Di-, tetra-, and hexamethine merocyanines containing heterocyclic fragments with different electron-donor abilities have been synthesized on the basis of bis(2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoropentyl)-4,5-dinitro-9H-fluorene-2,7-disulfonate. Their electronic absorption spectra in solvents with different polarities have been studied, and their electronic structure and electronic transitions have been analyzed by DFT and TDDFT quantum chemical calculations using B3LYP functional and 6-31G(d,p) basis set. The electronic structure of the synthesized merocyanines changes from neutral polyene to polymethine and dipolar polyene, depending on the electron-donor ability of the heterocyclic fragment, length of the polymethine chain, and solvent polarity. Therefore, these merocyanines display positive, negative, and reverse solvatochromism.  相似文献

[2,7-Bis(octyloxy)fluoren-9-yliden]methanedithiol (1a) and its tautomer 2,7-bis(octyloxy)-9H-fluorene-9-carbodithioic acid (2a) can be isolated in pure form from the reaction of monolithiated 2,7-bis(octyloxy)-9H-fluorene with CS2 followed by protonolysis with aqueous HCl. Compound 1a is the first isolated and unambiguously characterized gem-enedithiol. When 9H-fluorene, 2,7-di-tert-butyl-9H-fluorene or 2,7-dimethoxy-9H-fluorene are used, the same synthetic procedure yields the unstable dithioic acids, which can be converted to the piperidinium salts.  相似文献

Spiro dihydrofuran fluorene derivatives were prepared via [3+2] oxidative cycloaddition of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds to 9-benzylidene-9H-fluorene and 2-(9H-fluorene-9-ylidene)-1-phenylethanone derivatives mediated by ceric ammonium nitrate. In the case of the reaction of 9-benzylidene-9H-fluorene with acyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, spiro 2-hydroxytetrahydrofuran fluorene derivatives were obtained.  相似文献

Simple, aqueous-based syntheses of methylpyridine and methylpyridine N-oxide decorated 3,4-dihydro-2H-naphthoxazine and 2,3-dihydro-1H-naphthoxazine monomers, as well as thermally promoted syntheses of 3,4-dihydro-2H-benzoxazine monomers and bisoxazine methylpyridine derivatives of substituted 1,5-, 2,6-, and 2,7-dihydroxynaphthalenes are described. Novel pyrene‐fused unsymmetrical phthalocyanine derivatives 2,3,9,10,16,17‐hexakis(2,6‐dimethylphenoxy)‐22,25‐diaza(2,7‐di‐tert‐butylpyrene)[4,5]phthalocyaninato zinc complex Zn[Pc(Pz‐pyrene)(OC8H9)6] ( 1 ) and 2,3,9,10‐tra(2,6‐dimethylphenoxy)‐15,18,22,25‐traza(2,7‐di‐tert‐butylpyrene)[4,5]phthalocyaninato zinc compound Zn[Pc(Pz‐pyrene)2(OC8H9)4] ( 2 ) were isolated for the first time. These unsymmetrical pyrene‐fused phthalocyanine derivatives have been characterized by a wide range of spectroscopic and electrochemical methods. In particular, the pyrene‐fused phthalocyanine structure was unambiguously revealed on the basis of single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of 1 , representing the first structurally characterized phthalocyanine derivative fused with an aromatic moiety larger than benzene.  相似文献

N-Substituted 9H-fluoren-9-imines react with difluorocarbene to give the corresponding iminium ylides whose further transformations in the absence of active dipolarophiles depend on the substituent at the nitrogen atom and reaction conditions. N-Ethyl-, N-benzyl-, and N-(2-phenylethyl)-9H-fluoren-9-imines are thus converted in low yield into the formal cyclodimerization products and/or 9H-fluorene-9-carboxamides. N-Methyl-substituted fluoreniminium ylide readily adds at the C=N bond of initial N-(9H-fluoren-9-ylidene)-methanamine with formation of spiro-fused imidazolidine derivative; in the presence of fluorenone, acetaldehyde, or benzaldehyde, addition at the C=O group of the dipolarophile occurs to give the corresponding oxazolidine derivatives. The regioselectivity of the cycloaddition of iminium ylides having a fluorene fragment at a double carbon-heteroelement bond can be described by quantum-chemical calculations in terms of the density functional theory (DFT; local hard and soft acids and bases concept): the cycloaddition leads preferentially to the 2,2-difluoro-substituted adduct.  相似文献

