The possibility of preparing composite electrochemical zinc-fluoropolymer coatings using as disperse phase fluoropolymer production wastes, mother liquor from F-4D fluoroplastic synthesis and F-4MD secondary suspension, was examined. Composite electrochemical coatings based on nickel, zinc, and chromium were studied. The dispersed phase of these coatings is constituted by graphite, diamond, and polytetrafluoroethylene produced from wastes formed in manufacture of fluoroplastic and ultradispersed diamond produced from industrial waste. The conditions in which high-quality coatings with best characteristics, such as microhardness and corrosion resistance, were determined. The wear resistance was additionally found for the chromium-diamond coating.  相似文献

采用脉冲电化学沉积法成功地在生物医用钛金属表面制备出均匀的纳米HA/ZrO2复合涂层. 通过热处理提高涂层的致密性, 同时保留涂层的微纳结构. 考察了热处理后复合涂层的成分、形貌、生物相容性及生理稳定性. X射线衍射分析表明, 复合涂层成分为HA和ZrO2. 扫描电镜观察发现, 热处理后复合涂层的致密性有所提高. 研究发现, ZrO2的加入大大降低了HA/ZrO2复合涂层中钙离子的释放速度, 提高了HA/ZrO2复合涂层的生理稳定性. 纳米划痕实验结果表明, HA/ZrO2复合涂层具有较好的结合强度. 通过培养成骨细胞考察了复合涂层的生物相容性. Alamar Blue检测表明, HA/ZrO2复合涂层表面细胞黏附及增殖能力较好. ALP检测发现, 热处理后HA/ZrO2复合涂层表面的细胞分化能力较强. 综合细胞培养结果显示, HA/ZrO2复合涂层有较好的生物相容性.  相似文献

Ceramic matrix composite coatings are currently of much interest for application in high-temperature and highly corrosive environments. Formation of ceramic coatings by electrochemical processing is a relatively new mean[1-2]. It presents several advantages over alternative coating techniques, the thickness and morphology of the deposit can be controlled by the electrochemical parameters, relatively uniform deposits are obtainable on complex shapes, the deposition rate is higher than that using most other methods and the equipment required is of low cost Recently we developed a novel fabrication technique for the production of ceramic/ceramic and ceramic/metal composite coatings by electrochemical processing[3]. The technique combined two electrochemical deposition methods, electrophoretic deposition (EPD) and electrolytic deposition (ELD), which can produce uniform composite layers of closely controlled thickness on both metallic and ceramic substrates at ambient temperature with inexpensive equipment. However, the main problem associated with electrochemical processing is the difficulty in sintering of the coatings. First, high temperature is required for sintering of the coatings. Secondly, the volume shrinkage of the coatings during sintering leads to the formation of cracks in coatings bonded to metal substrates. So a reaction forming technique, reaction bonding process, also has been developed to produce near net-shape ceramic coatings, which overcome problems caused by the shrinkage of ceramics during sintering.  相似文献

The present work reports the results obtained for the electrodeposition of composite Zn coatings on steel by using Ti and Ce oxides nanopowders, separately or in mixture, and a TiO2·CeO2 binary oxide. In an attempt to correlate the effects of nanoparticles on corrosion behavior of the composite deposits, the properties of Zn–TiO2·CeO2 layers were compared with those referring to similar coatings prepared by using a simple mixture of the two oxides or individual oxides. Corrosion measurements were performed in 0.2 g?L?1 Na2SO4 solution (pH?=?5). The results of electrochemical measurements (open circuit potential measurements, polarization curves, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) were corroborated with those obtained by using X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and salt spray tests. The results indicate that the composite Zn–(TiO2?+?CeO2) coatings exhibit the highest corrosion resistance from all investigated Zn coatings.  相似文献

Based on perfluorinated polymers MF-4SK and F-4KF bilayer composite ion-exchange membranes are studied by using the magic-angle-rotation NMR, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and electron-probe microanalysis. It is shown that the contact of the polymers includes an interlayer, approximately 5 μm thick. The NMR data point to slow water-molecules-exchange between hydrate-complexes of sulfo- and carboxyl-groups.  相似文献

