7-Bromo-5-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benztriazepin-2-one was obtained by thermolysis of the syn-4-phenylsemicarbazone of 2-aminobenzophenone. Its molecular and crystal structure were established by X-ray crystallography. The nature of the hydrogen bonds between molecules of the compound in solution and in the crystalline state was determined by IR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. 相似文献

5-Methyl-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one, which is an antagonist of 5-aryl-1,2-dihydro-3H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-ones, was subjected to a complete x-ray diffraction study. The crystals have monoclinic syngony witha = 11.456(5), b = 8.195(3), c = 9.257(4) Å, = 93.10(3) °, and space group P21/b. The nonplanar molecules (with a boat conformation) form cyclic dimers by means of NH...O hydrogen bonds (2.937 Å) in the vicinity of the center of symmetry (0, 0, 1/2). Replacement of the phenyl ring in the 5 position by a less bulky methyl group does not lead to appreciable changes in the geometry and conformation of the heteroring. Six complexes of scandium(III), lanthanum(III), praseodymium(III), and copper(II) chlorides with 2-methyl-3-hydroxypyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidine-4-one (HL1) and 2-methyl-3-aminopyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidine-4-one (L2), as well as hydrochloride and hydronitrate L2, were isolated. The crystal and molecular structures of HL1 were determined. HL1 in CCl4 solution was shown (IR data) to occur as two forms, namely, neutral and zwitterionic forms. A series of 2-(2,3 and 4-substituted-phenyl)-1,2-benzisoselenazol-3(2H)-one molecules were theoretically investigated by the use of density functional theory (DFT) calculations at the B3LYP/6-311++G∗∗ level of the theory. The substituents studied in this work are X = H; CH3; NH2; OH; OCH3; F, Cl; Br; NO2; CN; COCH3; CO2H; CO2Me; SH; BH2. We have selected these functional groups to be placed in the 2, 3 and 4 positions with relation to the benzisoselenazol moiety in order to show the effect of these structural modifications on the electronic properties of the molecules. 相似文献

The title compound (C13H8N2O3Se-C3H7NO) has been synthesized by a simple synthetic route and by recrystallization from DMF. The molecular structure of this compound was obtained by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallized in the triclinic space group P with a = 7.450(6), b = 8.150(7), c = 13.859(12) , α = 75.014(14), β = 83.072(18), γ = 84.409(14)°, V = 805.0(12)3, Z = 2 and R = 0.0271 for 2575 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that not only intermolecular Se…O and C-H…O interactions, but also π…π stacking interactions exist in the adjacent molecules. The above three kinds of intermolecular interactions extend the complex into an infinite three-dimensional layered network. 相似文献

Acylation of 5-amino-3H-1,3,4-thiadiazolin-2-one (2) was undertaken selectively at either the 3-NH position or at 5-amino group depending on reaction conditions. The 3-NH is highly acidic and acylation takes place with acid anhydrides at this position in high yields in the presence of pyridine or triethylamine. The diacylation of both the 3-position and the 5-amino group was only possible via the 5-amino-3-acyl-1,3,4-thiadiazolin-2-one intermediates 4 . Under neutral conditions, acylation only occurs at the 5-amino group with acyl chlorides forming 5-acylamino-3H-1,3,4-thiadiazolin-2-ones 5 . 5-Acetylamino-3H-1,3,4-thiadiazolin-2-one can also be synthesized by the thermal transformation of 5-amino-3-acetyl-1,3,4-thiadi-azolin-2-one in acetic acid. 相似文献

2-Aroyl-5-aroylamino-1,2,4-thiadiazolin-3-ones 2 have been synthesized through aroylation of 5-amino-2H-1,2,4-thiadiazolin-3-one ( 1 ) as an analog of cytosine. The aroylation was carried out with a substituted aroyl chloride in pyridine at 56–58°. It has been established that the intermediates of the reactions are 2-aroyl-5-amino-1,2,4-thiadiazolin-3-ones 3 on the basis of the spectral data, additional experimental information and ab initio molecular orbital calculations. 相似文献

The reaction of compounds 6a–i, readily available from α-amino acids, with an excess of lithium diisopropylamide, leads to new 3-substituted-2H-1,2-naphthothiazin-4(3H)-one 1,1-dioxides 7a–i, with yields ranging between 21 and 70%. The key steps are: the naphthylsulfonyl ortho-deprotonation based on the directed ortho-metalation reaction followed by a regiospecific intramolecular cyclisation reaction. Lithiation–deuteration experiments carried out on the naphthylsulfonamides 8 and 9 using n-BuLi and LDA demonstrated the regioselectivity of the deprotonation of the H-3 over the H-1 one of the naphthalene ring. 相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 3-(3-methyl-1-aryl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-2H-2-chromen-2-one derivatives by the reaction of salicylaldehydes, 4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one, and arylhydrazine in acetonitrile under reflux condition and in the presence of piperidine is reported. This three-component reaction has some advantages such as ease of handling, good yields, and easy purification. All structures were confirmed by infrared, mass, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. 相似文献
