Treatment of 4-aryl-6-trifluoromethyl-2-pyrones with sodium azide in DMSO afforded the corresponding (Z)-3-(5-trifluoromethyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)cinnamic acids in good yields. Similarly, 4-aryl-3-carbethoxy-6-trifluoromethyl-2-pyrones smoothly reacted with sodium azide in acetonitrile to produce (E)-2-ethoxycarbonyl-3-(5-trifluoromethyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)cinnamic acids in high yields, whereas their reactions in ethanol, accompanied by a configurational change, gave the thermodynamically more stable (Z)-2-ethoxycarbonyl-3-(5-trifluoromethyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)cinnamic acids.  相似文献

Treatment of 6-trifluoromethylcomanic acid with sodium hydrosulfide afforded for the first time 4-oxo-6-trifluoromethyl-4H-thiopyran-2-carboxylic acid (6-trifluoromethylthiocomanic acid). When heated or treated with H2SO4, this acid easily underwent decarboxylation leading to 2-trifluoromethyl-4H-thiopyran-4-one. Because of this, both ethyl and methyl 6-tri-fluoromethylthiocomanates were obtained in low yields (15–23%). Decarboxylation of 6-tri-(di)fluoromethylcomanic acids gave 2-tri(di)fluoromethyl-4H-pyran-4-ones in 77–80% yields.  相似文献

Fluorinated 1,3-diketone compounds having the general structure CF3COCH2COR1 underwent cyclization with 4-trifluoromethyl-2-hydrazinopyridines (IV) to give a series of 3-trifluoro-methyl-1-(4-trifluoromethyl-2-pyridyl)-pyrazoles (V). The hydrazinopyridine intermediates (IV) were prepared by conversion of 4-trifluoromethyl-2-pyridones (II) to the chloropyridines (III) followed by treatment of the latter with hydrazine hydrate.  相似文献

The 3-cyano-4-trifluoromethyl-6-phenyl or substituted phenyl 2(1H) pyridones (1) on reaction with hydrazine hydrate, gave exclusively in 5-trifluoromethyl-3-substituted pyrazoles (3) through a novel method. 1,1,1-Trifluoroalkane-2,3-dione 3-oximes 1 easily obtainable from aldehyde dimethylhydrazones were reacted with several aldehydes and ketones in the presence of acetic acid to afford 4-trifluoromethyl-4H-[1,5,2]dioxadines 3 in satisfactory yields. When the reaction was carried out in the presence of ammonium acetate, 4-trifluoromethyl-6H-[1,2,5]oxadiazines were obtained in good yields.  相似文献

2-Pentafluorophenyl-2-trifluoromethyl-1,3-dioxolane was prepared by cyclization of octafluoroacetophenone with 2-chloroethanol under the conditions of base catalysis. Successive chlorination of the product yielded the corresponding 4,4,5,5-tetrachloro derivative. Fluorination of the latter in the SbF3/SbCl5 system yields 4,5-dichloro-4,5-difluoro-2-pentafluorophenyl-2-trifluoromethyl-1,3-dioxolane.  相似文献

Herein described was a straightforward method for the highly regioselective synthesis of 5-trifluoromethyl-1,2,3-triazole nucleoside analogues, which featured the utilization of tert-butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) group as the directing group in the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions. 4-tert-Butyldimethylsilyl-5-trifluoromethyl-1,2,3-triazole nucleoside analogues were generated as the only cycloaddition products in moderate yields (15-79%) via the treatment of glycosyl azides with 3,3,3-trifluoro-1-tert-butyldimethylsilylpropyne 1 in toluene at 85 °C. Removal of TBS groups in these triazole cycloadducts with tetrabutylammonium fluoride (TBAF) smoothly afforded the various 5-trifluoromethyl-1,5-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazole nucleoside analogues in good yields (40-88%).  相似文献

Radical polyaddition of bis(α-trifluoromethyl-β,β-difluorovinyl) terephthalate [CF2C(CF3)OCOC6H4COOC(CF3)CF2] (BFP) with diformylalkanes to produce fluorinated polymer bearing ketone-carbonyl groups in main chain is described. The radical additions of hexanal, pentanal and benzaldehyde with 2-benzoxypentafluoropropene [CF2C(CF3)OCOC6H5] were examined as model reactions to yield the corresponding addition product with hexanal and pentanal in high yields, and no product with benzaldehyde. The addition of acyl and hydrogen was found to take place to perfluoroisopropenyl group. The results of the model reactions suggested that the reaction might be applicable to polyaddition to produce polymers with diformylalkanes. The results of polyaddition of BFP with glutaraldehyde under the emulsion polymerization condition showed that the polymer of Mn=4.8×103 was obtained in fairly high yields. This might be a novel preparation method of polymers bearing fluorinated polyketone structure.  相似文献

A method was developed for the production of derivatives of 4-trifluoromethyl-7-hydroxycoumarin with electron-withdrawing groups (CN, CF3CO) at position 3. 5-Hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-thiocarboxamides 3 and 3-trifluoromethylpyrazol-1-thiocarboxamides 4, regioselectively obtained by the condensation of trifluoromethyl-β-diketones with thiosemicarbazide under neutral and acidic conditions, on further reaction with phenacyl bromides 5 afforded 4-aryl-(5-trifluoromethyl-pyrazol-1-yl)thiazoles 6 and 4-aryl-(3-trifluoromethyl-pyrazol-1-yl)thiazoles 7, respectively. Five 4,5-dihydropyrazoles (3ae) and two pyrazolylthiazoles (6a and 6c) were tested against one Gram-positive and one Gram-negative bacteria to assess their in vitro antibacterial activity. Compounds 3a, 3b and 3e showed moderate antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacterium, Bacillus pumilus.  相似文献

