量子点具有优异的光电性能,聚合物具有性质稳定、质轻、可加工性好等优点;将聚合物和量子点复合可综合两者的优点,同时还可使量子点的稳定性得以大幅度提高。得到的聚合物/量子点纳米复合材料应用领域广;其制备方法主要有简单易操作的直接分散法、在聚合物中原位生成量子点的原位生成法、在有量子点存在的聚合场所引发有机单体聚合的原位聚合法、层-层组装法以及在量子点表面直接修饰聚合物的表面直接修饰法。本文就这些制备方法进行了概要综述,并对各种方法的特点进行了总结。  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法, 以FeCl2•4H2O和FeC13•6H2O为原料制备磁性Fe3O4纳米颗粒(MNPs), 采用氨基酸对其进行修饰使其表面连上氨基. 用巯基乙酸作为稳定剂合成了水溶性的CdSe/CdS量子点, 并利用偶联剂1-乙基-3-(3-二氨丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐(EDC)和N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)连接氨基修饰的Fe3O4和带有羧基的CdSe/CdS, 成功制备了Fe3O4/CdSe/CdS荧光磁性纳米颗粒. 该荧光磁性纳米复合物保留了CdSe/CdS量子点优异的荧光特性, 平均粒径在40 nm左右; 磁化曲线表明此纳米复合物具有超顺磁性. 这种双官能复合纳米颗粒有望成为新型荧光磁性双标记复合微粒而广泛应用于免疫检测、荧光追踪、磁性分离等领域.  相似文献

We have investigated the energetic correlation between rare-earth ions and semiconductor nanocrystals, using europium ion (Eu3+) doped silica (SiO2) gel with adsorbed cadmium sulfide (CdS) particles. Samples were prepared by a sol-gel technique, in which several methods for the precipitation of CdS colloids were attempted. The fluorescence intensities were compared for different gels, with and without CdS particles. The intrinsic emission lines due to 5D0 7FJ(J = 0–4) transitions of Eu3+ were observed, which were enhanced for 24 h-immersed gel (dried at 50°C). From the results on the decay dynamics of fluorescence, we proposed the model that surface-trapped electrons on CdS particles nonradiatively excited 4f electrons in Eu3+ ions due to an energy transfer process.  相似文献

Herein, the assembly of CsPbBr3 QD/AlOx inorganic nanocomposites, by using atomic layer deposition (ALD) for the growth of the amorphous alumina matrix (AlOx ), is described as a novel protection scheme for such QDs. The nucleation and growth of AlOx on the QD surface was thoroughly investigated by miscellaneous techniques, which highlighted the importance of the interaction between the ALD precursors and the QD surface to uniformly coat the QDs while preserving the optoelectronic properties. These nanocomposites show exceptional stability towards exposure to air (for at least 45 days), irradiation under simulated solar spectrum conditions (for at least 8 h), and heat (up to 200 °C in air), and finally upon immersion in water. This method was extended to the assembly of CsPbBrx I3−x QD/AlOx and CsPbI3 QD/AlOx nanocomposites, which were more stable than the pristine QD films.  相似文献

A nanoarchitectural approach based on in situ formation of quantum dots (QDs) within/outside clay nanotubes was developed. Efficient and stable photocatalysts active under visible light were achieved with ruthenium-doped cadmium sulfide QDs templated on the surface of azine-modified halloysite nanotubes. The catalytic activity was tested in the hydrogen evolution reaction in aqueous electrolyte solutions under visible light. Ru doping enhanced the photocatalytic activity of CdS QDs thanks to better light absorption and electron–hole pair separation due to formation of a metal/semiconductor heterojunction. The S/Cd ratio was the major factor for the formation of stable nanoparticles on the surface of the azine-modified clay. A quantum yield of 9.3 % was reached by using Ru/CdS/halloysite containing 5.2 wt % of Cd doped with 0.1 wt % of Ru and an S/Cd ratio of unity. In vivo and in vitro studies on the CdS/halloysite hybrid demonstrated the absence of toxic effects in eukaryotic cells and nematodes in short-term tests, and thus they are promising photosensitive materials for multiple applications.  相似文献

采用水相合成法,在低温N2气保护条件下,以巯基化聚乙烯醇(PVA)为基体材料合成一种环境友好型PVA/CdS量子点纳米复合物,并通过红外光谱(IR)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、热重(TG)、荧光光谱(PL)和紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)等技术手段对复合物进行结构表征和光学性能研究。测试结果表明,复合物中CdS量子点为立方晶型结构,形状为球形,粒径小于5nm,具有很好的稳定性、分散性及发光性质。此外,Cu~(2+)对PVA/CdS水溶液荧光具有良好的猝灭作用,其荧光猝灭程度与Cu~(2+)浓度在1~1000nmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9923,方法检出限为0.12nmol/L。该纳米复合物荧光分析方法简便快速、灵敏度高、检出限低,已应用于实际黄河水样中痕量Cu~(2+)的分析与检测。  相似文献

