A number of neutral, mononuclear dialkylpalladium(II) tertiary phosphine complexes of geneal formula cis or trans-PdR2(PMe3)2 and cis-PdR2 (dmpe) [dmpe = 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane], R = Me, CH2Ph, CH2CMe2Ph, CH2SiMe3 have been obtained by interaction of magnesium reagents with palladium(II) acetate or trans-Pd(O2CMe)2(PMe3)2.  相似文献

In the title two‐coordinate silver compound, [Ag(C3­H9­P)2]­PF6, the cation has crystallographically imposed mirror symmetry, and approximates very closely to m (D3d) symmetry with fully staggered methyl groups in the solid state. The Ag atom has a nearly linear coordination geometry, with a P—Ag—P angle of 178.70 (4)°. The Ag—P bond lengths are 2.3746 (12) and 2.3783 (12) Å, which are ­significantly longer than the Au—P bond length of 2.304 (1) Å in the analogous two‐coordinate gold cation. The lack of intra­molecular steric effects within the present cations containing tri­methyl­phosphine (cone angle 118°), compared with those in known cations containing trimesityl­phosphine (cone angle 212°), provides a better comparison of M—P distances and thus more conclusive evidence that Au really is smaller than Ag.  相似文献

Interaction of cobalt(II) ions and sodium carbacylamidophosphates Na(L) (HL=PhC(O)NHP(O)(NR2)2; where NR2 are morpholyl, HL1; NMe2, HL2; NEt2, HL3) in methanol solution afforded polynuclear alkoxo complexes [Co4{L1}3(OCH3)4(OH)(H2O)5·3H2O] 1 and [Co4{L}4(OCH3)4(CH3OH)4] (L=L2 2, L3 3). Data of spectral and TGA studies are presented. Coordination compounds 1 and 3 have been characterized by means of X-ray diffraction. Both the structures consist of tetranuclear cubane alkoxo clusters with methoxide ions bridging three metal centers (CoO 2.068(3)–2.093(4) Å) and phosphorylic ligands coordinated in a bidentatechelate fashion via the carbonyl oxygen atoms (CoO 1: 2.050(2); 3: 2.031(4) Å) and the phosphoryl groups (2.093(2) and 2.106(4) Å). Isolation of these cubane alkoxo complexes is an important proof for close resemblance in behavior of carbacylamidophosphate systems and β-diketonates towards transition metal ions.  相似文献

Three mononuclear polypyridyl complexes of Ni(II), [Ni(Ph2phen)3](PF6)2·CH3CN (1), [Ni(dpa)2(phen)](PF6)2 (2) and [Ni(bpy)3](PF6)2 (3), where Ph2phen is 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, dpa is 2,2′-dipyridylamine, bpy is 2,2′-bipyridine, and phen is 1,10-phenanthroline, were prepared and their solid state structures determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The structural determination shows that the coordination geometry around the Ni(II) center is a distorted octahedron in each complex. The investigation of synthesis procedure and crystallographic data of complex 3 indicates the spontaneous resolution of supramolecular chirality. A careful inspection of the packing pattern in the lattice of each complex reveals that non-covalent interactions of two different types, viz. C-H?F and C-H?π interactions, are active in the lattice. The packing structures of 1-3 also show that the rings of the polypyridyl ligands, Ph2phen, dpa, bpy, and phen, are not located face-to-face and can not interact through π-π interactions. Cyclic voltammetry data of 1 and 3 show that the Ni(III/II) reduction couple is quasi-reversible and this reduction becomes progressively more difficult on passing from bpy to Ph2phen, while complex 2 shows an irreversible behavior with the peak-to-peak separation of about 500 mV. Magnetic susceptibility data derived from paramagnetic NMR revealed effective magnetic moments of 3.12 BM for 1, 3.27 BM for 2, and 3.14 for 3 at room temperature.  相似文献

A library of tripodal amine ligands with two oxime donor arms and a variable coordinating or noncoordinating third arm has been synthesized, including two chiral ligands based on l-phenylalanine. Their Ni(II) complexes have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, UV-vis absorption, circular dichroism, and FTIR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and room-temperature magnetic susceptibility. At least one crystal structure is reported for all but one Ni/ligand combination. All show a six-coordinate pseudo-octahedral coordination geometry around the nickel center, with the bis(oxime)amine unit coordinating in a facial mode. Three distinct structure types are observed: (1) for tetradentate ligands, six-coordinate monomers are formed, with anions and/or solvent filling out the coordination sphere; (2) for tridentate ligands, six-coordinate monomers are formed with Ni(II)(NO(3))(2), with one monodentate and one bidentate nitrate filling the remaining coordination positions; (3) for tridentate ligands, six-coordinate, bis(mu-Cl) dimers are formed with Ni(II)Cl(2), with one terminal and two bridging chlorides filling the coordination sphere. The UV-vis absorption spectra of the complexes show that the value of 10 Dq varies according to the nature of the third arm of the ligand. The trend based on the third arm follows the order alkyl/aryl < amide < carboxylate < alcohol < pyridyl < oxime.  相似文献

