Abstract

The crystal structure of methyl 1,4-di[(E)-2-(p-tolyl)-1-diazenyl]piperazine (4) has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bis-triazene (4) adopts a normal chair conformation in the piperazine ring, with puckering parameters : φ2 = −29(5)°, QT = 0.534(2) ? and θ2 = 177.0(2)°. The crystal structure of 4 is compared with the structure of the triazene (2a) and the closely related bis-triazenes (3 and 5a). The piperazine ring of 2a and 4 adopt a typical chair conformation, whereas the piperazine ring of 3 adopts an unusual pseudo-boat conformation. Crystal data: 4 C18H22N6, triclinic, space group P[`1] P\overline{1} , a = 6.8925(2) ?, b = 7.8574(3) ?, c = 16.8856(8) ?, α = 103.103(2)°, β = 90.528(2)°, γ = 101.776(2)° and V = 870.44 (6) ?3, for Z = 2.  相似文献

Abstract

Molecular and crystal structure of 4-[(p-N,N-dimethylamino)benzylidene]-2-phenyloxazol-5-one, C18H16N2O2, have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. The title compound is monoclinic, with a = 12.1704(23) ?, b = 3.9810(5) ?, c = 30.9603(56) ?, β = 101.176(15)°, Z = 4, D x = 1.32 g/cm3, μ(Mo Kα) = 0.087 mm−1, and space group is P121/c1. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to a final R = 0.047 for 3166 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The crystal structure is stabilized by C–H⋯O and C–H⋯N type intra-molecular, C–H⋯O type inter-molecular interactions. To enlighten the flexibility and the geometric isomerism (E or Z) of the title compound, the selected torsion angle is varied from −180 to 180° in every 10° separately and molecular energy profile is calculated and analyzed.  相似文献

The synthesis of 5-azido-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,2,4]triazine 2 and 7-methyl-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-e]tetrazolo[4,5-b][1,2,4]triazine 3 is described and the crystal and molecular structure of the latter is reported. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with cell constants a = 11.607(2) Å, b = 7.982(1) Å, c = 13.147(2) Å, = 110.60(1), Z = 4, T = 293 K and Dcal = 1.470 g cm–3. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R value of 0.0368 for 1906 reflections. The X-ray analysis revealed that the linear form of the tetrazolo-fused ring system of 3 exists in the crystal. The molecule as a whole has an almost planar conformation stabilized by the short intramolecular NsH interaction. The molecular packing in the crystal is determined by the van der Waals forces only.Part 26 in 1,2,4-triazines in organic synthesis. For part 25 see Mojzych et al.1  相似文献

The crystal structure of p-carboxyphenylhydrazone benzoylacetone is determined. The crystals are monoclinic, a = 13.614(4) Å, b = 11.388(2) Å, c = 20.029(6) Å, β = 104.82(2)°, V = 2339(9) Å3, Z = 8, space group C2/c, and R = 0.038 for 1622 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The crystal is built of C17H14N2O4 neutral molecules that are linked by O-H?O hydrogen bonds between the carboxyl groups into centrosymmetric pseudodimers. The effect of carboxylation of the phenylhydrazone fragment and the position of the carboxyl group on the molecular packing in the crystal is determined. The N(1)-H(1N)?O(1) intramolecular hydrogen bond (N-H, 0.94 Å; H?O, 1.87 Å; N?O, 2.59 Å; and the N-H?O angle, 133°) is formed in the molecule.  相似文献

Illites from the volcanogenic Zn-Au-Ag sulfide deposit Galkinskoe (Northern Urals) have been investigated using oblique-texture electron diffraction patterns in combination with the simulation of diffraction effects. Along with single-phase tv/cv1M illites, the structures of which are formed by statistically interstratified dioctahedral 2: 1 layers with vacant trans- or cis-octahedra, illites in the form of a mixture of two interstratified tv/cv1M phases, with the dominance of tv- or cv layers, are identified. It is shown that in the latter case the diffraction pattern can also be interpreted within the single-phase tv/cv model, provided that the tv- and cv layers are distributed with some tendency to segregate. The structural features indicating the preference of the two-phase model are analyzed.  相似文献

Abstract

The molecular and crystal structure of the title compound, C14H11Cl2NO, has been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction technique. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic, space group Pbca with unit cell dimensions a = 7.5537(10) ?, b = 11.5518(13) ?, c = 29.760(4) ?, M r  = 280.14, V = 2596.8(6) ?3, Z = 8, R 1 = 0.065 and wR 2 = 0.191. The title compound exists in the enol–imine tautomeric form with a strong intramolecular O–H···N hydrogen bond. The dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 37.66(15)°. The asymmetric unit in the crystal structure contains only one neutral molecule. Calculational studies were performed by using AM1, PM3, PM6 semi-empirical and DFT methods. Geometry optimizations of compound have been carried out by using three semi-empirical methods and DFT method and bond lengths, bond and torsion angles of title compound have been determined. Dipole moments (Debye) and the energy parameters of compound (kcal/mol) were calculated by using above mentioned calculation methods. Atomic charge distribution has been obtained from AM1, PM3, PM6 and DFT. In order to determine conformational flexibility on the molecule, molecular energy profile of the title compound was obtained with respect to the selected torsion angle T(N1–C7–C1–C2), which is varied from −180° to +180° in every 10 via PM3 semi-empirical method.  相似文献

