锰矿石样品用HNO3-HF-HClO4酸溶除硅后,对采用ICP-AES法测定其中的铁、铝、钛、钙、镁、磷时,同时测定钡、铅的相关条件进行了试验。主要对酸溶样能否分解重晶石或天青石等含钡矿物进行了探讨,测定了3个国家级标准样品。测定结果与标准值吻合。用标准加入法测得的钡和铅的回收率分别为96.0%-100.5%,97.1%~100.0%。用该法对含钡量较高的澳大利亚锰矿进行分析,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0-82%,并将测定结果与X荧光光谱法测定结果进行了比对。  相似文献

用硝酸-高氯酸体系消解螺蛳和水葫芦样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜、锌、镍、铬,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅、镉。铜、锌、镍、铬、铅、镉的检出限分别为0.328、0.126、0.271、0.416、0.006 64、0.001 15 mg/kg,线性相关系数不小于0.999 0,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.1%~3.7%,加标回收率为86.0%~94.2%。  相似文献

Monodisperse polyacrolien (PA) microspheres were obtained by a single step process via two mechanisms: (a) aqueous polymerization of acrolein under alkaline conditions and (b) aqueous radical polymerization of acrolein by irradiation with a cobalt source. The diameter of the former microspheres can be varied from 0.04 up to 8 μm. The monodispersity of the system is also discussed. The diameter of the latter microspheres can be varied up to 0.2 μm. Hybrido PA microspheres were formed by grafting PA microspheres of average diameter of 0.1 μm obtained by irradiation onto the surface of PA microspheres produced by the alkaline mechanism. The aldehyde content of the microspheres prepared by irradiation is much higher than those of the microspheres formed under alkaline conditions. The aldehyde groups were used for the covalent binding of ligands containing primary amino groups, such as proteins and drugs, in a single step under physiological pH.  相似文献

Layers containing oxygen compounds of copper and nickel and(or) of one of transition metals (manganese, cobalt, iron) were formed on an aluminum alloy by the plasma-electrolytic oxidation method. 提出了使用ICP-OES同时测定活性炭中Al、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Na、P和S的分析方法。采用高氯酸和硝酸处理样品,以硝酸作为测定介质,在选定的仪器工作条件下直接测定。各元素的测定检出限为0.002~0.012μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.32%~1.83%。对样品进行加标回收试验,回收率在92.1%~108.4%之间。实验表明:方法不仅具有较高的灵敏度和较低的检出限,而且快速、准确,能够满足活性炭和以活性炭为载体的催化剂杂质元素分析的要求。  相似文献

A simple and rapid method was developed for determination of benomyl, diphenyl (DP), o-phenylphenol (OPP), thiabendazole (TBZ), chlorpyrifos, methidathion, and methyl parathion in whole oranges. These compounds were extracted from a mixture of samples and anhydrous sodium acetate with ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate extract was concentrated and cleaned up by passing through tandem solid-phase extraction columns consisting of anion-exchange and primary/secondary amine bonded silica. The eluate was concentrated and volume was adjusted with methanol for subsequent liquid chromatography (LC) and gas chromatography (GC). Benomyl (as methyl-2-benzimidazole carbamate, MBC), DP, OPP, and TBZ residues were determined by LC with fluorescence detection. Recoveries at 3 fortified levels (0.1, 1, and 10 micrograms/g) ranged from 63.9 to 97.4%, with coefficients of variation (CVs) of 1.6 to 15.5%. Limits of detection (LODs) were 0.01 microgram/g for DP, OPP, TBZ and 0.05 microgram/g for benomyl. Chlorpyrifos, methidathion, and methyl parathion residues were determined by GC with flame photometric detection. Recoveries ranged from 90.4 to 97.0%, with CVs of 2.1 to 5.9%. LODs were 0.005 microgram/g for chlorpyrifos and methyl parathion, and 0.01 microgram/g for methidathion.  相似文献

