2-巯基-5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶(6)与氯乙醛或氯丙酮反应生成5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-硫丙酮(硫乙醛) (7). 中间体7与O-烷基(芳基)羟胺(5)反应得到目标化合物1-(5,7-二甲基-1,2,4三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-硫)乙醛-O-烷基肟醚(9), 2-(5,7-二甲基-1,2,4三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-硫)丙酮O-烷基肟醚(10). 初步生物活性测试结果表明部分化合物具有较好的除草活性. 相似文献

以5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-甲硫醚为起始原料, 设计合成了15个新型的5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-氧乙酰腙及10个(R)-5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-氧(α-甲基)乙酰腙类化合物, 通过元素分析、 MS和 1H NMR对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 初步生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物表现出不同程度的除草及杀菌活性. 目标化合物中引入手性中心有利于生物活性的提高. 相似文献

Six novel isomeric ring systems, namely the thiopyrano[4,3-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine, the thiopyrano[3,4-e]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine, the thiopyrano[3,4-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine, the thiopyrano[4,3-e]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine, the thiopyrano[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine and the thiopyrano[2,3-e]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine were synthesised. Interaction of 3-amino-5-methylpyrazole, 3-amino-5-methylthio-, and 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole with Meldrum’s acid, acetone,
ethyl methyl ketone, and cyclohexanone leads to alkyl-substituted pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-6-ones and 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-ones
respectively. The structure of 5,5-dimethyl-2-methylthio-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-one was demonstrated
by an X-ray structural investigation.

Condensation in ethanol of ethyl ethoxymethyleneacetoacetate with systems containing an amidine fragment (substituted 3-aminopyrazoles and 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole) gave 6-carbethoxy-7-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines. Addition of base to solutions of the obtained bicyclic carbethoxy derivatives in the course of several minutes caused rearrangement to 6-acetyl-7-hydroxypyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine and 6-acetyl-7-hydroxy-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine respectively. A more prolonged refluxing in 15% aqueous alcohol solution of base caused 6-carbethoxy-7-methyl-2-phenylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine and 6-acetyl-7-hydroxy-2-phenylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine to recyclize to 7-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine.__________Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 4, pp. 569–576, April, 2005. 相似文献

Multicomponent reactions (MCRs) and microwave-assisted organic synthesis (MAOS) have been used as key methods for the synthesis of fused dihydropyrimidine derivatives. The three-component condensation of 3-amino-5-alkylthio-1,2,4-triazoles with aromatic aldehydes and acetoacetamides under microwave irradiation was developed as a rapid and efficient solution-phase method for the high-yielding preparation of 7-aryl-2-alkylthio-4,7-dihydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxamide libraries. In addition, the selective reduction of the formed dihydrotriazolopyrimidines to trans-trans-2-alkylthio-7-aryl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxamides was established. The described synthetic protocols provide rapid access to novel and diversely substituted dihydroazolopyrimidine libraries. 相似文献

以2-巯基-5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶为起始原料,设计合成了16种新型的-5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-硫乙酰腙类衍生物,其结构均经1^HNMR,MS及元素分析确证。通过核磁共振氢谱分析及分子力学优化,对该类化合物在溶液中的顺反异构体的化学位移进行了归属。初步生测结果表明,所合成的化合物均表现出不同程度的除草及杀菌活性,尤其是在50×^-6浓度下所有化合物都对水稻纹枯病表现出很好的抑制效果。对化合物4c和4o活体小株实验结果表明,在先接菌后施药的处理方式下,化合物在50×^-6和100×^-6浓度下对水稻纹枯病的防效均优于多菌灵和井冈霉素,在100×^-6浓度下的防效达到了80%以上。 相似文献

以2-苄硫基-5-甲基-7-羟基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶为原料,经醚化、肼解、成盐、关环和席夫碱反应合成了20个新型的含1,2,4-三唑-5-硫酮席夫碱的1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶类化合物,通过IR,1H NMR,MS和元素分析对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征.初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物表现出一定的抑菌或较好的抗烟草花叶病毒(TMV)活性.在500μg/mL浓度下,化合物6b,6f和6p对TMV的抑制率分别为41%,43%和40%. 相似文献

Silver(I) coordination complexes with the versatile and biomimetic ligands 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (tp), 5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (dmtp) and 7-amine-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (7atp) all feature dinuclear [Ag(2)(μ-tp)(2)](2+) building units (where tp is a triazolopyrimidine derivative), which are the preferred motif, independently of the counter-anion used. According to AIM (atoms in molecules) and ELF (electron localization function) analyses, this fact is due to the great stability of these dinuclear species. The complexes structures range from the dinuclear entities [Ag(2)(μ-tp)(2)(CH(3)CN)(4)](BF(4))(2) (1), [Ag(2)(μ-tp)(2)(CH(3)CN)(4)](ClO(4))(2) (2), [Ag(2)(μ-7atp)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (3) and [Ag(2)(μ-dmtp)(2)(CH(3)CN)](PF(6))(ClO(4)) (4) over the 1D polymer chain [Ag(2)(μ-CF(3)SO(3))(2)(μ-dmtp)(2)](n) (5) to the 3D net {[Ag(2)(μ(3)-tp)(2)](PF(6))(2)·~6H(2)O}(n) (6) with NbO topology. 相似文献
