Hydrazinoethyl phosphoric monoester has been prepared by reacting hydrazinoethanol with polyphosphoric acid, and isolated as di-sodium salt. Sodium hydrazinoethyl phosphate reacts with phenylisothiocyanate (in H2O+ethanol) to yield mainly the derivative thiocarbamoylated at the substituted nitrogen atom. This derivative, heated for one night at 100° in 0.5 N HCl, is cyclized to 3-amino-2-phenylimino-thiazolidine in 62% yield. Sodium hydrazinoethyl phosphate reacts with o-methoxycarbonylphenyl isothiocyanate (in H2O+dioxane) at the unsubstituted nitrogen atom to yield mainly the corresponding quinazoline derivative (IV, X = OPO3Na2). This derivative, heated for one night at 100° in 0.5 N HCl, is cyclized to 2-o-carboxyphenylamino-dihydro-δ2-1, 3, 4-thiadiazine (Va) in 55% yield (hydrolysis of the lactamic function as well). Aminoethyl phosphorous monoester (colaminephosphorous acid) reacted with phenylisocyanate (in H20+dioxane) in slightly alkaline medium (one equivalent of NaOH) yields sodium N-phenylcarbamoylaminoethyl phosphite. Refluxed for 20 minutes in 1N NaOH, this carbamoyl derivative is not cyclized but only hydrolyzed to the open-chained N-phenyl-N′-hydroxyethylurea (VII).  相似文献

The 2-(1-aziridinyl)tetrahydropyrans cannot be obtained by aminolysis of the 2-dialkylaminotetrahydropyrans. These compounds are synthesized by the Hofmann reaction between 2-chlorotetrahydropyrans and ethylenimine. The effect of acetic anhydride on the 2-(1-aziridinyl) and 2-dialkylaminotetrahydropyrans was studied. The 2-dimethylaminotetrahydropyrans were converted into 2-acetoxytetrahydropyrans and dimethylacetamide by cleavage of the carbon-nitrogen bond. Ring opening of the oxygen heterocycle gives the corresponding dialkylacetamides and polymerised products. The 2-(1-aziridinyl)tetrahydropyrans allow the synthesis of the N-(2-tetrahydropyrannyl)-N-(2-acetoxy-ethyl)acetamides. Acetic anhydride ring opens the nitrogen heterocycle.  相似文献

o-Methoxycarbonyl-phenylisothiocyanate V and primary alkylamines (R″? NH2) reacted in the appropriate medium yield the corresponding 2-mercapto-3-alkyl-3, 4-dihydro-quinazolinone-4 derivatives VI (the ? NH2 group is thiocarbamoylated by the ? The action of organolithium reagents such as phenyllithium or n-bulyllithium on 2-methylquinoxaline gave lithiation of the methyl group which upon reaction with electtropholesphiles produce side chain alkenyl derivatives. On the other hand organolithium reagents react with the quinoxaline azomethine bond to give I-lithio-2-alkyl)or ary-1)-3 methylquinoxalines which can be further loithiated on the methyl group to give 2-alkyl(or aryl)-3-alkenylquinoxaline derivatives. The adducts can be condensed with clectrophiles such as benzonitrile or methlyl benzoate but only methyl benzoate leads to N condensed derivatives. Furthermore substituted 1,2,3,4-terahydroqinoxalines are available via the above lithio intermediates.  相似文献

The solubility of precipitated Cd(OH)2 was determined at 25°C in 1 M NaClO4, as a function of pH and of the ammonia content of the solutions. Formation constants were obtained for the following hydroxo, ammine and hydroxo-ammine complexes: CdOH+, Cd(OH)2, Cd(OH), CdNH, Cd(NH3), Cd(NH3), Cd(NH3) and Cd(OH)2NH3. The solubility product of the hydroxide was also calculated. The presence of polynuclear species was investigated by titrimetric determinations of the hydrogen ion concentration at constant metal concentration.  相似文献

3-Phenyl-1-benzopyrylium percholorates 1a, 1i react exculusively at C-2 with ethanol and isopropyl alcohol, affording mixed acetals 2a, 3a, 3i . Aqueous ammonia gives symmetrical secondary amines 4a, 4b or bis(3-phenyl-2H-1-benzopyran-2-yl)amines, while with aqueous aliphatic amines (40%) bis-acetals 5a, 5b or 2,2′-oxy-bis(3-phenyl-2H-1-benzopyrans) are characterized. In some other acidic conditions, 5a and 5b are also obtained.  相似文献

Amino acids devoid of «leaving groups» on their β carbon atom (neither ? OH: serine, nor ? SH: cysteine) react with o-methoxycarbonyl-phenyl isothiocyanate (I) in the presence of one equivalent of NaOH, in water-dioxane or in ethanol, to yield the corresponding hydroquinazolinone derivatives II which were isolated as free acids. When treated with CH3COOH + conc. HCl the hydroquinazolinone resulting from the reaction of L -serine with I undergoes a nucleophilic attack of the carbon bearing the leaving group ? OH by a lone pair of electrons of S; this attack produces the formation of an additional thiazolidine ring, yielding the thiazoloquinazolinone derivative (?)-III. In an analogous reaction DL -serine phosphoric acid treated with I at pH 8–9 yields the corresponding substituted hydroquinazolinone which, boiled in 1N hydrochloric acid, undergoes ring closure to (±)-III by the same mechanism as the serine derivative (leaving group: ? OPO3H2). L -Cysteine reacted with 2 equiv. of I and then treated with CH3COOH + conc. HCl gives two products: (?)-III produced by the same mechanism as for serine (leaving group: ? SH), and the quinazolinone derivative IV where the ? SH group is also thiocarbamoylated.  相似文献

