The silicon molding technique is described for patterning of NdFeB/Ta multilayered magnetic films and NdFeB magnetic powder at the micron scale. Silicon trenches are seamlessly filled by 12-μm-thick NdFeB/Ta multilayered magnetic films with a magnetic retentivity of 1.3 T. The topography image and magnetic field distribution image are measured using an atomic force microscope and a magnetic force microscope, respectively. Using a silicon molding technique complemented by a lift-off process, NdFeB magnetic powder is utilized to fabricate magnetic microstructures. Silicon trenches as narrow as 20 μm are filled by a mixture of magnetic powder and wax powder. The B-H hysteresis loop of the patterned magnetic powder is characterized using a vibrating sample magnetometer, which shows a magnetic retentivity of approximately 0.37 T.  相似文献

本文以Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O, Mn(CH3COO)2·4H2O和氨水缓冲溶液为原料, 在4 T脉冲磁场下利用水热法制备了Mn掺杂ZnO稀磁半导体晶体, 通过X射线衍射、 扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、拉曼光谱、荧光分光光度计及振动样品磁强计等对样品的微观结构及磁性能等进行了表征, 结果表明: Mn掺杂ZnO稀磁半导体晶体仍保持ZnO六方纤锌矿结构, 4 T脉冲磁场下合成的Mn掺杂ZnO稀磁半导体晶体具有明显的室温铁磁性, 其饱和磁化强度(Ms)为0.028 emu/g, 比无脉冲磁场下制备的样品提高一倍以上, 且4 T 脉冲磁场将样品的居里温度提高了15 K.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of a tetragonal intermetallic compound, namely, HoMn2Ge2, are investigated experimentally and theoretically. The experimental temperature dependences of the initial magnetic susceptibility and the lattice parameters are obtained in alternating and static magnetic fields. The magnetization curves are measured in strong magnetic fields up to 50 T. The parameters of the crystal field and Ho-Mn and Mn-Mn exchange interactions are determined, and the temperature dependence of the magnetic field of the phase transition from an antiferromagnetic phase to a ferromagnetic phase in a magnetic field aligned along the tetragonal axis is calculated.  相似文献

The general effective-medium dispersion relations are derived for surface-localized magnetic polaritons which propagate parallel to the surface between a superlattice and semi-infinite bulk material, as applied to ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic superlattices, in the situation when a static magnetic field is applied in the plane of the layers and parallel to the magnetization. The dependence of the energy of the surface waves on the volume fraction of the ferromagnetic superlattice component and the influence of the external magnetic field on the spectrum of the surface magnetic polaritons for the antiferromagnetic superlattice are investigated. The spectrum of the surface-localized magnetic polaritons which appear at the junction of the magnetic (ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic) superlattice with the magnetic material are more complex, in contrast to the cases of semi-infinite magnetic material or semi-infinite magnetic SL. It is essential that in all cases in the presence of the external magnetic field the spectrum of the magnetic polaritons are non-reciprocal. The properties of surface polaritons are discussed in detail for the system ferromagnetic superlattice (YIG/non magnet)/YAG and the antiferromagnetic superlattice (MnF2/ZnF2)/FeF2.  相似文献

在经典电动力学的框架下,研究了磁各向异性介质中的电磁辐射问题,得到了磁偶极和电四极在磁各向异性介质中的辐射功率表达式.进一步地,通过把各向同性介质中的μrii代入所得辐射功率表达式,得到了与文献相符合的结果,验证了所得结果的正确性.研究结果表明磁偶极和电四极在磁各向异性介质中的辐射功率大小与磁各向异性介质的μrii大小有关,对判断磁偶极和电四极在磁各向异性介质中的辐射效果有较大的帮助.  相似文献

Ferromagnetic powders which are surrounded by an electrically insulating film (soft magnetic composites (SMCs)) exhibit unique magnetic properties, such as relatively low magnetic losses and 3D isotropic magnetic behavior. In some electromagnetic applications, including microwave frequency range applications, it is necessary to increase electrical resistivity without any noticeable reduction in magnetic properties. To achieve this purpose, electrically resistant materials, for example, ferrites with acceptable magnetic properties, are suitable candidates. This paper focuses on the effects of the synthesized Ni–Zn ferrite addition on the magnetic properties of the SMCs containing Ni–Zn ferrite within iron particles. The structure was studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microstructure and the powder morphology were examined by the use of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The magnetic measurements on powders and samples were carried out using a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and an LCR meter, respectively. The results indicate that the lowest magnetic loss and the highest magnetic permeability are related to the composites with 20 wt% ferrite and 2 wt% ferrite, respectively. Also, the composites with 10 wt% ferrite show a good combination of magnetic loss and magnetic permeability in the range 0–500 kHz.  相似文献

