Given a unital -algebra A, an injective endomorphism preserving the unit, and a conditional expectation E from A to the range of α we consider the crossed-product of A by α relative to the transfer operator L=α−1E. When E is of index-finite type we show that there exists a conditional expectation G from the crossed-product to A which is unique under certain hypothesis. We define a “gauge action” on the crossed-product algebra in terms of a central positive element h and study its KMS states. The main result is: if h>1 and E(ab)=E(ba) for all a,bA (e.g. when A is commutative) then the KMSβ states are precisely those of the form ψ=φ°G, where φ is a trace on A satisfying the identity

In this paper, we consider the stability to the global large solutions of 3-D incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in the anisotropic Sobolev spaces. In particular, we proved that for any , given a global large solution vC([0,∞);H0,s0(R3)∩L3(R3)) of (1.1) with and a divergence free vector satisfying for some sufficiently small constant depending on , v, and , (1.1) supplemented with initial data v(0)+w0 has a unique global solution in uC([0,∞);H0,s0(R3)) with ∇uL2(R+,H0,s0(R3)). It is shown that every surjective isometry , satisfying T(0)=0 and T(ux)=uT(x) for all xX and all unitaries uA, is an A-linear isomorphism. In this paper, we prove the invariance of Stepanov-like pseudo-almost periodic functions under bounded linear operators. Furthermore, we obtain existence and uniqueness theorems of pseudo-almost periodic mild solutions to evolution equations u(t)=A(t)u(t)+h(t) and on , assuming that A(t) satisfy “Acquistapace–Terreni” conditions, that the evolution family generated by A(t) has exponential dichotomy, that R(λ0,A()) is almost periodic, that B,C(t,s)ts are bounded linear operators, that f is Lipschitz with respect to the second argument uniformly in the first argument and that h, f, F are Stepanov-like pseudo-almost periodic for p>1 and continuous.
