以(取代)水杨醛、间(对)羧基苯胺和氨基甲酰肼为原料,分别采用冰浴法合成了4-(二乙基氨基)水杨醛-3-羧基苯胺(3a),4-(二乙基氨基)水杨醛-4-羧基苯胺(3b)和水杨醛-3-羧基苯胺(3c);采用固相法合成了4-(二乙基氨基)水杨醛-氨基甲酰肼(3d);采用水浴回流法合成了3,5-二溴水杨醛-4-羧基苯胺(3e)和2-羟基-1-萘甲醛-4-羧基苯胺(3f),3a~3f均为新化合物,其结构经1H NMR,IR,ESI-MS和元素分析表征。研究了3a~3f对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及欧文氏草生杆菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:3a~3f对受试菌种均有一定的抑菌活性,其中3e的抑菌活性最好。 相似文献

通过水杨醛和异烟肼,4-氨基安替吡啉的缩合反应分别合成了Schiff 碱水杨醛缩异烟肼1,水杨醛缩4-氨基安替吡啉2,并获得其单晶结构。用元素分析,UV-Vis和IR谱进行表征。晶体结构通过X-射线衍射法测定,晶体结构均用直接法解出, 经全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正。化合物1:化学计量式为:C13H11N3O2,Mr = 241.25,晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/n, 晶胞参数:a = 8.153(1),b = 15.574(4) , c = 9.554(2) ? b =105.48(1)? V =1169.1(4) ? , Z = 4, Dc =1.371 g/cm3 , m =0.096 mm-1, F(000) = 504,结构偏离因子R = 0.0832, wR = 0.1158,共收集到2384个独立衍射点,其中其I >2(I)的可观测点为2059个。化合物2:化学计量分子式为:C18H17N3O2,Mr = 307.35,晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/n, 晶胞参数: a = 7.597(1),b = 7.500(1) , c = 27.266(5) , b = 95.31(1), V = 1546.7(4) ? , Z = 4, Dc = 1.320 g/cm3 , m = 0.088 mm-1, F(000) = 648,结构偏离因子R = 0.0413, wR = 0.0952,共收集到3282个独立衍射点,其中其I >2(I)的可观测点为2711个。X-射线分析显示化合物1和2的晶体结构均由分子间氢键和-弱相互作用堆积而成的二维层状结构。 相似文献

用时间相关光谱法研究了水杨醛缩胺类Schiff碱光致变色的性质,发现分子共轭体系大小和分子骨架刚性等因素对光致变色性质存在规律性的影响.共轭体系越大,发生光致变色的速率越小;分子骨架的刚性越大,化合物越难发生光致变色;反之,则光致变色较容易进行. 相似文献

合成了三种胱氨酸水杨醛Schiff碱H2Cys-sal过渡金属配合物[Cu(Cys-sal)、Co(Cys-sal)、Mn(Cys-sal)];利用元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、摩尔电导测定了其组成和结构;利用荧光光谱评价了其荧光特性,利用生物活性试验测定了其生物活性.结果表明,三种配合物都能强烈猝灭牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的内源荧光;配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.Aureus,革兰氏阳性菌),大肠杆菌(E.Coli,革兰氏阴性菌),枯草杆菌(B.Subtilis,革兰氏阳性菌),绿脓杆菌(P.Aeruginosa,革兰氏阴性菌)均有不同程度的抑菌作用. 相似文献

以取代水杨醛和3-氨基噻吩为原料合成了三种水杨醛类席夫碱,探讨了水杨醛结构中酚羟基对位取代基结构变化对于该席夫碱探针的激发态内质子转移过程、pH响应和金属离子响应的影响。研究结果表明,改变取代基团的推、吸电子能力,可调节酚氧负离子对活泼氢的束缚能力,进而影响这些席夫碱分子的激发态内质子转移性能。同时,酚氧负离子的电荷密度也决定了其与阳离子的配位能力,从而表现出不同结构的席夫碱对金属离子的选择性和灵敏性差异。 相似文献

In this paper, we constructed a novel bifunctional superoxide dismutase(SOD)/glutathione peroxi- dase(GPx) mimic, a selenium-, copper-containing 35-mer peptide conjugate(Se-Cu-35P) in which a three-amino acid linker((31y-Asn-Gly) connects the C-terminus of 17-mer polypeptide SOD mimic with the N-terminus of 15-mer po- lypeptide GPx mimic. The SOD and GPx activities of Se-Cu-35P are two orders of magnitude lower than those of natural SOD and GPx, respectively. It provides a GPx activity 56-fold higher than Ebselen(a well-known GPx mimic). The glutathione(GSH) binding constant is 5.6× 10^2 L.mol 1. Se-Cu-35P synergistically resists against the inactivation by H202 and protects the mitochondria from oxidative damage in a dose dependent manner. These results highlight the challenge of generating an efficient SOD/GPx synergism mimic. It could facilitate the studies of the cooperation of GPx and SOD and could be a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of ROS-mediated diseases, 相似文献

Eight novel binuclear tetradentate Schiff base complexes (M=Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ)) are synthesized. The structure of complexes is two discrete Schiff base unit bridged. The complexes were condensed from series sub-stituent Ketones (5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzophenone, 5-methyl-2-hydroxy-benzophenone, 5-Bromo-2-hydroxybenzop- henone) and dialdehydes (5,5′-methylene-disalicylaldehyde) with the amino group of 1,2-diaminobenzene, and by Metal ion as template. The compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, FT-infrared spectra, Raman, 1H NMR, UV-vis electronic spectra, EPR spectra. The FT-infrared spectra and Raman spectra of complexes were compared and discussed. The UV-vis election spectra, 1H NMR and EPR spectra of complexes have also been attributed and minutely analyzed. 相似文献
