The triligate trimetallic complexes, [{M(CO)5}3(Pf-Pf-Pf)] and tetraligate tetrametallic complexes, [{M(CO)5}4(P-Pf3)] (M = Cr and Mo), were prepared from [M(CO) 6] and the corresponding ligands in MeCN/CH2Cl2 promoted by Me3NO at 0 °C. Crystals of trimer lb are monoclinic, space group P 21/n, with a = 13.407(3), b = 15.002(5), c = 26.52(1) Å, β = 90.65(2)°, Z = 4, and R = 0.060 for 2760 observed reflections. Crystals of tetramer 2a are monoclinic, space group P 21/c, with a – 14.183(8), b = 29.880(4), c = 16.103(2) Å, β = 94.98(3)°, Z = 4, and R = 0.039 for 5014 observed reflections. Crystals of 2b are monoclinic, space group C 2/c, with a = 42.120(8), b = 13.679(1), c = 23.486(2) Å, β = 92.14(1)°, Z = 8, and R = 0.032 for 6897 observed reflections. Each phosphorus atom of the ligands is coordinated to the M(CO)5 moiety in each title compounds. The geometry of the four metals is a distorted tetrahedron for the tetramers.  相似文献

K3[DyIII(nta)2(H2O)]·5H2O and (NH4)3[DyIII(nta)2] have been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. In K3[DyIII(nta)2(H2O)]·5H2O the DyIII ion is nine coordinated yielding a tricapped trigonal prismatic conformation, and its crystal belongs to monoclinic system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 15.373(5) Å, b = 12.896(4) Å, c = 26.202(9) Å; β = 96.122(5)°, V = 5165(3) Å3, Z = 8, D c = 1.965 g·cm?3, μ = 3.458 mm?1, F(000) = 3016, R 1 = 0.0452 and wR 2 = 0.1025 for 4550 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). In (NH4)3[DyIII(nta)2] the DyIII ion is eight coordinated yielding a usual dicapped trigonal anti-prismatic conformation, and its crystal belongs to monoclinic system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 13.736(3) Å, b = 7.9389(16) Å, c = 18.781(4) Å; β = 104.099(3)°, V = 1986.3(7) Å3, Z = 2, D c = 1.983 g·cm?3, μ = 3.834 mm?1, F(000) = 1172, R 1 = 0.0208 and wR 2 = 0.0500 for 2022 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). The results indicate that the difference in counter ion also influences coordination numbers and structures of rare earth metal complexes with aminopolycarboxylic acid ligands.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the [Tb(BTFA)2(NO3)(TPPO)2] complex (TPPO is triphenylphosphine oxide, BTFA is benzoyltrifluoracetone), which exhibits strong triboluminescence, has been established by X-ray crystallography. The crystals are triclinic: a = 11.668(3) Å, b = 11.700(3) Å, c = 12.512(3) Å, α = 65.161(4°), β = 79.120(4)°, γ = 61.860(4)°, space group P1, Z = 1. The central terbium(III) atom coordinates two oxygen atoms from two triphenylphosphine oxide molecules (Tb-O, 2.264(3) and 2.273(3) Å), two oxygen atoms from the nitrate group (Tb-O, 2.460(3) and 2.476(3) Å), and four oxygen atoms from two benzoyltrifluoroacetonate groups (Tb-O, 2.329(3), 2.399(3), 2.351(3), and 2.367(3) Å). The coordination polyhedron of the Tb(III) atom is a distorted dodecahedron. The photoluminescence and triboluminescence spectra of the [Tb(BTFA)2(NO3)(TPPO)2] complex are identical and caused by the f-f luminescence of Tb3+.  相似文献

