新试剂6-(2,4-二羟基苯基偶氮)-2,3-二氢-1,4酞嗪二酮的电致化学发光研究

本文研究了6-(2,4-二羟基苯基偶氮)-2,3-二氢-1,4酞嗪二酮(新试剂DHDHD)的电致化学发光的条件及产生电化学发光的机理。     

新试剂6-(2,4-二羟基苯偶氮)-2,3-二氢-1,4-酞嗪二酮的化学发光研究

本文研究了新试剂6-(2,4-二羟基苯偶氮)6-(2,3-二氢-1,4-酞嗪二酮(DHDHD)的化学发光性质;考察了二十多种金属离子对DHDHD-H_2O_2体系的催化发光情况,拟定了应用该体系化学发光测定钴的新方法。线性范围1.0×10~(-11)g/ml～8.0×10~(-8)g/ml;检测限4×10~(-12)g/ml。     

6-(2,4-二羟基苯基偶氮)-2,3-二氢-1,4-酞嗪二酮化学发光性能的研究

报道了化学发光试剂6-(2，4-二羟基苯基偶氮)-2，3-二氢-1，4-酞嗪二酮的合成。研究了试剂的物理化学性质和化学发光性能。结果表明，试剂的酸离解常数pk1=4．96，pk2=11．64。在强碱性介质中，试剂产生化学发光，最大发光波长在450nm。金属离子以Co^2 、Mn^2 、Fe^3 、Cr^3 对试剂-KOH-H2O2体系有较强的催化作用。     

2,3-二氢-1,4-酞嗪二酮的微波合成

以邻苯二甲酸酐和肼类化合物为原料,用微波辐射合成了6种2,3-二氢-1,4-酞嗪二酮类化合物,其结构经^1H NMR和^13C NMR表征。     

新显色剂2-(5-羧基-1,3,4-三氮唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯胺与Co(Ⅱ)显色反应的研究

研究了新显色剂 2 (5 羧基 1,3,4 三氮唑偶氮 ) 5 二乙氨基苯胺与Co(Ⅱ )的显色反应 ,试剂与钴在pH 8.0～ 10 .0范围内形成稳定的紫色络合物 ,其组成比为 3∶1,λmax=5 80nm ,络合物表观摩尔吸光系数为 4 .0 6× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,Co(Ⅱ )在 0～ 0 .8μg·ml- 1范围内符合比耳定律 ,该络合物在强酸溶液中能稳定存在 ,可消除大量离子的干扰 ,具有良好的选择性。方法可以不经分离直接测定维生素B12 和合成工业废水中的微量钴 ,加标回收率为 99.0 %～ 10 2 .0 % ,RSD(n =6 )为 1.3%～ 1.8% ,结果满意。     

2-(2-喹啉偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯胺光度法测定钴

合成了新试剂 2 (2 喹啉偶氮 ) 5 二乙氨基苯胺 (QADEAA) ,并研究了其与钴的显色反应 ,在pH为5 .5的磷酸盐缓冲介质中 ,在CTMAB存在下 ,QADEAA与钴反应生成 2∶1稳定络合物 ;用磷酸酸化后 ,在酸介质中 ,体系λmax=6 2 5nm ,ε =1 .4 6× 1 0 5L·mol-1 ·cm-1 。钴含量在 0 .0 1～ 0 .30mg/L内符合比尔定律。方法用于大米、猪肝及水样中钴含量的测定 ,结果令人满意     

2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺与钯显色反应的研究

本文研究了5-Br-PADMA与钯的显色反应,在0.2～3.0mol/L HClO_4溶液中,试剂与钯形成最大吸收峰位于609nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为8.2×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)的青蓝色配合物。钯含量在0～35μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。大量常见金属离子及十倍量的铂、金、铱、铑和钌等贵金属离子不干扰钯的测定。所拟方法简便、快速、选择性高且测定结果稳定。直接应用于含钯样品的分析,结果满意。     

1-{8-甲氧基-2,3-二氢苯并[b][1,4]二噁烷-5-基}乙酮的合成

以邻香兰素为起始原料、经氧化裂解、付克反应及环合反应制得PDE-4抑制剂的中间体1-{8-甲氧基-2,3-二氢苯并[b][1,4]二噁烷-5-基}乙酮,总收率58.9%。     

Synthesis of 5-[2-(Phenoxy)ethyl] Derivatives of 6-Methyluracil, 6-Methyl-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-one,and 2-Imino-6-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-one

