We have used laser photoacoustic gas analysis to study the CO2 content sorbed by the capillary porous system of annual rings in cross-sectional disks of some conifers. The measurement results showed that in most cases, the CO2 content in gas samples extracted by the vacuum method from annual rings in the disks is higher than the CO2 content in atmospheric air. In the disks, we observe an annual trend in the CO2 concentration, correlating in a number of cases with a rise in atmospheric CO2. The annual trend in the average value of the CO2 concentration change sign from positive to negative. We hypothesize that the observed pattern for the annual distribution of CO2 in the disks is connected with a rise in atmospheric CO2 and a change in the concentration gradient between stem and atmospheric CO2. NO, NO2是大气污染源中的常见气体, 对环境具有严重的危害性. 为检测污染源中这两种气体的浓度, 构建了成本较低的基于红外热辐射光源的光声光谱气体检测系统. 分析计算得到了NO, NO2 在2500–6667 nm波段吸收谱线. 通过建立光声传输线RLC振荡电路模型和仿真得到品质因数、声压大小与谐振腔长、内腔半径以及调制频率的关系, 据此设计了光声池几何结构. 实验表明该系统所测得的光声信号与气体浓度有很好的线性关系, 并且对NO, NO2气体极限检测灵敏度分别达到4.01 和1.07 μL. 通过调节激光发射波长和选取滤波片, 该系统还可用于其他微量气体的浓度检测. 关键词: 大气污染 光声光谱 气体检测  相似文献

本文为泵浦质子交换准相位匹配波导器LiNbO3提供了激光光源,用808nm半导体激光器泵浦Nd:YAG晶体,在室温下获得946nm激光连续输出大于120mW,斜率效率9.8%,并且在国内首次实现了LD泵浦Nd:YAG/KNbO3473nm蓝色激光器的连续运转,报道了初步的实验结果并对此进行了详细的分析,提出了改进方案.  相似文献

The optical characteristics of Cr3+ and Nd3+ codoped Y3Al5O12 (YAG) ceramics are measured. These measurements are done using two pumping sources, a 808 nm laser diode (LD) and a Xe short-arc lamp, to simulate solar radiation. The specimens used are 0.1%Cr3+/1.0%Nd3+ and 3.0%Cr3+/1.0%Nd3+ (atomic%) codoped YAG ceramics. A Nd:YAG crystal doped with 1.0%Nd3+ is used as a reference. The saturation intensities of the Cr/Nd:YAG ceramics pumped by the LD are the same as that of the Nd:YAG crystal, while they are higher when they are pumped by the Xe lamp. The saturation intensities are for the 0.1% Cr-doped ceramic and for the 3.0%Cr-doped ceramic. The small signal gains of the 0.1%Cr-doped and 3.0%Cr-doped ceramics are measured and found to be 1.8 times and 7.0 times higher than that of Nd:YAG for the same intensity of solar pumping, respectively. The quantum efficiency of energy transfer from Cr3+ to Nd3+ is estimated to be 0.88±0.09 for the 0.1%Cr-doped ceramic and 0.67±0.08 for the 3.0%Cr-doped ceramic.  相似文献

The operating condition of a cw simultaneous dual-wavelength Nd:YAG laser for both {}^4F_{3/2}-{}^4I_{9/2} (quasi-three-level system) and {}^4F_{3/2}-{}^4I_{11/2}(four-level system) transitions is studied. According to this condition, the cw simultaneous dual-wavelength at 1.06μm and 946 nm in Nd:YAG crystal has been realized experimentally through an adaptive coating design of the cavity mirrors. A total power output of 2.5W of the dual-wavelength at 946nm and 1.06μm has been achieved with an optical conversion efficiency 14.3%. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

We analyzed a linear cavity for intracavity frequency doubling of a diode-pumped acousto-optic Q-switched Nd:YAG rod laser, and showed that a green laser beam with a short pulse width can be generated efficiently. A green laser output power of 73 W corresponding to the 83.9% of maximum IR output power was obtained with a 40 ns pulse width at a 10 kHz repetition rate. A green output power of 40 W with a 35 ns pulse width was measured at a 5 kHz repetition rate. Minimum laser pulse width of approximately 32 ns was obtained around 1 kHz repetition rate for both green and IR laser beams.  相似文献

