New synthetic approaches to 4,8‐dimethyl‐5′‐(N‐pyridiniummethyl)‐4′,5′‐dihydropsoralens and 4,8‐dimemyl‐5′‐(N‐aminomethyl)‐4′,5′‐dihydropsoralens are described. The 5′‐halomethyl‐4′,5′‐dihydro‐psoralen precursors are formed by electrophilic ring closures of 4,8‐dimethyl‐6‐allyl‐7‐hydroxycoumarin. The ring‐closure reactions may also be applied to the synthesis of 5′‐halomethyl‐4‐methyl‐4′,5′‐dihydroangelicins. The compounds are potential therapeutic agents for improved psoralen ultraviolet A radiation treatment.  相似文献

Addition of various amines to the 3,3‐bis(trifluoromethyl)acrylamides 10a and 10b gave the tripeptides 11a – 11f , mostly as mixtures of epimers (Scheme 3). The crystalline tripeptide 11f 2 was found to be the N‐terminal (2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐substituted (R,S,S)‐ester HOCH2CH2O‐D ‐Val(F6)‐MeLeu‐Ala‐OtBu by X‐ray crystallography. The C‐terminal‐protected tripeptide 11f 2 was condensed with the N‐terminus octapeptide 2b to the depsipeptide 12a which was thermally rearranged to the undecapeptide 13a (Scheme 4). The condensation of the epimeric tripeptide 11f 1 with the octapeptide 2b gave the undecapeptide 13b directly. The undecapeptides 13a and 13b were fully deprotected and cyclized to the [5‐[4,4,4,4′,4′,4′‐hexafluoro‐N‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐D ‐valine]]‐ and [5‐[4,4,4,4′,4′,4′‐hexafluoro‐N‐(2‐hydroxyethoxy)‐L ‐valine]]cyclosporins 14a and 14b , respectively (Scheme 5). Rate differences observed for the thermal rearrangements of 12a to 13a and of 12b to 13b are discussed.  相似文献

The 4‐chloro‐ [C14H11ClN2O2, (I)], 4‐bromo‐ [C14H10BrN2O2, (II)] and 4‐diethylamino‐ [C18H21N3O2, (III)] derivatives of benzylidene‐4‐hydroxybenzohydrazide, all crystallize in the same space group (P21/c), (I) and (II) also being isomorphous. In all three compounds, the conformation about the C=N bond is E. The molecules of (I) and (II) are relatively planar, with dihedral angles between the two benzene rings of 5.75 (12) and 9.81 (17)°, respectively. In (III), however, the same angle is 77.27 (9)°. In the crystal structures of (I) and (II), two‐dimensional slab‐like networks extending in the a and c directions are formed via N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The molecules stack head‐to‐tail viaπ–π interactions involving the aromatic rings [centroid–centroid distance = 3.7622 (14) Å in (I) and 3.8021 (19) Å in (II)]. In (III), undulating two‐dimensional networks extending in the b and c directions are formed via N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The molecules stack head‐to‐head viaπ–π interactions involving inversion‐related benzene rings [centroid–centroid distances = 3.6977 (12) and 3.8368 (11) Å].  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title 2:1 salt of tetrazole and a substituted terephthal­amidine, C16H28N42+·2CHN4?, contains an infinite network of hydrogen bonds, with short N?N distances of 2.820 (2) and 2.8585 (19) Å between the tetrazolate anion and the amidinium cation. Involvement of the lateral N atoms of the tetrazole in the hydrogen bonding appears to be a typical binding pattern for the tetrazolate anion.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐­amino­propyl)­ethyl­enedi­amine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐tri­thionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]­zinc(II) ethanol sol­vate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octa­hedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐­amino­propyl)­ethyl­enedi­amine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a tri­thio­cyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni2(C10H20N4O2)(C12H12N2)2](ClO4)2 or [Ni(dmaeoxd)Ni(dmbp)2](ClO4)2 {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis­[2‐(dimethyl­amino)ethyl]oxamide and dmbp is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine}, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand is in a cis conformation and bridges two NiII atoms, one of which is located in a slightly distorted square‐planar environment, while the other is in an irregular octa­hedral environment. The cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis running through both Ni atoms. The dmaeoxd2− ligands inter­act with each other via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π inter­actions, which results in an extended chain along the c axis.  相似文献

