采用氨基酸-N-内羧酸酐(氨基酸-NCA)开环聚合的方法, 并通过改变开环聚合时谷氨酸-N-内羧酸酐(BLG-NCA)与赖氨酸-N-内羧酸酐[Lys(Z)-NCA]的投料比以及BLG-NCA与鸟氨酸-N-内羧酸酐[Orn(Z)-NCA]的投料比, 经过脱保护和胍基化反应得到一系列谷氨酸赖氨酸无规共聚物Poly(E,K)和谷氨酸精氨酸无规共聚物Poly(E,R). 核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)和核磁共振定量碳谱(13C NMR)分析结果表明, 合成了无规共聚物Poly(E,K)和Poly(E,R), 且二者中不同氨基酸的摩尔比接近开环聚合时相应NCA的投料比. 动态光散射(DLS)测定结果表明, 无规共聚物在pH=7.4的正常生理环境中形成的胶束粒径均一、 尺寸小于200 nm. Zeta电位表征结果表明, 无规共聚物Poly(E,K)和Poly(E,R)的Zeta电位值随着溶液pH值的变化而变化, 具有pH敏感性.  相似文献

Star-shaped poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-poly(?-caprolactone) (?-PCL) block copolymers were synthesized via a ring-opening polymerization. Nanoparticles prepared by the precipitation/solvent evaporation technique exhibit a core-shell structure. The hydrolytic degradation of 3-arm PEG-PCL copolymeric nanoparticles was studied by dynamic light scattering (DLS), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). It was found that copolymers with shorter PCL block length degraded faster. The sizes of nanoparticles fluctuated during the initial degradation period, and then increased slightly before finally dropping off. The degradation mainly occurred at CL-CL linkages firstly then at the EO-CL linkages. The CL/EO molar ratios and the molecular weights of copolymers decreased as degradation time and a zero-order degradation behavior was observed.  相似文献

A series of random copolymers(PCLAs) were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of D,L-lactide(LA)and ε-caprolactone(CL) with different molar ratios. PCLA based polyurethanes(PCLAUs) were obtained by chain-extending of PCLA and polytetramethylene ether(PTMEG) with hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI). All the PCLAUs exhibit good shape memory properties with high shape fixity ratios above 98% and shape recovery ratios above 82% in the first cycle and 91% in the second cycle. PCLAUs with less CL content show faster recovery speed and PCLAUs with more CL content show higher shape recovery ratio. The trigger temperature can be tuned or controlled around body temperature by adjusting the molar ratio of LA to CL. The PCLAUs have potential applications in implant biomedical devices, especially for minimally invasive deployable devices.  相似文献

以低不饱和度环氧丙烷聚醚三元醇与L型及DL型丙交酯为原料, 合成了不同单体物质的量比的聚醚与聚乳酸嵌段共聚物. 采用FTIR, 1H NMR, GPC对共聚物的结构进行了表征; 用DSC, DTA对共聚物的玻璃化转变温度、熔点及热分解温度进行了研究. 结果表明, 丙交酯在聚醚多元醇端羟基的引发下发生开环反应, 得到聚环氧丙烷L型乳酸(POLLA)或聚环氧丙烷DL型乳酸(PODLA)二嵌段共聚物. POLLA二嵌段共聚物具有结晶能力, 且随着L型聚乳酸链段的增长而增强. PODLA二嵌段共聚物为非晶态聚合物. 两种共聚物的玻璃化转变温度与共聚物的组成有关, 其值介于聚醚和聚乳酸玻璃化转变温度之间. 与聚醚三元醇相比, 二嵌段共聚物的耐热性得到提高, 其热分解温度提高了30~60 ℃, 约为235~262 ℃. 共聚物的结构和组成对材料的热降解机制有很大影响. 在微波辅助下,以辛酸亚锡为催化剂、壳聚糖(CS)为大分子引发剂引发消旋丙交酯(D,L-LA)本体开环聚合制备了壳聚糖接枝聚乳酸共聚物。通过正交实验研究了微波功率、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对聚合反应的影响,确定了最佳合成条件。并通过红外光谱、元素分析、核磁共振氢谱、X-射线衍射和热分析对接枝共聚物的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明,在微波条件下,能快速、有效地合成预定结构的壳聚糖接枝聚乳酸共聚物;聚乳酸支链的引入,有效削弱了壳聚糖分子间和分子内较强的氢键作用,与相应的壳聚糖比较,共聚物的结晶性能下降,热分解温度降低;原料配比对共聚物的结构与性能有显著影响,随nD,L-LA/nCS糖环数值增大,共聚物中平均乳酰单元数逐渐增大,共聚物的结晶性能、起始分解温度逐渐下降。  相似文献

