Slow evaporation of a solution of ferric chloride and dibenzo-18-crown-6 in 31 CH3CNCH3OH produced single crystals of the title complex. This heterobimetallic crown ether complex, [Na(dibenzo-18-crown-6)][FeCl4], crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2t/n with cell parameters (at 22°C)a=14.608(6),b=10.466(9),c=17.276(9)Å, =91.47(6)°, andD calc=1.46 g cm–3 for Z=4. The structure consists of discrete ions with the shortest Na ... Cl distance a lengthy contact of 3.56(1)Å. The average Na...O separation is 2.69(3)Å. The [FeCl4] anion exhibits a distorted tetrahedral geometry with an average Fe–Cl bond length of 2.16(2)Å.  相似文献

[H3O+·18-crown-6][Br–Br–Br] crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 witha=6.105(1),b=8.658(1),c=11.072(1)Å, =71.35(1), =77.58(1), =71.09(1)0, andD c=1.68 g cm–3 forZ=1. Refinement based on 1112 observed reflections led toR=0.044. The cation exhibits a planar oxonium ion bonded symmetrically to the 18-crown-6 (O(oxonium) resides 0.092 Å out of the plane of the crown ether oxygen atoms). The crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray crystallography. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system witha=8.152(4),b=17.994(7),c=8.634(9) Å, =108.92(5)°, space group P21/c (N:14),V=1198.02 Å3,Z=4. The mercuryl(II) atom forms two strong, almost colinear bonds (bond angle 176.1(4)°) with a carbon of the phenyl ring (Hg–C=1.99(1) Å) and one of the acetate oxygen atoms (Hg–O(1)=2.005(7) Å). These primary bonds are supplemented by secondary intramolecular interactions with the pyridine nitrogen (Hg...N=2.727(9) Å) and the other acetate oxygen (Hg...O(2)=2.925(8) Å), although the latter is very weak and the acetate anion therefore practically monodentate. Weak additional intermolecular Hg–C and Hg–O(1)interactions contribute to the lattice structure.  相似文献

The anhydrous 12 triglyme:Dichloropicric acid adduct is triclinic, space group ; at 24°Ca=8.703(5),b=10.381(4), c=10.404(3) Å, =114.42(3), =99.69(5), =106.40(6)°,D x=1.656 g cm–3, V = 776(2)Å3,Z=1. Bond lengths and angles are normal except that one C–C–O–C torsion angle in the triglyme is approximately 90° rather than the expected 60 or 180°. Each phenolic OH group hydrogen bonds with a terminal OCH3 of the polyether. The O...O distance, 2.557(3) Å, is in fair agreement with the 2.52 Å estimated from the single observed IRv (OH) stretch at 1714 cm–1.  相似文献

The 7,7-dimethyl-2,4-diphenyl-5-oxo-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinolin was synthesized and the compound was identified by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. It crystallized in the triclinic space group , with a = 7.129(2) Å, b = 10.514(3) Å, c = 13.040(3) Å, =76.58(2)°, =88.97(2)°, =79.24(2)°, and D calc = 1.172 g cm–3 for Z = 2. X-ray analysis revealed that the atoms C(2), C(3), C(4), C(10), C(9), and N form a six-membered ring that adopts a boat conformation, and another six-membered ring (C(10)–C(9)–C(8)–C(7)–C(6)–C(5)) adopts a half-chair conformation. In addition, there is an intermolecular hydrogen bond (N–H0O) in the product molecule.  相似文献

The synthesis, crystal structure and IR data are reported for Na2[Zn(CMA)4]·2EtOH·7H2O, where CMA is the 9,10-dihydro-9-oxo-10-acridinacetate ion. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2/n, with cell dimensionsa=17.335(9),b=8.440(5),c=21.875(12) Å, =91.94(5)°,Z=2. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to a finalR value of 0.0363 for 3022 non-zero reflections. The Zn2+ ion occupies twofold axis and is coordinated to four carboxylate ligands, the ZnO4 tetrahedron is considerably distorted with Zn–O distances of 1.978(3) and 1.961(3)Å. Each Na+ cation interacts with two water, one ethanol, and three carboxylate O atoms comprising distorted octahedron. The Zn2+ and Na+ cations are linked through monooxygen and syn-syn carboxylate bridges forming a trinuclear, mixed-metal cluster. The Zn...Na separation is 3.267(2)Å and Na...Na distance equals 3.520(2)Å. All oxygen bonded H-atoms are utilized in hydrogen bonds. The acridone rings overlap in the crystal with the 3.5 Å interlayer separations. The compound has been characterized by IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The title compound,6, a novel 11 complex of 1-chloro-1,2-benziodoxolin-3(1H)-one (5) andtetra-n-butylammonium chloride, was prepared from tetra-n-butylammoniumo-iodoxybenzoate (7) and acetyl chloride. A single crystal of6 was subjected to X-ray analysis: triclinic, space group a=10.239(2),b=11.518(2),c=11.523(3)Å; =73.20(2); =87.85(2), =87.72(2)°; R1=0.0326. The most notable structural feature of crystalline6 is the existence of a secondary bond [I· ·Cl(2), 2.943(1)Å] between the chloride ion and the iodine atom of the chlorobenziodoxolinone moiety. Further coordination at iodine includes three primary bonds: I–C [2.115(4) Å], I–O [2.145(3) Å], I–Cl(1) [2.454(1) Å]. The entire 1-chlorobenziodoxolinone-chloride sub-structure is planar and exhibits iodine-centered bond angles of 78.8(1)° [C–I–O], 92.0(1)° [C–I–Cl(1)], 97.6(1)° [Cl(2)–I–O] and 91.6(1)° [Cl(2)–I–Cl(1)]. The unit cell of6 contains two loosely packed formula units. The chlorobenziodoxolinone-chloride sub-structures occupy a common plane and exhibit a centrosymmetric relationship, while the tetra-n-butylammonium ions are situated one above and one below the plane. Bonding at the iodine atom in6 is more consistent with a 10-I-3 species electrostatically associated with the chloride ion than a 12-I-4 species such as the tetrachloroiodate ion.  相似文献