Triethylgermylation of sulfacetamide occurs on the sulfonamido nitrogen in competition with the 1,2 addition of the starting triethylgermyl dimethylamine on the carbonyl group. Thermal decomposition in the presence of dimethylamine yields N‐triethylgermylsulfanilamide. Stable 1:1 sulfacetamide–DBU and 1:1 sulfacetamide–Et3N complexes were isolated and fully characterized in the course of dehydrochlorination reactions. o‐Sulfonamidophenylamine yields N,N′‐bis‐triethylgermylated derivatives, whereas o‐(N,N‐dimethylsulfonamido)phenylamine leads to monogermylated compounds. The N‐dimethylaminodimesitylgermyl derivative is thermally stable. Dehydrohalogenation of the N‐dimesitylfluorogermyl compound leads to the thermally stable but water sensitive N‐[o‐(N′,N′‐dimethylsulfonamido)phenyl]‐N‐dimesitylgermaimine. In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Cu2(C10H20N4O2)(C10H8N2)2](ClO4)2, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]oxamide} occupies an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond and is thus in a trans conformation. The two CuII atoms are located in slightly distorted square‐based pyramidal environments. The binuclear units interact with each other viaπ–π interactions to form a one‐dimensional chain extending in the c direction.  相似文献

The title complex, [CuNi(C13H16N3O3)(C10H8N2)2(H2O)]ClO4, has a cis‐oxamide‐bridged heterobinuclear cation, with a Cu...Ni separation of 5.3297 (6) Å, counterbalanced by a disordered perchlorate anion. The CuII and NiII cations are located in square‐pyramidal and octahedral coordination environments, respectively. The complex molecules are assembled into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions. The influence of the two types of metal cation on the supramolecular structure is discussed.  相似文献

The copper(II) ion in the synanti carboxyl­ate‐bridged one‐dimensional zigzag chain title complex, {[Cu(C16H18N3O2)]ClO4}n, exhibits a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment. Two N atoms and one carboxyl­ate O atom of the ligand form the basal plane, while the axial positions are filled by an N atom of the ligand and one O atom belonging to the carboxyl­ate group of an adjacent mol­ecule. The crystal packing is enhanced by C—H⋯O(perchlorate) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compound (alternative name p‐methoxybenzaldehyde 2‐pyridyl­hydrazone), C13H13N3O, adopt an E configuration about the azomethine C=N double bond. Molecules are almost planar, the dihedral angle between the pyridine and methoxy­phenyl rings being only 6.19 (12)°. Pairwise N—H⃛N hydrogen bonds [R(8) in graph‐set notation] link centrosymmetrically related mol­ecules into discrete pairs.  相似文献

Three conformational polymorphs of N‐(4′‐methoxyphenyl)‐3‐bromothiobenzamide, yellow α, orange β, and yellow γ, have been identified by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The properties and structure of the polymorphs were examined with FT Raman, FTIR (ATR), and UV/Vis spectroscopy, as well as differential scanning calorimetry. Computational data on rotational barriers in the isolated gas‐phase molecule indicate that the molecular conformation found in the α form is energetically preferred, but only by around 2 kJ mol?1 over the γ conformation. The planar molecular structure found in the β form is destabilized by 10–14 kJ mol?1, depending on the calculation method. However, experimental evidence suggests that the β polymorph is the most stable crystalline phase at room temperature. This is attributed to the relative planarity of this structure, which allows more and stronger intermolecular interactions, that is, more energetically effective packing. Calculated electronic‐absorption maxima were in agreement with experimental spectra.  相似文献

The synthesis of the polyhalogenated phenylalanines Phe(3′,4′,5′-Br3) ( 3 ), Phe(3′,5′-Br2-4′-Cl) ( 4 ) and DL -Phe (2′,3′,4′,5′,6′-Br5) ( 9 ) is described. The trihalogenated phenylalanines 3 and 4 are obtained stereospecifically from Phe(4′-NH2) by electrophilic bromination followed by Sandmeyer reaction. The most hydrophobic amino acid 9 is synthesized from pentabromobenzyl bromide and a glycine analogue by phase-transfer catalysis. With the amino acids 4, 9 , Phe(4′-I) and D -Phe, analogues of [1-sarcosin]angiotensin II ([Sar1]AT) are produced for structure-activity studies and tritium incorporation. The diastereomeric pentabromo peptides L - and D - 13 are separated by HPLC. and identified by catalytic dehalogenation and comparison to [Sar1]AT ( 10 ) and [Sar1, D -Phe8]AT ( 14 ).  相似文献