The nanocomposites representing interesting H-bond compounds (Na3H(SO4)2, RbHSO4, RbHSeO4, and Rb3H(SeO4)2) in the silica matrix were prepared by the sol-gel method. Resulting samples were characterised by X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and electron microscopy. Transition temperatures of the nanocomposites were determined using DSC and compared with the T C of the pure bulk active compounds. The shifts of the T C towards lower temperatures or the disappearing of the certain effects in the case nanocomposites were observed. A possible explanation of these phenomena was proposed using the analogy with the superparamagnetic compounds.  相似文献

In this paper, an atomistic model for PI/SiO2 hybrid nanocomposites was designed for the investigation of physical properties of this material on the base of molecular dynamics simulations. The thermal properties of a reference pure PI matrix in the temperature range of 300–650 K were first investigated. The results for the CTE and the glass transition temperature showed good agreement with the experimental data. Then, the thermal expansion of the model of PI/silica composite material with different SiO2 fractions was investigated at normal conditions. The CTE of the composite model decreases with the increase in the SiO2 content in agreement with experimental studies. The results show a threshold for the SiO2 loading beyond which the material model exhibits ultra‐low thermal expansion.

利用低温水相法, 以巯基丙酸(MPA)作为稳定剂制备了碲化镉(CdTe)量子点, 通过马来酰亚胺三嗪(TMT)中的三嗪基团与CdTe量子点表面富含的羧基之间的氢键作用, 得到了分散性能优良的纳米杂化材料. 利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱以及透射电子显微镜等手段对产物的光物理性质和形貌进行了表征. 结果表明, 马来酰亚胺三嗪与CdTe量子点杂化后, CdTe量子点的荧光发射峰有明显的蓝移, 在CdTe量子点和马来酰亚胺三嗪之间存在着能量转移, 并且纳米杂化材料的分散性也有明显的改善.  相似文献

The traditional aqueous route to synthesis CdTe/CdS Core/shell (c/s) quantum dots (QDs) via decomposition of Cd-thiol complexes is usually time consuming. Herein, an ultrafast and facile aqueous synthetic approach under atmospheric pressure for CdTe/CdS c/s QDs with emission from the green to the near-infrared window (535–820 nm) is reported. With purified CdTe core QDs diluted in solution of Cd-3-mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) complexes, CdTe/CdS c/s QDs with emission wavelengths at 700 and 800 nm can be obtained within 20- and 45-min refluxing under the optimized experimental conditions, respectively. This is the most rapid way to prepare CdTe/CdS c/s QDs in aqueous phase, and the obtained QDs were highly luminescent without postsynthesis treatment. The influences of various experimental factors, including Cd2+ concentration, MPA-to-Cd ratio, pH value, and dilution ratio on the growth rate and luminescent properties of the obtained CdTe/CdS c/s QDs, have been taken into consideration. The three processes “purification-dilution-addition” ensure the synthesis environment with high pH value and low core concentration and have a marked impact on the rapid synthesis rate and the resulting high fluorescence of CdTe/CdS c/s QDs.  相似文献

采用一锅法,通过控制镉硫比合成了表面富镉离子的硫化镉量子点,利用L-半胱氨酸可与量子点表面Cd2+结合,使量子点表面钝化,从而增强其电化学发光信号的性质,实现了对L-半胱氨酸的选择性检测.对合成的量子点进行了表征,优化了检测条件.在优化的条件下,L-半胱氨酸在5.0×10-9~1.0×10-5 mol/L浓度范围内与ECL信号呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.2×10-9 mol/L(S/N=3).本方法对L-半胱氨酸具有良好的选择性,用于实际样品中L-半胱氨酸的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

The influence of surface S2- dangling bonds and surface doped ions(Se2-, Cu2+, and Hg2+) on the photo-luminescence of Cd2+-rich CdS QDs was investigated. A quantitative model was proposed to understand the complex transfer processes of excited electrons in CdS QDs. The transfer of excited electrons from either the conduction band or the Cd2+-related trap-state to the surface S2+-related shallow hole trap-state is effective. However, the trap of excited electrons by surface doped ion trap-states from the Cd2+-related trap-state is more effective than that from the conduction band. The efficiency of trapping electrons from both the conduction band and the Cd2+-related trap-state can be quantitatively understood with the help of the proposed model. The results show that the transfer efficiency of excited electrons is dependent on the location of the energy-level of the relevant surface-related trap-state. The trap of excited electrons by the surface trap-state with energy-level closer to that of the conduction band is more effective, especially for the trap of excited electrons from Cd2+-related trap-state.  相似文献

Control of quantum dot (QD) precursor chemistry has been expected to help improve the size control and uniformity of III–V QDs such as indium phosphide and indium arsenide. Indeed, experimental results for other QD systems are consistent with the theoretical prediction that the rate of precursor conversion is an important factor controlling QD size and size distribution. We synthesized and characterized the reactivity of a variety of group‐V precursors in order to determine if precursor chemistry could be used to improve the quality of III–V QDs. Despite slowing down precursor conversion rate by multiple orders of magnitude, the less reactive precursors do not yield the expected increase in size and improvement in size distribution. This result disproves the widely accepted explanation for the shortcoming of current III–V QD syntheses and points to the need for a new generalizable theoretical picture for the mechanism of QD formation and growth.  相似文献
