采用Z扫描和泵浦-探测技术研究了GaN薄膜在370 nm时的非线性光学效应和非线性光动力学过程。首先,基于GaN薄膜的透射光谱,结合线性光学理论分析得到了其在370 nm的线性折射率n0、线性吸收系数α0、光学带隙Eg等线性光学性质。采用飞秒激光Z扫描技术,得到了不同光强激发下的Z扫描实验响应结果,结合非线性光学理论提取出GaN薄膜可变的光学非线性吸收效应。在激发光子能量接近GaN带隙情况下,低光强时材料表现为饱和吸收而高光强时为反饱和吸收,这是因为低光强下单光子吸收占主导而高光强下以单光子感应自由载流子吸收为主。闭孔Z扫描测量得到了GaN薄膜的三阶非线性折射系数为n2=-(1.0±0.1)×10-3 cm2·GW-1,它几乎比传统非线性介质的高出一个数量级。为了探究上述非线性过程的动力学弛豫时间以及进一步探究GaN薄膜非线性光动力学过程的深层物理机制,采用了交叉偏振飞秒退相泵浦探测技术观察GaN薄膜的光激发载流子动力学弛豫过程。实验结果表明,在低光强下,饱和吸收效应来源于瞬态单光子吸收,高光强下单光子感应自由载流子吸收为非瞬态光动力学过程,其自由载流子弛豫时间约为17 ps。该工作将为GaN薄膜在紫外非线性纳米器件应用以及GaN薄膜非线性过程的机制分析理解提供新的思路。  相似文献

利用双波长飞秒激光抽运-探测实验方法测量了掺氮多晶ZnTe薄膜在飞秒激光加热情况下载能子超快动力学过程. 采用包含电子弛豫过程和晶格加热过程的理论模型拟合实验数据, 二者符合得很好. 拟合得到10 ps以内影响掺氮多晶ZnTe薄膜表面超快反射率变化的三个弛豫过程的时间常数均为亚皮秒量级. 其中, 正振幅电子弛豫过程是由电子-光子相互作用引起的载流子扩散和带间载流子冷却过程, 负振幅电子弛豫过程是由缺陷造成的光激载能子的俘获效应引起的, 晶格加热过程主要通过电子-声子耦合过程进行的.  相似文献

利用飞秒泵浦探测技术研究了PbS半导体纳米颗粒复合的SiO2溶胶凝胶薄膜的瞬态动力学过程。通过改变激发探测波长和激发光强度,研究引起PbS半导体纳米颗粒的非线性吸收的两种机制。当激发探测波长选在激子吸收峰附近(620nm)时,由于激子的饱和吸收引起的光致漂白,当激发波长选在激子能态的低能侧(753,800nm),同时观察到激子的饱和吸收和双激子效应引起的光致吸收。研究了激子的饱和吸收和双激子效应引起的激发态吸收随激发态电子-空穴对浓度的变化关系,表明双激子效应与载流子浓度有很大关系。在高激发强度下,双激子效应引起的诱导吸收远远大于激子跃迁引起的光致漂白,双激子效应在非线性吸收中起着决定性作用。  相似文献

使用飞秒时间分辨抽运-探测透射光谱技术,实验研究了GaAs体材料中光激发载流子的超快弛豫动力学的波长依赖.在相同的光激发载流子浓度和抽运/探测比时,发现760 nm和780 nm两中心波长处的瞬态透射变化延迟扫描信号出现负的和振荡的信号.与模拟计算结果对比,判定该实验瞬态信号是错误的.分析探测器输出波形,发现是由于反相波形导致的,而引起反相波形的原因在于样品中存在长寿命的吸收过程.指出通过提高探测器上的抽运/探测比能够矫正反相波形,从而获得正确的瞬态透射变化动力学.提高探测器上的抽运/探测比与目前的应尽量减小抽运光对探测器的散射贡献的观点是对立的.文章的研究结果对应用抽运-探测时间分辨光谱技术正确地测量超快瞬态动力学过程具有重要的参考价值. 关键词: 时间分辨抽运-探测透射光谱 饱和吸收 吸收增强 GaAs体材料  相似文献

本文介绍采用飞秒饱和吸收测量技术研究Al_xGa_(1-x)As/GaAs多量子阱结构中受激载流子的超快弛豫特性.当激发光子能量大于样品势垒层能带隙时,受激产生于势垒层和势阱层连续态中的载流子分别在130和30fs时间内离开受激态,弛豫至准平衡态.势垒中的载流子被捕至势阱束缚态的情况主要发生于热载流子的冷却和复合过程的皮秒级时间内.  相似文献