There are two perpendicular arrangements of the mol­ecules in the crystal with slightly different conformations. The fifth coordination site is filled by an acetonitrile N atom, and there is one solvent water mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit. In the title compound, [Cu(C10H18N5)(CH4O)]ClO4, four N atoms from the deprotonated ligand derived from bis(3‐amino­propyl)­amine and 2‐imidazole­carbox­aldehyde are coordinated to the Cu atom. The four N atoms occupy equatorial positions with Cu—N bond distances ranging from 1.998 (2) to 2.046 (3) Å. The three title isomers, 4‐, (I), 3‐, (II), and 2‐fluoro‐N′‐(4‐pyridyl)benzamide, (III), all C12H9FN2O, crystallize in the P21/c space group (No. 14) with similar unit‐cell parameters and are isomorphous and isostructural at the primary hydrogen‐bonding level. An intramolecular C—H...O=C interaction is present in all three isomers [C...O = 2.8681 (17)–2.884 (2) Å and C—H...O117–118°], with an additional N—H...F [N...F = 2.7544 (15) Å] interaction in (III). Intermolecular amide–pyridine N—H...N hydrogen bonds link molecules into one‐dimensional zigzag chains [graph set C(6)] along the [010] direction as the primary hydrogen bond [N...N = 3.022 (2), 3.049 (2) and 3.0213 (17) Å]. These are augmented in (I) by C—H...π(arene) and cyclic C—F...π(arene) contacts about inversion centres, in (II) by C—F...F—C interactions [C...F = 3.037 (2) Å] and weaker C—H...π(arene)/C—H...F contacts, and in (III) by C—H...π(arene) and C=O...O=C interactions, linking the alternating chains into two‐dimensional sheets. Typical amide N—H...O=C hydrogen bonds [as C(4) chains] are not present [N...O = 3.438 (2) Å in (I), 3.562 (2) Å in (II) and 3.7854 (16) Å in (III)]; the C=O group is effectively shielded and only participates in weaker interactions/contacts. This series is unusual as the three isomers are isomorphous (having similar unit‐cell parameters, packing and alignment), but they differ in their interactions and contacts at the secondary level.  相似文献

The title compund, [Cu2(OH)2(C22H25N3)2](ClO4)2, is a copper(II) dimer, with two [CuL]2+ units [L is bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridylmethyl)(2‐phenylethyl)amine] bridged by hydroxide groups to define the {[CuL](μ‐OH)2[CuL]}2+ cation. Charge balance is provided by perchlorate counter‐anions. The cation has a crystallographic inversion centre halfway between the CuII ions, which are separated by 3.0161 (8) Å. The central core of the cation is an almost regular Cu2O2 parallelogram of sides 1.931 (2) and 1.935 (2) Å, with a Cu—O—Cu angle of 102.55 (11)°. The coordination geometry around each CuII centre can be best described as a square‐based pyramid, with three N atoms from L ligands and two hydroxide O atoms completing the coordination environment. Each cationic unit is hydrogen bonded to two perchlorate anions by means of hydroxide–perchlorate O—H...O interactions.  相似文献

One pot green synthesis of 1‐(1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl)spiro[azetidine‐2,3′‐(3H)‐indole]‐2′,4′(1′H)‐diones was carried out by the reaction of indole‐2,3‐diones,4‐amino‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole and acetyl chloride/chloroacetyl chloride in ionic liquid [bmim]PF6 with/without using a catalyst. It was also prepared by conventional method via Schiff's bases, 3‐[4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl]imino‐indol‐2‐one. Further, the corresponding phenoxy derivatives were obtained by the reaction of chloro group attached to azetidine ring with phenols. The synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical and spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FAB mass) data. Evaluation for insecticidal activity against Periplaneta americana exhibited promising results.  相似文献
