实验观测了掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器的时域特性和光谱特性. 研究了抽运功率、腔损耗对激光器工作特性的影响. 研究发现, 利用单镜腔结构的光纤激光器, 可产生自脉动、受激布里渊散射和受激喇曼散射等非线性效应; 而采用双镜腔结构可有效抑制自脉动特性, 提高激光器工作的稳定性, 并对实验现象进行了定性的分析.  相似文献

应用显微拉曼光谱和电子探针技术 ,对云南禄丰出土的元代铜镜腐蚀情形进行研究 ,确定了铜镜本体及其表面腐蚀产物的成分 ,并初步分析了元代青铜镜采用的防腐技术。拉曼实验结果表明 ,铜镜表面腐蚀产物的主要成分有CuCO3 ·Cu(OH) 2 和Cu2 O。实验还发现铜镜表面有一层铁铝合金 ,具有较好的防腐作用。对金属文物的研究 ,拉曼光谱被证明是一种很有效的方法  相似文献

由光纤回路镜组成的新型串级光纤拉曼激光器,用1064nm作为抽运源,光纤拉曼激光运转于第三级斯托克斯串级拉曼波段,输出波长为1240nm。在光纤回路镜的性能和光纤参数还不够完善的条件下,1240nm输出功率为300mW,光-光转换效率约为25%。  相似文献

为了提高对光学仪器中光机结构分析的精度,引入了非线性分析方法,用非线性有限元法研究了某平行光管主镜组件存在的非线性问题。介绍了产生结构非线性的主要来源,并在接触理论的基础上对主反射镜组件进行了合理的有限元建模。采用接触非线性分析方法对螺钉预紧时反射镜的响应及在自重和温度载荷作用下反射镜的变形进行了分析。将线性和非线性分析结果与实际结果进行了对比,结果表明,采用接触非线性分析方法对反射镜组件进行工程分析减小了分析误差。因此,在工程分析中,对某些接触部位采用非线性分析方法可以提高分析精度,得到的结果更加符合实际。  相似文献

维生素K3的表面增强拉曼光谱研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
首次报道了维生素K3 (VK3 )分子的常规拉曼光谱 (NRS)及该分子在活性衬底银镜上的表面增强拉曼散射 (SERS) ,并对它的拉曼特征谱带进行了初步的指认和归属。通过对比VK3 的常规拉曼光谱和SERS谱 ,发现VK3 分子吸附在银表面后拉曼散射强度被大大增强了。另外 ,VK3 的羰基与银粒子发生电荷转移后形成负离子自由基 ,碳氧双键打开。受VK3 分子吸附在银镜表面的影响 ,萘环结构发生了很大的扰动 ,导致一些拉曼特征峰产生位移 ,环变形振动对应的拉曼散射强度得到了增强。这些研究结果为SERS技术今后对VK3进行药物检测以及痕量分析方面的应用提供了依据。  相似文献

The method of analytical calculation of a nonlinear electrostatic mirror of the time-of-flight mass spectrometer and the numerical method of computation of a nonlinear mirror are analyzed. We present the results of simulating of the devices with nonlinear focusing mirrors, which are calculated analytically and by the numerical method, and of the device with a linear reflectron. It is concluded on the basis of the results of simulation that the proposed analytical method for calculating a nonlinear electrostatic mirror of the time-of-flight mass spectrometer is much better than the existing numerical method.  相似文献

The radiation transfer equations of the extracavity Raman laser including up to the third Stokes beams and backward Raman scattering terms were deduced in detail from the wave equation and material equations of stimulated Raman scattering. The radiation transfer equations were solved numerically to optimize the performance of the extracavity Raman lasers with barium nitrate crystal as the nonlinear medium. The optimum reflectivity of the output coupler at the first Stokes was figured out numerically to achieve the maximum conversion efficiency of the first Stokes, and found to be closely related to the pump pulse duration, peak intensity of the pump pulse, and Raman crystal length. With the resonator mirrors highly reflective at the first Stokes, the highest conversion efficiency of the second Stokes was obtained when the input mirror was highly reflective at second Stokes, whereas the output coupler was highly transmissive at the second Stokes. It was found that too high intracavity intensity of the second Stokes would impede the efficient energy extraction from the pump pulse to the first Stokes, and consequently, limit the conversion efficiency of the second Stokes.  相似文献