The reaction of 1,2- and 1,3-benzenedithiol C6H4(SH)2 with chloro(phosphine)gold(I) complexes R3PAuCl (R = Et, Ph) in the presence of triethylamine in tetrahydrofuran gives stable gold(I) complexes 1,2-C6H4(SAuPR3)2 [R = Et ( 1 ) and Ph ( 2 )] or 1,3-C6H4(SAuPPh3)2 ( 3 ), respectively, in high yield. The compounds have been characterized by analytical and NMR spectroscopic data. From the reaction of 1,2-C6H(SH)2 with Et3P? AuCl a by-product [(Et3P)2Au]+ [Au(1,2? C6H4S2)2]? ( 4 ) has also been isolated in low yield. The crystal structures of compounds 2 and 4 have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The gold(I) atoms in complex 2 are two-coordinate with bond angles S? Au? P of 175.2(1) and 159.5(1)°, Au? S bond distances of 2.304(1) and 2.321(1) å, and a short Au…?Au contact of 3.145(1) Å. The gold(I) atom in the cation of complex 4 is also linearly two-coordinate with a P? Au? P angle of 170.1(1) Å and Au? P distances of 2.296(3) and 2.298(3) Å. The geometry of the anion in 4 shows a square-planar coordination of gold(III) by two chelating 1,2-benzenedithiolate ligands with Au? S distances between 2.299(3) and 2.312(3) Å (for two crystallographically independent, centrosymmetrical anions in the unit cell).  相似文献

Coordination polymers, {[Cd(2-mBIM)3](ClO4)2} n (1) and [Cd(BIM)2(NO3)2] n (2), have been prepared from the reaction of bis(2-methylimidazol-1-yl)methane(2-mBIM) with Cd(ClO4)2 and bis(imidazol-1-yl)methane (BIM) with Cd(NO3)2 in ethanol and water, respectively. Their structures were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. Compound 1 crystallizes in the rhombohedral space group R-3c with a = b = 12.3617(5) Å, c = 38.896(3) Å, γ = 120°, V = 5147.5(5) Å3, z = 6. The CdII occupies a crystallographic inversion center and is coordinated by six N atoms from six distinct 2-mBIM ligands to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Each 2-mBIM is coordinated to two CdII cations, linking alternatively four CdII cations, resulting in a 32-membered M4L4 macrometallacycle. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m with a = 14.400(3) Å, b = 9.3894(18) Å, c = 8.6926(17) Å, β = 123.499(2)°, V = 980.1(3) Å3, z = 2. The Cd coordinates to four nitrogen atoms from four different BIM and two nitrates to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The BIM ligands bridge to form a 1-D infinite double-bridged chain structure with 16-membered M2L2 macrometallacyclic structural units.  相似文献

Cs2Au2Se3 was obtained as red platelike crystals by reacting a stoichiometric mixture of Cs2Se, Au and Se at 670K. It crystallizes in space group C2/c, Z = 4 with a = 9.769(5) Å, b = 13.44(1) Å, c = 7.178(3) Å, β = 90.69(1)°. The crystal structure was determined from single crystal data and refined to a conventional R of 0.042 for 674 Fo's and 34 variables. The characteristic structural feature of this new selenoaurate is the formation of infinite helical anionic chains, 1-[AuSeAuSe2]2− which run parallel to [001] and are separated by the alkali cations. The average Au-Se bond length is 2.402 Å, the bond length in the Se2-unit is 2.436 Å. Au…Au contacts of 3.200 Å, are formed within the anionic chains. The cesium atoms are coordinated to seven Se in an irregular configuration.  相似文献

Synthesis and Crystal Structures of the Samarium Complexes [SmI2(DME)3] and [Sm2I(NPPh3)5(DME)] When treated with ultrasound, the reaction of samarium metal with N-iodine-triphenylphosphaneimine in 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME) leads to the two samarium complexes [SmI2(DME)3] ( 1 ) and [Sm2I(NPPh3)5(DME)] ( 2 ), which are separated from each other by fractional crystallization. 1 could be isolated in two different crystallographic forms, namely as brownish black crystals ( 1 a ) and as violet-black crystals ( 1 b ), both of them are characterized by crystal structure analyses. 1 a : Space group P21/c, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at –80 °C: a = 1459.4(1), b = 1314.4(1), c = 2293.6(2) pm, β = 99.245(8)°, R = 0.0344. The structure of 1 a holds two crystallographically independent molecules [SmI2(DME)3], in which the samarium atoms have coordination number eight. The two individuals differ from each other particularly in their I–Sm–I bond angles, which are 157.94 and 178.45°. 1 b : Space group P21, Z = 2, lattice dimensions at –80 °C: a = 849.4(3), b = 1060.1(3), c = 1235.1(6) pm, b = 93.86(5)°, R = 0.0251. 1 b has a molecular structure similar to that of 1a with a bond angle I–Sm–I of 158.40°. The phosphoraneiminato complex [Sm2I(NPPh3)5(DME)] ( 2 ) forms colourless, moisture sensitive crystals which contain two molecules DME per formula unit. 2 · 2 DME: Space group P1, Z = 2, lattice dimensions at –80 °C: a = 1405.0(4), b = 1656.5(3), c = 2208.3(7) pm, α = 89.60(3)°, β = 72.96(4)°, γ = 78.70(3)°, R = 0.0408. In 2 the two samarium atoms are linked via the μ-N atoms of two phosphoraneiminato ligands to form a planar Sm2N2 four-membered ring. One of the Sm atoms is terminally coordinated by the N atoms of two (NPPh3) groups, thus achieving a distorted tetrahedral surrounding. The second Sm atom is coordinated by the N atom of one (NPPh3) group, by the terminally bonded iodine atom, and by the O atoms of the DME chelate, thus achieving a distorted octahedral surrounding.  相似文献