本文以ZnCl2, CrCl3. 6H2O和氨水缓冲溶液为原料, 在4T脉冲磁场下水热法制备了Cr掺杂ZnO稀磁半导体晶体, 通过X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜观察及采用振动样品磁强计进行磁性分析等, 探讨了脉冲磁场对其微观结构及磁性能的影响. 结果表明: Cr掺杂ZnO稀磁半导体晶体仍保持ZnO的六方纤锌矿结构, 脉冲磁场具有促进晶粒生长及取向排列的作用, 4T脉冲磁场条件下合成的Cr掺杂ZnO稀磁半导体具有良好的室温铁磁性, 其饱和磁化强度(Ms)为0.068 emu/g, 而无脉冲磁场情况下制备的样品室温下呈顺磁性, 并且, 脉冲磁场下制备将稀磁半导体的居里温度提高了16 K.  相似文献

The model of tunable superparamagnetic photonic crystals self-assembled in colloidal magnetic fluids under externally applied magnetic fields is established. The mechanisms, which are in charge of the tunability of the band gaps with magnetic fields are clarified. The band structures of the triangularly-arrayed two-dimensional photonic crystals with limited heights of magnetic columns are calculated with the experimental data of structures and refractive indices in the literatures. The field-dependent properties of the first band gaps are gained for the z-odd and z-even modes, respectively. Simulation results indicate that the mid frequencies of the first band gaps of the z-odd modes can be easily tuned by the external magnetic fields, while those of the z-even modes bear relatively weak dependence on the external magnetic fields. Simultaneously, the first band gaps of both kinds of modes become wide along with the increase of the magnetic fields. The results presented in this work give a guideline for realizing the tunable photonic crystals with magnetically colloidal materials and magnetic stimuli.  相似文献

In situ magnetic hysteresis measurements of magnetic tips in a magnetic force microscope (MFM) are demonstrated using alternating gradient force magnetometry. The measured magnetic moments of MFM tips are estimated in the range from 10−6 to 10−5 emu by this technique and the whole MFM tips in cantilevers are considered to be measured from the value of measured magnetic moments. The relationship between the magnetic hysteresis loops of MFM tips and those of coated magnetic films is discussed.  相似文献

The magnetic correlations between Mn ion spins and their effects on the magnetocapacitance in BiMnO3 are studied based on a microscopic model. Above the phase transition temperature of the magnetic subsystem, the magnetic correlations including the longitudinal and transverse parts are nonzero, and they lead to a nonzero specific heat of magnetic subsystem. We show that the magnetocapacitance effect is ascribed to the fluctuation of magnetic correlation. The linear relation between electric susceptibility and the magnetic correlation is obtained and the relevant experiments are explained.  相似文献

The investigations and comparative analysis of the magnetization processes for Gd3Ni and Gd3Co single-crystal compounds are presented. The possible magnetic structures for both compounds are proposed and the features of the field-induced metamagnetic transitions are discussed on the basis of the possible magnetic structures. The anomalous behavior of the Gd3Ni compound observed above the magnetic ordering temperature is very likely caused by the appearance of the nickel atoms magnetic moment and field-induced magnetic ordering.  相似文献

An investigation is made of the magnetic response of nanostructures with cylindrical symmetry located in a longitudinal magnetic field. Analytic expressions are obtained for the magnetic moment of the nanostructures, cylinders and bracelets. It is shown that the magnetic moment describes Aharonov-Bohm oscillations. The profile of the oscillations and the position of the oscillation maxima are studied. In the limit T→0 the curves of the magnetic response as a function of the magnetic field flux contain “beak”-shaped kinks, and the positions of the points at which these kinks occur are determined. The temperature dependence of the magnetic response is studied and the influence of the spin-magnetic interaction on the magnetic response of the nanostructures is examined. It is shown that this interaction destroys the periodicity of the magnetic response with respect to flux and gives rise to a monotonic term in the response. Zh. éksp. Teor. The magnetic properties and hyperfine interaction parameters for Laves phase HfFe2 with C14 type structure are studied using SQUID magnetometer and M?ssbauer measurement. The saturation magnetization, remanent magnetization, coercive field, magnetic moment per unit formula and the hyperfine magnetic field at Fe site are reported. In addition, a detailed theoretical study of the electronic structure and hyperfine magnetic fields of the two possible HfFe2 structures, C15 and C14, is presented. Using the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) method as implemented in the WIEN 97 package, the equilibrium volume, bulk moduli, magnetic moments and hyperfine magnetic fields for the two structures are calculated. The equations of state for the magnetic and elastic subsystems of a ferrimagnet are obtained in terms of the exchange–striction model. In the formulas derived for magnetic entropy, it is represented as the sum of the contributions of two magnetic sublattices of the ferrimagnet. One of the main characteristics of the magnetocaloric effect, viz., isothermal variation ΔS iso of the entropy in a magnetic field, is calculated for compounds RCo2 (R = Er, Ho, Dy) that experience a first-order magnetic phase transition and TbCo2 that experiences a second-order magnetic phase transition. It is shown that the calculated values of ΔS iso for these compounds are in satisfactory quantitative agreement with experimental results. The change in the entropy of a ferrimagnet in a strong magnetic field upon a transition from the ferrimagnetic to ferromagnetic ordering is calculated. The peculiarities in the magnetic field dependences of the magnetic entropy of a two-sublattice ferrimagnet are analyzed.  相似文献