随着医疗诊断需求的增加,生物分子检测技术越来越受到人们的重视,液相生物芯片技术作为一种高通量,多通道的分子检测手段在近几年得到了飞速发展。通过层层自组装方法制备以微片为载体的拉曼光谱编码液相生物芯片,并利用自行搭建的一套高灵敏度、高分辨率的光学系统,实现对液相生物芯片的定性与定量分析。光学系统由拉曼光谱检测系统与荧光显微成像系统耦合而成。在拉曼光谱检测系统中激光器发射出785 nm波长的激光,通过二向色镜,带反反射镜与物镜汇聚到样品上,样品产生的拉曼散射光,经物镜,带反反射镜,二向色镜与拉曼滤波片,最后通过凹透镜聚焦到光谱仪的狭缝上,光谱仪色散实现在线阵CCD上拉曼光谱的获取。荧光显微成像系统应用光学成像原理,通过调节凹透镜与405 nm的激发光之间的距离,使激发光通过物镜均匀的照射到样品之上,样品激发出的荧光,通过物镜,带反反射镜,二向色镜,滤波片与相应的凹透镜,最后成像到面阵CCD上。改进传统便携式拉曼光谱检测系统光路并选用相应波段的带反反射镜与焦距20倍的物镜完成拉曼光谱检测系统与荧光显微成像系统的耦合。为了减少两路系统之间的相互影响选用合适的二向色镜以及滤波片,在提高耦合系统获取数据的准确性中有着重要的作用。该系统通过对反应之后的液相生物芯片进行拉曼光谱检测,以完成对每个编码玻片的定性识别,即解码;同时激发反应后液相生物芯片的荧光并采集荧光强度图,根据每个解码玻片上的荧光强度值完成对目标检测物的定量分析。区别于传统荧光编码液相生物芯片, 拉曼光谱编码具有稳定性更强,光谱分辨率更高等优点。该光学系统集拉曼光谱检测系统与荧光显微成像系统于一体,解决了目前未有基于拉曼编码的液相生物芯片的检测系统的问题,并且可同时对多种目标物进行识别和定量分析,提升了实验结果的准确性。  相似文献

In this work, a multiwavelength fiber Raman laser based on a highly birefringent photonic crystal fiber loop mirror is presented. A laser resonator is formed when the Raman amplification with cooperative Rayleigh scattering in a dispersion-compensating fiber is used as a distributed mirror and combined with a photonic crystal fiber loop mirror filtering structure. Stable multiwavelength lasing at room temperature is achieved due to the low temperature sensitivity of the highly birefringent photonic crystal fiber.  相似文献

In this study, we demonstrate an all-fiber high-power linearly-polarized tunable Raman fiber laser system. An inhouse high-power tunable fiber laser was employed as the pump source. A fiber loop mirror(FLM) serving as a high reflectivity mirror and a flat-cut endface serving as an output coupler were adopted to provide broadband feedback. A piece of 59-m commercial passive fiber was used as the Raman gain medium. The Raman laser had a 27.6 nm tuning range from1112 nm to 1139.6 nm and a maximum output power of 125.3 W, which corresponds to a conversion efficiency of 79.4%.The polarization extinction ratio(PER) at all operational wavelengths was measured to be over 21 d B. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on a hundred-watt level linearly-polarized tunable Raman fiber laser.  相似文献

