Studies on the Interaction of Cobalt Mixed-Ligand Coordination Compound Containing Tetrapyrido [3,2-a: 2' 3'-c: 3″ 2″ h: 2'″, 3'″-j] phenazine with DNA

A new monometallic complex [Co(phen)2tpphz]3+ (where tpphz is tetrapyrido [3,2-a: 2',3'-c: 3″,2″-h: 2'″,3'″-j] phenazine) was synthesized by the reaction of 5,6-diamino-1,10-phenanthroline with [Co(phen)2(phendione)]3+. It was characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR, 1H NMR, ultraviolet and fluorescence spectroscopy. The interaction of the complex with DNA was also investigated. The complex shows the absorption hypochromicity, fluorescence enhancement, the specific viscosity increased when bound to calf thymus DNA. The cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurement showed a change in peak current with the addition of DNA. All the results provide the support for the intercalative binding mode of the mononuclear complex.

One-Step Syntheses of Tetrapyrido[2,3-a:3′,2′-c:2″,3″-h:3″, 2″ ′-j] Phenazine and Dibenzo[a:c](Dipyrido[2,3-h:2′,3′-j]) Phenazine

Synthesis and Quantum Chemistry Study of Novel Bifurazano [3,4-b : 3′, 4′-f] furoxano [3″, 4″-d] oxacyclohetpatriene

以3,4-双(4′-硝基呋咱-3′-基)氧化呋咱为原料,设计并合成了新型双呋咱并[3,4-b∶3′,4′-f]氧化呋咱并[3″,4″-d]氧杂环庚三烯(1),收率50.1％,其结构经13C NMR,15N NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征.最佳的反应条件为:以无水碳酸钠为催化剂,乙腈(含水量0.04％)为溶剂,于80℃反应3.5h.用B3LYP方法在6-31G**基组水平上对1的结构进行了计算,得到了稳定的几何构型和键级.在振动分析的基础上求得体系在不同温度下的热力学性质,得到了温度对热力学性能影响的关系式.1的性能研究表明,1的m.p.92℃～94℃,爆速8 256m·s-1(1.85 g·cm-3),摩擦感度0％(90°摆角),撞击感度12％(10 kg,25 cm),特性落高H50 =57.5 cm(5 kg).

Efficient Synthesis of 3,5,6,8-Tetrahydro-4H-thiopyrano[4′,3′:4,5]· thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ones via an Iminophosphorane

3,5,6,8-Tetrahydro-4H-thiopyrano[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ones(7) were synthesized via the base catalytic reactions of amines or phenols with carbodiimides(5), which were obtained from the aza-Wittig reactions of iminophosphoranes(4) with aromatic isocyanates.     

(甘氨酰-β-丙氨酸)(二吡啶[3,2-d:2′,3′-f]喹喔啉)铜( Ⅱ)配合物合成、结构及其超氧化物歧化酶活性

合成了新的(甘氨酰-β-丙氨酸)(二吡啶[3,2-d:2′,3′-f]喹喔啉)铜(Ⅱ)配合物:[Cu(Gly-β-Ala)(dpq)]·2H2O [Gly-β-Ala=甘氨酰-β-丙氨酸,dpq=二吡啶[3,2-d:2′,3′-f]喹喔啉].通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、摩尔电导率以及X射线单晶衍射对该配合物组成及结构进行了表征.配合物晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数为:a=0.70787(3) nm,b=0.96727(4) nm,c=0.52436(6) nm,α=97.016(2)°,β= 100.859(2)°,γ=108.046(2)°,V=0.95624(7) nm3.应用改进的氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)光照还原法研究了配合物在水溶液中催化超氧阴离子自由基(O(.)-2)歧化分解超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,用循环伏安法研究了配合物的电化学性质.结果表明:该配合物具有良好的超氧化物歧化酶活性,表观催化速率常数为1.53×107L·mol- 1·s-1).
