采用电流注入法对某型直流固态继电器输入端与输出端的电磁脉冲损伤机制及失效模式进行了实验研究,结果表明:输入端注入电磁脉冲信号时,输出端会产生误动作,并可造成输入电路中三极管BE节产生短路损伤,导致输入端施加控制信号时输出端无法导通;输出端注入电磁脉冲信号时,可造成输出电路中MOSFET管的栅极和漏极产生短路损伤,导致输出端短路。  相似文献

研究了部分相干Airy光束在湍流大气中传输时的偏振特性,偏振保持度作为衡量偏振传输效果的一个重要参数.结果表明:部分相干Airy光束在湍流大气中传输足够远时,其偏振度会变回到初始值;而在自由空间中传输,光束的偏振度会保持在某一个特定值;在湍流大气中,当光束传输距离不是很远时,光束对称轴上的偏振度分布为Airy函数,但是当传输足够远时,该偏振度分布逐渐趋向于类高斯状;光束的束腰半径越大,相干长度越长,越有利于光束传输后偏振的保持;存在一个指数截断因子,使得光束的偏振保持度很差.这些结论对于Airy光束在通信领域中的应用具有重要的意义.  相似文献

The analytical expression of partially coherent Hermite–cosh-Gaussian (HChG) beams propagating through atmospheric turbulence is derived and used to study their propagation properties through atmospheric turbulence. It is shown that partially coherent HChG beams propagating through atmospheric turbulence undergo several stages of evolution and a decrease of the spatial correlation length speeds up the evolution process. The smaller the spatial correlation length and the larger the beam orders are, the less the beam-width spreading of partially coherent HChG beams is affected by turbulence. At a sufficiently long propagation distance the beam-width spreading of partially coherent HChG beams with smaller Ch-part parameter and smaller waist width is less affected by turbulence. The results are illustrated by numerical examples, and the validity of the results is interpreted physically.  相似文献

运用维格纳分布函数与广义惠更斯菲涅耳原理,推导出部分相干光束在任意折射率起伏功率谱模型的大气湍流中斜程传输时,其束宽传输的一般解析表达式。在此基础上,以部分相干平顶(PCFT)光束为例,给出了PCFT光束在大气湍流中斜程传输的束宽扩展解析表达式。在合肥地区大气折射率结构常数高度分布模式下开展了数值计算和分析,并与水平传输时的结果进行了比较。研究结果表明,光束在斜程传输时的束宽不仅与光束阶数、空间相干度、束腰半径、湍流的强弱和传输距离有关,还与天顶角密切相关。光束的阶数越高,空间相干性越差,天顶角越小,则其束宽扩展受湍流的影响就越小。当天顶角小于60°时,大气湍流对斜程传输光束束宽的影响明显小于水平传输的情况。  相似文献

On the basis of the extended Huygens-Fresnel principle and the model of the refractive-index structure constant in the atmospheric turbulence proposed by the International Telecommunication Union-Radio Communication Sector,the characteristics of the partially coherent Gaussian Schell-model(GSM) beams propagating in slanted atmospheric turbulence are studied.Using the cross-spectral density function(CSDF),we derive the expressions for the effective beam radius,the spreading angle,and the average intensity.The variance of the angle-of-arrival fluctuation and the wander effect of the GSM beam in the turbulence are calculated numerically.The influences of the coherence degree,the propagation distance,the propagation height,and the waist radius on the propagation characteristics of the partially coherent beams are discussed and compared with those of the fully coherent Gaussian beams.  相似文献

Normalized intensity distribution, the complex degree of coherence and power in the bucket for partially coherent controllable dark hollow beams (DHBs) with various symmetries propagating in atmospheric turbulence are derived using tensor method and investigated in detail. Analytical results show that, after sufficient propagation distance, partially coherent DHBs with various symmetries eventually become circular Gaussian beam (without dark hollow) in turbulent atmosphere, which is different from its propagation properties in free space. The partially coherent DHBs return to a circular Gaussian beam rapidly for stronger turbulence, higher coherence, lower beam order, smaller p or smaller beam waist width. Another interesting observation is that the profile of the complex degree of coherence attains a similar profile to that of the average intensity of the related beam propagating in a turbulent atmosphere. Besides the laser power focusablity of DHBs are better than that of Gaussian beam propagating in turbulent atmosphere.  相似文献