The tris-2-chloro and 2-bromotribenzylamines are prepared from aqueous ammonia and 2-chlorobenzyl chloride and 2-bromobenzyl bromide, respectively, in ethanol. Recrystallization yielded colorless cubes of each product. The crystal structures are each solved in space group P , and are isostructural. The tris-2-chloro compound, 1, has a = 7.4226(5) Å, b = 9.0825(7) Å, c = 14.529(1) Å, = 78.279(1), = 82.389(1), = 84.661(1), and V = 948.41(12) Å3 with Z = 2, and dcalc = 1.368 Mg/m3. The tris-2-bromo analog, 2, has a = 7.6569(11) Å, b = 9.0922(13) Å, c = 14.614(2) Å, = 79.286(2), = 81.777(2), = 85.401(2), and V = 987.9(2) Å3 with Z = 2, and dcalc = 1.762 Mg/m3. Lithium–halogen exchange experiments conducted in tetrahydrofuran at –78C using n-butyl lithium revealed that no exchange occurred for the tris-2-chloro compound, but did occur for the tris-2-bromo analog to yield tribenzylamine upon quench and work-up.  相似文献

Synthesis and X-ray structural investigations have been carried out for the two title compounds C14H10N2O (3a) and C22H26N2O (3b). Compound 3a crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a = 3.843(1) Å, b = 24.618(5) Å, c = 11.318(2) Å, = 92.61(3), V = 1069.7(4) Å,3 and Z = 4. Compound 3b crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1, with a = 9.004(2) Å, b = 9.447(2) Å, c = 11.713(2) Å, = 76.70(3), = 83.12(3), = 82.16(3), V = 956.5(3) Å,3 and Z = 2. Both stilbazole derivatives have Z-geometry about the ethylene bridge which links the heterocyclic and aromatic rings. The molecular skeleton of 3a is slightly non-planar: the dihedral angles between the acrylonitrile linkage and the pyridine ring, and between this linkage and the p-hydroxyphenyl ring are 7.2(2) and 4.1(2), respectively. The molecular skeleton of 3b is less planar: the values of similar dihedral angles are 17.0(2) and 20.8(2), respectively. In the crystal of 3a, the molecules are packed in stacks along the a axis with head-to-head orientation. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds O=H s N and C=H s N link molecules into sheets parallel to (100) plane. In the crystals of 3b, the molecules have a head-to-tail orientation and intermolecular hydrogen bonds O=H s N link the molecules into infinite chains along [01-1] direction.  相似文献

1-[(E)-2-(4-bromophenyl)-1-diazenyl]-3-({3-[(E)-2-(4-bromophenyl)-1-diazenyl]-6-ethylhexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl}methyl)-4-ethylhexahydropyrimidine (1) has been synthesized by reaction of a mixture of formaldehyde and 1,3-pentanediamine{DYTEK®EPdiamine} with p-bromobenzenediazonium chloride. This compound crystallizes in two polymorphic forms 1-α and 1-β whose crystal structures have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Both polymorphs 1-α and 1-β display crystallographic disorder within the hexahydropyrimidine rings. The molecule of 1 is built up of two equivalent 3-(aryldiazenyl)-6-ethylhexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl groups in the s-trans orientation around the central methylene group (C13). In both structures the triazene moieties adopt the anti configuration around the N=N bonds, displaying significant π-conjugation. The crystal packings are determined only by van der Waals interactions. The crystal structures of 1-α and 1-β are compared with the previously reported structure of the 5,5-dimethylhexahydropyrimidine analogue 3. Compounds 1 and 3 are isomeric with respect to the hexahydropyrimidine moiety. The structures of 1 and 3 are very different in one respect; in 1 the aryldiazenyl-hexahydropyrimidinyl groups are in the s-trans orientation around the central methylene group, whereas in 3 the arrangement of the aryldiazenylhexahydropyrimidinyl groups is the s-cis orientation. Crystal data: 1-α C25H34N8Br2, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, a = 9.2150(3), b = 19.4059(6), c = 15.4324(5) Å, β = 98.738(1)°, V = 2727.7(2) Å3, for Z = 4; 1-β C25H34N8Br2, triclinic, space group P-1, a = 9.6009(3), b = 10.7509(4), c = 14.2169(5) Å, α = 99.830(2), β = 105.973(3), γ = 95.578(1)°, V = 1373.9(1) Å3, for Z = 2.  相似文献

Two V-shaped ligands with N-heterocycles, bis(4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl) phenyl)methanone (1), and bis(4-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-1-yl)phenyl)methanone (2) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. Crystal structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal of 1 is monoclinic, sp. gr. P21/c, Z = 4. The crystal of 2 is orthorhombic, sp. gr. Fdd2, Z = 8. X-ray diffraction analyses show that the V-shaped angles of 1 and 2 are 122.72(15)° and 120.7(4)°, respectively. Intermolecular C–H···O, C–H···N, C–H···π, and π···π interactions link the components into three-dimensional networks in the crystal structures.  相似文献
