提出了一种能够同时对高速光时分复用技术信号解复用与时钟提取的光电反馈环单元.在接收端,采用光电反馈环单元,信号单次通过即可同时完成160 Gb/s到10 Gb/s的解复用与时钟提取:两级电吸收调制器级联工作方式缩减了采样窗口宽度,满足了解复用小于6.25 ps超窄采样窗口的要求|而闭合环路的锁相同步工作方式,使所提取的时钟信号抖动(Jitter RMS)由2.4 ps降至450 fs.基于该结构,实验上成功实现了无误码的100 km 160 Gb/s光时分复用技术传输及传输后无误码地解复用与时钟提取,功率代价小于3 dB. 相似文献

A simple and stable loop consisting of a pair of concatenated electroabsorption modulators (EAMs) and 10 GHz clock recovery module is presented and demonstrated experimentally for simultaneous demultiplexing and clock recovery for OTDM networks. The 10 Gb/s demultiplexed signal and 10 GHz recovered clock are successfully implemented from 80 Gbit/s and 160 Gbit/s OTDM signals utilizing the loop. The loop based on EAM-PLL can provide excellent tolerance range (〉 5 dB) of the OSCR of the source laser, and the recovered clock signal exhibits low rms jitter over a dynamic input optical power range of 15 dB. 相似文献

研究了160 Gb/s光时分复用(OTDM)系统的解复用技术.针对160 Gb/s速率的特点,对高非线性光纤(HNLF)的光纤环镜(NOLM)特性及解复用进行了数值仿真.计算了低信号光时间抖动下解复用误码特性对时钟与信号的走离及时钟功率的依赖关系.计算了三种走离值消光比随时钟功率增加的变化趋势并给出:存在一个能获得最大的解复用窗口消光比、并能降低相邻信道串扰的合适的时钟功率范围.利用自制的基于电吸收调制器和压缩技术的超短光脉冲源建立了160 Gb/s OTDM实验系统,测量了不同信号光功率下NOLM的消光比,它基本不随信号增大而变化,在信号功率为7.3 dBm时仍大于23 dB.利用上述装置实现了无误码的160 Gb/s到10 Gb/s全光解复用. 相似文献

提出并建立了一种新型的基于光纤四波混频效应和压控光脉冲源的光锁相环路(OPLL),用于光时分复用系统(OTDM)中的时钟恢复过程。从理论上分析了其工作原理,及各模块结构和功能。利用高非线性光纤中的四波混频效应实现全光鉴相器,有效缩短了光纤长度,减小了光纤色散引起的脉冲走离,鉴相器消光比超过30 dB。采用再生锁模光纤激光器实现压控光脉冲源,在保证脉冲质量的前提下,重复频率调节范围达到380 kHz。在40 Gb/s时钟恢复实验中,获得脉宽为7.2 ps、接近变换极限的时钟脉冲,时间抖动(RMS)为152 fs,超模抑制比大于60 dB。实验证明,输入信号幅度波动和码型效应对环路影响很小。 相似文献

We demonstrate the transmission of directly modulated 10-Gb/s WDM signals over 320 km of negative dispersion fiber (dispersion:-2.5 ps/km/nm @1550 nm) without dispersion compensation. It is presented the experiment of all-optical demultiplexing of one 2.5 Gb/s channel from an 8×2.5 Gb/s OTDM data stream using nonlinear optical loop morror with 3 km dispersion shifted fiber. A 16 × 10-Gb/s optical time-division-multiplexing (OTDM) 100-km transmission system with home-made multiplexer is demonstrated experimentally. A demultiplexer based on two cascaded electro-absorption modulator (EAM) and a clock recovery unit form a feedback loop. We report 20 Gb/s transmission of four-level pulse amplitude modulation(PAM) signal using a directly modulated tunable distributed Bragg reflector(DBR) laser. Transmission distance over 20 km was achieved without using optical amplifiers and optical dispersion compensation modules. An improved optoelectronic oscillator scheme for an optical time division multiplexing(OTDM) system based on cascaded Mach-Zehnder modulator(MZM) and polarization modulator(PolM) is experimentally investigated.The system can simultaneously realize clock recovery and demultiplexing.With the MZM working at peak point to generate return-to-zero-33 optical pulses and the PolM working as an equivalent intensity modulator,a high-quality clock signal with 35-fs timing jitter is extracted from the 160-GBaud OTDM-differential quaternary phase-shift keying signal.Narrow short optical switch gates(4 ps) are also generated to demultiplex 160-GBaud signals to 40-GBaud signals.Error-free performance is achieved with 2.4-dB power penalty in the worst case. 相似文献

A stable 10 GHz ultrashort pulse generator consisted of an electroabsorption modulator (EAM) and a welldesigned fibre-based pulse compressor is proposed and demonstrated experimentally. The obtained short pulse has high extinction ratio, no pedestal, low timing jitter, and FWHM of only 2.4ps. The excellent performance of multiplexing from 10 GHz to 160 GHz confirms the potential of the generator for applications in 160 Gbit/s optical time-division-multiplexing (OTDM) systems. 相似文献