此文研究了三种不同分子结构的聚苯胺(本征态聚苯胺,间位聚苯胺和掺入有机玻璃的掺杂态聚苯胺)的飞秒非线性光学响应过程。用飞秒时间分辨吸收光谱技术测量了三种样品的激子和极化子的光激发和弛豫过程。从一个三能级模型出发,分析了上述过程的来源。最后讨论了存在于聚苯胺中的这种超快驰豫过程在光学双稳器件中的应用  相似文献

基于已建立的高聚物光诱导激子漂白动力学理论,模拟计算了一类基态非简并高聚物在光激发和弛豫过程中的瞬态无腔光学双稳态.结果表明,基于高聚物的超快激发和弛豫,可获得瞬态饱和吸收型和增强吸收型无腔光学双稳态,其开关时间均在ps和fs量级.随着入射探测光脉冲相对入射泵浦光脉冲延迟时间的增加,无腔光学双稳态可由饱和吸收型向增强吸收型转变,转变的快慢与高聚物光诱导漂白的弛豫的快慢成正比 关键词:  相似文献

基于飞秒时间分辨瞬态吸收和多元瞬态光栅光谱技术对全反式Astaxanthin(AXT)在DMSO溶剂中的超快激发态弛豫动力学进行了观测.结果表明,光激发后AXT/DMSO体系直接发生S_0→S_2跃迁,基态漂白对应光谱范围为420~550nm.由S_2→S_1的内转换过程发生的时间常数为120~160fs.S_1态激发态吸收对应的光谱范围为550~740nm,基态漂白恢复过程对应的是S_1→S_0的内转换过程,其时间尺度为4.50~5.50ps.  相似文献

Nanoparticles of lead sulfide (PbS) have been prepared by a surfactant micelle template-inducing reaction. These nanoparticles were dispersed in ethanol and investigated for their nonlinear optical properties by nanosecond laser pulses. Broadband optical limiting effects have been observed at the wavelengths of 355, 1064, and 430 nm and every 30 nm from 470 to 620 nm. The nonlinear light-scattering process in the suspensions of PbS nanoparticles was characterized at the wavelength of 532 nm. Nonlinear absorption and nonlinear scattering were deduced to be the mechanisms for the broadband optical limiting performance. The origins of the nonlinear scattering were discussed.  相似文献

Suppression of the multiphoton fluorescence contribution to the hyper-Rayleigh (second-order nonlinear optical) scattering signal was recently achieved by intrinsic demodulation of the fluorescence at high amplitude-modulation (AM) frequencies [Olbrechts et al., Rev. Sci. Instrum. 69, 2233 (1998)]. These high AM frequencies were obtained from the high harmonic content in the Fourier spectrum of a repetitive train of femtosecond pulses from a Ti:sapphire laser emitting at 800 nm. We have used a femtosecond parametric oscillator to shift the fundamental wavelength to 1.3 mum . By further improving the detection electronics, we can now obtain fluorescence suppression at AM frequencies up to 600 MHz. Fluorescence-free hyperpolarizability values were obtained for fluorescent dipolar compounds as well as for an ionic fluorophore. The results also indicate that shifting the fundamental wavelength to the near infrared only is not a general solution to the multiphoton fluorescence problem in hyper-Rayleigh scattering.  相似文献

Upconversion luminescence was obtained from CdSeS nanocrystals (NCs) under 800 nm femtosecond laser excitation. The structural and optical characteristics of the CdSeS NCs were investigated experimentally by use of UV–visible absorption spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, and time-resolved luminescence dynamics. Peak shift of luminescence in CdSeS NCs can be readily observed under different wavelength femtosecond excitation. The pump power dependence of the luminescence intensity and time-resolved decay revealed that one, two, and three-photon absorption occur. It was found that upconversion luminescence is composed of photoinduced trapping and a band-edge excitonic state, and two types of species are involved in the biexponential luminescence decay kinetics. With increasing Se-doped composition, luminescence lifetimes of CdSeS NCs with similar sizes become shorter. This is not consistent with the changes of undoped CdS NCs and is ascribed to impurity level increased doping in the energy gap, which is favorable for trapping luminescence. A simple energy level of doping NCs is used to interpret upconversion luminescence and the peak shift of steady-state emission.  相似文献