A coherent UV passively Q-switched diode pumped Nd:GdVO4 laser source is proposed. During pumping of the β-BBO crystal a stable light with power 0.6 W with wavelength 532 nm and pulse duration 9 ns at frequency repetition 16 kHz was applied. The output UV light has a power about 79 mW at wavelength 266 nm during diode-pumping with 8 W incident light.  相似文献

 搭建了一台基于蓝光LED的非相干宽带腔增强吸收光谱系统,并将其应用于NO2分子的高灵敏度痕量探测研究。在3 s采样时间下, 系统探测灵敏度为3.2×10-9 cm-1(1 σ),对应NO2的探测极限约为187 pmol/mol。利用Allan方差对系统最佳采样时间及系统稳定性进行分析,当采样时间延长至30 s时,系统的探测极限可提高至44 pmol/mol。将该系统应用于实际大气中NO2的连续测量,其测量结果与商业化NOx分析仪(Thermo 42i)进行了比对测试。  相似文献

Interactions of a transversely excited atmospheric (TEA) CO2 laser and an excimer XeCl laser, pulse durations ∼2 μs (initial spike FWHM ∼100 ns) and ∼20 ns (FWHM), respectively, with polycrystalline titanium nitride (TiN) coating deposited on high quality steel AISI 316, were studied. Titanium nitride was surface modified by the laser beams, with an energy density of 20.0 J/cm2 (TEA CO2 laser) and 2.4 J/cm2 (XeCl laser), respectively. The energy absorbed from the CO2 laser beam is partially converted to thermal energy, which generates a series of effects such as melting, vaporization of the molten material, shock waves, etc. The energy from the excimer XeCl laser primarily leads to fast and intense target evaporation. The calculated maximum temperatures on the target surface were 3770 and 6300 K for the TEA CO2 and XeCl lasers, respectively. It is assumed that the TEA CO2 laser affects the target deeper, for a longer time than the XeCl laser. The effects of the XeCl laser are confined to a localized area, near target surface, within a short time period.Morphological modifications of the titanium nitride surface can be summarized as follows: (i) both lasers produced ablation of the TiN coating in the central zone of the irradiated area and creation of grainy structure with near homogeneous distribution; (ii) a hydrodynamic feature, like resolidified droplets of the material, appeared in the surrounding peripheral zone; (iii) the process of irradiation, in both cases, was accompanied by appearance of plasma in front of the target.Target color modifications upon laser irradiation indicate possible chemical changes, possibly oxidation.  相似文献

使用中心波长为450 nm的高功率多模蓝光激光管(LD)作为激励光源, 结合电学调制相消法和离轴石英增强光声光谱(QEPAS)配置, 设计了一款高灵敏二氧化氮传感器. 电学调制相消法使离轴QEPAS传感器的背景噪声降低至1/269, 在标准大气压和1 s积分时间下, 获得的探测灵敏度为4.5 ppb, 对应的归一化噪声等效吸收系数(1σ )为2.2×10-8 cm-1·W/Hz1/2. 延长积分时间到46 s, 灵敏度能够进一步下降到0.34 ppb. 气体流速对该传感器的影响也被研究.  相似文献

A laser diode directly end-pumped, passively Q-switched Nd:YVO4/Cr:YAG laser is presented in this paper. With 600 mW incident pump laser, Q-switched 1064 nm laser with an average power of 138 mW, pulse width of 19.8 ns, repetition rate of 170.1 kHz and peak power of 40.96 W is obtained. When a KTP crystal was inserted into the cavity, Q-switched 532 nm laser with an average power of 56 mW, pulse width of 28.4 ns, repetition rate of 118.2 kHz and peak power of 16.7 W is obtained at last.  相似文献

