The design of the acoustic resonator is critical for the optimization of the sensitivity of laser photoacoustic spectroscopy (LPAS) in trace gas detection applications. In this paper, an LC circuit model is used for the simulation of a 1D acoustic resonator. This acoustic resonator is designed for CO photoacoustic spectroscopy. The effects of the structural parameters, quality factor and resonant frequency on the performance of the device are theoretically analyzed. The role of the buffer volume as an acoustic filter is investigated and optimized dimensions of the buffer volume, to achieve minimum noise transmission coefficient, are calculated. The effects of the ambient temperature, variety of pressure and gas flow velocity on the resonant frequency of photoacoustic resonator and PA signal are simulated. The temperature dependence of the microphone sensitivity is also introduced.  相似文献

A photoacoustic gas sensor using a near-infrared tunable fiber laser and based on wavelength modulation spectroscopy technique is developed. This sensor is capable of quasi-simultaneous quantification of water vapour, acetylene, carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide (H2O, C2H2, CO and CO2) concentrations in the fire emulator. The feasibility of using this sensor as an early fire detector was demonstrated. The fire warning gases from smoldering paper were measured. The peak concentrations of gases from smoldering paper were 20,300 ppm H2O, 2.1 ppm C2H2, 756 ppm CO, and 1612 ppm CO2 after 400 s.  相似文献

An acoustic transducer based on a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is presented and characterized for use in time-resolved laser-induced photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS) on solid samples. The photoacoustic wave was generated by pulsed laser excitation of immobilized carbon black or erbium oxide powder, and detected by recording either the transmission or reflection spectrum of a clamped fiber Bragg grating (FBG). The characterization of the FBGs photoacoustic response is based on the experimental comparison with a static lateral strain source and on theoretical analysis using the piecewise-uniform approach to photoelastic theory. The temporal resolution of the response is determined by the arrangement of the FBG with respect to the source of the acoustic wave and is better than 150 ns, as was verified in a deconvolution analysis.The method has not only a fast time response but also is simple, inexpensive, and accurate as indicated by the good agreement of the experimental photoacoustic spectrum with previous measurements.  相似文献

由于工业监控和环境检测的需要,甲烷气体检测日益得到人们的关注。研究了基于中红外分布反馈量子级联激光器(DFB-QCL)的光声光谱技术,并应用于痕量甲烷的检测。自主研发的DFB-QCL室温工作时的激射波长在7.6μm附近,覆盖了甲烷的特征吸收谱线1 316.83cm-1。待测甲烷气体充入亥姆霍兹光声谐振腔中,DFB-QCL的工作频率为234Hz、室温脉冲工作时峰值功率为80mW。中红外光经过甲烷吸收后,产生的声波信号经麦克风检测,由锁相放大器对信号进行采集并输入计算机进行处理。按信噪比为1计算,得到甲烷的探测极限为189nmol.mol-1。  相似文献

We report on the extension of the emission wavelength range of a nanosecond pulsed commercial optical parametric oscillator (OPO) towards the infrared. By difference frequency mixing the idler of the OPO with the fundamental of its Nd:YAG pump laser the wavelength range from 2.5–4.5 μm is covered at considerable pulse energies. This laser source is then applied for the first time to photoacoustic trace gas spectroscopy in the fundamental C---H stretch band located around 3.3 μm. Spectra of single- and multi-component gas mixtures of volatile organic compounds are recorded and analyzed with respect to composition and concentration. The detection limits for the individual substances within the gas mixtures are found in the lower parts per million (ppm) range.  相似文献

We demonstrate a standoff system based on quartz-enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy technique for the concentration measurements of atmospheric ozone and methane. The technique is a modified version of Photoacoustic spectroscopy. Two primary features of this technique are the employment of a tunable quantum cascade laser and a resonant quartz-crystal tuning fork detector. Both of these features facilitate simultaneous sensing of multiple molecular species. External-cavity quantum cascade laser having a spectral range from 7 to 10 micron is used. Diurnal concentration variations of methane and ozone are estimated for open-path up to 25 m. The ambient methane and ozone concentration maxima were observed to have values of 3.5 parts per million by volume and 140 parts per billion by volume, respectively. Finite-element mesh-based software is used to simulate the Eigen frequency of the tuning fork sensor. High-resolution transmission molecular spectroscopic database of atmospheric gases and the real-time gas concentration data from the Delhi Pollution Control Committee have been used as references.  相似文献