对中心波长为800 nm,脉宽为100 fs的激光脉冲烧蚀空气中硅(111)产生的等离子体发射光谱进行了时间和空间分辨研究. 结果表明,在等离子体羽膨胀初期(小于50 ns时间范围内),等离子体发射光谱主要由连续光谱构成,此后连续光谱强度逐渐减弱,线状光谱开始占主导地位;在羽体膨胀过程中离子谱线的存在时间短于原子谱线的存在时间. 由时间分辨发射光谱发现在羽体膨胀过程中等离子体辐射波长存在红移现象,波长红移量随时间演化呈二次指数衰减. 最后给出等离子体发射光谱谱线强度的时空演化规律. 关键词: 飞秒激光 脉冲激光烧蚀 等离子体 发射光谱  相似文献

Silicon nanoparticles were produced by femtosecond laser ablation in ambient air. Obtained samples were studied using dark-field optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and Raman-scattering spectroscopy. Two groups of structures can be found: (1) branched amorphous structures with a minimum element size of about 10 nm and incorporations of nanocrystals (0.6–6.6 nm from Raman scattering analysis); (2) larger crystal particles with smooth surface and a typical size of 50–200 nm that provide directional visible light scattering (at dark-field optical microscopy observations). An influence of environment on resulting phase composition of silicon nanoparticles was investigated by numerical evaluation of nanoparticle’s cooling rate. The calculation shows that cooling in ambient air ensures cooling rate sufficient for crystallization.  相似文献

Au-core CdS-shell composite nanoparticles were synthesized by a direct self-assembly process and integrated into BaTiO3 thin films. Characterization by transmission electron microscopy showed that the average diameter of these composite nanoparticles was about 8 nm. Using the femtosecond time-resolved optical Kerr effect method, we investigated the third-order nonlinear optical response of the Au@CdS nanoparticles embedded in the BaTiO3 thin films at a wavelength of 800 nm. An ultrafast nonlinear response and a large effective third-order nonlinear susceptibility of χ(3)=7.7×10-11 esu were observed. We attributed the enhancement of the third-order optical nonlinearity to a localized electric field effect originating from the core-shell structure under off-surface-plasmon resonance conditions. 采用飞秒泵浦探测技术研究了紫细菌外周捕光天线LH2中的超快光动力学过程.从B800蓝侧的激发态动力学中观察到B800到B850的能量传递时间,实验结果与理论计算结果的差别说明激发B800时可能引起B850上激子带的直接激发,或存在由B800到B850上激子态的能量传递通道.在B800红侧激发的动力学过程中,漂白信号前端存在的一个快速光吸收信号主要来源于B850上激子带的直接激发.在天然RS601和突变体GM309的LH2中,800 nm激发时的动力学过程都表现为一个类似的光漂白过程,动力学曲线的衰减时间常量在天然LH2中明显快于突变体中,说明在GM309中B800到B850的激发能传递速率有所降低.而在845 nm激发下两个样品中的快过程类似,但慢过程在GM309中有所增快,激发态中的能量重新分布包括逆向的能量传递也受到类胡萝卜素微结构的影响.  相似文献

Ultrafast optical Kerr effect of metallophthalocyanine-doped inorganic-organic materials was investigated using a femtosecond optical Kerr shutter at wavelength of 800 nm. Experimental results showed that the dependence of the Kerr signals on the polarization angle between the pump beam and the probe beam could be controlled by changing the pump-probe intensity ratio. The pump-intensity dependence of the polarization characters of the Kerr signals probably arose from the contribution of light induced transient grating (LITG) to the Kerr signals.  相似文献

Ultrafast third-order optical nonlinearities of the as-deposited and annealed Au:Bi2O3 nanocomposite films deposited by magnetron cosputtering are investigated by using femtosecond time-resolved optical Kerr effect (OKE) and pump probe techniques. The third-order optical nonlinear susceptibility is estimated to be 2.6Ф×10^- 10 esu and 1.8 × 10.9 esu at wavelength of 800nm, for the as-deposited and the annealed film, respectively. The OKE signal of the as-deposited film is nearly temporally symmetrical with a peak centred at zero delay time, which indicates the dominant contribution from intraband transition of conduction electrons. For the annealed film, the existence of a decay process in OKE signal implies the important contribution of hot electrons. These characteristics are in agreement with the hot electron dynamics observed in pump probe measurement.  相似文献