A series of copolymers were prepared by ring-opening polymerization of ?-caprolactone and dl-lactide, using zinc lactate as catalyst. The resulting PCL/PLA copolymers were characterized by various analytical techniques such as NMR, SEC, DSC and X-ray diffraction. The [CL]/[LA] ratios of the copolymers are very close to those in the feed, indicating a good conversion of monomers. The copolymers with CL contents higher than 50% appear semi-crystalline, the crystalline structure being of the PCL-type. Compression moulded polymer films were allowed to degrade in a pH = 7.6 phosphate buffer containing Pseudomonas lipase. Data show that copolymers with CL contents lower than 25% are not degradable and the degradation rate increases with CL content for CL-rich copolymers. Various soluble degradation products are detected in the degradation medium, including CL1 to CL3 and LA1 to LA4 homo-oligomers, and CL2LA1 co-oligomer. The presence of LA homo-oligomers and CL2LA1 co-oligomer suggests that Pseudomonas lipase can not only degrade PCL but also LA short blocks along PCL/PLA copolymer chains. On the other hand, little changes of composition are detected during degradation, in agreement with a surface erosion mechanism as shown by ESEM.  相似文献

A series of mixed, random cylindrical brush copolymers bearing polystyrene(PS) and poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL) side chains were synthesized via the combination of ring-opening polymerization(ROP) and atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP). These novel cylindrical brush copolymers have been characterized by means of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). It was found that the mikto-armed cylindrical brush copolymers were microphase-separated in bulks and that the morphologies were dependent on the mass ratios of PS to PCL side chains. One of the cylindrical brush copolymers was employed to incorporate into epoxy thermoset to investigate effect of the mikto-armed cylindrical brush architecture on the reaction-induced microphase separation behavior. Depending on the concentration of the cylindrical brush in epoxy, the thermosets can display the morphologies with the spherical, worm-like and lamellar PS microdomains dispersing in continuous thermosetting matrices.  相似文献

A biodegradable ABBA block copolymer was synthesized via the ring-opening co-polymerization of ε-caprolactone(CL, B) and glycolide(A) by means of step polymerization in the presence of ethylene glycol as an initiator and stannous octanoate as a catalyst at 110 ℃ for 48 h. The molecular length of the PCL pre-polymer(BB) could be adjusted by controlling the molar ratio of the ethylene glycol initiator to ε-caprolactone monomer. The structure and the composition of the block copolymer were determined by the weight ratio of the monomer glycolide(A) to PCL pre-polymer(BB). The block copolymers were characterized by 1H NMR, GPC, DSC and X-ray. The results confirm the successful synthesis of an ABBA block copolymer.  相似文献