The crystalline product {[Se(CH3)3][(CH3)AlCl3]}n was prepared from reaction of SeCl4 with A1(CH3)3 in heptane. The organo-main group polymer crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell parametersa=11.218(3) Å,b=11.119(3) Å,c=9.915(2) Å,=107.82(2)°,V=1177.4(5) Å3, andD calcd=1.54 g cm–3 forZ=4. Least-squares refinement based on 1195 observed reflections I>3(I) in the range 3.50°<2<45.0° led to a finalR factor of 0.036 (R w=0.047). The asymmetric unit contains one selenonium ion, Se(CH3) 3 + , and one organoaluminum anionic species, (CH3)AlCl 3 . Secondary interactions (SeCl) serve to link the ions along two dimensions to form infinite layers. Thus, {[Se(CH3)3] [(CH3)A1C13]}n may be regarded as a layered organoaluminum-selenium polymer. The mean Se-C bond distance is 1.921(5) Å while the mean C-Se-C bond angle is 99.1(4)°. The independent Al-C bond distance is 1.927(8) Å while the mean Al-Cl bond distance is 2.166(7) Å.  相似文献

A crystalline modification of the title compound (C17H19NO4) was determined by three-dimensional X-ray analysis from diffractometer data. Crystal data: monoclinic,Cc,a=15.997(12) Å,b=7.929(7) Å,c=14.664(11) Å,=118.70(5)°,Z=4;Dx=1.227 Mg m–3,(MoK)=0.094 mm–1. FinalR=0.068 for 852 observed reflections. The dimethylphenyl ring is strongly twisted (94.9°) with respect to the amidic plane of the molecule, which almost coincides with the furan ring (6.9°).  相似文献

The phase diagram of the buffered neutral aluminum chloride + 1-ethyl-3-methyl-1H-imidazolium chloride + sodium chloride (AlCl3-EMIC-NaCl) ternary melt system can be represented by a binary phase diagram composed of (EMI)AlCl4 and NaAlCl4. In the binary phase diagram, the salts are liquid at, or near, room temperature for a wide range of compositions. At the 11 composition, the congruently melting compound (EMI)(Na)(AlCl4)2 with m.p.=36.7°C is formed. Crystals of this mixed organic-inorganic salt were grown for single crystal x-ray diffraction analysis. The compound crystalizes in the space group with lattice parametersa=10.321(1) Å,b=10.895(3) Å,c=9.284(4) Å, =98.31(2)°, =100.83(4)°, =101.95(3)°. Data collected at –120°C gave final residuals ofR=0.037 andR w=0.045 using 2713 observed reflections. The packing diagram reveals Na+ ion zig-zag chains running along thea-axis with each Na+ surrounded by four AlCl 4 units, reminiscent of NaAlCl4. The AlCl 4 ions form a distorted square planar coordination sphere around Na+ at an average Na–Al distance of 3.76(4) Å. Using a sodium ionic radius of 1.16 Å, a new AlCl 4 ionic radius of 2.60 Å is calculated. This radius is 0.21 Å shorter than the reported thermodynamic radius.  相似文献

The theophyllinium tetrabromopalladate(II), [Thph]2PdBr4, has been synthesized and its molecular structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The salt crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2 with two formula units in a cell of dimensionsa=11.074(1),b=8.545(2),c=11.804(2) Å;=95.22(1)°,V=1112.3(4) Å3,D c=2.353 mg m–3,D exp=2.352 mg m–3,M w=788.4, (MoK)=84.5 cm–1,F(000)=752. The structure has been refined by full-matrix least-squares techniques to a final value of theR factor of 0.058 based on 907 independent intensities. The compound consists of theophyllinium cations protonated at N(9). The [PdBr4]2– anion is planar, with distances Pd-Br(1)=2.441(12) and Pd-Br(2)=2.412(6) Å, and Br(1)-Pd-Br(2) and Br(1)-Pd-Br(3) angles of 90.34(14)° and 89.66(14)°, respectively. The1H-NMR spectrum of [Thph]2PdBr4 in DMSO-d6 (300 MHz) is consistent with the observed solid-state structure, and its thermal behavior shows two steps: (i) a dehalogenation process about 327°C and (ii) a rapid pyrolitic decomposition in the 340–575°C temperature range giving PdO as final product.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (C11H13N3O4) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound is monoclinic, space group P21/n, witha=9.968(2),b=9.156(2),c=13.249(2)Å, =102.05(2)°, andD x=1.563 gcm–3 forZ=4. The aromatic ring shows a slight boat deformation. Theo- andp-NO2 groups are twisted out of the plane of the phenyl ring by 39.0(2)° and 4.4(1)°, respectively. The piperidine ring exhibits a slightly deformed chair conformation. Short C–H...O intermolecular contacts stabilize the three dimensional structure. UV and NMR data indicate that the molecule in solution presents a conformation similar to that of the the solid state.  相似文献

The title compound crystallizes in a monoclinic space groupP21/n witha=9.524(3),b=6.782(2),c=26.217(6) Å, =92.52(4)°. The values of the Cl...S and S...S distances are well below the sum of the van der Waals radii of the heteroatoms. Also, the Cl–C–C(S) and (Cl)C–C–S bond angles are below the standard 120°. This indicates a attractive interaction between both pairs ofortho-situated heteroatoms.Part XXXVIII in the Series of Azinyl Sulfides.  相似文献
