Twenty components (including a new flavanone) were isolated and identified from the whole plant of Anaphalis sinica Hance. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical transformation. These components are 6‐[(5‐methyl‐6‐ethyl‐4‐hydroxy‐pyrone‐3‐yl)‐methylene]glabranine ( 1 ), kaempferol ( 2 ), tiliroside ( 3 ), quercetin ( 4 ), quercetin‐3‐O‐β‐D‐glucoside ( 5 ), scutellarin ( 6 ), 5,7‐dihydroxy‐8‐methoxyflavone ( 7 ), 5,7‐dihydroxy‐4′‐methoxy‐flavone‐7‐O‐α‐L‐rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside ( 8 ), helipyrone ( 9 ), 4′‐hydroxydehydrokawain ( 10 ), panamin ( 11 ), ursolic acid ( 12 ), pomolic acid ( 13 ), 3‐acetyloleanolic acid ( 14 ), a mixture of N‐(2‐hydroxy‐acyl)‐4‐hydroxy‐8(E)‐ene‐sphingenine ( 15 ), O‐methyl‐D‐inositol ( 16 ), a mixture of β‐sitosterol ( 17 ) and stigmasterol ( 18 ) and a mixture of daucosterol ( 19 ) and stigmasterol‐β‐D‐glucoside ( 20 ). Among them, 6‐[(5‐methyl‐6‐ethyl‐4‐hydroxy‐pyrone‐3‐yl)‐methylene]glabranine ( 1 ) is a new compound, and 13C NMR data of panamin ( 11 ) is reported for the first time.  相似文献

A new flavonol glycoside,isorhamnetin-3-O- β-D-xyloside,was isolated from the extract of leaves and twigs of Alchornea davidii (Euphorbiaceae).Its structure was established on the basis of the spectral analysis and chemical degradation.Antimicrobial assay showed that it moderately inhibited the growth of test bacteria (Staphylocoocu aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas fluorescens)and fungi (Candida albicans,Aspergillus niger and Trichophyton rubrum) with MICs at 50μg/ml.  相似文献

A new prenylated isoflavonoid, flemiphilippinin G ( 1 ), and a new flavonol glycoside, flemiphilippininside ( 2 ), along with eleven known isoflavonoids were obtained from the roots of Flemingia philippinensis (Merr. et Rolfe) Li . Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. The in vitro cytotoxicities of compounds 1 – 13 against MCF‐7, A549, and Hep‐G2 cell lines were determined by using the MTT (=3‐(4,5‐dimethylthazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenyl‐2H‐tetrazolium bromide) colorimetric assay, and their antioxidant activities were evaluated by ferric‐reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) method. Compound 1 exhibited significant cytotoxicity against all the tested cell lines with IC50 values of 4.8–7.3 μM , and compound 2 was found to be inactive. Both compounds 1 and 2 showed weak antioxidant activities with FRAP values of 110±15 and 124±16 μmol/g, respectively.  相似文献

The syntheses and properties of expanded 4-tert-butyl-mercaptocalix[4]arenes, in which the methylene linkers are replaced by −CH2NRCH2− or −CH2NRCH2− and −CH2NRCH2CH2CH2NRCH2− units, are described. The new macrocycles were obtained in a step-wise manner, utilizing fully protected, i. e. S-alkylated, derivatives of the oxidation-sensitive thiophenols in the cyclisation steps. Reductive cleavage of the macrobicyclic or macrotricyclic intermediates ( 6 , 7 , 11 ) afforded the free thiophenols (H4 8 , H4 9 , and H4 12 ) in preparative yields as their hydrochloride salts. The protected proligands can exist in two conformations, resembling the “cone” and “1,3-alternate” conformations found for the parent calix[4]arenes. The free macrocycles do not show conformational isomerism, but are readily oxidized forming intramolecular disulfide linkages. Preliminary complexation experiments show that these expanded mercaptocalixarenes can serve as supporting ligands for tetranuclear thiolato clusters.  相似文献

3-Methyl-2-benzothiazolinone hydrazone (1) reacts with dialkyl phosphorothiochloridates 2a,b in the presence of a base, to give the respective dialkylthiophosphorylated hydrazones 3a,b. Upon thermolysis, compound 3b yields bi(3-methylbenzothiazole-2-iminyl) (4). Exposure of 3b to sunlight in methanol results in the formation of 3-methyl-2-benzothiazolinone (5). When the same experiment was carried on the starting hydrazone 1, bis(3-methyl- benzothiazole-2-iminyl)diazine (6) was formed. Elemental analyses and spectroscopic details are presented for the new compounds.
