本文研究了用2-(4,5-二甲基-2-噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(简称DMTAMB)作显色剂,在乙醇介质中,利用一阶导数消除钴(Ⅲ)和镍(Ⅱ)彼此间的干扰,对镍矿石中微量钴和镍进行同时测定,结果满意。  相似文献

采用微波法消解催化剂 ,研究确定了微波消解催化剂的最佳工作条件。应用零交截距导数分光光度法解决了 PAR- CO2 +、PAR- Ni2 +体系中 Co2 +、Ni2 +的同时测定。钴和镍的线性范围分别为 0~ 30 μg/ 2 5m L和 0~ 2 5μg/ 2 5m L,催化剂样品中钴和镍测定结果的相对标准偏差 (n=5)分别≤ 1 .5%和≤ 1 .0 % ,与标准值相对误差分别≤± 1 .5%和≤± 2 .1 %。本方法测定催化剂中钴和镍 ,酸用量少 ,降低了环境污染  相似文献

A selective and sensitive derivative method has been proposed for the simultaneous determination of trace amounts of Co(II) and Ni(II) with morpholinedithiocarbamate (MDTC) in the presence of sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS). The molar absorption coefficients of the 1:2 complex of Co(II) and Ni(II) at 326 nm and 322 nm are 2.248 × 104 and 2.505 × 104 L mol?1 cm?1 for zero order. The analytical sensitivity for the second derivative of Co(II) and Ni(II) complexes are 0.0044 μg mL?1 and 0.0060 μg mL?1. The developed derivative procedure, using the zero‐crossing technique, has been successfully applied for the analysis of Co(II) and Ni(II) simultaneously in different alloy samples.  相似文献

Abstract

The preferential complexing tendency of different nietal ions towards chelating agents anchored on a polymer has been used for separation of transition metals. the anthranilic acid group was anchored on the polymeric cellulose back-bone by successive coupling with trifunctional reagent cyanuric chloride, in diozane medium, at pH 7 and 9–10, respectively. This polymer bound chelating agent was used to separate copper(II), nickel(II) and cobalt(II) in the concentration range 1.0–0.1 mmol/L. the separation of a mixture of two components was quantitative using column chromatography.  相似文献

Aus den Elektronen- und IR-Spektren und aus magnetischen Messungen wird für die Ni(II)-Komplexe eine octaedrische Struktur vorgeschlagen.
Preparation and structure analysis of new iron(II), cobalt(II) and nickel(II) complexes by synergistic extraction
Summary The synergistic extraction of iron(II), cobalt(II) and nickel(II) complexes was investigated. Fluorinated diketones (A) (derivates of thenoyltrifluoracetones) and a new group of Schiff bases were used. By Job and molar-ratio method investigation on the extraction curves, by elementary analysis and molar mass detection, complex compounds of the composition [M4A8B4] could be proved. Electron and infrared spectra and magnetical measurements led to an octahedral structure proposal for the Ni(II)-complexes.

Abstract

A simple, sensitive, and selective second-order-derivative spectrophotometric method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of palladium(II) and ruthenium(III) using 2-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (HMBATSC) as a chromophoric reagent. The reagent (HMBATSC) reacts with Pd(II) and Ru(III) at pH 3.0, forming soluble yellowish green and dark brown species, respectively. Palladium and ruthenium present in the mixture were simultaneously determined without solving the simultaneous equations by measuring the second derivative amplitudes at 445 nm and 385 nm, respectively. Further, the Beer's law was obeyed in the range 0.21–12.78 µg mL?1 and 0.25–13.42 µg mL?1 for Pd(II) and Ru(III), respectively. A large number of foreign ions did not interfere in the present method. The proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of palladium in hydrogenation catalysts and ruthenium in water samples.  相似文献

Complexes of naturally occurring hydroxynaphtho-quinone, lapachol (2-hydroxy-3(3-methyl-2-buthenyl)-1,4-naphthoquinone = HL) with Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) have been prepared by reaction of the corresponding acetates with the ligand (HL) in ethanol. The molecular and crystal structures were determined for [CoL2(EtOH)2] (1), [NiL2(EtOH)2] (2), and [CuL2(py)2] (3). In all cases the deprotonated lapachol behaves as chelating bidentate ligand. The complexes were also characterized by elemental analyses, cyclic voltammetry, and FAB-MS.  相似文献

The cobalt(II) and nickel(II) chelates of Schiff bases, derived by condensing 4-butyryl-3-methyl-1-phenyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one (BMPP) with o-, m-, p-phenylenediamine, benzidine, and ethylenediamine have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analyses (TGA), conductance data, magnetic measurements, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass, and electronic spectroscopies. Each of the Schiff bases was an ONNO donor to metal forming chelates formulated as [M(L)(H2O)2] n with M = Ni(II) and Co(II) and L is the di-anion of the Schiff base. The monomeric (n = 1) and dimeric (n = 2) species of these metal chelates, based on available evidence, are suggested.  相似文献