The formation of composite electrochemical coatings of a nickel matrix with boron microparticles was investigated. Electrolytical nickel–boron layers were deposited on a paraffin-impregnated graphite electrode in a stirred heterogeneous system formed by a Watts-type nickel plating bath and dispersed boron powder particles. The polarisation behaviour of the composite plating bath as a function of the boron particle loading was examined. The effect of deposition conditions, as well as of the amount of boron powder in the plating bath on the boron content in the composite Ni–B coatings, was examined. The composite coating structure was established using scanning electron microscopy and light optical microscopy. The distribution of boron particles in the composite deposits was investigated by dynamic secondary ion mass spectrometry. The boron particles content was determined gravimetrically. The obtained results suggest that the content of incorporated boron particles increases with an increasing amount of boron in the plating bath. The potentiodynamic deposition method is demonstrated to be more suitable for production of composite coatings with a high content of boron particles than the potentiostatic one. Homogeneous distribution of boron particles in the nickel matrix without coagulation or sedimentation was associated with the electrochemical fabrication method in stirred heterogeneous systems.  相似文献

The corrosion behavior and surface morphology of Ni–SiC composite coatings produced by electrodeposition with the aid of magnetic field were studied. The results of the electrochemical analysis including polarization resistance and potentiodynamic polarization curves showed that a magnetic field of 0.1 T could significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the composite. The electrochemical impedance spectra revealed that a passive layer was formed on the surface of the Ni–SiC coating with the magnetic field. The microstructures of electrodeposited Ni–SiC composite coatings were also examined. More SiC particles were found to be incorporated into the coating with the presence of magnetic field, which was considered to be one of the reasons for the enhancement of corrosion resistance as SiC particles were reported to be corrosion inhibitors. Novel Zn-Co-CeO2 protective composite coatings were deposited successfully from chloride plating solutions. Two different types of ceria sources were used and compared: commercial ceria powder and home-made ceria sol. Electrodeposition was performed by a direct current in the range of 1–8 A dm−2. Two different agitation modes were used and compared, magnetic stirring and ultrasound-assisted stirring (US). The influence of magnetic stirring on the stability of the related plating baths was evaluated via a dynamic scattering method. The results pointed to better stability of the prepared ceria sol. The morphology of the composite coatings was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and particle content was determined by energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The results showed that the increase in the deposition current density was not beneficial to the coating morphology and particle content. The corrosion behavior of the Zn-Co-CeO2 composite coatings was analyzed and compared by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization resistance. The ultrasound-assisted electrodeposition at small current densities was favorable for obtaining composite coatings with enhanced corrosion stability. The protection was more effective when US was applied and, additionally, upon utilization of ceria sol as a particle source, which was revealed by higher polarization resistance and greater low-frequency impedance modulus values for sol-derived composite coatings deposited under ultrasound.  相似文献

采用脉冲电化学驱动壳聚糖原位调控制备了具有抗菌性的羟基磷灰石/银纳米复合涂层.考察了电解液中银离子浓度、钙磷盐浓度等对复合涂层的形貌及成分的影响.探讨了壳聚糖调控羟基磷灰石和银纳米粒子的形成机理,发现在本研究的较佳实验条件为电位-1.3 V,Ag~+浓度为0.06 g·L~(-1),Ca~(2+)浓度为5 mmol·L~(-1).在此基础上对复合涂层的生物活性、生理稳定性能、抗菌性能进行分析.结果表明:复合涂层呈纳米球状,由羟基磷灰石、银、壳聚糖三相组成,并且表面有一层壳聚糖覆盖.银纳米粒子和羟基磷灰石纳米粒子在复合涂层中均匀分布.将复合涂层浸泡在SCPS溶液中37°C浸泡矿化10天后,在复合涂层表面生产细针状排列整齐的羟基磷灰石,且在(002)晶面25.8°处发生显著择优生长,表明复合涂层在快速矿化液中能诱导磷灰石生成,生物活性好.将复合涂层浸泡在37°C PBS溶液中考察其生理稳定性,壳聚糖对复合涂层中Ca~(2+)和Ag~+实现双重离子释放,且降低了离子释放速度,涂层具有良好的生理稳定性.抗菌实验表明复合涂层对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌率达到99%以上,抗菌能力强.  相似文献