9,10-Phenanthrenedione was reacted with equimolar amounts of N,N-dimethylguanidine or creatine in 0.2 N potassium hydroxide in ethanol-water, 7:3 to obtain 2′-(dimethylamino)spiro-[9H-fluorene-9,4′-[4H]imidazol]-5′(3′H)one or N-(3′,5′-dihydro-5′-oxospiro[9H-fluorene-9,4′-[4H]imidazol]-2′-yl)-N-methylglycine, respectively. These products are the first derivatives of this ring system with 2′-amino substituents. Formation of these products accounts for the previously reported absence of fluorescence when 9,10-phenanthrenedione reacts with N,N-di-substituted guanidines.  相似文献

The interaction of Cat2B10H10 (Cat = Ph4P+, Ph4As+) with acetic acid has been studied. Disubstituted closo-decaborate derivatives with a bidentately bound acetate group, Cat[2,6(9)-B10H8>(O)2CCH3], or two monodentate acetate groups, Cat2[2,7(8)-B10H8(OC(O)CH3)2], have been isolated (Cat = Ph4P+, Ph4As+). Hydrolysis of these compounds has led to the position isomers of the [B10H8(OC(O)CH3)(OH)]2? anion with the hydroxo and acetate groups in the 2,6(9)- and 2,7(8)-positions. The structures of {Pb(Bipy)2[2,6(9)-B10H8(OC(O)CH3)(OH)]}2 · 3H2O, (Ph4As)2[2,6(9)-B10H8(OC(O)CH3)(OH)] · 0.4C2H5OH · 0.25H2O, and (Ph4As)2[2,7(8)-B10H8(OC(O)CH3)(OH)], as well as of the product of the reaction of the B10H 10 2? anion with formic acid (Ph4P)2[2-B10H9OC(O)H] · CH3CN, have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The thionation of bis(acylsilanes) with spacers of variable size with hexamethyldisilathiane under cobalt(II) chloride or trimethylsilyl triflate catalysis affords 2,5-bis(trialkylsilyl)-thiophenes, 2,6-bis(trialkylsilyl)-4H-thiopyrans and 2,7-bis(trialkylsilyl)-4,5-dihydrothiepine generally along with a minor amount of the corresponding oxo analogue. The synthesis of both symmetrical and unsymmetrical bis(trialkylsilyl) derivatives was achieved.  相似文献

2,7-Dihydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one 11 (DHBOA) and 2,4,7-trihydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one 14 (TRIBOA) representing aglucones of naturally occurring acetal glucoside type allelo chemicals found in Gramineae have been for the first time synthesized by two pathways both involving selective reductive cyclizations of appropriate 7-benzyloxy-2-nitrophenol derivatives as precursors. TRIBOA 14 and its bioactive naturally occurring 7-methyl ether DIMBOA have been found to undergo a hitherto unknown transformation to the corresponding 2,6-dibromo substituted lactam forms 20 and 21 in the presence of hydrogen bromide in acetic acid, which is of value in a better understanding of the possible mode of bioactivity.  相似文献