Nickel(II) and cobalt(II) bis-chelates of methyl(2-aminocyclopentene-1-dithiocarboxy)-S-acetate (ACDASAMe) were synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic methods and in the case of the nickel complex, X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The ligand exhibits the (N, S) coordination mode on interacting with the metal centers. The X-ray structure of the nickel(II) complex reveals a NiN2S2 distorted square planar coordination geometry with the ligands showing a cis configuration. There is no interaction between the –CH2COOMe moieties of the ligand and the metal center, however intermolecular hydrogen bonds through the carbonyl group leads to the building of dimeric associations.  相似文献

A selective and sensitive reagent of 2-pyridine carboxaldehyde isonicotinyl hydrazone(2-PYAINH) was synthesized and studied for the spectrophotometric determination of nickel, copper, cobalt, and iron in detail. At a pH value of 7.0, 9,0, 9.0, and 8.0, respectively, which greatly increased the selectivity; nickel, copper, cobalt, and iron reacted with 2-PYAINH to form a 1:2 yellow-orange, 1:2 yellow-green, 1:2 yellow and 1:1 yellow complexes, with absorption peaks at 363, 352, 346, and 359 nm, respectively. Under the optimal conditions, Beer's law was obeyed over the ranges of 0.01-1.4, 0.01-1.5, 0.01-2.7, and 0.01-5.4 mg/L respectively. The apparent molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivities were 8.4×10^4, 5.2×10^4, 7.1×10^4, and 3.9×10^4 L·mol^-l·cm^-1, respectively, and 0.00069, 0.0012, 0.00078, and 0.0014 μg·cm2, respectively. The detection limits were found to be 0.001, 0.002, 0.003, and 0.01 mg/L, respectively. The detailed study of various interfering ions to make the method more sensitive was carried out and selective and several real samples were analyzed with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Abstract

Hexamethylphosphoramide (HMPA) gives, in aqueous solutions in the presence of SCN? ions, complexes with many metal ions, which absorb in the visible region of spectrum. The spectra have been studied in function of ligand concentration and pH for Co, Ni and Fe complexes. For the Co complex an equation was found that describes the behaviour of the absorption vs. SCN? and HMPA concentration. Absorption follows Lambert-Beer law and can be used for analytical determinations. Analysis of solutions containing Ni and Co in various ratios of concentration has been performed and results are discussed. Co, Ni and Fe content of an alloy has been measured by this way.  相似文献

This works reports the use of square-wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry (SWAdSV) for the simultaneous determination of Ni(II) and Co(II) on a rotating-disc bismuth-film electrode (BFE). The metal ions in the non-deoxygenated sample were complexed with dimethylglyoxime (DMG) and the complexes were accumulated by adsorption on the surface of the BFE. The stripping step was carried out by using a square-wave potential-time voltammetric excitation signal. Electrochemical cleaning of the bismuth film was employed, enabling the same bismuth film to be used for a series of measurements. The experimental variables (choice of the working electrode substrate, the presence of oxygen, the DMG concentration, the buffer concentration, the preconcentration potential, the accumulation time, the rotation speed and the SW parameters) as well as potential interferences were investigated and the figures of merit of the methods were established. Using the selected conditions, the 3σ limits of detection were 70 ng l−1 for Co(II) and 100 ng l−1 for Ni(II) (for 300 s of preconcentration) and the relative standard deviations were 2.3% for Co(II) and 3.9% for Ni(II) at the 2 μg l−1 level (n = 8). Finally, the method was applied to the determination of nickel and cobalt in real samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and cobalt(II) tetrakisphenylporphyrin (Co(II)TPP) modified glassy carbon electrode (MWNTs/Co(II)TPP/GCE) has been prepared. It can be used for individual or simultaneous determination of hydroquinone (HQ) and catechol (CC). The anodic peaks of HQ and CC can be separated well. Owing to the unique properties of MWNTs and special synergistic effect of MWNTs and Co(II)TPP, the modified electrode exhibited a remarkable and stable current response for CC and HQ. The linear ranges for CC and HQ were 1.0–450.0 µmol L?1 and 0.8–400.0 µmol L?1 with detection limits of 0.8 µmol L?1 and 0.5 µmol L?1, respectively. Furthermore, Co(II)TPP, MWNTs, and Co(II)TPP/MWNTs composite were also used to construct modified electrodes and the electrochemical performances were studied.  相似文献

A new spectrophotometric method to determine cobalt(II), based on extraction into methyl-isobutyl—ketone at pH 4.0 of its Ephedrine-Co (II)-SCN? association ionic compound, is proposed. the organic extract shows an absorption band at 620 nm, having a molar absortivity coefficient of 4.3. 103 L. mol?1. cm?1. Beer's law is obeyed in the 0.5–19.5 μg Co (II)/mL concentration range. the variation coefficient is 0.32 % for ten determinations at the concentration level of 8.8 ppm of cobalt (II).  相似文献

Schiff-base complexes of cobalt(II), nickel(II), copper(II) and, zinc(II) with 3-ethoxysalicyliden-p-aminoacetophenoneoxime (HL) were prepared and characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, electronic spectra, magnetic susceptibility measurements, molar conductivity and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA).
