一、研制J95型He-Ne激光实验装置的基本思想和装置的特点激光实验中以He-Ne激光实验最为直接,最为简单,最为明了,能直观地了解激光是如何产生的,以及影响激光输出功率的种种因素.但在以往的一些He-Ne激光实验装置中,全套均是玻璃结构,因而存在许多难以克服的缺点,给教学带来诸多不便.例如:1.全套实验装置都是玻璃结构,组装十分复杂,必须有相当技术的玻璃工才能完成,而且一旦装成便不易挪动.2.激光实验装置工作一段时间后,需更换高纯He和Ne气、电离管、热偶管等重要部件,高真空阀门也时有损坏,但在玻璃结构的装置… 相似文献

双电荷离子Ar~(2 )和He、Ne原子碰撞中,存在着三种碰撞激发过程,一是双电子俘获激发过程,二是单电子俘获激发过程,三是直接激发过程。实验用光学多道分析系统(OMA)对这些过程进行了光学测量,得到了ArⅠ、ArⅡ、NeⅠ、NeⅡ、HeⅠ、HeⅡ谱线的发射截面,并对这些发射截面进行了比较,发现在入射离子速度相同的情况下,Ar~(2 ) Ne碰撞体系的发射截面要比Ar(2 ) He碰撞体系的大。OMA的光谱波长范围是200—800um。入射离子Ar(2 )的能量范围是140—340keV。 相似文献

It is demonstrated by photon counting measurements that the light from a He:Ne laser becomes increasingly coherent if the cavity length is increased while the resonance frequency is kept constant. 以Ar^+Kr^+激光器、He—Ne激光器和半导体泵浦激光器作为光源,利用激光稳功率装置以及闭环机械制冷型低温辐射计,校准了硅陷阱探测器的绝对光谱响应率。在硅探测器的光谱响应范围400-1100nm内,选择476.1nm、488nm、514.7nm、521nm、568nm、632.8nm、647.1nm、1064nm共8条谱线进行了实验研究。实验数据表明,绝对光谱响应率的测量不确定度为可见光波段优于0.02%,1064nm波长点优于0.03%。 相似文献

An all-metal hollow-cathode laser tube consisting of a perforated cylindrical cathode surrounded by a coaxial cylindrical anode has been operated as a He?Ne laser at 0.6328, 1.15 and 3.39 μm, and as a He?Cd laser at red, green and blue visible wavelengths, using both de and pulsed-plus-dc excitation. Laser oscillation in He?Zn, Ne?Cd, Xe?Cd and Ar?Cd mixtures has also been obtained. The hollow-cathode discharge consists primarily of an intense cathode glow inside the cathode cylinder, giving a quiet, stable, low-voltage, positive-resistance discharge. Results for the He?Ne and He?Cd laser output versus partial and total pressures and discharge currents are presented. The unoptimized laser performance for the He?Ne case approaches but does not yet equal the conventional positive-column case, while the He?Cd performance for the charge-transfer-pumped green 5378Å line appears particularly promising. 相似文献