Alkylation of the title pyridinedicarbonitriles with N-substituted chloroacetamides was found to give 5,6-diamino-8-dialkylamino-2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]2,7-naphthyridine-9-carbonitriles. The structure of obtained compounds was unambiguously confirmed by X-ray crystallographic study. The heterocyclization reaction proceeded regioselectively involving 3-CN group of the starting pyridines without participation of 5-CN. The reasons of the selectivity were discussed. An interaction of prepared naphthyridine derivatives with acetic acid anhydride and cyclohexanone yielded 2-dialkylamino-6,8,9,10-tetrahydro-5-methyl-9-oxopyrimido[4,5,6-ij]pyrrolo[2,3-c]2,7-naphthyridine-1-carbonitriles and 2-dialkylamino-4,5,6,8,9,10-hexahydro-9-oxospiro{pyrimido[4,5,6-ij]pyrrolo[2,3-c]2,7-naphthyridine-5,1′-cyclohexane}-1-carbonitriles, respectively. All fused 2,7-naphthyridines obtained were derivatives of novel heterocyclic systems.  相似文献

Anionic symmetric polymethine dyes have been synthesized based on bis(2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoropentyl) 9H-fluorene-2,7-disulfonate, which exhibit intensive absorption in the near IR region of the spectrum: pentamethine with an open polymethine chain (⋉max = 790 nm) and nonamethine with six- and five-membered saturated rings at δ-positions of the chain (@#@max = 1044 and 1086 nm, respectively). To make comparisons, anionic dyes with analogous structure of the polymethine chain, viz., 1,3-dimethylbarbituric and 1,3-diethylthiobarbituric acid derivatives, have been also synthesized. Quantum chemical analysis of the electron structure of the dyes has been performed. Their solvatochromism in polar solvents depends weakly on electrophilicity and nucleophilicity of the medium and is primarily determined by universal interactions. This is the reason that they, in contrast to cationic dyes, retain a high selectivity of absorption (sharp absorption bands) and universal contour of electronic bands in strong polar solvents even with the long polymethine chain. Special solvatochromic effects of the anionic dyes in weakly polar media have been revealed and interpreted. The role of a counterion in these effects has been analyzed.  相似文献

The synthesis and antiviral evaluation of 6-amino- and 6-chloro-9-(exo-bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2yl)-9H-purine derivatives with thiophene and tetrahydrothiophenes annelated to a norbornane moiety are described. The key step in the synthesis of derivatives with the symmetrically annelated thiophene was the Mitsunobu reaction of endo-4-thiatricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]deca-2,5-dien-8-ol with 6-chloropurine. The key alcohol was obtained by DDQ mediated aromatization of the corresponding tetrahydro derivatives, which were used for the preparation of the target tetrahydrothieno analogs. The key intermediate for the synthesis of derivatives with the asymmetrically annelated thiophene was 8-exo-azido-3-thiatricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]deca-2(6),4-diene, which was prepared from 5-exo-azido[2.2.1]heptan-2-one by aldol condensation with O-ethyl S-(2-oxoethyl) carbonodithioate, deprotection and cyclization. The target compounds were obtained by the construction of the purine base on an amine, which was obtained by LAH reduction of the key azide. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for antiviral and cytostatic activity.  相似文献

The oxidative addition reactions on 4,5-bis(2-oxazolinyl)-(2,7-di-tert-butyl-9,9-dimethyl)-9H-xanthene (Xabox)/rhodium(I) complex were examined using chloroacetate and substituted diynes to give stereoselectively the corresponding methoxycarbonylmethyl-rhodium(III) complex and rhodacyclopentadiene complexes, respectively. All four stereoisomers of 2,6-diniethyloctan-1-ol, the nearest precursors of the title formates, were synthesized in five to eight stages, with configurational purity ranging from 41 to 96 %, employing a stereodivergent scheme based on the partial hydrolysis of two pseudoracernic substrates, (2RS,6R)-2,6-dimethyloct-1-yl formate and (2RS,6S)-2,6-di-methyloct-1-yl acetate, in the presence of porcine pancreatic lipase (PPL). Configurations and diastereomeric compositions of the alcohols thus obtained were determined by correlating the latter with (S,S)-4,8-diniethyldecanal, prepared on the basis of enantioselective biohydrogenation of (R)-2,6-dimetliylocta-2,7-dienal with bakers' yeast, and by comparing the [α]D values of the alcohols with their NMR data and/or with those of their (S)-MTPA derivatives. The attractant potency of stereoisomeric 2,6-diniethyloct-1-yl formates towardsTribolium confusum was found to vary depending on their diastereomeric composition. The configuration at C(6) exerts some influence on the stereoselectivity of the PPL-catalyzed hydrolysis of pseudoracemic 2,6-dimethyloct-1-yl formates.[/p]  相似文献