基于可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱学的大气痕量气体在线监测分析仪具有高灵敏、快速响应和高选择性的特点。分析了可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)二次谐波信号的特征,以高浓度谐波信号作为标准,采用线性最小二乘拟合的方法对谐波信号进行数值拟合,高精度的反演出了痕量气体浓度值。并对标准信号和检测信号之间的相关系数和浓度反演规律进行了研究。以甲烷气体的测量信号和浓度反演为例,验证了算法。  相似文献

差分光学吸收光谱学技术(Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy,DOAS)是近年来发展起来的一种实时检测大气中痕量气体浓度的有效方法,它采用线性最小二乘拟合方法,用痕量气体标准差分吸收截面对测量得到的差分吸收光谱进行拟合,得出大气中痕量气体的浓度。通过介绍DOAS方法的测量原理,在线监测系统的构成,气体浓度的反演方法,测量结果及讨论等内容,说明它在空气质量监测方面的优越性。  相似文献

基于氙灯的非相干宽带腔增强吸收光谱系统, 并将其应用于痕量气体及气溶胶消光系数的测量. 该系统的探测灵敏度通过测量NO2在520—560 nm波长范围内的吸收得到验证, 最小可探测灵敏度为1.8× 10-7cm-1 (1σ, 0.12 s积分时间, 50次平均), 对应的NO2探测极限~33 nmol/mol. 结合标准气溶胶粒子发生系统, 测量了不同浓度的单分散硫酸铵气溶胶粒子在532 nm波长处的消光系数, 得到粒径为600 nm的硫酸铵气溶胶的消光截面为1.12× 10-8cm2, 与文献报道值1.167× 10-8cm2相一致, 验证了气溶胶测量的可行性和准确性.  相似文献

NO, NO2是大气污染源中的常见气体, 对环境具有严重的危害性. 为检测污染源中这两种气体的浓度, 构建了成本较低的基于红外热辐射光源的光声光谱气体检测系统. 分析计算得到了NO, NO2 在2500–6667 nm波段吸收谱线. 通过建立光声传输线RLC振荡电路模型和仿真得到品质因数、声压大小与谐振腔长、内腔半径以及调制频率的关系, 据此设计了光声池几何结构. 实验表明该系统所测得的光声信号与气体浓度有很好的线性关系, 并且对NO, NO2气体极限检测灵敏度分别达到4.01 和1.07 μL. 通过调节激光发射波长和选取滤波片, 该系统还可用于其他微量气体的浓度检测. 关键词: 大气污染 光声光谱 气体检测  相似文献

A compact and highly linear quartz-enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy(QEPAS)sensor for the measurement of water vapor concentration in the air is demonstrated.A cost-effective quartz tuning fork(QTF)is used as the sharp transducer to convert light energy into an electrical signal based on the piezoelectric effect,thereby removing the need for a photodetector.The short optical path featured by the proposed sensing system leads to a decreased size.Furthermore,a pair of microresonators is applied in the absorbance detection module(ADM)for QTF signal enhancement.Compared with the system without microresonators,the detected QTF signal is increased to approximately 7-fold.Using this optimized QEPAS sensor with the proper modulation frequency and depth,we measure the water vapor concentration in the air at atmospheric pressure and room temperature.The experimental result shows that the sensor has a high sensitivity of 1.058parts-per-million.  相似文献

基于PAS与TDLAS的基本原理,讨论了两者之间的联系,推导了光声信号和TDLAS信号与气压的关系式,设计并构造了一个可以同时进行PAS与TDLAS气体测量的对比装置,并对两者在不同气压条件下的测量结果进行了分析和研究,为不同气压条件下的气体测量技术选择提供了参考。试验研究表明:随着气压上升,光声光谱与TDLAS信号均变大,极限检测灵敏度均提高;随着气压上升,气体吸收能量转化为光声信号的效率变低;在低压时,使用光声光谱进行气体检测具有更好的效果。  相似文献

