Two new compounds, [Ph3PCH2Ph]2[Zn3(tp)3Cl2] (1) and Ni3(tma)2(H2O)8 (2) (tp = terephthalate, tma = trimesate), are metal-polycarboxylate coordination polymers prepared by similar hydrothermal synthesis techniques. X-ray single-crystal structural analysis shows that both compounds crystallize in the 2D claylike lamellar architectures, in which 1 possesses the interlayer [Ph3PCH2Ph]+ exchangeable cation and has been confirmed by PXRD patterns. 1 (C74H56Cl2O12P2Zn3) belongs to monoclinic P21/c, Z = 2 (a = 18.956(1) A, b = 10.2697(5) A, c = 17.067(1) A, beta = 99.486(4) degrees ). 2 (C18H22O20Ni3) is attributed to triclinic P, Z = 1 (a = 6.6643(8) A, b = 9.622(1) A, c = 10.089(1) A, alpha = 112.675(2) degrees , beta = 94.007(1) degrees, gamma = 106.411(2) degrees ). Linear metal trinuclear clusters bridged by rigid linear tp ligands for 1 and trigonal tma ligands for 2 give rise to a novel 2D 6-linked (3,6) topological anionic network in 1 and an interesting 2D 3,6-linked molybdenite topological neutral network in 2, respectively. Both compounds exhibit intense fluorescent emission bands at 410 nm (lambda(exc) = 355 nm) for 1 and 398 nm (lambda(exc) = 300 nm) for 2 in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of the long conjugated bidentate Schiff-base ligands 1,4-bis(3-pyridyl)-2,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene (L1) and 2,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene (L2) with cadmium and cobalt nitrate hydrates is investigated. Four new coordination polymers are prepared by solution reactions and fully characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. [Cd(NO3)2(L1)(1.5).0.5(L1)]n (1; monoclinic, P2(1)/c; a = 7.7729(16) A, b = 19.049(4) A, c = 17.865(4) A, beta = 93.13(3) degrees, Z = 4) is obtained by combination of L1 with Cd(NO3)(2).4H2O in a benzene/methanol or THF/methanol mixed-solvent system. The structure features two-dimensional brick wall sheets that are cross-linked by weak noncovalent pi-pi interactions (alternating face-to-face stacking of coordinated and uncoordinated L1 molecules) to generate a novel three-dimensional network. [Co(NO3)2(L1)(1.5).H2O]n (2; orthorhombic, Ccca; a = 19.031(4) A, b = 33.627(7) A, c = 14.299(3) A, Z = 4) is generated from the reaction of L1 with Co(NO3)(2).6H2O in a benzene/ethanol mixed-solvent system. It forms with a unique three-dimensional framework that can be considered a new polymeric motif based on the 1:1.5 metal-to-ligand composition M(L)1.5. The Cd(II) and Co(II) centers in 1 and 2, which lie in seven-coordinate environments, generate two new types of building blocks. The topologies of these two new building blocks are distinctly different from the common "T-shaped" building block generated from the same (MN3O4) coordination environment reported previously. Cd(L2)2(NO3)2 (3) and Co(L2)2(NO3)2 (4) are obtained by combination of L2 with Cd(NO3)(2).4H2O and Co(NO3)(2).6H2O, respectively. Compounds 3 and 4 are isostructural, crystallizing in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n, with a = 8.5802(17) A, b = 17.506(4) A, c = 10.443(2) A, beta = 96.59(3) degrees, and Z = 2 for 3 and a = 8.5283(17) A, b = 17.408(4) A, c = 10.229(2) A, beta = 97.05(3) degrees, and Z = 2 for 4. 3 and 4 adopt a novel one-dimensional chain structural motif, consisting of M2(L2)2 (M = Cd, Co) ringlike units. O...H-C hydrogen-bonding interactions in both 3 and 4 play a significant role in aligning the polymer strands in the solid state.  相似文献