研究了Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2合金在压磁和磁 弹性效应中的磁畴偏转和磁导率特性. 基于Stoner-Wolhfarth 模型能量极小原理, 绘制了自由能与磁畴偏转角度的关系曲线, 研究了压应力和磁场载荷作用下磁畴角度的偏转特性, 计算分析了不同载荷作用下磁畴偏转的磁导率特性, 并与实验数据进行比较论证. 研究表明,应力和磁场的作用都将使磁畴方向[111]和[111]发生角度跃迁, 直观有效地解释了材料巨磁致伸缩效应的机理; 应力和磁场作用下磁畴的偏转将使材料磁导率呈减小趋势, 其中磁场能对磁导率的影响大于应力能, 这一现象在小载荷作用下尤为明显. 实验结果表明, 磁导率的计算数据与实验数据符合得较好, 验证了计算方法的正确性. 理论分析对Terfenol-D磁畴偏转模型的完善 和磁化过程中磁滞回线的绘制非常有意义.  相似文献

The transition from a homogeneous into a modulated magnetic state in the easy-plane weak ferromagnet FeBO3: Mg is studied by a magnetooptic method. At T < 135 K, the application of a magnetic field in the basal plane of the crystal is shown to excite the modulation of its magnetic order parameter, which manifests itself in a periodic deviation of the local ferromagnetism vector from the magnetization direction. The conditions for the existence of a modulated magnetic superstructure in FeBO3: Mg are studied, and its preferred orientation in the basal plane of the crystal is analyzed. A magnetic H-T phase diagram that shows the boundaries between the homogeneous and inhomogeneous magnetic states of this weak ferromagnet is constructed. The modulation period and the azimuthal angle specifying the local ferromagnetism vector direction in the structure are studied as a function of temperature and magnetic field. The results obtained are discussed in terms of the theory of magnetic ripple using the model of anisotropic magnetic centers appearing in a crystal doped by magnesium ions.  相似文献

The magnetization behavior and the magnetic entropy change of a system made up of ferromagnetically interacting particles are calculated by using Monte Carlo simulation. The effect of the magnetic anisotropy of particles and the dipolar–dipolar interaction between particles on the magnetization and the magnetic entropy change of the system are discussed. It is found that there is no spontaneous magnetization, both the magnetic anisotropy of particles and the dipolar–dipolar interaction between particles restrains the system's magnetizing in the external magnetic field. The magnetic entropy change decreases with the increase in temperature in the system without the dipolar–dipolar interaction; however, the dipolar–dipolar interaction between particles makes the magnetic entropy change of the system have maximum value at low temperatures.  相似文献

Magnetic hysteresis properties of antiferromagnetically exchange-coupled bilayer structures, in which the two magnetic layers have different magnetic parameters and thicknesses, are studied within the framework of the Stoner-Wohlfarth model. Analytical expressions for the switching fields corresponding to the linear magnetic states are obtained. By adjusting the magnetic parameters or thicknesses of layers, nine different types of easy-axis hysteresis loops may exist. The phase diagram of easy-axis hysteresis loops is mapped in the k1 and k2 plane, where k1 and k2 are the ratios of magnetic anisotropy to the interlayer exchange coupling of the two magnetic layers, respectively.  相似文献

The onset of noncollinear magnetism in small FeN clusters is investigated by using a rotational invariant tight-binding Hamiltonian. The ground-state local magnetic moments, magnetic order and average magnetic moments are calculated as a function of the Coulomb exchange integral J. Representative results for Fe3 and Fe5 show that the noncollinear magnetic solutions are the most stable. A variety of qualitatively different self-consistent solutions is obtained as a function of J. This includes magnetic solutions with collinear and noncollinear spin arrangements. Our calculations are compared with previous density-functional results. Extensions and limitations of our work are also pointed out.  相似文献