Effects of various operating parameters of 400 W pulsed Nd:YAG laser on welding of nickel-alloyed copper have been investigated. The induced plume spectra in case of using different assist gases and preheat temperatures have been analyzed and the effects of these key factors on melt features such as penetration depth, porosity and spattering have been attributed to the spectroscopic behavior of the plume. Moreover, the CuI electron temperature and its standard deviation as the spectroscopic responses of the plasma plume to various laser process parameters have been quantitatively evaluated at different average and peak powers and pulse energies. Also, the mentioned responses were utilized to justify the weld bead profile features, involving weld depth, width and their stabilities, at similar process parameters. The operating conditions of welding were optimized, regarding the results of spectroscopic observations and attributing them to the qualitative aspects of the melt pool.  相似文献

报道了基于半导体激光端面抽运Nd:YAG的4F3/24I13/2 跃迁的弱谱线多波长激光输出. 实验对比了透明陶瓷与单晶材料的激光输出特性, 表明透明陶瓷和单晶材料荧光谱强度的略微差异, 导致了多波长输出时相同两个波长之间的激光强度比在两种材料中的差异. 基于两种耦合输出镜片, 激光阈值都在2 W左右. 在13.5 W的抽运功率下, 基于Nd:YAG透明陶瓷获得了输出功率4.05 W、强度比1 :2的1338与1356 nm双波长激光和输出功率3.65 W、强度比13 : 1的1356与1414 nm 双波长激光, 斜率效率分别达33.9% 和31.9%.  相似文献

We demonstrated a diode-end-pumped continuous-wave and passively Q-switched Nd:GdVO4 laser operating at 1.06 μm wavelength with a three-mirror folded resonator. The maximum continuous-wave output power of 8.18 W was obtained at the incident pump power of 22.5 W, with the corresponding optical conversion efficiency of 36.4%. For Q-switched operation, the maximum average output power was measured to be 4.64 W with the corresponding optical conversion efficiency of 25.8%, when the initial transmission of Cr4+:YAG crystal was 90%. The shortest pulse width of 83 ns, the largest pulse energy of 20.7 μJ and the highest peak power of 246.7 W were obtained when the Cr4+:YAG crystal with an initial transmission of 85% was used.  相似文献

The present work aimed at studying the dynamic behavior of melt ejection in laser cutting of 1 mm thick titanium sheet and to obtain dross-free cuts with minimum heat affected zone (HAZ). CO2 laser cutting of titanium sheet was carried out with continuous wave (CW) and pulsed mode laser operation with different shear gases namely argon, helium and nitrogen. Laser cutting with high frequency and low-duty cycle pulse mode operation produced dross-free cuts with no noticeable HAZ. Helium, because of its high heat convection and ability to generate high shear stress, produced laser-cuts with narrow HAZ and low dross, as compared to those produced with argon as the shear gas. Microscopic features of laser cut surfaces were analyzed and correlated with dynamic mechanism involved in laser cutting process. Process parameters for laser piercing, required for the initiation of fusion cut within the sheet, were also studied. Laser piercing requires either CW or high-duty cycle (>80%) pulse mode operation.  相似文献

In this paper, a stable end-pumped intracavity-frequency-doubled green laser was demonstrated. The interaction length of different pump systems before setting up the experiment was analyzed in order to find out an effective pump system. The experimental results indicate that the pump system in our configuration is beneficial to the efficient CW Nd lasers. A continue-grown composite crystal YVO4/Nd:YVO4, with Nd3+ concentration doping of 0.3 at.%, is used as laser medium. With an incident pump power of 27.5 W, as high as 7.2 W of CW output power at 532 nm was achieved. The optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 26.2% was obtained in CW modes with a flat-flat cavity design.  相似文献

