Tritium Burn-up Depth and Tritium Break-Even Time   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2       下载免费PDF全文
Similarly to but quite different from the xenon poisoning effects resulting from fission-produced iodine during the restart-up process of a fission reactor, we introduce a completely new concept of the tritium burn-up depth and tritium break-even time in the fusion energy research area. To show what the least required amount of tritium storage is used to start up a fusion reactor and how long a time the fusion reactor needs to be operated for achieving the tritium break-even during the initial start-up phase due to the finite tritium breeding time that is dependent on the tritium breeder, specific structure of breeding zone, layout of coolant flow pipe, tritium recovery scheme, extraction process, the tritium retention of reactor components, unrecoverable tritium fraction in breeder, leakage to the inertial gas container, and the natural decay etc., we describe this new phenomenon and answer this problem by setting up and by solving a set of equations, which express a dynamic subsystem model of the tritium inventory evolution in a fusion experimental breeder (FEB). It is found that the tritium burn-up depth is 317g and the tritium break-even time is approximately 240 full power days for FEB designed detail configuration and it is also found that after one-year operation, the tritium storage reaches 1.18kg that is more than the least required amount of tritium storage to start up three of FEB-like fusion reactors.  相似文献

Selective laser sintering/melting (SLS/SLM) technology is used for manufacturing net-shaped objects from commercial Inox 904L powder with ≤20 μm particle size. Experiments were carried out on PHENIX-PM100 machine equipped with a 50 W cw fiber laser. Powder is layered by a roller over the surface of a 100 mm-diameter build cylinder. Optimal parameters of layer thickness and power input per unit speed for SLM were determined. It was shown that the greater the value of P/V ratio is, the larger is the remelted line (called as “vector”). Influence of the shifting of consecutive single vectors on the process of forming the first layer was studied. Different strategies for forming objects with less than 1 mm-sized inner structures were tested, as, for example, forming a 20 mm × 20 mm × 5 mm box with 140 μm-thick inner compartment walls.  相似文献

The paper presents results of recent experiments, as performed with the PF-1000 and PF-6 Plasma-Focus facilities, which were aimed at investigation of the correlation between processes of the irradiation of different materials of fusion devices and results of this irradiation. Among the irradiated samples there were pure tungsten, tantalum, copper, aluminum, and alloys, based on these metals, various steels, carbon and carbon-based materials, which are designed for plasma facing components or constructional parts of future thermonuclear reactors of the inertial- and magnetic-confinement types. The corpuscular radiation consisted of high-energy (E D>100 keV) deuterium ion beams and fast (v str ≥ 107 cm/s) deuterium-plasma streams. They were investigated by a number of methods with spatial and temporal resolution. Particular attention was paid to the verification of diagnostic techniques, which might be used for time- and space-resolved studies of the interaction process. Correlation of these data with information obtained from subsequent analytical investigation of some of the irradiated specimens, as performed by means of a number of methods typical for material sciences, gives possibility to deduce physical mechanisms of the deuterium implantation and radiation damage of the investigated materials in dependence on the conditions of their irradiation.  相似文献

目前的Grover算法在无序数据库中搜索多个目标时,得到不同目标的几率是相等的,不考虑各个目标重要程度的差异;并且当目标数超过数据库记录总数的四分之一时,搜索到目标的几率迅速下降,当目标数超过记录总数的一半时,算法失效.针对这两个问题,首先提出一种基于加权目标的搜索算法.根据各子目标的重要程度,为每个子目标赋予一个权系数,应用这些权系数将多个子目标表示成一个量子叠加态,这样可使得到每个子目标的几率等于其自身的权系数;其次,提出自适应相位匹配条件,该条件中两次相位旋转的方向相反,大小根据目标量子叠加态和系统初始状态的内积决定.当该内积大于等于((3-√5)/8)1/2时,至多只需两步搜索,即可以恒等于1的几率得到搜索目标.实验表明,算法及其相位匹配条件是有效的.  相似文献

We present a theoretical calculation finding that a spectrum from ion beam analysis will change at different stopping cross sections. This is more visible at a deeper place in the sample. Helium-contained Ti films annealed at different temperatures are prepared to gain different stopping cross sections whereby the stopping cross section will change with the helium phase states and the pressure of helium bubbles. Then ion beam analysis is used to measure the concentration of helium. It is found that the concentration curve rises greatly after the sample is annealed at 673K which reflects the increasing size of the helium bubble. The results axe consistent with that of positron annihilation radiation spectra which are performed by using a changeable energy positron beam.  相似文献

Bremsstrahlung emission, or radiation loss, is the dominant mechanism of energy dissipation of electrons at relativistic energies greater than a few MeV when it is subjected to acceleration in the field of the nucleus or of the electrons. In this study, the Monte Carlo calculations for bremsstrahlung spectra have been described for the case of a thick tungsten target with incident electron beams from 10 to 50 MeV, where secondary interactions induced by the electrons and photons in the target, such as energy loss, absorption, scattering, and (e +, e )-pair production effects, were taken into account. This paper reports the results of 119Sn Mössbauer Spectroscopy of residues from the pyrolysis of Sn3O3Bu6 (1) and Sn4O6Bu4 (2) (Bu=n-butyl) in air, O2, and N2. The isomer shift and quadrupole splitting parameters of the samples allowed the identification of the tin oxidation states, as well as the number of non-equivalent coordinated tin sites. The result of the 119Sn Mössbauer study correlates perfectly with those of X-ray electron probe microanalysis, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction for the formation of pure SnO2 from the decomposition of (1) and (2) in air or O2. However, in N2, evidences suggest the formation of a mixture of SnO2 and SnO.  相似文献