The syn and anti diastereoisomers of some 1,3,5-triarylisocyanurate derivatives were isolated and their configuration assigned by NOE experiments and by X-ray diffraction. The kinetics of the syn/anti interconversion were determined, and the experimental activation energies matched satisfactorily the values predicted by DFT computations. Low-temperature NMR spectra were employed to determine the rotation barrier of N-bonded unhindered aryl substituents: these barriers, too, are satisfactorily reproduced by DFT computations. In the case of racemic diastereoisomers, the two expected enantiomers (atropisomers) were isolated by enantioselective HPLC and the absolute configuration established by DFT simulation of the electronic and vibrational circular dichroism spectra.  相似文献

建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP–AES)法测定铬镍不锈钢中锰、铬、镍、硅、磷、铜、钼7种元素含量的方法。试样用盐酸与硝酸混合酸溶液溶解,采用溶解国家标准样品的方法制备校准曲线溶液,确定了元素最佳分析谱线。各元素的含量在其测试范围内与原子发射强度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数不小于0.999,7种元素的检出限在0.000 3%~0.003 0%之间。该方法应用于铬镍不锈钢标准样品的测定,测定值与认定值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差在0.12%~1.15%之间(n=8)。应用于铬镍不锈钢样品测定时,加标回收率在90%~110%之间。该方法操作简便、迅速,可满足日常铬镍不锈钢中多元素含量的检测需要。  相似文献

为解决黑色金属材料中硅、锰、磷、铬、镍、铜、钼、钛、稀土、镁等元素含量(质量分数)的自动分析,设计了GBS-307C型多元素自动分析仪。该仪器根据流体力学原理自动定量加入和分取试液,常温显色法进行被测元素的化学反应,计算机完成仪器程序控制及工作曲线建立和数据处理等。用研制的分析仪对标准样品进行测定,测定结果与标准值相符合。  相似文献

A new [(2-oxo-l,3-cyclopentanediylidene)bis(methylidyne-p-phenyleneoxy)]diacetic acid dihydrazide III has been prepared via interaction of 2,5-bis(p-hydroxybenzylidene) cyclopentanone I with ethyl chloroacetate in basic medium to give diester II, followed by hydrazinolysis with hydrazine. The synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, NMR, and elemental analyses. Unreported poly-hydrazides by the low temperature interfacial polycondensation technique of III with adipoyl, sebacoyl, 4,4′-diphenic, isophthaloyl, terephthaloyl, 4,4′-azodibenzoyl, 3,3′-azodibenzoyl, 4,4′[1,4-phenylene-bis(methylidynenitrilo)]dibenzoyl dichlorides, and 2,7-dichloroformylthianthrene-5,5′,10,10′-teraoxide were prepared. In order to characterize the polymers, a model compound was synthesized from III and benzoyl chloride. The resulting polyhydrazides were confirmed by IR, UV, viscometry, DSC measurements, and thermogravimetric analysis. The crystallinities of all polyhydrazides were investigated by x-ray analysis. The effect of the nature of different moieties on the properties of these polyhydrazides was explored by comparing their physical, spectral, thermal, and x-ray analysis data.  相似文献

Anti and syn conformers, due to restricted sp(2)-sp(2) bond rotation, were detected in hindered 1,8-diarylbiphenylenes, the aryl moieties being phenyl groups bearing 0micron-alkyl substituents such as Me, Et, i-Pr, and t-Bu. By means of low-temperature NOE experiments, the corresponding structures were assigned and were found to be in agreement with the results of single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The interconversion barriers of these conformers were determined by line-shape simulation of the variable-temperature NMR spectra and the experimental values were reproduced satisfactorily by DFT calculations. In the case of the bulkiest aryl substituent investigated (i.e., 2-methylnaphthalene), the syn and anti atropisomers were stable enough as to be separated at ambient temperature. The two enantiomers (M,M and P,P) of the isomer anti were also isolated by enantioselective HPLC, and the theoretical interpretation of the corresponding CD spectrum allowed the absolute configuration to be assigned.  相似文献

Polyphosphate esters were synthesized from phenolphthalein and aryl phosphorodichloridates by interfacial polycondensation using a phase transfer catalyst. The polymers were characterized by IR, 1H-, 13C-, and 31P-NMR spectroscopy. The molecular weights were calculated by end group analysis using 31P-NMR spectral data. The thermal stability of the polymers was studied by thermogravimetry and the flammability was investigated by measuring limiting oxygen index values.  相似文献
