The results of studying the magnetomechanical effects in classical superconductors are analyzed. The energy losses are determined, and a number of macroscopic parameters are calculated using a developed model. The studies of superconductors by the method of rotation of a body suspended without contact are described. The properties of Nb/??-Si/Nb planar Josephson junctions with various degrees of doping of the amorphous silicon layer are experimentally studied. Tungsten is used as a doping impurity. The properties of the Josephson junctions are shown to change substantially when the degree of doping of the ??-Si layer changes: a current transport mechanism and the shape of the current-voltage characteristic of the junctions change. Josephson junctions with SNS-type conduction are formed in the case of a fully degenerate ??-Si layer. The properties of such junctions are described by a classical resistive model. Josephson junctions with a resonance mechanism of current transport through impurity centers are formed at a lower degree of doping of the ??-Si layer. The high-frequency properties of such junctions are shown to change. The experimental results demonstrate that these junctions are close to SINIS-type Josephson junctions.  相似文献

Computational algorithms and some computed data are presented for the total sound field in a waveguide whose depth arbitrarily depends on two horizontal coordinates. The sound speed is supposed to be constant, and the bottom slopes are considered as small. The algorithm involves three steps. First, horizontal rays, i.e., horizontal projections of the real rays multiply bottom-and surface-reflected, are calculated. Second, the horizontal rays are set up to a point. Third, the real rays are set up to a point. The computational accuracy is analyzed for a homogeneous wedge lying on a halfspace. Calculations are carried out for a coastal region of the ocean.  相似文献

The cross transport processes that occur in a single-component gas in a capillary and are caused by resonance laser radiation and pressure and temperature gradients are studied. An expression for entropy production is derived using a system of kinetic Boltzmann equations in a linear approximation. The kinetic coefficients that determine the transport processes are shown to satisfy the Onsager reciprocal relations at any Knudsen numbers and any character of the elastic interaction of gas particles with the capillary surface. The light-induced baro- and thermoeffects that take place in a closed heat-insulated system in the field of resonance laser radiation are considered. Analytical expressions are obtained for the Onsager coefficients in an almost free-molecular regime. The light-induced pressure and temperature gradients that appear in a closed heat-insulated capillary under typical experimental conditions are numerically estimated.  相似文献

The ground and excited states of a donor impurity at the center of a spherical quantum dot subject to a magnetic field are calculated within the effective-mass approximation. The barriers are infinitely high and the differential equation is solved by combining the finite-difference method with the Richardson extrapolation. The binding and transition energies are more accurate than the available variational values, and excellent agreement is found with the hydrogen atom. The transition energies for a medium-size quantum dot are given.  相似文献

In this paper, the nonlinear dynamic stability of a rotating shaft-disk with a transverse crack is studied. The crack and the disk are located in arbitrary positions of the shaft respectively. Using the equivalent line-spring model, the deflections of the system with a crack are constructed by adding a deflection to the deflections of the uncracked system. The unstable regions are confirmed by Runge-Kutta method and the Floquet theory. The effects of crack depth, crack position, disk position, disk thickness and rotating speed on the principal unstable regions are discussed. The inclusions in conventionally grown KD2PO4(DKDP) crystals are investigated. The inclusions are captured by a light-scattering technique. The sizes are determined by an optical microscope and a transmission electron microscope(TEM), and the compositions are analyzed by time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry(TOF-SIMS) and an energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). Two kinds of inclusions are observed in the DKDP crystals: a submicron-scale inclusion and a micron-scale inclusion. The typical submicron-scale inclusions contain growth solution, and their sizes range from tens to hundreds of nanometers, whereas the micron-scale inclusions contain growth solution and the metal element Na, and the sizes are tens of microns. The possible formation mechanisms of the inclusions are discussed, and the influence of the inclusions on laser-induced damage behaviors are analyzed and discussed.  相似文献

The acoustic field and the field of radiative forces that are formed in a liquid layer on a solid substrate are calculated for the case of wave propagation along the interface. The calculations take into account the effects produced by surface tension, viscous stresses at the boundary, and attenuation in the liquid volume on the field characteristics. The dispersion equations and the velocities of wave propagation are determined. The radiative forces acting on a liquid volume element in a standing wave are calculated. The structure of streaming is studied. The effect of streaming on small-size particles is considered, and the possibilities of ordered structure formation from them are discussed.  相似文献