Taking the stochastic electromagnetic J 0-correlated Schell-model pulsed (JSMP) beam as a typical example of stochastic spatially and spectrally partially coherent electromagnetic pulsed beams, the analytical expressions for the cross-spectral density matrix, spectral density, spectral degree of polarization and spectral degree of coherence of stochastic electromagnetic JSMP beams propagating in free space are derived, and used to study the changes in the spectrum, polarization, and coherence of stochastic spatially and spectrally partially coherent electromagnetic JSMP beams. It is shown that the on-axis spectrum is blue-shifted in free-space propagation and is dependent on the pulse temporal coherence length and spatial correlation parameter. The distribution of the on-axis spectral degree of polarization depends on the frequency and spatial correlation parameter. The spectral degree of coherence increases with increasing pulse temporal coherence length. The results derived are interpreted physically.  相似文献

Based on a recently formulated unified theory of coherence and polarization, a method is described to study turbulence-induced changes in the polarization, the coherence and the spectrum of partially coherent electromagnetic beams on propagation. The electromagnetic Gaussian Schell-model beam is taken as a typical example of partially coherent electromagnetic beams, and the closed-form expressions for the degree of polarization, the degree of coherence and the spectrum of electromagnetic Gaussian Schell-model beams propagating through atmospheric turbulence are derived in the quadratic approximation of Rytov's phase structure function. Some interesting results are obtained, which are illustrated by numerical examples and are explained in physics.  相似文献

Changes in polarization properties of partially polarized, partially coherent vectorial cosh-Gaussian (ChG) beams propagating in oceanic turbulence are studied with the unified theory of coherence and polarization. Numerical examples of changes in optical intensity and polarization properties such as the degree of polarization, orientation angle, and degree of ellipticity of the beam propagating in the turbulent ocean are given. We find that both parameters of the source and oceanic turbulence have an effect upon the polarization properties of the beam. The degree of polarization fluctuates when the ChG beam propagates in the oceanic turbulence, and it has an obvious reconstruction phenomenon in the far-field zone.  相似文献

The closed-form expression for the mean-squared width of apertured partially coherent beams propagating through turbulent media is derived by using the integral transform technique. The influence of turbulence on the spreading of apertured partially coherent beams is studied quantitatively by examining the relative mean-squared width, which is defined as the ratio of the mean-squared width of an apertured partially coherent beam in turbulence to the mean-squared width of the same beam in free space. On the other hand, the range of turbulence-independent propagation, also a reasonable measure of the resistance of a beam to turbulence, is obtained by examining the mean-squared width. It is shown that the spreading of apertured partially coherent beams is less affected by turbulence with smaller truncation parameter δ and coherence parameter α than with larger δ and α. In addition, the influence of turbulence on the spreading of apertured partially coherent beams increases first and then decreases due to increasing waist width w0. The results obtained are explained physically.  相似文献

推导出了部分相干厄米-高斯(H-G)列阵光束通过湍流大气传输的二阶矩束宽和远场发散角的解析公式。采用远场发散角作为光束方向性的评价参数,研究了部分相干H-G列阵光束通过湍流大气传输的方向性。研究表明:在一定条件下,部分相干H-G列阵光束与对应的高斯光束不论在自由空间还是湍流大气中均具有相同的方向性。此外,进一步研究发现,在自由空间中,由远场发散角和归一化远场平均光强分布所表征的部分相干H-G列阵光束的方向性是不一致的,但湍流可以使得两种描述相一致。这一结论与高斯-谢尔模型(GSM)列阵光束的相关结论存在差异。在自由空间中,与高斯光束具有相同远场发散角的非相干合成的GSM列阵光束与对应的高斯光束具有相同的归一化远场光强分布。  相似文献