The phosphite complexes cis-[PtMe2L(SMe2)] in which L = P(OiPr)3, 1a, or L = P(OPh)3, 1b, were synthesized by the reaction of cis,cis-[Me2Pt(μ-SMe2)2PtMe2] with 2 equiv. of L. If 4 equiv. of L was used the bis-phosphite complexes cis-[PtMe2L2] in which L = P(OiPr)3, 2a, or L = P(OPh)3, 2b, were obtained. The reaction of cis-[Pt(p-MeC6H4)2(SMe2)2] with 2 equiv. of L gave the aryl bis-phosphite complexes cis-[Pt(p-MeC6H4)2L2] in which L = P(OiPr)3, 2a′, or L = P(OPh)3, 2b′. Use of 1 equiv. of L in the latter reaction gave the bis-phosphite complex along with the starting complex in a 1:1 ratio.The complexes failed to react with MeI. The reaction of cis,cis-[Me2Pt(μ-SMe2)2PtMe2] with 2 equiv. of the phosphine PPh3 gave cis-[PtMe2(PPh3)2] and cis-[PtMe2(PPh3)(SMe2)] along with unreacted starting material. Reaction of cis-[PtMe2L(SMe2)], 1a and 1b with the bidentate phosphine ligand bis(diphenylphosphino)methane, dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2, gave [PtMe2(dppm)], 8, along with cis-[PtMe2L2], 2. The reaction of cis-[PtMe2L(SMe2)] with 1/2 equiv. of the bidentate N-donor ligand NN = 4,4′-bipyridine yielded the binuclear complexes [PtMe2L(μ-NN)PtMe2L] in which L = P(OiPr)3, 3a, or L = P(OPh)3, 3b.The complexes were fully characterized using multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C, 31P, and 195Pt) spectroscopy.  相似文献

The tridentate ligand N-methyl-N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine (L) has been employed to synthesize a dinuclear Co(II)Co(III) mixed-valence complex containing μ-methoxo and μ-carboxylato bridging ligands, [LCo(II)(μ-carboxylato)bis(μ-methoxo)Co(III)L](ClO(4))(2). In this complex, the two pseudo-octahedral Co centers have an identical ligand environment, yet the average Co-N and Co-O bond distances at the two Co ions differ significantly. Electrochemical, spectroscopic, and magnetic susceptibility measurements confirm that it belongs to a localized Class II mixed-valence system, despite the presence of a short Co···Co distance of 3.021 ?. Oxidation of this Co(II)Co(III) complex leads to formation of the corresponding Co(III)Co(III) complex that was characterized structurally and spectroscopically. In addition, dinuclear and trinuclear μ-hydroxo Co(III) complexes have been obtained in the presence of phosphate anions and absence of methanol, respectively, suggesting that an additional bridging ligand is needed to stabilize the Co(III)bis(μ-hydroxo)Co(III) fragment. Moreover, the ability of the mixed-valence Co(II)Co(III) complex and the three related Co(III) complexes to electrocatalytically oxidize water was also investigated. The observed limited water oxidation catalytic ability for these systems suggests that a multinuclear Co cluster and/or presence of O-rich ligands may be needed for the generation of efficient molecular Co-based water oxidation catalysts.  相似文献

Summary New compounds of formula [AuL(PMe3)]Cl [L = imidazolidine-2-thione (Imt), 1,3-diazinane-2-thione (Diaz), 1,3-diazepine-2-thione (Diap) and their derivatives] have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, and i.r., 13C- and 31P-n.m.r. spectroscopies. The Diap ligand, which incorporates the thione in a seven-membered heterocyclic ring, binds more strongly to AuI compared to its Diaz (six-membered ring) and Imt (five-membered ring) analogues.  相似文献