利用可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)对痕量气体进行检测时,环境温度变化以及激光器控制电路的噪声常常使得激光器输出波长发生漂移,影响了气体浓度测量的准确性。以开放光路的激光吸收光谱氨气检测系统为例,在分析激光器扫描中心波长随电流变化规律的基础上,提出了基于电流控制的自适应锁定扫描中心波长的方法。研究了基于参考校准光谱的光谱数据对准算法,实现了开放大气中氨气浓度的实时监测。结果表明,波长锁定大大提高了痕量气体浓度反演的准确性和稳定性。氨气浓度具有日变化周期:上下班时段浓度上升,中午达到最大值,夜间浓度降低,系统检测限为3.8mg.m-3.m。  相似文献

为了在面对不同检测需求时,能够选取适合的调谐激光吸收光谱技术方案,对直接吸收光谱、连续调制谱和准连续调制谱三种方法进行了理论分析和实验比较。在相同实验条件下,通过同一激光器测量不同浓度CO2气体,比较了这三种方法的技术特点、信号特征、检测灵敏度。结果表明,准连续调制谱技术具有与连续调制谱相当的检测灵敏度,但是受激光能量间断和较大的寄生幅度调制影响,检测信号相对于气体吸收谱的线形失真较大,因此不太适合依赖光谱线形和线宽的压力、流速测量。为选取更加适用的激光调制谱技术,提供了参考依据。  相似文献

We present the experimental demonstration of a novel, efficient, and vibrational selective technique to prepare population in vibrational level v″ = 1 using the stimulated Raman pumping. Photoacoustic Raman signal has been studied in non-radiative transitions in the molecule H2 (v″ = 0) and (v″ = 1). The population fraction in the v″ = 1 level can be estimated by using combined photoacoustic Raman spectroscopy with stimulated Raman pumping for the first time.  相似文献

以典型的圆柱形光声池为研究对象,建立光声池声学仿真有限元模型,并在此基础上,研究了光声池中谐振腔、缓冲腔、进出气孔结构参数以及温度、湿度因素对其声学本征频率的影响规律.研究结果表明:圆柱形光声池的进、出口孔对其声学本征频率影响极不敏感,设计计算中可以忽略不计,谐振腔的长度影响最为敏感,其次为谐振腔的直径.此外缓冲腔的长度与直径对其亦有一定影响,因而在准确计算时需要加以考虑.温度与湿度对光声池声学本征频率的影响均呈现正线性增长规律,温度的影响随着谐振腔长度的增大而减小,湿度的影响随着温度的升高而增大,仅计算光声池的声学本征频率时,湿度的影响在室温环境下且湿度变动较小的条件下可以忽略.  相似文献

近年来,气候变化对地球的生态环境产生严重影响,而大气温室气体在气候变化中具有重要的作用.一氧化二氮(N_2O)作为一种重要的温室气体,其浓度变化对大气环境产生重要影响,因此对其浓度的探测在大气环境研究中具有重要意义.本文开展了基于中国自主研发的7.6μm中红外量子级联激光的共振型光声光谱探测N_2O的研究,建立了N_2O光声光谱传感实验系统.此系统在传统的光声光谱探测的基础上优化改进,采用双光束增强的方式,增加了有效光功率,进一步提高了系统的探测灵敏度.探测系统以1307.66 cm~(-1)处的N_2O吸收谱线作为探测对象,结合波长调制技术对N_2O气体进行探测研究.通过对一定浓度的N_2O气体在不同调制频率和调制振幅的光声信号的探测,确定了系统的最佳调制频率和调制振幅分别为800 Hz和90 mV.在最优实验条件下对不同浓度的N_2O气体进行了测量,获得了系统的信号浓度定标曲线.实验表明,在锁相积分时间为30 ms时,系统的浓度探测极限为150×10~(-9).通过100次平均后,系统噪声进一步降低,实现了大气N_2O的探测,浓度探测极限达到了37×10~(-9).  相似文献