This review focuses on fiber optic probes for linear and nonlinear Raman spectroscopy, especially for medical applications. It aims at providing an overview over contemporary technology, recent first clinical trials, and helps identifying future developments necessary to bring the emerging technology to clinical end users. After a short introduction to linear and nonlinear Raman spectroscopic modalities, general design considerations will be discussed and compared to common fiber probe setups. Subsequently, examples for medical applications of fiber optic Raman probes will be given concentrating on probes for linear Raman spectroscopy as these devices are technologically more mature compared to their counterparts based on nonlinear Raman spectroscopy. The review also includes a brief summary of first multimodal fiber optic probes and highlights their benefits for clinical applications. Finally, probes are introduced which employ either nonlinear Raman spectroscopy or surface enhanced spectroscopy.  相似文献

The Raman response function and Raman nonlinear index of phosphosilicate fibers are calculated for several P2O5 concentrations. The nonlinear index of phosphosilicate fiber is estimated by using the Boling formula, and it is used to calculate the Raman fraction of the nonlinear index. On the other hand, the Raman response function of the phosphosilicate fibers is fitted to a superposition of six phase-shifted under-damped functions in order to use it in the numerical simulation of ultra-short pulse propagation. We show through numerical simulations that phosphosilicate fibers are a suitable medium to observe a scaling up of the Raman self-frequency shift when compared to silica fibers.  相似文献

The adsorption of aniline on a silver mirror was studied by surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy and density functional theory (DFT) calculation methods. The normal Raman and SERS spectra of pure aniline liquid and its solutions were recorded by a micro‐Raman spectrometer with excitation at 514.5 nm. Orientation of the aniline molecule adsorbed on the Ag mirror is discussed. The results indicate that pure aniline is adsorbed on the surface of the Ag mirror with a tilted orientation. The conformer with the nitrogen atom interacting with the metal surface would be dominant. DFT calculations further confirm the experimental results that charge transfer (CT) takes place from the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) of aniline to the singly occupied molecular orbital (SOMO) of the silver surface. 在理论上数值计算了各种常量对色散不对称非线性光纤环形镜透射特性的影响。并分析了它作为被动锁模器件用于光纤激光器压窄脉冲的物理机制。利用8字形主被动混合锁模的结构在调制频率为9.998748700 GHz,波长为1566.65nm处获得了11ps的稳定锁模脉冲输出.对应谱宽0.297nm.同时在重复频率为9.995792825 GHz和9.996778256 GHz时分别得到了振幅均匀的二阶和三阶谐波锁模输出。证明色散不对称非线性光纤环形镜可以有效消减脉冲的尾翼和噪声.得到脉幅稳定的脉冲序列。  相似文献

We describe a new fiber laser configuration based on a nonlinear optical loop mirror with a symmetrical coupler, a quarter-wave retarder, and highly twisted, birefringent fiber in the loop. The nonlinear optical loop mirror configuration operates by nonlinear polarization rotation. 利用考虑拉曼增益效应的非线性薛定谔方程, 在忽略光纤损耗的情况下, 采用基于MATLAB的分步傅里叶数值算法, 得出线性算符和非线性算符具体的表达式, 分步作用于光孤子脉冲传输方程, 仿真模拟了光孤子在光纤中传输时的演变. 与不考虑拉曼增益的光孤子在光纤中传输相对比, 探析了拉曼增益对孤子传输特性的影响.拉曼增益会破坏孤子的传输周期, 导致孤子在光纤中传输时快速衰减, 并且影响程度和输入孤子的脉冲峰值功率大小有关, 拉曼增益对基态孤子和高阶孤子的影响也不相同. 关键词: 拉曼增益 孤子 对称分步傅里叶法 非线性薛定谔方程  相似文献

分析了高速OCDM系统中基于非线性光学环境(NOLM)和非线性放大(NALM)环境的全光阈值技术。考虑了NOLM环境输入脉冲峰值功率对其阈值判决功能的影响,数值模拟了由高非线性光纤构成的NOLM和NALM环境的脉冲整形和旁瓣抑制功能,并和实验结果进行了比较。结果表明基于NOLM和NALM环境的全光阈值技术都能有效地抑制40 Gbit/s的OCDM系统中的干扰噪声,最优的NOLM环境的脉冲峰值输入功率为2 W,而NALM环境只需要mW量级的脉冲峰值输入功率即能够更好地抑制干扰噪声。  相似文献