A synthesis of novel derivatives of 6-methyluracil, 6-methyl-2-thioxo-, and 2-imino-6-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-one containing a 2-(phenoxy)ethyl substituent at position 5 of the pyrimidine ring has been carried out. It was found that 5-[2-(phenoxy)ethyl] derivatives of 6-methyl-2-thioxo- and 2-imino-6-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-one are obtained by the condensation of the corresponding ethyl 3-oxo-2-(2-phenoxyethyl)butanoates with thiourea or guanidine. 6-Methyl-5-[2-(phenoxy)ethyl]uracils can be prepared by treating 6-methyl-5-[2-(phenoxy)ethyl]-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-4-ones with an excess of aqueous monochloroacetic acid solution. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1213–1217, August, 2005.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Ethyl 3-（4-Chlorophenyl）-3,4-dihydro-6-methyl-4-oxo-2- （pyrrolidin-1-yl）furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-carboxylate

The crystal structure of the title compound ethyl 3-（4-chlorophenyl）-3,4-dihydro-6- methyl-4-oxo-2-（pyrrolidin-1-yl）furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-carboxylate （C20H20ClN3O4, Mr= 401.84） has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 20.6215（9）, b = 8.5311（4）, c = 21.6886（9） A^°, β = 91.607（1）°, V = 3814.0（3）A^°^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.400 g/cm^3, F（000） = 1680, μ = 0.233 mm^-1, R = 0.0718 and wR = 0.1545 for 6717 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit.     

Determination of Trace Silver( Ⅰ ) in Basic Aqueous Solution by Electrochemiluminescence of a New Reagent 6-(2-Hydroxy-4-Diethylaminophenylazo)-2,3-Dihydro-1,4-Phthalazine-1,4-Dione

The electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of a new reagent 6- (2-hydroxy- 4 diethy laminophenylazo)-2,3-dihydro-1 ,4-phthalazine-1,4-dione (HDEA) in a basic aqueous so lution was studied by using the apparatus designed by ourselves. Trace amounts of silver ( Ⅰ ) shows a significant effect on the efficiency of light emission of HDEA during a positive trigonometrical wave pulse was exerted on the solution. The linear relationship between the light intensity and the concentration of silver( Ⅰ ) occurs in the range of 5. 0×10-8 to 3. 0×10-8 mol/L Ag(Ⅰ ) in a medium of KOH-KCl-HDEA (pH= 12. 8). The detection limit of the method is 2. 0×10-8 mol/LAg( Ⅰ ), and the r. s. d. for 1.0×10-7 mo)/L Ag ( Ⅰ ) is 5%. Of 21 metal ions concerned, only nickel( Ⅱ ), cerium( Ⅳ ) and cobalt( Ⅱ ) interfere the silver detection seriously; Ⅰ and Br also have some interference.     

Synthesis of 1-aryl-3-（3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-5-yl） ureas as TNF-α inhibitors

A new series of compounds,1-aryl-3-(3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-5-yl) ureas,have been synthesized and their structures were confirmed by FAB-MS and ~1H NMR.The preliminary pharmacological screening showed that these compounds inhibited TNF-αproduction in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated THP-1 cells.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Antitumor Activity of 2-(3-Methyl-5-(methylthio)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)isoindoline-1,3-dione

The title compound 2-(3-methyl-5-(methylthio)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)isoindoline-1,3-dione(C12H10N4O2S, Mr = 274.30) has been synthesized by a three-step procedure including the cyclization, hydrazinolysis and substitution reactions, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 12.264(3), b = 14.646(3), c = 14.349(4) , β = 91.69(3)°, μ = 0.255 mm-1, Mr = 274.30, V = 2576.2(10) 3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.414 g/cm3, F(000) = 1136, R = 0.0487 and w R = 0.1329 for 4048 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ). In addition, the preliminary bioassay suggested that the title compound 6 exhibits relatively good antitumor activity against HT-29 and MCF-7.     

Synthesis of 3-(3-Alkyl-5-thioxo-1H-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)aminocarbonylchromones

A series of 3-(3-alkyl-5-thioxo-1H-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)aminocarbonylchromones has been prepared by oxidation of 3-formylchromone with Jones' reagent followed by reaction with 3-alkyl-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-5(1H)-thione in the presence of POCl³. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR, LC-MS, and ¹H NMR spectra and elemental analyses.
