In this study 2-(4-methoxyphenylamino)-2-oxoethyl methacrylate (MPAEMA) has been synthesized and characterized experimentally (FTIR, NMR). Theoretically, physical, electronic and vibrational properties of MPAEMA molecule have been investigated using density functional theory (DFT) calculations at B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) basis set. Bond distance, FTIR spectrum, NMR spectra and vibrational frequencies have been carried out. The calculated FTIR and NMR spectra of the headline molecule from the DFT have been compared with the measured ones, and good results have been obtained. UV spectrum characteristics and the electronic properties, like frontier orbitals, and band gap energy of MPAEMA have also been recorded by time-dependent (TD-DFT) method based on optimized structure with different solvent. The experimental results have been compared with theoretical values. Both experimental and theoretical methods have shown that the compound has successfully been synthesized. Cytotoxicity of MPAEMA has been investigated by XTT cell proliferation assay. IC50 values of MPAEMA have been identified as 1.8 mM on HeLa cell line.  相似文献

Phase diagrams have been produced and critical exponents calculated for a Blume-Emery-Griffiths system with competing biquadratic and crystal-field interactions with uniform ferromagnetic bilinear interactions. This competition directly effects the clustering and density of nonmagnetic impurities. These results have been produced using renormalization-group methods with a hierarchical lattice. A series of planes of constant, repulsive biquadratic coupling have been probed while varying the temperature and concentration of annealed vacancies in the system. The sinks have been analyzed and interpreted, and critical exponents calculated for the higher order transitions.  相似文献

In this work, X-ray and optical studies have been carried out on a four-component isothiocyanato liquid crystal mixture with laterally substituted fluorine atoms. Molecular characteristics, such as effective inter molecular distances and apparent molecular length of the average-simulated molecule have been determined from X-ray studies at various temperatures in the liquid crystalline phase. From the nature of molecular alignment as envisaged from X-ray photographs, the orientational order parameter and its variation with temperature have been determined. Optical studies have also been conducted at various temperatures to investigate the thermal variations of birefringence. Macroscopic orientational order parameter and its thermal variation have been determined from these studies. The nature of order parameter variation obtained from the two studies, X-ray and optical have been compared.  相似文献

Identification of glass fiber/thermosetting resins composites thermal properties. Application to the optimization of molding processes. A procedure has been developed to optimize molding processes of thermosetting composite materials. Three stages have been distinguished. In the first one, some thermal and kinetic properties have been measured by differential scanning calorimetry. Thermal conductivities have been identified afterwards in thick instrumented pieces, placed in a thermally regulated press. High dependences of thermal conductivities on temperature and transformation degree have been shown. Secondly, coupled heat transfers have been numerically simulated and results have been satisfactorily compared with experimental thermograms. Finally, optimization technics based on effective inverse methods have been used.These points have been illustrated with two examples : glass fiber/epoxy resin and glass fiber/polyester. Sufficient mechanical characteristics of the first one, which is cured in oven, and good surface aspect of the second, that is made by injection in heated and closed molds, had to be obtained. The results let foresee real improvement of the corresponding molding processes.  相似文献

To investigate the ion flux escaping from the plasma and the impurity flux released by the wall, collector probes made of graphite, silicon and titanium have been exposed to the deuterium plasma confined in the toroidal device ETA BETA II. The damages on the collector surfaces have been surveyed by a scanning electron microscopy (SEM) apparatus. The deuterium and impurity retention have been measured by elastic recoil detection (ERD) and Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy (RBS) techniques respectively. The implantation build-up has been investigated as a function of the exposure time. The deuterium dose in graphite saturates after a few discharges, whereas the metal impurities exhibit a linear increase in time. The deuterium flux and its radial dependence, inferred from the implanted concentrations, have been compared with those measured by Langmuir probes. Metal impurities have been identified and their relative abundances have been compared with the material wall composition. The impurity flux is found consistent with the global content in the plasma derived by spectroscopic measurements. The deuterium dose measured in different samples has been related to the backscattering coefficient of the materials. Finally, to investigate the damage on sample probes facing the plasma particle flow, erosion probes made of vitreous graphite with silver implanted at a fixed depth have been exposed to the plasma and the thickness change after exposure recovered.  相似文献

The structural and chemical properties with non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PET–ZnO nanocomposites have been reported in this article. ZnO nanoparticles have been synthesized via chemical route with average diameter 19 nm which made confirm by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) techniques. PET–ZnO nanocomposites have been prepared by solution casting method. The structural and chemical changes occurred in poly (ethylene terephthalate) after inclusion of ZnO nanoparticles have been studied with the help of XRD and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, respectively. It was observed from differential scanning calorimeter that ZnO nanoparticles work as nucleating agent for heterogeneous nucleation in PET matrix under non-isothermal crystallization process. The combined Avrami and Ozawa models have been proved adequate to explain non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PET–ZnO nanocomposites, and also, ZnO nanoparticles have been caused to reduce crystallization activation energy in pristine PET as per the applied Kissinger model.  相似文献

Studies of the interaction of a Bose-Einstein condensate of two-dimensional spatially indirect excitons with the static fields of impurities, surface acoustic waves, and elementary excitations of a degenerate electron gas have been reviewed. The effects of screening of charged impurities and absorption of a Bleustein-Gulyaev surface acoustic wave by an exciton condensate have been considered. Friedel oscillations of the exciton density in a hybrid electron-exciton system, which consists of spatially separated layers of condensed exciton gas and degenerate electron gas, have been studied. The lifetimes of quasiparticle excitations (electrons, plasmons, and bogolons) in the hybrid system have been calculated. The contributions to the effects under study from condensate and above-condensate particles have been determined. The properties of an excitonic insulator have been analyzed within the Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer model with a built-in dissipation-free current.  相似文献