A detailed account on the distribution of radioactive nuclei in the vacuum system of the planned Munich Accelerator for Fission Fragments (MAFF) located at the FRM-II research reactor is presented. Tools used for the simulation of spacial and temporal distribution of radionuclides are explained. The latter allows for a detailed activity budget as well as estimates for the mass-separated ion yields at MAFF. Additionally, a concept to reduce the activity release from the MAFF slit system due to surface sputtering is presented. It is shown, that the use of low-density carbon foam, as a surface coating, reduces sputtering by orders of magnitude.  相似文献

Neutral pion transverse momentum spectra were measured in p+C and p+Pb collisions at sqrt[S{NN}]=17.4 GeV at midrapidity (2.3 less than or approximately equal eta{lab} less than or approximately equal 3.0) over the range 0.7 less than or approximately equal p{T} less than or approximately equal 3.5 GeV/c. The spectra are compared to pi{0} spectra measured in Pb+Pb collisions at sqrt[S{NN}]=17.3 GeV in the same experiment. For a wide range of Pb+Pb centralities (N{part} less than or approximately equal 300), the yield of pi{0}'s with p{T} greater than or approximately equal 2 GeV/c is larger than or consistent with the p+C or p+Pb yields scaled with the number of nucleon-nucleon collisions (N{coll}), while for central Pb+Pb collisions with N{part}greater than or approximately equal 350, the pi{0} yield is suppressed.  相似文献

The experiments examined age-related changes in temporal sensitivity to increments in the interonset intervals (IOI) of components in tonal sequences. Discrimination was examined using reference sequences consisting of five 50-ms tones separated by silent intervals; tone frequencies were either fixed at 4 kHz or varied within a 2-4-kHz range to produce spectrally complex patterns. The tonal IOIs within the reference sequences were either equal (200 or 600 ms) or varied individually with an average value of 200 or 600 ms to produce temporally complex patterns. The difference limen (DL) for increments of IOI was measured. Comparison sequences featured either equal increments in all tonal IOIs or increments in a single target IOI, with the sequential location of the target changing randomly across trials. Four groups of younger and older adults with and without sensorineural hearing loss participated. Results indicated that DLs for uniform changes of sequence rate were smaller than DLs for single target intervals, with the largest DLs observed for single targets embedded within temporally complex sequences. Older listeners performed more poorly than younger listeners in all conditions, but the largest age-related differences were observed for temporally complex stimulus conditions. No systematic effects of hearing loss were observed.  相似文献

A conditional-on-a-single-stimulus (COSS) analysis procedure [B. G. Berg, J. Acoust. Soc. Am. 86, 1743-1746 (1989)] was used to estimate how well normal-hearing and hearing-impaired listeners selectively attend to individual spectral components of a broadband signal in a level discrimination task. On each trial, two multitone complexes consisting of six octave frequencies from 250 to 8000 Hz were presented to listeners. The levels of the individual tones were chosen independently and at random on each presentation. The target tone was selected, within a block of trials, as the 250-, 1000-, or 4000-Hz component. On each trial, listeners were asked to indicate which of the two complex sounds contained the higher level target. As a group, normal-hearing listeners exhibited greater selectivity than hearing-impaired listeners to the 250-Hz target, while hearing-impaired listeners showed greater selectivity than normal-hearing listeners to the 4000-Hz target, which is in the region of their hearing loss. Both groups of listeners displayed large variability in their ability to selectively weight the 1000-Hz target. Trial-by-trial analysis showed a decrease in weighting efficiency with increasing frequency for normal-hearing listeners, but a relatively constant weighting efficiency across frequency for hearing-impaired listeners. Interestingly, hearing-impaired listeners selectively weighted the 4000-Hz target, which was in the region of their hearing loss, more efficiently than did the normal-hearing listeners.  相似文献

Recently it has been found that composite Brownian walk searches are more efficient than any Lévy walk when searching is non-destructive and when the Lévy walks are not responsive to conditions found in the search. Here a new class of adaptive Lévy walk searches is presented that encompasses composite Brownian walks as a special case. In these new models, bouts of Lévy walk searching alternate with bouts of more intensive Brownian walk searching. Switching from extensive to intensive searching is prompted by the detection of a target. And here, switching back to extensive searching arises if a target is not located after travelling a distance equal to the ‘giving-up distance’. It is found that adaptive Lévy walks outperform composite Brownian walks when searching for sparsely distributed resources. Consequently there is stronger selection pressures for Lévy processes when resources are sparsely distributed within unpredictable environments. The findings reconcile Lévy walk search theory with the ubiquity of two modes of searching by predators and with their switching search mode immediately after finding a prey.  相似文献

