Here we are concerned with the existence of positive solution for autonomous and nonautonomous second-order systems with multi-points boundary conditions. For nonautonomous systems we use the Schauder's fixed point theorem in a suitable Banach space, while for autonomous ones using fixed point theorems is usually useless because of the existence of trivial solution and for this we employed a method based on the implicit function theorem and topological degree. In order to verify the obtained results, we have considered some definite systems to verify the results numerically.  相似文献

Understanding the structure of attractors is fundamental in nonautonomous stability and bifurcation theory. By means of clarifying theorems and carefully designed examples we highlight the potential complexity of attractors for nonautonomous differential equations that are as close to autonomous equations as possible. We introduce and study bounded uniform attractors and repellors for nonautonomous scalar differential equations, in particular for asymptotically autonomous, polynomial, and periodic equations. Our results suggest that uniformly attracting or repelling solutions are the true analogues of attracting or repelling fixed points of autonomous systems. We provide sharp conditions for the autonomous structure to break up and give way to a bewildering diversity of nonautonomous bifurcations.  相似文献

In this paper, we study systems of nonlinear, nonautonomous, ordinary differential equations that appear in the theory of averaging of nonlinear oscillations. We prove existence theorems for them and obtain conditions under which variables of the type of amplitude (or energy) are uniformly bounded with respect to time.  相似文献

We investigate a class of nonautonomous systems of ordinary differential equations whose matrix can be characterized as exponentially periodic. We develop the algorithm of spectral analysis of these systems. By this algorithm we prove reducibility theorems. The proposed algorithm is based on the splitting method that allows to reduce considered systems to simpler ones with quasidiagonal matrix, and formulate constructive conditions of solutions stability.  相似文献

This paper presents converse Lyapunov theorems for exponential stability of nonautonomous discrete-time systems with disturbances and free of disturbances, respectively. It is shown that Lyapunov functions exist for discrete-time systems if the systems are exponentially stable. Moreover, in the periodic case, we explicitly construct a Lyapunov function for systems with disturbances. We consider problems of stability and instability of the trivial solution to nonautonomous systems of differential equations. We suggest new theorems of Lyapunov’s direct method with the use of semi-definite auxiliary functions. The idea is based on the use of the additional function that evaluates the rate of convergence of the solutions to the set, where Lyapunov’s function vanishes. We formulate theorems on the non-asymptotic stability and instability. The results are illustrated by examples, where we give a comparison with known results.  相似文献