The adducts of niobium(V) and tantalum(V) chlorides with some aliphatic and cyclic oxides and sulfides, studied by NMR. spectroscopy in CHCl3, are found to have 1:1 stoechiometry, at room temperature and lower. In the thioxane complex TaCl5 · C4H8OS two species are present with the ligand coordinated by the sulfur atom or by the oxygen atom, respectively, in a proportion which has been determined. The thioxane adduct of niobium(V) chloride, however, is preferentially coordinated by the sulfur atom. There is also evidence for the species 2MCl5 · C4H8OS. The relative basicity of each donor atom in dioxane, thioxane and dithiane is calculated and discussed. In contrast to the nitrile adducts, whose stability was found earlier to be controlled by inductive factors, the steric factors are more important for the ether and sulfide adducts: MCl5 · Me2X is more stable than the corresponding MCl5 · Et2X (M = Nb, Ta; X = O, S). Both niobium(V) and tantalum(V) chlorides have a soft behaviour, but NbCl5 is a weaker Lewis acid than TaCl5 and shows also a softer behaviour.  相似文献

Comparison of the NMR. spectra in CDCl3 of the heterocyclic bases obtained from the cyclisation of ω-(N-thiocarbamoylamino) ethyl (or propyl)-alcohols (or their orthophosphoric or sulfuric monoesters) to those of model compounds II (n = 1 or 2) and III (n = 1 or 2) has shown that: (1) In the case of five membred rings the C?N double bond is always endocyclic (Ib, n = 1) should R be aromatic, araliphatic or aliphatic; (2) In the case of six membered rings the C?S double bond is cnclocyclic when R is aliphatic or araliphatic (Ib, n = 2), and exocyclic when R is aromatic (I a, n = 2), with the exception of 2-(o-carboxyphcnylamino)-dihydro-δ2-m (Ib, n = 2, K = o-carboxyphcnyle). In CF, COOH, all five membered rings (I b, n = 1) show a triplet for the C-4 methylenic protons, whereas all the six membered rings (Ia or I b, n = 2) with the exception of I b, n = 2, R = o-carboxyphenyle, are represented b y a double triplet for the C-4 protons (samt. protonated spccics). Only one triplet is observed when the 3 position is substituted. Thiocarbamoylation of hydrazinoethanol or its orthophosphoric or sulfuric monoesters canoccur at either of the two nitrogen atoms, thus yielding upon cyclization five- (IT′) or six-membered rings (Va or Vb). The NMR spectra of compounds I V in (CIl,), SO show a singlet for 2 amino pro-tons (3-amino) and there is no further structural problem. The NMR spectra of compounds T′ in (CT), SO show a triplet for one amino proton coupling with the neighboring methylenic protons. I n this case, mode1 compounds are needed to assign the position of the C?N double bond ( e x cyclic V a or cndocyclic V b). When R = o-carboxyphenylc, the C?N double bond is probably endoc, yclic (Vb) because this ccimpound and 2-(o-carboxyphenvlarnino)-dihydro-δ2 have very similar UV spectra.  相似文献

From the solubility of precipitated Co(OH)2 (s) determined radiometrically as a function of pH and ammonia content of the heterogeneous systems, the formation constants have been obtained for the following mononuclear hydroxo-, ammine- and mixed hydroxo-ammine-complexes: Co(OH)2, Co(OH)3?, Co(NH3)22+, Co(NH3)32+, Co(NH3)42+ and Co(OH)2 (NH3)2. The solubility of cobalt(II) hydroxide has also been calculated. The medium was 1M NaClO4 and the temperature 25° C.  相似文献

o-Methoxycarbonyl-phenyl isocyanate reacts with mono-aminoalkyl orthophosphoric and sulfuric acids to yield the corresponding 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazoline-2,4-dione-3-ethyl phosphoric (or sulfuric) monoesters which are isolated as sodium salts. 1,2,3,4-Tetrahydroquinazoline-2,4-dione-3-ethyl phosphoric acid has been isolated by adding hydrochloric acid to an aquous solution of its sodium salt.  相似文献

Use of the Wittig reaction for the synthesis of derivatives of bromoenosuloses and bromoenuronic esters Treatment of 3-O-benzyl (or 3-O-methyl)-1, 2-O-isopropylidene-α-D -xylo-pentodialdo-1, 4-furanoses ( 2 or 1 ) with acetylbromomethylidenetriphenylphosphorane ( 3 ), benzoylbromomethylidenetriphenylphosphorane ( 4 ) or bromoethoxycarbonylmethylidenetriphenylphosphorane ( 5 ) gave in good to excellent yields the expected enose ( 6--11 ). In all cases but one ( 8 where some 10% of the E-isomer was formed) the reaction led to the exclusive formation of the Z-isomer whose configuration was established by NMR.  相似文献