Cluster Synthesis by Photolysis of R3PAuN3. VIII. Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [(Ph3PAu)5Mo(CO)4]PF6 · CH2Cl2 and (Ph3PAu)3Co(CO)3 Photolysis of a mixture of Ph2PAuN3 and Mo(CO)6 in THF yields [(Ph3PAu)5Mo(CO)4]+ (1), which can be crystallized from CH2Cl2/diisopropylether as orange 1 · PF6 · CH2Cl2 with the space group P21/c and a = 1681.4(5), b = 2215.6(12), c = 2761.5(9) pm, β = 91.54(3)°, Z = 4. The Au5Mo center of cluster 1 forms a capped trigonal bipyramid with the Mo atom in equatorial position and almost equal Mo? Au distances between 279.9(5) and 284.6(7) pm to all five Au atoms. The Au? Au distances range from 272.2(4) to 301.3(4) pm. The Mo(CO)4 group causes three v(C0) at 1975, 1915 and 1890cm?1. Reaction of Ph3PAuCo(CO)4 with Ph3PAuPF6 affords the known cluster cation [(Ph3PAu)4Co(CO)3]+ in high yield. It can be degraded with C1? to the neutral cluster (Ph3PAu)3Co(CO)3 (2). 2 forms air stable, yellow crystals with the space group P21/n and a = 1359.4(4), b = 2041.0(5), c = 1853.2(6)pm, β = 91.47(1)°, Z = 4. The Au3Co core of 2 has a tetrahedral structure with distances Co? Au between 250.4(1) and 254.0(2) pm and Au? Au between 279.5(1) and 285.1(1) pm. v(C0) are observed at 1963, 1905 and 1891 cm?1. Reaction of 2 with [(Ph3PAu)4Co(CO)3]+ yields the condensed cluster [(Ph3PAu)6AuCo2(CO)6]+.  相似文献

The title complex [K{Cu(acen)}3]2[Co(NCS)4]·1/4CH3OH (acen = acetylacetonethylenediamine anion) has been prepared and characterized. Single-crystal x-ray analysis reveals that the complex crystallizes in space group P I with a = 11.442(2), b = 15.098(3), c = 28.500(4) Å, α = 82.77(1), β = 83.58(1), γ = 85.07(1)°. The crystal consists of the complex [K{Cu(acen)}3]+ cations, [Co(NCS)4]2? anions and methanol molecules. Three [Cu(acen)] molecules function as bridging ligands through phenolic O atoms to one K+ to give the tetranuclear [K{Cu(acen)}3]+ cation. Each copper(II) atom in the cation is in a square-planar geometry, being coordinated by two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms from a quadridentate acen ligand. The cobalt(II) atom is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of thiocyanate ligands, forming a deformed tetrahedral environment. The IR and UV-Vis spectra have also been investigated.  相似文献

