The two-body density matrix for 4He,16O and 40Ca within the Low-order approximation of the Jastrow correlation method is considered. Closed analytical expressions for the two-body density matrix, the center of mass and relative local densities and momentum distributions are presented. The effects of the short-range correlations on the two-body nuclear characteristics are investigated. Received: 11 September 1999 / Revised version: 20 December 1999  相似文献

Deformed configuration mixing shell model based on Hartree-Fock states with extension to include isospin projection (DSMT) for two- and four-particle configurations (generated by particle-hole excitations) is applied to study the structure of the low-lying T = 0, 1 and 2 bands (or levels) in the even-even N = Z nuclei 52Fe and 72Kr. The pf-shell KB3 interaction for 52Fe and a modified Kuos interaction for 72Kr are employed in the calculations. In this first application of DSMT with four-particle T projection, low-spin (J 10) members of the T = 0, 1 and 2 bands in 52Fe are compared with experiment including the known E2 transition strengths. The agreement between DSMT and experiment is reasonably good. Similarly, the low-spin members of the observed (prolate) yrast band in 72Kr are also well described by DSMT.  相似文献

The Angular Momentum Projected Generator Coordinate Method, with the quadrupole moment as collective coordinate and the Gogny force (D1S) as the effective interaction, is used to describe the properties of the ground state and low-lying excited states of the even-even neon isotopes 20-34Ne, that is, from the stability valley up to the drip line. It is found that the ground state of the N = 20 nucleus 30Ne is deformed but to a lesser extent than the N = 20 isotope of the magnesium. In the calculations, the isotope 32Ne is at the drip line in good agreement with other theoretical predictions. On the other hand, rather good agreement with experimental data for many observables is obtained. Received: 19 Novemeber 2002 / Accepted: 24 January 2003 / Published online: 8 April 2003  相似文献

Clustering in light stable and unstable nuclei is discussed. After a brief review of the clustering in stable nuclei, we make a new prediction of the existence of the alpha cluster condensed states in 12C and 16O. Discussions of clustering in light unstable nuclei are made in the cases of Be and B isotopes up to the neutron dripline. Received: 1 May 2001 / Accepted: 4 December 2001  相似文献

A nuclear resonance fluorescence experiment on 88Sr has been performed with bremsstrahlung of 6.7 MeV endpoint energy. The γ-ray linear polarisation has been measured with a EUROBALL CLUSTER detector used as a Compton polarimeter. The results indicate positive parity for the J= 1 state at 4.742 MeV in 88Sr, in contrast to the previous interpretation as a 1 two-phonon (2+ 1⊗ 3 1) state and in conflict with the predictions of the quasiparticle-phonon model. On the basis of such calculations the 1+ state at 3.486 MeV may be considered as the 1+ 1 one-phonon state and the very strong 1+ 1→ 0+ 1 deexcitation as proton spin-flip 2p1/2→ 2p3/2 transition. Cluster structures of nuclei are discussed, with emphasis on nuclear clustering in unstable nuclei. The subjects we discuss are alpha condensed states, clustering in Be and B isotopes, and clustering in 32Mg and 30Ne. The subject of alpha cluster condensation comes from the clustering nature of dilute nuclear matter. We discuss that recent heavy-ion central collision experiments give us nice evidence of the clustering in dilute nuclear matter. We then present a new prediction of the existence of the “alpha cluster condensed states” in the self-conjugate 4n nuclei around the breakup threshold energy into n alpha-particles. As for the clustering in neutron-rich Be, we discuss the comparison between the antisymmetrized molecular-dynamics results and the recent experimental data, which shows that the clustering feature manifests itself very clearly in neutron-rich Be isotopes both in the ground and excited states. Clustering in Be isotopes near neutron dripline is intimately related to the breaking of the neutron magic number N = 8. We report our recent study about the possible relationship between the clustering and the breaking of the neutron magic number N = 20 in 32Mg and 30Ne. The magnetic moments of the 12+ and 11 yrast states in 94Ru and of the 25/2, 29/2+, and 35/2+ levels in 95Rh have been measured via the IMPAD technique. The nuclei were produced in the reaction 58Ni +40Ca and recoil-implanted into polarized Ni and Fe hosts. The g-factors were deduced from the measured time-integral Larmor precessions. The comparison between the experimental results and large-scale shell model calculations suggests that the 12+ and 11 states in 94Ru and the 25/2 level in 95Rh are pure proton states whereas the 29/2+ and 35/2+ states in 95Rh contain a neutron excitation across the N=50 shell gap. This interpretation supports the conclusion drawn from recent lifetime measurements. Received: 2 June 1999  相似文献

Under the assumption that isospin is a good quantum number, symmetry is expected for the transitions from the ground states of T = 1, T z = ±1 nuclei to the common excited states of the T z = 0 nucleus situated between the two nuclei. The symmetry can be studied by comparing the strengths of Gamow-Teller (GT) transitions obtained from a (p, n)-type charge-exchange reaction on a target nucleus with T z = 1 with those from the β-decay of the T z = - 1 nucleus. The A = 58 system is the heaviest for which such a comparison is possible. As a part of the symmetry study, we measured the GT transitions from 58Ni (T z = 1) to 58Cu (T z = 0) by using the zero-degree (3 He, t) reaction at 150 MeV/nucleon. With the achieved resolution of 50 keV, many hitherto unresolved GT states have been identified. The GT transition strengths were obtained for states up to 8 MeV excitation, i.e., near to the Q window limitation ( Q EC = 9.37 MeV) of the β-decay from 58Zn (T z = - 1) to 58Cu. The strength distribution is compared with that from shell-model calculations. Received: 24 November 2001 / Accepted: 30 January 2002  相似文献