The reactions of 1-aryl-2,2,2-trifluoroethanone oximes with tetrasulfur tetranitride (S4N4) in toluene at reflux gave 5-aryl-5-trifluoromethyl-4H-1,3,2,4,6-dithiatriazines 2 , 1-aryl-2,2,2-trifluoroethanonyliden-aminosulfenamides 3 and sulfur in 0–37%, 7–53%, and 2–41% yields, respectively. Treatment of 2 with tributyltin hydride in the presence of azobisisobutyronitrile in benzene at 80° afforded 3 in excellent yields.  相似文献

A simple two-step procedure for the preparation of 2-trifluoromethyl-1(substituted aryl)-4(1H)-quinolones utilizing electrophilic trifluoroacetamidoyl chlorides as the starting materials is described. The cyclization of trifluoromethyl enaminone intermediates with potassium carbonate in hot dimethylformamide produce the trifluoromethylated 4(1H)-quinolones in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Resorcinol and 5-methylresorcinol, respectively, react with 3-oxo-2-aryl-4,4,4-trifluorobutyronitrile using zinc chloride as a catalyst in dibutyl ether under the Hoesch reaction conditions to give a low yield of 3-aryl-7-hydoxy-4-trifluoromethyl- or 3-aryl-5-hydroxy-7-methyl-4-trifluoromethyl-2H-l-benzopyran-2-ones. However, the related reaction with m-methoxyphenol was found to produce poor yields of 3-aryl-7-methoxy-4-trifluoromethyl-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one and its 3,4-dihydro-4-hydroxy derivative.  相似文献

Treatment of ethyl 4-aryl-6-(trifluoromethyl)-2-oxo-2H-pyran-3-carboxylates, prepared from 4,4,4-trifluorobutane-1,3-diones, PCl5 and sodium diethyl malonate, with sulfuric acid afforded the intramolecular Friedel–Crafts acylation products, 3-(trifluoromethyl)indeno[2,1-c]pyran-1,9-diones, from which 2-(trifluoromethyl)-6H-pyrano[3,4-c]quinoline-4,5-diones were obtained via the Schmidt reaction in moderate yields. The latter reacted with sodium azide to give 2-oxo-4-(5-trifluoromethyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acids in good yields.  相似文献

To develop the radical polyaddition of bisperfluoroisopropenyl esters to preparation of polymers bearing higher fluorine content, the polyaddition reactivity of bis(α-trifluoromethyl-β,β-difluorovinyl) 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalate [CF2C(CF3)OCOC6F4COOC(CF3)CF2] (TFT) with 1,4-dioxane (DOX) and diethoxydimethylsilane (DEOMS) were described. The results of the model reactions of 2-pentafluorobenzoxypentafluoropropene [CF2C(CF3)OCOC6F5] (PFBP) with THF, DOX and DEOMS showed that the reactions took place almost quantitatively and the main products were mono-addition compound for THF and di-addition compounds for DOX and DEOMS, respectively. The polyaddition of TFT with DOX or DEOMS yielded corresponding polymers of about 1×104 as a molecular weight bearing unimodal molecular weight distribution by the initiation of peroxides such as benzoyl peroxide and di-tert-butyl peroxide. TFT showed the slightly higher reactivity compared to that of non-fluorinated analogue, bis(α-trifluoromethyl-β,β-difluorovinyl) terephthalate (BFP), by the results of ternary polyaddition of TFT/BFP/DOX system. Polymers bearing TFT moiety showed the higher thermostability and contact angle.  相似文献

Alkylation of 2-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-benzimidazole with 4-bromobutyl acetate gave 4-[2-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl]butyl acetate which was deacylated by the action of hydrogen chloride in anhydrous ethanol. 4-[2-(Trifluoromethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl]butan-1-ol thus formed showed a moderate tuberculostatic activity. Alkylation of the title compound with chloromethyloxirane afforded a mixture of 1-chloro-3-[2-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl]-propan-2-ol and 1-(oxiran-2-ylmethyl)-2-trifluoromethyl-1H-benzimidazole. A new procedure was proposed for the synthesis of 2-[(2-trifluoromethyl-1Hbenzimidazol-1-yl)methoxy]ethyl acetate.  相似文献

The photochemical reaction of C60 with 3-trifluoromethyl-3-phenyldiazirine affords a photo-labeled C60 derivative. The derivative was characterized by mass, UV-vis absorption, NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallographic analysis. The redox potentials of this derivative were also investigated by means of CV and DPV. This photo-labeling method to the fullerene surface is expected to be effective for constructing various kinds of bio-functionalized fullerenes.  相似文献

Abstract

Herein, we describe a one-pot synthesis of some novel 2-(3-alkyl/aryl-5-trifluoromethylpyrazol-1-yl)-4-(coumarin-3-yl)thiazoles (6) involving the reaction of 3-alkyl/aryl-5-hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydropyrazole-1-thiocarboxamides (3) with 3-bromoacetylcoumarins (5) in the presence of sodium carbonate in ethanol. Reaction of 3 with 5 in the absence of sodium carbonate, however, resulted in the formation of 2-(3-alkyl/aryl-5-hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)-4-(coumarin-3-yl)thiazoles, which were subsequently dehydrated to 6 by refluxing in ethanol in the presence of sodium carbonate. The structure of the synthesized compounds (6) was confirmed by infrared (IR), mass, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectra and elemental analysis data. Newly synthesized compounds (6) showed moderate to good activity against Gram-positive bacteria.  相似文献
