The substituent‐induced chemical shifts (SCS) of C2 and C3 on the 13C NMR spectra of 1‐aryl‐3,3‐difluoro‐2‐halocyclopropenes were studied. The correlation between SCS and Hammett constants shows that the tendency of effect by the substituents on the phenyl ring is BrC2(ρ = 4.66) > ClC2(ρ = 4.50) and ClC3(ρ = ?1.63) > BrC3(ρ = ?1.41). The DSP treatment further confirms the SCS of C2 and C3 are the main contribution of the resonance effect and field effect, respectively. Those results of the incremental shifts reveals that the gem‐difluorocyclopropenyl bearing the phenyl group possesses a triple bond character, which is also observed in IR spectra with high n?C=C (1768–1945 cm?1).  相似文献

本文通过对186个二萜生物碱及其衍生物的~(13)C NMR谱数据的分析比较,就以下几方面作了归纳总结:①信号归属的方法;②常见取代基OCH_3、NCH_3、、NCH_2CH_3、OCOCH_3、的化学位移范围;③季碳和某些特定碳的化学位移规律。某些特定结构,如C_(20)二萜生物碱中的噁唑烷环以及C_(20)差向异构体等的~(13)C NMR谱特征;④C_(19)二萜生物碱中不同位置上取代基(H→OH、H→OMe、OH→OAc、OH→OMe、OH→C=O)效应和立体化学效应。这些归纳总结有助于此类化合物结构的阐明。  相似文献

The thermodynamic products (ε‐lactams) of the degradation of ten different spirocyclic oxaziridines were analyzed by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The preferred conformations were determined by examining the homonuclear spin–spin coupling constant and the chemical shift effects of the N‐substituent and the alkyl group of the aliphatic ring on 1H and 13C NMR spectra. Herein, we describe the synthesis and complete assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of a series of antimicrobial 4‐arylamino‐3‐nitrocoumarin derivatives based on a combination of 1H and 13C NMR, 1H‐1H‐COSY, NOESY, HSQC and HMBC experiments. Conformational effects upon the chemical shifts of the coumarin moiety arising from the anisotropy of the aryl side group are briefly discussed. This study provides the first complete and fully assigned NMR data for this important group of antimicrobial compounds and bridges the gap existing in the literature with regard to NMR structural data for 4‐arylamino‐3‐nitrocoumarins. 15N NMR chemical shifts of 2‐aryl‐1,3,4‐oxadiazoles were assigned on the basis of the 1H–15N HMBC experiment. Chemical shifts of the nitrogen and carbon atoms in the oxadiazole ring correlate with the Hammett σ‐constants of substituents in the aryl ring (r2 ≥ 0.966 for N atoms). 15N NMR data are a suitable and sensitive means for characterizing long‐range electronic substituent effects. cis‐ and trans‐2‐imino‐1,3‐ and ‐3,1‐perhydrobenzoxazines and the N‐methyl derivatives of the latter were synthesized from the corresponding cyclic 1,3‐amino alcohol with cyanogen bromide. The configurations of the studied compounds were confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR spectra. All trans‐fused compounds exist in biased chair–chair conformations as expected, whereas the cis‐fused 1,3‐benzoxazines attain exclusively the O‐in conformations. The cis‐fused 3,1‐benzoxazines, especially the 1‐methyl‐substituted derivatives, tend to favor the N‐out form, obviously owing to the favorable axial orientation of this N‐methyl. A total of 13 of the 16 possible methylol derivatives of 2,4′‐ and 4,4′‐dihydroxydiphenylmethane have been synthesized, isolated, and identified. These compounds are found as intermediates in the cure process of resol phenol–formaldehyde (PF) resins. Analysis of the 13C NMR spectra (in acetone‐d6) of these compounds provided a way to evaluate the seven methylolphenol ring types (methylol derivatives of 2‐hydroxyphenyl and 4‐hydroxyphenyl rings) found in typical resol PF resins using the ipso carbon region from 150 to 160 ppm. A simple diagnostic test was developed using the chemical shift values of the methylol methylene carbon atoms to identify the presence of intermediates containing either a 2‐hydroxyphenyl or a 4‐hydroxyphenyl ring. The sorbitol theory in diabetic cataractogenesis was based on sorbitol accumulation under glucose stress. Sorbitol accumulation was examined by 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) for the first time in matched human lenses incubated in 5.5 mM and 35.5 mM C-1 13C-enriched glucose up to 28 hours. The results showed that sorbitol and lactate in human tens can be detected at 35.5 mM, but not in 5.5 mM glucose solution. The glycolysis metabolic pathway of human lenses may be quite different from that of animals. The accumulation of metabolites can be traced and quantified by the intensities of 13C NMR peaks. Therefore, 13C NMR spectroscopy can be used as a valuable tool to investigate human lens carbohydrate metabolism non-interventionally.  相似文献

We report the 1H NMR and 13C NMR chemical shifts and J(H,H), J(H,F) and J(C,F) coupling constants of 13 2,4‐diamino‐10‐methylpyrimido[4,5‐b]‐5‐quinolone derivatives, some of them with moderate activity against Plasmodium falciparum in vitro. 1,2,3,4,6‐Penta‐O‐acetyl‐α‐d ‐glucopyranose and the corresponding [1‐2H], [2‐2H], [3‐2H], [4‐2H], [5‐2H], and [6,6‐2H2]‐labeled compounds were prepared for measuring deuterium/hydrogen‐induced effects on 13C chemical shift nΔ (DHIECS) values. A conformational analysis of the nondeuterated compound was achieved using density functional theory (DFT) molecular models that allowed calculation of several structural properties as well as Boltzmann‐averaged 13C NMR chemical shifts by using the gauge‐including atomic orbital method. Structures of selected 3,6‐dihalogeno‐N‐alkyl carbazole derivatives were calculated at the B3LYP/6‐311++G(3df,2pd) level of theory, and their 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) isotropic shieldings were predicted using density functional theory (DFT). The model compounds contained 9H, N‐methyl and N‐ethyl derivatives. The relativistic effect of Br and I atoms on nuclear shieldings was modeled using the spin–orbit zeroth‐order regular approximation (ZORA) method. Significant heavy atom shielding effects for the carbon atom directly bonded with Br and I were observed (~?10 and ~?30 ppm while the other carbon shifts were practically unaffected). The decreasing electronegativity of the halogen substituent (F, Cl, Br, and I) was reflected in both nonrelativistic and relativistic NMR results as decreased values of chemical shifts of carbon atoms attached to halogen (C3 and C6) leading to a strong sensitivity to halogen atom type at 3 and 6 positions of the carbazole ring. Partial labeling by deuterium may be quantified through simple integrations of those 1H (200 or 400 MHz ) and 13C (100.6 MHz ) NMR resonances that are split into pairs by chemical shifts nΔ=δ(deuterated)?δ(nondeuterated) as induced by deuterium across n>2 chemical bonds. The relative intensities of the two components of a pair are shown to be influenced to practically equal degrees by relaxation effects, so that a deuterium fraction may be determined from 1H and 13C integral pairs at more remote molecular positions under the routine conditions of fast accumulative spectral acquisition.  相似文献

Treatment of 2‐acetyl‐2‐methylcyclopentanone with hydrazine hydrate yielded a new condensed hexahydro‐1,3,5‐triazine (3b), which is the first example of the ketimine‐type trimers.