Syntheses of the copper and gold complexes [Cu{Fe(CO)5}2][SbF6] and [Au{Fe(CO)5}2][HOB{3,5-(CF3)2C6H3}3] containing the homoleptic carbonyl cations [M{Fe(CO)5}2]+ (M=Cu, Au) are reported. Structural data of the rare, trimetallic Cu2Fe, Ag2Fe and Au2Fe complexes [Cu{Fe(CO)5}2][SbF6], [Ag{Fe(CO)5}2][SbF6] and [Au{Fe(CO)5}2][HOB{3,5-(CF3)2C6H3}3] are also given. The silver and gold cations [M{Fe(CO)5}2]+ (M=Ag, Au) possess a nearly linear Fe-M-Fe’ moiety but the Fe-Cu-Fe’ in [Cu{Fe(CO)5}2][SbF6] exhibits a significant bending angle of 147° due to the strong interaction with the [SbF6] anion. The Fe(CO)5 ligands adopt a distorted square-pyramidal geometry in the cations [M{Fe(CO)5}2]+, with the basal CO groups inclined towards M. The geometry optimization with DFT methods of the cations [M{Fe(CO)5}2]+ (M=Cu, Ag, Au) gives equilibrium structures with linear Fe-M-Fe’ fragments and D2 symmetry for the copper and silver cations and D4d symmetry for the gold cation. There is nearly free rotation of the Fe(CO)5 ligands around the Fe-M-Fe’ axis. The calculated bond dissociation energies for the loss of both Fe(CO)5 ligands from the cations [M{Fe(CO)5}2]+ show the order M=Au (De=137.2 kcal mol−1)>Cu (De=109.0 kcal mol−1)>Ag (De=92.4 kcal mol−1). The QTAIM analysis shows bond paths and bond critical points for the M−Fe linkage but not between M and the CO ligands. The EDA-NOCV calculations suggest that the [Fe(CO)5]→M+←[Fe(CO)5] donation is significantly stronger than the [Fe(CO)5]←M+→[Fe(CO)5] backdonation. Inspection of the pairwise orbital interactions identifies four contributions for the charge donation of the Fe(CO)5 ligands into the vacant (n)s and (n)p AOs of M+ and five components for the backdonation from the occupied (n-1)d AOs of M+ into vacant ligand orbitals.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Mn(HIDA)2(H2O)2] (Tetragonal, P4¯21c (no.114), a = b = 8.10(2)Å, c = 9.605(3)Å, α = β = γ = 90°, Z = 2, R = 0.051, wR2 = 0.123 for 460 observed reflections) consists of infinite acentric 2D square grids with HIDA ions as bridging ligands. The 2D grids are interlocked(along the c axis) by hydrogen bonding. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four O atoms of four HIDA ions (d(Mn—O)= 2.183(4)Å ) and two O atoms of two water molecules (d(Mn—OW) = 2.154(5)Å ). The results show that this acentric coordination polymer exhibits strong powder second harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency, ca. 1.9 times that of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and remarkable thermal stability.  相似文献

The complex represents a diaurated cation of tetraphenylcyclopentadienyl(triphenylphosphine)gold, containing a triangular Au2C fragment (AuAu 2.820(1) Å) which is bonded to the third Au atom (AuAu 3.021(1) Å), coordinated to the cyclopentadienyl ligand by a bond intermediate between η1(σ) and η3 (AuC 2.21(2), 2.60(2) and 2.71(2) Å).  相似文献

Deep blue-violet single crystals of hitherto unknown chromous orthophosphate have been obtained reducing CrPO4 by elemental Cr at temperatures above 1050°C in evacuated silica ampoules (NH4I or I2 as mineraliser). The complex structure of Cr3(PO4)2 (P212121, Z = 8, a = 8.4849(10) Å, b = 10.3317(10) Å, c = 14.206(2) Å) contains six crystallographically independent Cr2+ per unit cell. Five of them are coordinated by four oxygen atoms which form a distorted (roof shaped) square plane as first coordination sphere at interatomic distances 1.96 Å ? d(Cr? O) ? 2.15 Å. Their coordination is completed by additional oxygen atoms (2 or 3) at distances 2.32 Å ? d(Cr? O) ? 3.21 Å. The sixth Cr2+ shows six-fold octahedral coordination with strong radial distortion (d(Cr? O): 1.97, 2.04, 2.15, 2.28, 2.29, 2.53 Å). The four different [PO4] groups exhibit only minor deviations from ideal tetrahedral geometry (1.51 Å ? d(P? O) ? 1.57 Å, 104.3° ? ∠(O? P? O) ? 114.4°). An unusually low magnetic moment μexp = 4.28(2) μBP = ?54.8(5) K) has been observed for Cr2+.  相似文献