Two series of new amide derivatives containing 2,6-diisobornylphenol moiety were synthesized based on 3,5-diisobornyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid and 4-butylaminomethyl-2,6-diisobornylphenol. Toxicity, membrane-protective (MP) and antioxidant (AO) activity of the obtained compounds were evaluated using red blood cells of laboratory mice as the test object. The tests demonstrated the absence of hemolytic activity for all the synthesized derivatives and the presence of high MP and AO activity under conditions of acute H2O2-induced oxidative stress for (3,5-diisobornyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)(morpholino)methanone and N-n-butyl-N-(3,5-diisobornyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)acetamide. A comparison of the data of the newly obtained compounds and those of described earlier 2,6-diisobornylphenol derivatives with N- and O-containing fragments at position 4 (alkoxymethyl, carboxy, and aminomethyl derivatives) led to a conclusion that the most promising for further studies of pharmacological activity are compounds containing methoxycarbonyl, methoxymethyl, ethoxymethyl, morpholinomethyl, di-n-butylaminomethyl, (azepan-1-yl)methyl, or N-acetyl-N-alkylaminomethyl function, which provide low toxicity and high MP and AO activity.  相似文献

In this study, a new series of (4-(2,7-dichloro-9H-fluoren-4-yl)thiazol-yl)acetamide derivatives was synthesized, and the new heterocycles were completely characterized, evaluated for their antimicrobial activity, and screened for cytotoxic activity against human lung carcinoma (A-549) and human breast carcinoma (MCF-7) cell lines. A molecular docking study was undertaken to identify the possible mode of action of the synthesized compounds, which suggested binding interactions with the dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) active sites.Most of the synthesized compounds displayed meaningful activity against A-549 and MCF-7 cell lines when compared to 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), which was used as a reference drug. Furthermore, some of the prepared compounds exhibited potent antibacterial and antifungal activities. The highly pronounced biological activities of the compounds under investigation offer such species as promising future drug prospects which may find applications in the fields of biological and medicinal sciences.  相似文献

A convenient single-step synthesis of several 2,7-dimethyl-9-phenylxanthen-9-ol (DMPx-OH) analogs has been accomplished using a Friedel-Crafts reaction. Treatment of various DMPx-OH with unprotected 2′-O-methoxyethyl-ribonucleosides (MOE) in the presence of B(C6F5)3, as a Lewis Acid catalyst, furnished 5′-O-protected derivatives of 2′-MOE-ribonucleosides in good yields. The deprotection of the DMPx groups was accomplished by acid hydrolysis under very mild conditions. Among the five DMPx analogs synthesized, the 2,7-dimethyl-9-(4-nitrophenyl)xanthene-9-yl group furnished crystalline products enabling non-chromatographic isolation of 5′-O-protetced nucleosides.  相似文献

Succinic anhydride reacted with cage-like amines {bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-exo-and-endo-2-yl-methanamines, 2-(bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-endo-2-yl)ethanamine, exo-5,6-epoxybicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-exo-2-yl-methanamine, tetracyclo[6.2.1.13,6.02,7]dodec-9-en-endo-4-ylmethanamine, 1-(bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-yl)ethanamine, and 4-azatricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]dec-8-ene} to give the corresponding amido acids having a cage-like fragment. The latter were converted into carboximides by the action of hexamethyldisilazane in boiling benzene in the presence of zinc(II) chloride and then into epoxy derivatives. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds was confirmed by IR and NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献