A metal-organic coordination polymer [Cd2(C6H8N2O2)2Cl4]n·3nH2O [where C6H8N2O2 is ionic liquid, 1-carboxymethyl-3-methylimidazolium] 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction single-crystal structure analysis. The complex crystallizes in orthorhombie, space group Aba2 with a= 1.747 6(3) nm, b=1.933 6(4) nm, c=0.692 75(13) nm, V=2.3409(8) nm3, Mr=700.96, Dc=1.989 g·cm-3,μ(Mo Ka)=2.312 mm-1, F(000)=1 368, Z=4, the final R=0.021 4 and wR=0.051 2 for 3 331 observed reflections (1>2σ(I)). Each Cd(Ⅱ) atom is in a distorted octahedral environment, surrounded by an uncommon symmetrical bidentate chelating carboxylato group and two pairs of bridging chloro ligands. Successive octahedra related by the c-glide of eration share edges to generate a one-dimensional polymeric structure.  相似文献

The Schiff base ligands 1,4-bis(4-pyridyl)-2,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene (L1, monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 3.856(1) A, b = 11.032(2) A, c = 12.738(3) A, beta = 92.21(3) degrees, Z = 2) and 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene (L2, monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 10.885(2) A, b = 4.613(1) A, c = 14.978(3) A, beta = 92.827(4) degrees, Z = 2) were used in the synthesis of four new organic-inorganic coordination polymers, each of them adopting a different structural motif. Synthesis, X-ray structural determinations, and spectroscopic and thermogravimetric analyses are presented. The reaction between Co(NO(3))(2).6H(2)O and L1 afforded a two-dimensional noninterpenetrating brick-wall structure, [Co(C(12)N(4)H(10))(1.5)(NO(3))(2)(H(2)O)(CH(2)Cl(2))(2)](n)() (1, triclinic, P1; a = 10.242(7) A, b = 10.802(7) A, c = 15.100(1) A, alpha = 70.031(1), beta = 75.168(11), gamma = 76.155(11), Z = 2), while Ni(NO(3))(2).6H(2)O combined with L1 yielded an interpenetrating three-dimensional rhombus-grid polymer, [Ni(C(12)N(4)H(10))(2)(NO(3))(2)(OC(4)H(8))(1.66)(H(2)O)(0.33)](n) (2, monoclinic, C2/c; a = 20.815(8) A, b = 23.427(8) A, c = 17.291(6) A, beta = 116.148(6), Z = 8). The reaction of Co(NO(3))(2).6H(2)O and L2 was found to be solvent-sensitive and resulted in the formation of two different noninterpenetrating compounds: [Co(C(14)N(4)H(14))(2)(NO(3))(2)(C(6)H(6))(1.5)](n)() (3, monoclinic, C2/c; a = 22.760(2) A, b = 21.010(3) A, c = 25.521(2) A, beta = 97.151(2), Z = 8), which adopts a two-dimensional square-grid motif formed by propeller-type modules, and [Co(C(14)N(4)H(14))(1.5)(NO(3))(2)(CH(2)Cl(2))(2)](n)() (4, monoclinic, P2(1)/n; a = 14.432(2) A, b = 14.543(8) A, c = 15.448(4) A, beta = 96.968(0), Z = 4), consisting of T-shaped building blocks assembled into a one-dimensional ladder-type structure. These four coordination polymers all exhibit impressive thermal stability. Thermogravimetric studies showed that after complete removal of the solvents, the frameworks are stable to temperatures between 234 degrees C and 260 degrees C.  相似文献

