Zur Reversibilität der Vlasov-Gleichung

The difference between Landaus decaying solutions of the linearized Vlasov equation and the damped solutions of a loaded electrical circuit is shown. An integral equation for the field acting in the plasma is investigated and the Laplace transforms of its solutions are considered. Some simple initial value problems for the Cauchy distribution for a perturbation by external fields too, are solved. It is demonstrated that the time arrow in the behaviour of measurable quantities of the Vlasov plasma stems from the accentuation of a non-probable initial state.

The work presents a review of the modern state of stationary thermonuclear reactor development based on Tokamaks. Unsolved Tokamak mystery (pseudoclassical electron thermoconductivity, disruptive instability, impurities transport, instability due to trapped iones) as well as parameter selection principles of future devices for break-even in the USSR, USA, West Europe, and Japan and CTR problems solution to the end of this century are discussed.     

Der Einsatz der Wendelinstabilität in wandstabilisierten Lichtbögen

The onset current of the helical instability of wall stabilized arcs can be determined by a theoretical model from a dimensionless function which is only dependent on the power input and a factor containing the gas properties and the arc conductance. The model describes the onset current of the instability in hydrogen and nitrogen as function of the tube diameter and of the pressure. Questions of restabilization are discussed.     

Klassische Berechnung der magnetischen Suszeptibilität und der magnetischen Abschirmung der Kerne diamagnetischer Moleküle

Calculation of Magnetic Susceptibility and Magnetic Shieldin g of the Nuclei of Diamagnetic Molecules In the present work we show that the general equations for a calculation of magnetic susceptibility and magnetic shielding of the nuclei of a diamagnetic molecule based on the work of REBANE [2] are identical with the formulae derived from the classical equations of motion of the electron density of the molecule [3]. Further more it is proved that the method does not depend on the choice of coordinate origin. Conditions for an incrementary calculation of magnetic susceptibility and shielding of nuclei are formulated and applied to results given in paper [1].     

Periodische Schwankungen der Röntgen-Reflexionsintensität von optischen Liniengittern mit der Einstrahlrichtung

Ruled gratings consisting of interrupted metallic films on glass show a periodical change of X-ray reflection power with the glancing angle of the incident beam. This oscillation is interpreted as an effect of interference between the radiation scattered in different depth of the grating lines, a kind of ”?transverse structure factor”?.