The experimental data confirm the correctness of the coating formation model from elastomer solution on the outer rotary ring of a bearing. 以聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯P(VdF-HFP)聚合物为基体, 制备了含离子液体1-甲基-3-乙基咪唑六氟磷酸盐(EMIPF6)、用于锂离子电池的离子液体复合聚合物电解质[P(VdF-HFP)/LiPF6/EMIPF6/EC(碳酸乙烯酯)-PC(碳酸丙烯酯)]. 采用热重分析法以及燃烧实验测试了复合聚合物电解质的热稳定性. 离子电导率测试表明, 离子液体的存在显著改善了复合聚合物电解质的离子传输; 循环伏安测试表明, 添加剂EC和PC的加入提高了复合电解质的阴极稳定性, 制得的离子液体复合聚合物电解质在0.3-4.3 V 电压范围内稳定存在. Li4Ti5O12 和LiCoO2为电极材料、P(VdF-HFP)/LiPF6/EMIPF6/EC-PC 为电解质的半电池表现出优良的循环性能, 0.1C充放电倍率下, Li/LiCoO2和Li/Li4Ti5O12半电池的可逆容量分别为130和144 mAh·g-1. 但EC、PC在一定程度上降低了离子液体复合聚合物电解质的热稳定性.  相似文献

Electroless Ni-P composite coatings have gained a good deal of popularity and acceptance in recent years as they provide considerable improvement of desirable qualities such as hardness, wear, abrasion resistance, etc. The disagreement among researchers on the corrosion behaviour of these coatings warrants a thorough investigation. Among the various techniques available for the determination of corrosion resistance, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is considered to be superior as it provides not only an assessment of the corrosion resistance of different deposits but also enables the mechanistic pathway by which the deposits become corroded to be determined. The present investigation focuses on the evaluation of the corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-P and Ni-P-Si3N4, Ni-P-CeO2 and Ni-P-TiO2 composite coatings produced using an acidic hypophosphite-reduced electroless nickel bath, using EIS. The study makes evident that the same fundamental reaction is occurring on all the coatings of the present study but over a different effective area in each case. The charge transfer resistance of electroless Ni-P and Ni-P composite deposits are in the range 32,253–90,700 Ω cm2, whereas the capacitances of these coatings are in the range 11–17 μF/cm2. The improved corrosion resistance obtained for electroless Ni-P and Ni-P composite coatings is due to the enrichment of phosphorus on the electrode surface, which enables the preferential hydrolysis of phosphorus over that of nickel. The better corrosion resistance obtained for electroless Ni-P composite coatings can be ascribed to the decrease in the effective metallic area prone to corrosion. Among the three electroless Ni-P composite coatings, the corrosion resistance is in the following order: Ni-P-CeO2=Ni-P-Si3N4>Ni-P-TiO2. Electronic Publication  相似文献

应用简单的刮涂法以及真空煅烧可制备出承载在铜箔表面的二氧化钼-碳(MoO2-C)复合涂层,并对样品的形貌、成分、结构和电化学性能进行分析.结果表明,该复合涂层由单斜结构的MoO2纳米粒子和无定形碳组成.一些MoO2纳米粒子承载在碳基体表面,其尺寸为5~30nm;一些MoO2纳米粒子包覆在碳基体内部,其尺寸约为5nm. MoO2-C复合涂层为多孔结构,其孔隙尺寸为1~3nm.该复合涂层与铜箔结合紧密,界面处没有裂纹.承载在铜箔表面的MoO2-C复合涂层的比容量高、循环和倍率性能良好.在100mA·g-1电流密度下,该负极经过100次循环后的比容量为814mAh·g-1,在循环过程中没有出现明显的容量衰减,即使在5000mA·g-1的高电流密度下,其比容量仍有188mAh·g-1.  相似文献

A new efficient method for the fabrication of corrosion-resistant composite superhydrophobic coatings on aluminum and its alloys is presented. The laser micro- and nanotexturing of the surface combined with the deposition of a hydrophobic agent makes it possible to obtain superhydrophobic coatings with unique properties on aluminum materials. The complex studies by electrochemical methods and wettability analysis showed that the proposed type of coatings is characterized by very high resistance to corrosion, including pitting resistance, and by the durability of the superhydrophobic state upon prolonged contact with aqueous chloride-containing media.  相似文献

Composite electrochemical coatings modified with carbon nanotubes were produced on the basis of the zinc–nickel alloy. The functional properties (friction coefficient, protective capacity) of the composite coatings were studied in comparison with zinc–nickel alloys without a dispersed phase. It was found that, upon inclusion of carbon nanotubes particles into zinc–nickel deposits, their sliding friction coefficient decreases by a factor of 1.3–1.4 and the range of passive-state potentials becomes two times wider.  相似文献