Two Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymers have been synthesized with pyrazine-1,4-dioxide(L1), 2-methylpyrazine-1,4-dioxide (L2), and thiocyanate anion as mixed bridge ligands. Crystal data for complex 1 [Cd(μ13-SCN-)2(L1)]n: monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a =6.8342(11), b = 14.349(2), c = 10.5443(16) (A), β = 98.534(2)°, V = 1022.5(3) (A)3, Z = 4,C6H4CdN4O2S2, Mr = 340.65, Dc. = 2.213 g/cm3, F(000) = 656 andμ = 2.527 mm-1; and those for2: triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.877(3), b = 8.693(3), c = 8.754(3) (A), α =102.297(6), β= 102.464(6), γ= 98.480(6)°, V = 560.0(3) (A)3, Z = 2, C7H6CdN4O2S2, Mr = 354.68,Dc = 2.103 g/cm3, F(000) = 344 and μ = 2.311 mm-1. 1 shows a three-dimensional network structure, and along the c direction a one-dimensional chain is constructed by the coordination of Cd(Ⅱ) ions withμ1,3-SCN- ligands, and the L1 bridging ligands made the chains connect each other leading to the formation of a three-dimensional structure. For 2, the one-dimensional chains along the b axis are generated by the coordination of L2 bridging ligands with Cd(Ⅱ) ions, and the chains are further joined byμ1,3-SCN- bridging ligands forming a two-dimensional sheet structure on the (1 0 -1) plane. Both complexes 1 and 2 exhibit strong fluorescence emission.  相似文献

具有d^10电子结构的简单金属配合物是不发光的。然而,采用具有π共轭芳香类有机物为配体所构建的Zn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)配合物,特别是具有重复单元结构的配位超分子和配位聚合物,能够发射较强的荧光,由于它们的配位数和结构的多样性,如[Cd4(betc)2(phen)2(H2O)]n(bete=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxyl),[Cd(isonicotinate)2(EtOH)](EtOH),使这类化合物往往显示出一些新奇的功能。本文分别采用均苯四甲酸根和烟酸根为桥配体,合成了两种具有二维无限结构的Cd(Ⅱ)配位聚合物,它们在紫外光照射下,可以发出较强的蓝色荧光。  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of 5-sulfoisophthalic acid (HO(3)SC(6)H(3)-1,3-(CO(2)H)(2), H(3)L) with M(II) carbonate (or oxide) and 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bipy) (or 2,2'-bipyridine, 2,2'-bipy) resulted in three new metal carboxylate-sulfonate hybrids, namely, [CdL(H-4,4'-bipy)] (1) and [Cd(3)L(2)(2,2-bipy)(4)(H(2)O)(2)].2H(2)O (2) with layered structures and [ZnL(H-4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)].2H(2)O (3), whose structure features a one-dimensional double chain. The cadmium(II) ion in complex 1 is seven-coordinated by five carboxylate oxygen atoms and one sulfonate oxygen atom from four ligands and a unidentate 4,4'-bipyridine. The interconnection of the cadmium(II) ions through bridging carboxylate-sulfonate ligands resulted in the formation of a <002> double layer with the bipyridyl rings orientated toward the interlayer space. Complex 2 has a different layered structure. Cd(1) is seven-coordinated by two bidentate chelating carboxylate groups from two ligands, a bidentate chelating 2,2'-bipy and an aqua ligand, and Cd(2) is octahedrally coordinated by two bidentate chelating 2,2'-bipy's, a sulfonate oxygen, and an aqua ligand. The coordination geometry around Cd(3) is similar to that of Cd(1) with the aqua ligand being replaced by an oxygen atom from the sulfonate group. The carboxylate-sulfonate ligand acts as pentadentate ligand, bridging with three cadmium(II) ions. The bridging of cadmium(II) ions through the carboxylate-sulfonate ligands resulted in the formation of <006> and <003> layers; the 2,2'-bipy molecules and [Cd(2)(2,2'-bipy)(2)(H(2)O)] cations are orientated to the interlayer space. Complex 3 features a 1D metal carboxylate-sulfonate double chain along the diagonal of the a- and b-axes. The zinc(II) ion is octahedrally coordinated by four carboxylate O atoms from three ligands, a unidentate 4,4'-bipy, and an aqua ligand. Each pair of zinc(II) ions is bridged by two carboxylate groups from two ligands to form a dimer, and such dimeric units are interconnected by bridging ligands to form a double chain. The sulfonate group of the carboxylate sulfonate ligand remains noncoordinated and forms a number of hydrogen bonds with aqua ligands as well as lattice water molecules.  相似文献