The isospin dependence of shell closure phenomena is studied for light neutron-rich nuclei within a microscopic self-consistent approach using the Gogny force. Introducing configuration mixing, 32Mg is found to be dynamically deformed, although the N = 20 spherical shell closure persists at the mean-field level for all N = 20 isotones. In contrast, the N = 28 spherical shell closure is found to disappear for N - Z≥ 10 whereas deformed shell closures are preserved and lead to shape coexistence in 44 S. Configuration mixing shows that the ground state of this nucleus is triaxially deformed. The first 2+ excitation energy Ex = 1.46 MeV and the reduced transition probability B(E2;0+ gs→ 2+ 1)= 420 e 2 fm 4 obtained with our approach are in good agreement with experimental data. In this study the scissors mode 1+ states are systematically investigated within the rotational invariant Quasiparticle Random Phase Approximation (QRPA) for 130-136Ba isotopes. We consider the 1+ vibrations generated by the isovector spin-spin interactions and the isoscalar and isovector quadrupole-type separable forces restoring the broken symmetry by a deformed mean field according to A.A. Kuliev et al. (Int. J. Mod. Phys. E 9, 249 (2000)). It has been shown that the restoration of the broken rotational symmetry of the Hamiltonian essentially decreases the B(M1) value of the low-lying 1+ states and increases the collectivization of the scissors mode excitations in the spectroscopic energy region. The agreement between the calculated mean excitation energies as well as the summed B(M1) value of the scissors mode excitations and the available experimental data of 134Ba and 136Ba is rather good. A destructive interference between the orbit and spin part of the M1 strength has been found for barium isotopes near the shell closer. For all the nuclei under investigation, the low-lying M1 transitions have ΔK = 1 character as it is the case for the well-deformed nuclei.  相似文献

Semiclassical expansions derived in the framework of the Extended Thomas-Fermi approach for the kinetic energy density τ( r) and the spin-orbit density J( r) as functions of the local density ρ( r) are used to determine the central nuclear potentials V n( r) and V p( r) of the neutron and proton distribution for effective interactions of the Skyrme type. We demonstrate that the convergence of the resulting semiclassical expansions for these potentials is fast and that they reproduce quite accurately the corresponding Hartree-Fock average fields. The configuration-dependent cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky approach has been employed to study the properties and band structures at high spin in the Z = N odd-odd nuclei 46V and 50Mn. The observed bands are explained and terminating states are confirmed by the calculations. The calculated and observed bands are in good agreement without normalization, especially for terminating states. Possible bands with rotation around the intermediate axis and the effect of γ-deformation on the total energy of several interesting configurations are discussed. I discuss first the effect of decoupling of extended wave functions and the coherence in the low-energy E1 strength in drip line nuclei 12Be and 13O, which are studied by large-scale shell model calculations including 3 ?ω configuration space. The calculated results are compared to recent experimental data of Coulomb excitations. The quenching of the core polarization charges in drip line nuclei is also discussed in relation to recent observations of quadrupole moments in B-isotopes. The structure of 152Nd, produced via β decay of 152Pr, has been investigated using γ-γ coincidence, γ-γ angular correlation, and β-γ-γ triple coincidence measurements. Praseodymium activities were obtained by the thermal neutron fission of 235U and collected by the on-line isotope separator KUR-ISOL. Nineteen γ-rays and four excited states were newly found. The spins of six exited states were determined and the parities of three of them were also deduced. The spin and parity of the 152Pr ground state, which were previously considered as 4, are proposed to be 4+ by the present study. Excited states of 99Ag were populated via the 50Cr + 58Ni (261 MeV) reaction using the NORDBALL detector array equipped with charged-particle and neutron detector systems for reaction channel separation. On the basis of the measured γγ-coincidence relations and angular distribution ratios a significantly extended level scheme has been constructed up to E x ∼ 7.8 MeV and I = 35/2. The experimental results were described within the framework of the shell model. Candidates for states fully aligned in the πg 9/2 -3ν(d 5/2, g 7/2)2 valence configuration space were found at 4109 and 6265 keV. The neutron g 9/2 single-particle state in 57Ni has been unambiguously identified in a combined measurement of the linear polarization, angular distribution, and angular correlation of γ rays following the fusion-evaporation reaction 28Si(32S,2pn)57Ni at a beam energy of 90 MeV. The linear polarization was measured with a Euroball cluster detector and a prototype of an encapsulated six-fold segmented hexaconical Ge-detector. The spin of the 3701 keV level in 57Ni was confirmed to be I= 9/2 and its parity determined to be positive. Received: 24 September 1999 / Revised version: 22 October 1999  相似文献

Effective charges are calculated for protons and neutrons in the region of mass 90. It is found that their magnitudes differ appreciably depending on whether the proton p 1/2 shell is empty or full. The calculated values are compared with values deduced from nuclei with simple configurations, and from a fit to N=50 data. The empirical values are used in shell-model calculations of quadrupole moments of N=50-58 nuclei. Received: 16 February 1998  相似文献
