Phenomenological implications of the Z′ in SU(3) × SU(3) × U(1) extension of the standard model are studied. We find that the current experimental value of Rb puts severe constraints on the Z′ mass in this model. The model improves slightly the fit for large ET jet cross section observed by CDF.  相似文献

We have determined the Dabye temperature of the MgCNi3 superconductor by using the Rietveld refinement method based on the powder x-ray diffraction data.MgCNi3 crystallizes in the cubic perovskite structure with space group Pm3m and lattice constant a=3.8089A.The temperature factors of the atoms Mg,C and Ni are 0.52,0.45 and 0.44,respectively.The Debye temperature of MgCNi3 is calculated to be ΘD=440K.  相似文献

Many-body perturbation theory has been used to calculate the resonance structure (3p→3d) into the photoionization (4skp) for ion Ca+. This resonance structure results from the interference between a photoionization process or a photoionization with excitation process and a resonant Auger process. The coupled equation method has been improved to calculate this interference by the summation of specific classes of diagrams of perturbation theory to infinite order. The resonance structure in the region of the 3p threshold is enhanced via a super-Coster–Kronig transition. The theoretical results are in good agreement with experiment.  相似文献

In order to understand well the different ferroelectric behaviour of quantum paraelectrics and ferroelectrics and the origin of the ferroelectricity of the solid solution KTa0.5Nb0.5O3(KTN),we calculated the electronic structure of CaTiO3,BaTiO3 and KTN by first principles calculation.From total energy analysis,it is shown that,with increasing cell volume,the crystals (CaTiO3,SrTiO3) will have a ferroelectric instability.For BaTiO3,the ferroelectricity will disappear as the cell volume is decreased.From the density of states analysis,it is shown that the hybridization between B d and O p is very important for the ferroelectric stability of ABO3 perovskite ferroelectrics.This is consistent with the analysis of band structure.  相似文献

Local tritium breeding ratio (TBR) of 0.907, total tritium generation rate of 0.0175g·d-1, peak power density of 9.27MW·m-3 and total power deposit of 0.422MW·m-3 are obtained under neutron wall loading of 0.78MW·m-2 and duty factor of 22%.  相似文献

The deviation δQWδQW of the weak charge from its standard model prediction due to the mixing of the W boson with the charged bilepton Y as well as of the Z   boson with the neutral ZZ and the real part of the non-Hermitian neutral bilepton X   in the economical 3–3–1 model is established. Additional contributions to the usual δQWδQW expression in the extra U(1)U(1) models and the left–right models are obtained. Our calculations are quite different from previous analyzes in this kind of the 3–3–1 models and give the limit on mass of the ZZ boson, the Z–ZZZ and W–YWY mixing angles with the more appropriate values: MZ>564 GeVMZ>564 GeV, −0.018<sinφ<00.018<sinφ<0 and |sinθ|<0.043|sinθ|<0.043.  相似文献

In this paper,the possible reascon for the high thermal vacancy concentration and the low migration barriers for the Fe atorn diffusion in the stoichiometric DO3 structure Fe3Si have been discussed.The high thermal vacancy conenrrarion was attributed to the compression of Fe-Fe atcmic pairs and the tension of Fe-Si atomic pairs in Fe75Si25.The deformations (compression or tensicn)of the atompairs incrcase the interatomic potentials and thus dercrease the enthalpies of vacancy formation.The low minration bamiers for the Fe atom diffusion in Fe75Si25 were related to the symmetric property of the triangualar bamiers.Additionally.it was considered that the Si atoms in Fe3Si could probably migrate via nearest-neighbour jumps without disturbing the long-range order of atomic arrangements,provided that during the diffusion process the residence time on the antistructure sites is very short.  相似文献

First-principle calculations are performed to study the infrared optical and electronic properties of the tetragonal CaTiO3. We find that dielectric function and reflectivity exhibit a new single-peak infrared spectrum. It is shown that strong orbital hybridization can form the dipole distribution of covalent bonds (Ti-O1 and Ti-O2)and can result in anomalous optical behaviour. The tetragonal structure that determines the dipole configuration and leads to the optical dipole-dipole transition forbidden is therefore realized to be vital to cause such optical phenomena with the insulator feature.  相似文献

We show that coalescence of nucleons emitted prior to thermalization in highly excited nuclei can explain the anomaly of kinetic energies of helium clusters. Pressure broadening coefficients for an infrared transition of the methyl radical have been measured for the first time. CH3radicals, generated by pyrolyzing di-tert-butyl peroxide in a flow of either N2or Ar, were probed using a tunable diode laser and a multipass absorption cell. The Lorentz half-width of theQ(6,6) line of the ν2band of CH3at 607.024 cm−1was measured as a function of pressure at 295 K. The broadening coefficients (HWHM) areb(Ar) = 0.0310 ± 0.0012 cm−1atm−1andb(N2) = 0.0390 ± 0.0020 cm−1atm−1. These coefficients are lower than those for CH4–Ar, N2broadening. This may be due to a lower polarizability or smaller effective hard collision diameter for CH3relative to CH4.  相似文献