The reaction of [Ni[Co(aet)(2)(pyt)](2)](2+) (aet = 2-aminoethanethiolate, pyt = 2-pyridinethiolate) with [PtCl(4)](2)(-) gave an S-bridged Co(III)Pt(II)Co(III) trinuclear complex composed of two [Co(aet)(2)(pyt)] units, [Pt[Co(aet)(2)(pyt)](2)](2+) ([1](2+)). When a 1:1 mixture of [Ni[Co(aet)(2)(pyt)](2)](2+) and [Ni[Co(aet)(2)(en)](2)](4+) was reacted with [PtCl(4)](2)(-), a mixed-type S-bridged Co(III)Pt(II)Co(III) complex composed of one [Co(aet)(2)(pyt)] and one [Co(aet)(2)(en)](+) units, [Pt[Co(aet)(2)(en)][Co(aet)(2)(pyt)]](3+) ([2](3+)), was produced, together with [1](2+) and [Pt[Co(aet)(2)(en)](2)](4+). The corresponding Co(III)Pt(II)Co(III) trinuclear complexes containing pymt (2-pyrimidinethiolate), [Pt[Co(aet)(2)(pymt)](2)](2+) ([3](2+)) and [Pt[Co(aet)(2)(en)][Co(aet)(2)(pymt)]](3+) ([4](3+)), were also obtained by similar reactions, using [Ni[Co(aet)(2)(pymt)](2)](2+) instead of [Ni[Co(aet)(2)(pyt)](2)](2+). While [Pt[Co(aet)(2)(en)](2)](4+) formed both the deltalambda (meso) and deltadelta/lambdalambda (racemic) forms in a ratio of ca. 1:1, the preferential formation of the deltadelta/lambdalambda form was observed for [1](2+) (ca. deltalambda:deltadelta/lambdalambda = 1:3) and [2](3+) (ca. delta(en)lambda(pyt)/lambda(en)delta(pyt):deltadelta/lambdalambda = 1:2). Furthermore, [3](2+) and [4](3+) predominantly formed the deltadelta/lambdalambda form. These results indicate that the homochiral selectivity for the S-bridged Co(III)Pt(II)Co(III) trinuclear complexes composed of two octahedral [Co(aet)(2)(L)](0 or +) units is enhanced in the order L = en < pyt < pymt. The isomers produced were separated and optically resolved, and the crystal structures of the meso-type deltalambda-[1]Cl(2).4H(2)O and the spontaneously resolved deltadelta-[4](ClO(4))(3).H(2)O were determined by X-ray analyses. In deltalambda-[1](2+), the delta and Lambda configurational mer(S).trans(N(aet))-[Co(aet)(2)(pyt)] units are linked by a square-planar Pt(II) ion through four aet S atoms to form a linear-type S-bridged trinuclear structure. In deltadelta-[4](3+), a similar linear-type trinuclear structure is constructed from the delta-mer(S).trans(N(aet))-[Co(aet)(2)(pymt)] and delta-C(2)-cis(S)-[Co(aet)(2)(en)](+) units that are bound by a Pt(II) ion with a slightly distorted square-planar geometry through four aet S atoms.  相似文献

The three new Cobalt(II) complexes [Co(L1)2(H2O)2] (1), [Co(L2)2(H2O)2] (2), and [Co(L3)2(H2O)2] (3) have been synthesized by interaction of acyl pyrazolone ligands, 4-(4-chlorobenzoyl)3-methyl1-phenyl1H-pyrazole5(4H)-one (HL1), 4-(4-chlorobenzoyl)1-(3-chlorophenyl)3-methyl1H-pyrazole5(4H)-one (HL2) and 5-methyl4-(4-methylbenzoyl)2-phenyl2,4-dihydro3H-pyrazole3-one (HL3) with CoCl2.6H2O. The complexes were screened using FTIR, UV–Vis, TGA, and Single Crystal X-ray diffraction spectroscopic techniques. A relative study of the ligands’ FTIR spectra and their metal complexes reveal the formation, sifting, and disappearance of several bands during complexation. Other interpretations stipulated that these three complexes are mononuclear and exhibited octahedral geometry around Co2+.Triclinic crystal system, Distortion in Octahedral geometry, and Intermolecular hydrogen bonding confirmed by Single-crystal XRD analysis of [Co(L3)2(EtOH)2] complex.  相似文献