Friedel-Crafts reactions of aromatic derivatives with 1,4-dicarbonyls 2,3-éthylenic compounds. Part IV. Reactions of 5-hydroxy or 5-chloro 3,5-dimethyl or 4,5-dimethyl 2 (5 H) furanones We studied the Friedel-Crafts reactions of 2-(5H)-furanones. In the presence of sulfuric acid and of an aromatic derivative, 5-hydroxy- or 5-chloro-5-methyl-2-(5H)-furanones with one methyl group either in the 3 position, or in the 4 position generally give the corresponding 5-aryl-2-(5H)-furanones, while with aluminium chloride, it is possible to obtain, when a reaction takes place, isomeric 1H-indenecarboxylic acids. However, in a particular case, an addition to the substrate's double bond is observed. The 3-aryl-5-hydroxy-tetrahydrofuran-2-one obtained is methylated in two ways and gives either a cyclic product, or a linear one. In two cases tautomerism between 1H-1-indenecarboxylic acid and 1H-3-indenecarboxylic has been shown by 1H-NMR.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-t-butylthiobenzaldehyde with N-(2-dialkylaminoethyl)-cyanacetamides followed by heating of the resulting 3-(2-t-butylthiophenyl)-2-cyanoacrylamides in polyphosphoric acid leads to the formation of 3-carboxamido-2-imino-2H-benzo[b][l]thiopyrann intermediates which afford thiocoumarins on hydrolysis. A study of the conditions of applicability to weak complexes of the relation log x = v log V + log (βv,cCc) = f(logV), where V and C are variable and constant total concentrations of the constituants of the complexe, shows that for conditions other than C ? V, another function φ(log V) accounts better for the formation equilibrium of the complexe. From f(log V) and φ (log V) a relation t(log V) is derived whose simple analysis permits the determination of the composition and the stability constant of weak complexes. In this paper, we describe the results of a study of the reaction of diaryl nitrilimines with N-ethylindole ( 1 ) and 2-methoxycarbonyl-N-ethylindole ( 2 ). The regioselectiivity of the reaction is reversed when going from 1 to 2 as it has been spectroscopically and chemically demonstrated.  相似文献

Reactions of stabilized ylides with aldehydosugars: influence of some factors, particularly the structure of the aldehydosugar, on the ratio of the geometrical isomers formed Aldehydosugars bearing no cis-substituent on the C-atom β to the carbonyl group ( 2, 3, 6, 7 ) or bearing a substituent without an electron lone-pair ( 5 ) gave, upon treatment with acetylmethylidenetriphenylphosphorane, exclusively the E-isomer, this representing the classical behaviour of aldehydes. On the other hand, aldehydosugars having a lone-pair bearing substituent ( 1, 4, 8, 9 ) gave a mixture of E- and Z-isomers. In the case of most of the aldehydosugars of the latter type (giving some Z-isomer) a partial epimerization of the C-atom α to the carbonyl group took place when the solvent of the Wittig reaction was HCONMe2. It is probable that the presence of an electron lone-pair in the adequate position inhibits the reversion of the kinetic erythro-betaine, allowing the formation of the Z-isomer and, in particular solvent conditions, a cycloelimination leading to the epimeric aldehydosugar which ultimately reacts to give the epimeric E-enone.  相似文献

On treatment with higher diazoalkanes, 2,4,6/3,5-penta-acetoxy-cyclohexanone (penta-O-acetyl-myo-inosose-2 or -scyllo-inosose) afforded by ring expansion all-trans-penta-acetoxy-C-alkyl-cycloheptanones, which by deacylation were converted to hemiacetals. The reactions with diazoalkanes of the penta-acetoxy-inosose in the presence of aluminium chloride and of the free inosose in water solution have also been studied. The structure, the configuration, and, in some cases, the conformation of the new compounds have been established and some of their reactions have been investigated. The mechanisms of formation of the ring expansion products and of the concomitant spiro-epoxides have been discussed.  相似文献

  • Aprotic decomposition of 6-amino-2-ethylbenzothiazole in aromatic and heteroaromatic substrates: preparation of 6-mesityl- and 6-furyl-2-ethylbenzothiazoles and of the corresponding quaternary salts and spyropyrans In the presence of excess isopentyl nitrite in aprotic solvent, the 6-amino-2-ethyl-benzothiazole leads to 6-aryl- and 6-heteroaryl-2-ethylbenzothiazoles 1 to 14 in ca. 20–50% yield (Scheme 1, Table 1). The 2-ethyl-6-benzothiazolyl radicals generated during these reactions exhibit a weak electrophilic character (Table 2). Preparatively this method has been applied to the synthesis of 6-mesityl- and 6-furyl-2-ethylbenzothiazoles 6 and 7 , which were used to prepare the corresponding quaternary salts 15 , 16 and the spiropyrans 19, 20 (Scheme 4).  相似文献