This paper reviews some useful analytical and empirical formulae that are used for the calculation of sound diffracted by a barrier. A brief historic overview of the study of spherical waves diffracted by a rigid half plane is presented also. The physical principles of sound diffraction by a thin plane are explained. The mathematical expressions are cast in a convenient form for ease of numerical implementation. Accurate analytical solutions are expressed in terms of standard mathematical functions that can be computed readily. Among the approximate solutions quoted, quite a few empirical formulations are adequate for most engineering purposes. The information presented in this paper should also be helpful for those who are interested in the study of sound diffracted by a barrier in a room or in a long industrial space.  相似文献

The excitation and propagation of the acoustic waves in an elastic cylinder are studied by laser ultrasonics both theoretically and experimentally. The theoretical analysis of the two-dimensional acoustic field excited by a pulsed laser line source impacting on the generatrix of an elastic cylinder is presented. The dispersive properties for both cylindrical Rayleigh wave and the higher modes--whispering gallery (WG) modes are analyzed in detail. The numerical transient displacement waveforms for a detecting point located another terminal of the cylinder diameter opposite the source are calculated. The experimental excitation and detection of the acoustic waves in an aluminum cylinder are carried out on a laser ultrasonic system, which mainly consists of a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and a laser interferometer. The wave components of bulk waves and surface waves (cylindrical Rayleigh waves and WG modes) are analyzed by comparing the numerical and experimental waveforms. A quantum-statistical treatment of stimulated Raman scattering in a gaseous system is presented using a density-matrix formalism. The molecular (atomic) system is described by three energy levels. Both atomic system and the radiation fields are quantized. The effects of atomic motion and detuning are incorporated in the analysis. Higher order nonlinearities and loss terms are included to render the problem more realistic. The equations of motion describing the photonstatistics of pump and Stokes fields are obtained. The equation, without detailed balance, is solved in the steady-state by a slowly varying function technique in the case of two variables. The steady state characteristics of the Stokes field are studied. The coherence properties, occurrence of antibunching phenomena are studied for different initial distributions.  相似文献

The results of single-probe studies of thick and thin silicon p-n junctions are described. The electric fields in a diode with a p+-n junction and in a stabilitron with a p-n junction in the forward and reverse directions are studied. The natural frequencies of liquid in a liquid-filled cylindrical rigid tank without and with baffles are evaluated. An annular plate is used as a baffle, which is fitted to the inner periphery of a cylindrical tank. Both rigid and flexible baffles are considered. Finite elements are used to discretize both the liquid and the structural domain. The slosh frequencies of liquid are computed for different dimensions, thicknesses and positions of baffles, both rigid and flexible considering the circumferential wave number as one. The axisymmetric and other asymmetric modes are not studied. The results obtained for rigid baffle case are comparable with the existing results. The coupled vibration frequencies of the tank-flexible-baffle system are computed considering the effect of sloshing of liquid.  相似文献

The Bloch equation containing a Zeeman modulation field is solved analytically by treating the Zeeman modulation frequency as a perturbation. The absorption and dispersion signals at both 0 degrees and 90 degrees modulation phase are obtained. The solutions are valid to first order in the modulation frequency, but are otherwise valid for any value of modulation amplitude or microwave amplitude. A first order treatment of modulation frequency is shown to be a valid approximation over a wide range of typical experimental EPR conditions. The solutions derived from the Bloch equation suggest that the effect of over-modulation on first and second harmonic EPR spectra can be formulated as a mathematical filter that smoothes and broadens the under-modulated signal. The only adjustable filter parameter is a width that is equivalent to the applied peak-to-peak modulation amplitude. The true spin-spin and spin-lattice relaxation rates are completely determined from the under-modulated spectrum. The filters derived from the analytic solutions of the Bloch equation in the linear limit of modulation frequency are tested against numerical solutions of the Bloch equation that are valid for any modulation frequency to show their applicability. The filters are further tested using experimental EPR spectra. Experimental under-modulated spectra are mathematically filtered and compared with the experimental over-modulated spectra. The application of modulation filters to STEPR spectra is explored and limitations are discussed.  相似文献

The problem of diffraction of cylindrical waves by an ideally conducting wedge in an anisotropic plasma is formulated and solved. The integral equations for the field are reduced to function equations, which are solved with the aid of a special function that is introduced. The properties of this function are studied. The general solution is represented as a double contour integral in the plane of a complex variable. The radiation field and surface waves for a number of special cases are analyzed: a source of cylindrical waves on an edge; at infinity; etc. Diffraction in a half-plane is studied separately.  相似文献