The features of magnetization of rare-earth multiferroic PrFe3(BO3)4 with the singlet ground state have been investigated theoretically. The magnetic anisotropy of the crystal has been studied. The temperature dependences of anisotropy constants have been calculated. The phase H-T diagram has been constructed. The dependences of the behavior of magnetization vectors of magnetic sublattices on the external magnetic field have been obtained. The magnetoelectric effect has been investigated, and the dependences of polarization on the temperature and field have been found for its various orientations. The theoretical data have been compared with the experimental data and their good agreement has been established.  相似文献

采用Needle法,对全内腔绿光He-Ne激光器膜系进行设计,并给出了所设计膜系的光谱性能。利用离子溅射镀膜技术镀制了所设计的膜片并且给出了测量结果。制备了多种规格的全内腔绿光He-Ne激光器并且讨论了相关工艺。其中腔长420mm的全内腔绿光He-Ne激光器的典型输出光功率为3mW(单模),腔长360mm的典型输出光功率为2mW(单模),腔长240mm的典型输出光功率为1mW(单模),腔长100mm的小短管子也能有0.1mw的出光功率。  相似文献

采用S.I.GaAs衬底上MBE生长的两层结构外延材料制作了IMSM-PD并与采用离子注入材料制作的IMSM-PD的特性进行了比较,结果表明采用MBE材料的器件特性较优,在5V偏置电压下暗电流小于1nA。已将IMSM-PD与MESFET放大电路进行了单片集成构成光接收器。  相似文献

Acoustic analog of monolayer graphene has been designed by using silicone rubber spheres of honeycomb lattices embedded in water. The dispersion of the structure has been studied theoretically using the rigorous multiple-scattering method. The energy spectra with the Dirac point have been verified and zigzag edge states have been found in ribbons of the structure, which are analogous to the electronic ones in graphene nanoribbons. The guided modes along the zigzag edge excited by a point source have been numerically demonstrated. The open cavity and “Z” type edge waveguide with 60° corners have also been realized by using such edge states.  相似文献

In this work, we have reported the effect of In doping on structural, optical and surface properties of copper oxide films obtained by a low-cost ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique. Thicknesses, refractive indices and extinction coefficients of the films have been determined by Spectroscopic ellipsometry technique using Cauchy-Urbach model for fitting. A very good agreement was found between experimental and theoretical parameters with low MSE values. Transmission and reflectance spectra have been taken by UV Spectrophotometer, and band gap values have been determined by optical method. Structural properties of the films were investigated with X-ray diffraction patterns. In doping caused the films to growth through some certain directions. Atomic force microscope images have been taken to see the effect of In doping on surface topography and roughness of copper oxide films. Surface properties of undoped films have been improved by In doping. Lowest roughness values have been obtained for In doping at 1%. As a result, we have concluded that properties of copper oxide films which are commonly used in solar cells may have improved by In doping (especially In doped at 1%).  相似文献

The coordinate-space Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov(HFB) approach with quasiparticle blocking has been applied to study the odd-A weakly bound nuclei ~(17,19)B and ~(37)Mg,in which halo structures have been reported in experiments.The Skyrme nuclear forces SLy4 and UNEDF1 have been adopted in our calculations.The results with and without blocking have been compared to demonstrate the emergence of deformed halo structures due to blocking effects.In our calculations,~(19)B and ~(37)Mg have remarkable features of deformed halos.  相似文献

Computer simulation studies have been made to investigate the static properties of mono-, di- and tri-vacancy clusters and of self-interstitials in hcp magnesium in different configurations. Three interatomic potentials have been chosen for which the results have been compared. A crystallite containing about 1500 atoms and a model with the interatomic interaction extending upto the fourth neighbour distance have been used. Relaxation field, defect relaxation and formation energies, strength dipole tensors and relative changes in volume in the above defects have been computed and our final results compared with those of earlier workers. The formation energies of the defects are highly sensitive to the choice of the potential whose detailed structure guides the nature of relaxation and the dipole tensors. Calculations have been done for octahedral, tetrahedral and dumb-bell interstitials of which the last is found to be the most stable.  相似文献

The microwave spectra of amine-deuterated species of ortho-fluoroaniline have been observed between 8 and 40 GHz, and the normal species has been reinvestigated. The spectra associated with the first two states of the amine group inversion have been assigned. The substitution coordinates of the amino hydrogens have been calculated. A geometrical structure of the amine group has been derived and compared with those of the other fluoroanilines.  相似文献

In order to examine whether the characteristics of the bell are coincident with the design and make some constructive suggestions for the tuning of bell, the frequency characteristics of sound and the vibrational modes of a two-tone Chinese Peace Bell have been studied. With Welch's spectral estimate, the main partials of radiated sound of the bell have been found out. With time-frequency analysis, the changes of the spectrum with time have been shown. By conditional mean frequency (CMF) of the spectrogram of the sound, the change in the pitch of the bell has been discussed. With an accelerator, the vibration distributions on the different points of the bell have been measured. With short time spectrum analysis, the vibrational modes at different frequencies have been reconstructed.  相似文献