在光突发交换试验网络中对TCP的性能进行了实验研究.首先研究了丢包对网络性能的影响,表明突发包丢失将导致TCP吞吐量的快速下降,并且丢包率越高,可用的TCP传输带宽越窄.然后分别详细研究了OBS试验网络中的延时损伤和报文段关联增益,以及对TCP传输性能的影响.最后综合考虑这些因素.实验结果表明,在本OBS试验网络中存在一个不随丢包率变化的最优化突发包组装时间250us使得可用TCP带宽最大化.为了最大限度地提高TCP的传输性能,组包时间应该选择等于或稍大于这个最优值.  相似文献

To revisit cataloged space targets, a space-based optical detection system normally observes space targets continuously in a target tracking mode. In the time series of images produced by continuous observation, there are not only the target but also complicated background clutter (a mass of stars) and noises. The existing method only can detect the target with an signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) greater than 6 from these images. This paper presents a detection method for the target with an SNR less than 6. The proposed method consists of an SNR enhancement algorithm and an adaptive background and noise suppression algorithm. Simulation and analytical results show the proposed method detects the target submerged in noise and background clutter when SNR is equal to 3 and the detection probability and the false alarm probability both reach very high performance. This proposed method can help solve the problem of revisiting some weak cataloged space targets.  相似文献

Methods of calculating the transmission loss for single and double walls are presented. These methods are developed using a statistical energy analysis (SEA). In principle the methods are based on separate calculations of resonant and non-resonant transmission for frequencies less than the critical frequency, fc, of the panels and calculation of only resonant transmission for frequencies equal to, and greater than, fc.Comparisons between calculated and measured results show good agreement.A calculation method is also presented for the transmission loss of triple panels for frequencies greater than the cut-off frequency for the cavities. For frequencies less than the cut-off frequency for the smallest cavity depth it is shown that, in most cases, the effect of the middle panel is very slight.  相似文献

A non-equiphase Gaussian model is proposed to simulate the far-field distributions ofdouble-heterostructure diode lasers, which is physically reasonable because the phase along the junction of diode lasers could not be equal, A comparison of the numerically calculated intensity profiles in using the equal phase and non-equiphase models with the experimentally measured intensity profiles given by Nemoto shows that in the x direction perpendicular to the junction plane, the non-equiphase Gaussian model is as good as the equal phase Gaussian model. Specifically, in the y direction parallel to the junction plane and the 45° direction with respect to the x axis in the xoy plane, the numerical results by using the non-equiphase model are in good agreement with the experimental data, as the propagation distance is larger than a certain value.  相似文献

电荷传输是有机电子材料的重要性质. 根据Marcus理论模型, 电荷传输为电子-电子相互作用和电子-声子相互作用过程, 电子-声子相互作用耦合强度越大, 重组能越大, 不利于电荷传输. 电子-电子相互作用耦合强度越大, 电荷传输矩阵元越大, 有利于电荷传输. 对含1, 2, 4-三唑、1, 2, 3-三唑和1, 2, 3-三氮-2, 3环戊烯边链的苯并菲衍生物分子的电荷传输性质进行理论研究. 结果表明, 含1, 2, 3-三唑的苯并菲衍生物分子的空穴传输速率和电子传输速率相当, 速率常数为2× 1012s-1. 含1, 2, 4-三唑的苯并菲衍生物分子的空穴传输速率常数为5× 1012s-1, 约为电子传输速率常数的10倍. 含1, 2, 3-三氮-2, 3环戊烯的苯并菲衍生物分子的电子传输速率常数为3× 1012s-1, 约为空穴传输速率常数的10倍. 目标分子的空穴传输或电子传输速率主要受传输矩阵元的影响, 即电子-电子相互作用耦合强度的大小决定传输速率的变化.  相似文献

基于一维弹塑性磁流体力学程序(SSS-MHD),研究了反场构型(FRC)等离子体靶在磁驱动固体套筒压缩过程中强磁场对α粒子能量约束效应,分析了α粒子的非局域和局域自加热对FRC等离子靶压缩峰值温度的影响,以及α粒子能量在整个压缩过程中端部损失效应。等离子体部分采用多温单流体的模型,能量的计算中引入了DT离子、电子及α粒子多成分温度的能量方程,同时考虑了等离子体压缩过程热平衡下的核反应和非局域自加热问题。研究结果表明,磁化靶聚变等离子体在压缩过程中具有较好的稳定性,能够保持刚性转子的靶结构,压缩过程形成的强磁场能够将α粒子的能量约束在O点附近的区域,有利于等离子体靶的点火及燃烧;α粒子对等离子体的自加热效应主要集中在等离子体电流中心区,而非等离子体中心轴处;α粒子对DT等离子体局域和非局域自加热过程存在差异,局域自加热过程的功率大于非局域自加热过程的功率,FRC等离子靶压缩峰值状态温度相差0.5倍。在反场构型的刮离层区,α粒子的能量端部损失在FRC等离子体靶的压缩和膨胀过程中逐渐增大。  相似文献