Novel biodegradable poly(ester anhydride) block copolymers based on ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL) and adipic anhydride (AA) were prepared by sequential polymerization. ε‐CL was first initiated by potassium poly(ethylene glycol)ate and polymerized into active chains (PCL‐O?K+), which were then used to initiate the ring‐opening polymerization of AA. The effects of the AA feed ratio, solvent polarity, monomer concentration, and temperature on sequential polymerization were investigated. The copolymers, obtained under different conditions, were characterized by Fourier transform infrared, 1H NMR, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The GPC results showed that the weight‐average molecular weights of the block copolymers were approximately 6.0 × 104. A series of biodegradable poly(D,L-lactide)-poly(ethylene glycol) multiblock poly(ether-ester-urethane)s with various lactide-to-poly(ethylene glycol) (LA/PEG) mole ratios has been successfully synthesized by ring-opening polymerization (ROP) followed by chain extension reaction through formation of urethane linkage. Resulting FT-IR spectra indicate complete polymerization of lactide monomers, while NMR analysis quantitatively marks the chain length of polymer blocks. The molecular weight and dispersion index of copolymers were investigated by GPC analysis. DSC thermogram and XRD diffractogram of the prepared copolymers were studied as well for revealing the thermal and crystallinity behavior of the copolymer as LA/PEG mole ratios varied.  相似文献

A series of copolymers of lactide(LA) and e-caprolactone(ε-CL) with different monomer feed ratios were achieved using three kinds of bimetallic Schiff aluminum complexes as catalysts. The ratios of LA and ε-CL units in different copolymers and the average segments length were determined by NMR analysis. The comparative kinetic study of L-LA/ε-CL and rac-LA/ε-CL copolymerization systems showed that the polymerization rate of LA was faster than ε-CL, and L-LA showed polymerization rate slightly faster than rac-LA. It was inferred that the copolymers achieved by these complexes were gradient copolymers with gradual change in distribution of LA and e-CL units. The thermal properties of these copolymers were characterized by DSC analysis, which showed that the glass transition temperature(Tg) of these copolymers changed regularly according to the pro-portion change of two structural units.  相似文献

The paper describes the synthesis and characterization of comb polymers by a two-step chemo-enzymatic process. In the first step macromonomers bearing unsaturation at the chain end were prepared by lipase catalyzed ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of ε-caprolactone (CL) and 1,5-dioxepane-2-one (DXO). The ROP was carried out in bulk at 60 °C under anhydrous conditions using 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) as the initiator. The DP of the macromonomers was controlled by regulating the monomer: HEMA molar feed concentration. The macromonomers were then homo- or co-polymerized in the second step with alkyl methacrylate monomers (methyl methacrylate or HEMA) using AIBN initiated free radical polymerization. Characterization of the polymers was done by 1H NMR, SEC and DSC techniques.  相似文献

An aromatic heterocyclic Schiff base neodymium complex bearing thizole was synthesized and its activity in the ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone (CL) was examined. The conditions of the CL/Nd molar ratio, monomer concentration, polymerization time and temperature were investigated. Activities of ca.171 kg/Nd·h were obtained under the optimum condition (CL/Nd = 1600 (molar ratio), |CL] = 2.26 mol L-1, 1 h at 50℃), giving a poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) of number-average molecular weight Mn = 5.4 × 104 and molecular weight distribution MWD = 1.96. The conversion of CL monomer as high as 94% was observed after polymerized for one hour. The mechanism of coordination polymerization has also been illustrated.  相似文献

Cationic ring‐opening copolymerization behavior of 1,5,7,11‐tetraoxaspiro[5.5]undecane (SOC1) and ε‐caprolactone (CL), and the thermal behavior of the obtained copolymers are described. When SOC1 and CL were cationically copolymerized under various feed ratios using BF3OEt2 as the initiator in CH2Cl2 at 25 °C, the corresponding copolymers were obtained in 77–99% yields. The 1H NMR spectroscopic analysis of the copolymers revealed that the copolymer compositions were almost identical to the feed ratios, and the diad ratios of SOC1–SOC1/SOC1–CL and CL–SOC1/CL–CL are 48.0/52.0 and 54.3/45.7. These observations proved the random structures of the copolymers without containing the long blocks of the homopolymer sequences. Differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) analysis revealed that the melting points and melting entharpies decreased with the increase of the SOC1 unit compositions, suggesting that the copolymers gain flexibility as the SOC1 unit increases. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