利用非线性光学(NLO)晶体材料和变频技术,可以把波长范围有限的激光光源扩展到紫外、深紫外区,这已成为深紫外光源的热点研究方向.然而,目前限制深紫外全固态激光器发展和应用的关键问题是缺乏能够在该波段进行频率转换并且产业化应用的NLO晶体材料.因此,该领域的各国科学家都在积极探索并发展新一代的深紫外NLO晶体材料.目前仅有KBe_2BO_3F_2 (KBBF)晶体能够实现Nd:YAG的直接六倍频深紫外激光(波长为177.3 nm)输出.然而, KBBF晶体存在严重的层状生长习性,并且其原料氧化铍有剧毒,从而极大地制约了其商业化生产和应用进程.根据阴离子基团理论,以BO_3基团为基本结构单元形成的类[Be_2BO_3F]层状结构特征仍然是目前最有利于产生深紫外谐波的适宜结构之一,因此,基于KBBF层状结构进行分子工程设计,并开发类KBBF结构的硼酸盐可能是探索新材料的优选策略.本文通过回顾类KBBF结构硼酸盐深紫外NLO晶体的发展历程,系统梳理该类晶体材料层状结构特点、不同层间连接方式和光学性能,分析限制深紫外NLO晶体发展的主要因素,讨论目前发展类KBBF结构硼酸盐深紫外NLO晶体材料的主要矛盾和解决策略,以期对未来新材料的创新探索提供借鉴.  相似文献

本文描述了利用KTP晶体和腔的基波输出镜构成非线性镜实现1.08μmNd:YAP激光器的被动锁模。实验表明,这种新的锁模技术比用染料作可饱和吸收体的被动锁模技术有很多突出的优点,具有很大的发展潜力。实验测得锁模时基波1.08μm输出2.4mJ,二次谐波0.54μm输出0.5mJ(同样条件下的静态输出为2.5mJ),基波脉冲的平均脉宽为40ps。  相似文献

Experiments were conducted on a laminar premixed ethylene-air flame at equivalence ratios of 2.34 and 2.64. Comparisons were made between flames with 5% NO2 added by volume. Soot volume fraction was measured using light extinction and light scattering and fluorescence measurements were also obtained to provide added insight into the soot formation process. The flame temperature profiles in these flames were measured using a spectral line reversal technique in the non-sooting region, while two-color pyrometry was used in the sooting region. Chemical kinetics modeling using the PREMIX 1-D laminar flame code was used to understand the chemical role of the NO2 in the soot formation process. The modeling used kinetic mechanisms available in the literature. Experimental results indicated a reduction in the soot volume fraction in the flame with NO2 added and a delay in the onset of soot as a function of height above the burner. In addition, fluorescence signals—often argued to be an indicator of PAH—were observed to be lower near the burner surface for the flames with NO2 added as compared to the baseline flames. These trends were captured using a chemical kinetics model that was used to simulate the flame prior to soot inception. The reduction in soot is attributed to a decrease in the H-atom concentration induced by the reaction with NO2 and a subsequent reduction in acetylene in the pre-soot inception region.  相似文献

在405 nm处基于低功率蓝光二极管光声技术探测ppb量级NO_2浓度系统,获取了NO_2有效吸收截面,探讨了水蒸气等气体的测量干扰,通过频率扫描拟合得到了1.35 kHz的谐振频率.采用内部抛光的铝制圆柱空腔作为光声谐振腔(内径为8 mm,长为120 mm),系统优化了腔体、窗片和电源等影响因素,分析了降低本底噪声、提高信噪比的方法,噪声信号可降至0.02μV.设计了两级缓冲结构,显著抑制了流量噪声的影响,提高了系统的稳定性.系统的标定梯度曲线经过线性拟合后的斜率为0.016μV/ppb, R~2为0.998,在60 s平均时间下,系统NO_2探测限为3.67 ppb(3σ).为了证实系统的测量结果,将其与二极管激光腔衰荡光谱系统同步对比测量大气NO_2浓度,二者线性拟合后的斜率为0.94±0.009,截距为1.89±0.18,相关系数为0.87,一致性较好.实验结果表明,该系统实现了ppb量级NO_2浓度的低成本在线探测,可用于NO_2浓度外场的实时检测.  相似文献
