gives satisfactory yield and quality.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions of halo derivatives of 4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one with (het)arylboronic acids allow easy access to (het)aryl and vinyl derivatives of this bicycle in good to excellent yields, even from chloro derivatives. The sequence of reactivity of the halogen in the different positions of the ring system was also investigated. 6-Phenyl-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one could be prepared by thermal cyclization of isopropylidene (6-phenylpyrid-2-ylamino)methylenemalonate, together with a small amount of 7-phenyl-1,4-dihydro-1,8-naphthyridin-4-one.  相似文献

The reactions of endo- and exo-tricyclodecadienones and with bromine and iodine are described. The chemo- and regioselectivity of these additions depend on the nature of both reagent and substrate and are explained in terms of the configuration of the tricyclic compounds and the general mechanism for electrophilic halogenation. From a synthetic point of view only the bromination of endo-tricyclodecadienone is useful. Other reactions fail ( with I2), result in addition to the norbornene double bond ( with I2) or give rise to complex mixtures ( and with Br2).  相似文献

The [3+3] cyclization of 1,3-bis-silyl enol ethers with 1,1-diacylcyclopentanes allows a convenient synthesis of spiro[5.4]decenones. Treatment of these compounds with trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) afforded a great variety of bicyclo[4.4.0]deca-1,4-dien-3-ones containing an angular alkyl group.
