The induced circular dichroism (i.c.d.) and absorption spectra of the -cyclodextrin (-c.d.) complex with cyclobuta [1,2-b: 3,4-b]diquinoxaline (I) have been measured. The linear dichroism (l.d.) spectra of I in stretched polyethylene sheet have been also measured. The absorption bands of I have been assigned by using the observed spectra and the results of CNDO/S CI calculations. The i.c.d. spectra of the first absorption band have shown the Cotton-effect at high concentrations. This fact indicates that the -c.d. complex with I forms dimers at high concentrations.  相似文献

The synthesis of the polycyclic pyrrole acetic acids 9e, 13e and 13g by multistep processes from 1-bromo-4-phenylbutan-2-one ( 6c ) is reported. An instance of the use of the 2-chloroethyl moiety as a pyrrole nitrogen protecting group is described. The α-methylaminoketone ( 6e ) was synthesised by a novel two step process from 6c and methyl N-methylformimidate ( 12 ).  相似文献

Three 2,4-diamino-l(), 11-dihydro-9H-benzo[3,4]cyclohepta[ 1,2-d]pyrimidines (6a-6c) representing the first examples of a new ring system were synthesized from 2-benzosuberones and cyanoguanidine. Similarly, 2,4-diamino-6,7-dihydro-5H-benzo[3,4]cyelohepta[2,1-d]pyrimidine ( 24 ) was prepared from 1-benzosuberone. The ultraviolet spectral properties of these compounds were examined with reference to those of the analogs in which the central ring is five- and six-mernbered.  相似文献

The transient existence of thieno[3,4-b]quinoxaline ( 2d ) as a product of dehydration of 1,3-dihydrothieno[3,4-b]quinoxaline 2-oxide ( 5 ) was demonstrated by trapping experiments with N-phenylmaleimide and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate. Attempts to isolate 2d from reaction mixtures arising from dehydration of 5 and from dehydrogenation of 1,3-dihydro-thieno[3,4-b]quinoxaline ( 8 ) were unsuccessful.  相似文献

Cycloaddition reaction between toluamides and benzonitriles was applied to prepare the 3-arylisoquinolines, and their chemical transformation to the dienes 4 was performed. The ring-closing metathesis (RCM) reaction afforded the desired heterocyclic compounds, benzo[3,4]azepino[1,2-b]isoquinolinones 5 in good yield.  相似文献

The Michael addition of ethyl acetoacetate to benzoquinone, toluquinone, and chlorobenzo-quinone leads to formation of substituted 5-hydroxybenzofuran-3-earboxylates and linear benzo-[1,2-b:4,5-b']difurans. The previously reported structural proof for the benzodifurans obtained from chlorobenzoquinone and toluquinone, although correct in the conclusion, is shown to be invalid. Proof of the linear benzodifuran structures was obtained by comparison of the uv spectra with authentic angular benzo[1,2-b:4,3-b']difurans.  相似文献

The title compound, an example of a hydrocarbon containing three linearly fused 4n-membered rings, has been synthesized and characterized as a thermally stable species possessing no unusual chemical reactivity. Despite the presence of these conventionally antiaromatic structural units this hydrocarbon is predicted to have a net diamagnetic ring current. The NMR results, which are discussed in some detail, are shown to be consistent with this expectation. The impact of this result on the NMR criterion of aromaticity is discussed briefly.  相似文献

Employing two consecutive cyclization reactions, benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b']bis[b]benzochalcogenophenes, which are pi-extended heteroarenes, were efficiently synthesized. Their electronic and crystal structures were elucidated on the basis of UV-vis spectra, electrochemical measurements, and X-ray structural analyses.  相似文献