Complexes of cobalt(II), nickel(II), copper(II) and zinc(II) with a new tetraaza macrocyclic ligand have been synthesized and characterized by microanalyses, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility, mass, thermogravimetric (TGA), IR, 1H and 13C NMR, electronic and ESR spectral studies. New dodecanuclear phenylphosphonate-bridged Co(II) complexes [(μ2-THF)5(η-HPiv)Co123-OH)46-O3PPh)4(μ-Piv)12]·THF·2С6Н6 (1·THF·2С6Н6), [(μ2-THF)6Co123-OH)46-O3PPh)4(μ-Piv)12]·3THF (2·3THF) and [(μ2-Hmhp)6Co123-OH)46-O3PPh)4(μ-Piv)12]·6.5MeCN (3·6.5MeCN) have been synthesized by the reaction of the cobalt(II) pivalate polymer {Co(Piv)2}n (Piv is the pivalate anion), as a source of metal fragments containing cobalt(II) atoms, with potassium phenylphosphonate (K2PO3Ph) in the presence of neutral O-donor additional ligands like molecules of THF or 6-methyl-2-pyridone (Hmhp). The structures of the dodecanuclear complexes 1-3 were determined by using single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. The magnetic properties of the compounds showed that complexes 1 and 3 exhibit antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the magnetic centers. The stability of compounds 1 and 3 were studied using thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of nucleobases (adenine or purine) with a metallic salt in the presence of potassium oxalate in an aqueous solution yields one-dimensional complexes of formulas [M(mu-ox)(H(2)O)(pur)](n) (pur = purine, ox = oxalato ligand (2-); M = Cu(II) [1], Co(II) [2], and Zn(II) [3]), [Co(mu-ox)(H(2)O)(pur)(0.76)(ade)(0.24)](n)(4) and ([M(mu-ox)(H(2)O)(ade)].2(ade).(H(2)O))(n) (ade = adenine; M = Co(II) [5] and Zn(II) [6]). Their X-ray single-crystal structures, variable-temperature magnetic measurements, thermal behavior, and FT-IR spectroscopy are reported. The complexes 1-4 crystallize in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/a (No. 14) with similar crystallographic parameters. The compounds 5 and 6 are also isomorphous but crystallize in the triclinic space group P (No. 2). All compounds contain one-dimensional chains in which cis-[M(H(2)O)(L)](2+) units are bridged by bis-bidentate oxalato ligands with M(.)M intrachain distances in the range 5.23-5.57 A. In all cases, the metal atoms are six-coordinated by four oxalato oxygen atoms, one water molecule, and one nitrogen atom from a terminal nucleobase, building distorted octahedral MO(4)O(w)N surroundings. The purine ligand is bound to the metal atom through the most basic imidazole N9 atom in 1-4, whereas in 5 and 6 the minor groove site N3 of the adenine nucleobase is the donor atom. The crystal packing of compounds 5 and 6 shows the presence of uncoordinated adenine and water crystallization molecules. The cohesiveness of the supramolecular 3D structure of the compounds is achieved by means of an extensive network of noncovalent interactions (hydrogen bonds and pi-pi stacking interactions). Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements of the Cu(II) and Co(II) complexes in the range 2-300 K show the occurrence of antiferromagnetic intrachain interactions.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reaction of Co(II) salt with 1,4-di(1-imidazolyl)benzene (L1) and 4,4’-oxydiphthalic acid (H4OA) yields a new complex [Co3(HOA)2(L1)4(H2O)4] (I). [Ni(L2)2SO4] · 0.5H2O (II) can be obtained via the hydrothermal reaction of NiSO4 · 6H2O with 1,3-di(1H-imidazol-4-yl)benzene (L2). Complexes I and II have been characterized by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1019291 (I) and 1019292 (II)), IR, elemental, and thermogravimetric analyses. Complex I exhibits the uninodal six-connected 3D pcu framework structure of I with (412 · 63) topology; Complex II consists of the uninodal four-connected 2D sql (44 · 62) networks. In addition, magnetic property of I was investigated.  相似文献

The ligands, 1-acetylferrocenehydrazinecarboxamide (HL1) and 1-acetylferrocenehydrazinecarbothioamide (HL2), and their Ni(II) and Co(II) complexes were synthesized. The properties of the synthesized compounds were determined by the elemental and spectroscopic analyses. Ni(II) and Co(II) acetates interact with the ligands at the molar ratios 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 to give coloured products. The complexes have octahedral geometry. The ligands are coordinated to Co(II) and Ni(II) centers via the azomethine nitrogen and thiolic sulfur /enolic oxygen atom. The ligands and their Co(II) and Ni(II) complexes were screened for antibacterial and antifungal activities. The Co(II) and Ni(II) complexes show enhanced inhibitory activity as compared to their parent ligands. The DNA cleavage activity of the Co(II) and Ni(II) complexes was determined by gel electrophoresis. It was shown that the complexes have better cleavage activity than the ligands. The antioxidant activity of the complexes was also evaluated and used to examine their scavenging ability on hydrogen peroxide.  相似文献