The long, rigid ligands 1,4-bis[(3-pyridyl)ethynyl]benzene (L1) and 1,4-bis[(4-pyridyl)ethynyl]benzene (L2) were used in the synthesis of 10 new organic-inorganic coordination frameworks, each of them adopting different structural motifs. Synthesis, single-crystal X-ray structure determination, and spectroscopic and thermogravimetric analyses are presented. The reactions between M(NO3)2 x xH2O; M = Cd(II), Cu(II), and Co(II); x = 3-6 and Cu(hfac)2 x H2O [hfac = bis(hexafluoroacetylacetonato)] with L1 afforded the following one-dimensional zigzag chain structures: [Cd(C20H12N2)0.5(NO3)(CH3OH)]n (1, monoclinic, C2/c; a = 7.586(1) A, b = 23.222(1) A, c = 13.572(1) A, beta = 92.824(1), Z = 4); [{Cu(C20H12N2)(NO3)2(CH3OH)} x CH3OH]n (2, orthorhombic, P2(1)2(1)2(1); a = 8.589(1) A, b = 15.766(1) A, c = 17.501(1) A, Z = 4); [Co(C20H12N2)2(NO3)2(H2O)2] (5, triclinic, P1; a = 7.493(1) A, b = 8.948(1) A, c = 14.854(1) A, alpha = 100.427(1), beta = 97.324(1), gamma = 110.901(1), Z = 1); [Cu(C20H12N2)(hfac)2]n (4, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 18.828(1) A, b = 14.671(1) A, c = 13.427(1) A, beta = 90.447(1) degrees, Z = 4). Moreover, the minority phase compound formed from Cu(NO3)2 x 3H2O and L1 yielded a metallocyclic chain structure, [Cu(C20H12N2)(NO3)]n (3, triclinic, P; a = 8.728(1) A, b = 10.018(1) A, c = 11.893(1) A, alpha = 109.991(1), beta = 97.109(1), gamma = 115.542(1), Z = 1). In addition to the dinuclear coordination complex 5, all other polymeric structures (1-4) from L1 are composed of interpenetrating 2D and 3D cross-linked zigzag chains via hydrogen-bonding interactions. The reactions between M(NO3)2 x xH2O; M = Cd(II), Cu(II), and Co(II); x = 3-6 and Cu(hfac)2 x H2O [hfac = bis(hexafluoroacetylacetonato)] and L2 were dependent on the nature of the metal center and resulted in the formation of four different interpenetrating and noninterpenetrating compounds (6-10): [Co(C20H12N2)1.5(NO3)2]n (6, triclinic, P; a = 14.172(1) A, b = 15.795(1) A, c = 18.072(1) A, alpha = 115.380(1), beta = 101.319(1), gamma = 93.427(2), Z = 4), which consists of T-shaped building blocks assembled into three-dimensional interpenetrating polycatenated ladders; [Cd(C20H12N2)2(NO3)2]n (7, monoclinic, I2/a; a = 11.371(1) A, b = 20.311(2) A, c = 15.240(2) A, beta = 100.201(2) degrees, Z = 4), which adopts a two-dimensional noninterpenetrating square-grid motif; [Cu(C20H12N2)(hfac)2]n (8, monoclinic, I2/a; a = 11.371(1) A, b = 20.311(2) A, c = 15.240(2) A, beta = 100.201(2) degrees, Z = 4), composed of three sets of distinct one-dimensional linear chains; [Cu(C20H12N2)(EtOH)(NO3)2] [Cu(C20H12N2)1.5(NO3)2] x 2EtOH (9, triclinic, P; a = 12.248(2) A, b = 13.711(3) A, c = 18.257(4) A, alpha = 108.078(4) degrees, beta = 97.890(4) degrees, gamma = 103.139(5) degrees, Z = 2) and [Cu(C20H12N2)(MeOH)(NO3)2] [Cu(C20H12N2)1.5(NO3)2] x 2MeOH (10, triclinic, P; a = 12.136(1) A, b = 13.738(2) A, c = 17.563(3) A, alpha = 107.663(3) degrees, beta = 94.805(4) degrees, gamma = 104.021(4) degrees, Z = 2). A novel coordination polymer [Co3(tma)(pda)2(H2O)3]n·nH2O was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of 3-(3-pyridyl)acrylate acid (pda) and trimesic acid (tma) with CoCl2·6H2O. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and X-ray single-crystal dif- fraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group (P1)with a = 9.569(4), b = 12.562(6), c = 12.666(6)(A), α = 97.321(7), β = 110.295(7), γ = 106.110(7)°, V = 1328.9(10)(A)3, Dc = 1.877 g/cm3, Mr = 751.24, Z = 2, μ = 1.930 mm-1, F(000) = 758, the final R = 0.0392 and wR = 0.0837. The diffraction result shows that Co atoms are linked through pda and tma ligands to form an infinite three-dimensional network.  相似文献

The formation, crystal structures, and properties of a series of three-dimensional (3-D) Cu(II) coordination polymers, [[Cu(L)2(H2O)2](PF6)2(H2O)(1.25)]n (1), [[CuL(N3)2](H2O)(1.5)]n (2), and [[CuL(H2O)(SO4)](H2O)2]n (3), with an angular bridging ligand 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (L) are reported. Complex 1 crystallizes in the tetragonal I4(1)/a space group (a = b = 13.462(2) A, c = 46.47(1) A, Z = 8), complex 2 in the orthorhombic Pna2(1) space group (a = 6.379(2) A, b = 10.060(3) A, c = 27.232(9) A, Z = 4), and complex 3 in the orthorhombic P2(1)2(1)2(1) space group (a = 5.510(2) A, b = 10.576(4) A, c = 28.34(1) A, Z = 4). Different polymeric frameworks are obtained by only varying the counterions. These include the 2-fold interpenetrated diamondoid structure of 1, the acentric alpha-Po network of 2, and the chiral open framework of 3 with (6(3)).(6(9).8) topology. The interesting anion-exchange, porous, and magnetic properties of these coordination supramolecules have been investigated in detail.  相似文献

Three novel metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) formulated as [Zn(2)M(BPDC)(3)(DMF)(2)].4DMF (M = Co(II), Ni(II) or Cd(II); BPDC = 4,4'-biphenyldicarboxylate; DMF = N,N'-dimethylformamide) have been prepared via solvothermal synthesis from mixtures of the corresponding transition metal salts and 4,4'-biphenyldicarboxylic acid (H(2)BPDC). The framework structures are characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, IR and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD). All three compounds possess essentially the same 2-D layered coordination framework consisting of linear heterotrinuclear secondary building units (SBUs) connected by rigid bridging BPDC ligands. Crystal data: for (C(60)H(66)CoN(6)O(18)Zn(2)): monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, M = 1348.86, a = 20.463(4), b = 14.819(3), c = 23.023(5) A, beta = 111.75(3) degrees , V = 6484(2) A(3), Z = 4, D(c) = 1.382 Mg m(-3). For (C(60)H(66)N(6)NiO(18)Zn(2)): monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, M = 1348.64, a = 11.670(2), b = 14.742(3), c = 19.391(4) A, beta = 102.29(3) degrees , V = 3259.5(11) A(3), Z = 2, D(c) = 1.374 Mg m(-3). 在水热条件下, 以3-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-5-甲酸(AmTHZAC)为配体, 原位反应得到了两个镉的配位聚合物 Cd(AmTAZ)Cl(1)和[Cd(AmTAZ)(BDC)(H2O)2]·1.25H2O(2)(AmTAZH=3-amino-1,2,4-triazole, H2BDC=benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid), 采用红外光谱、差热-热重、CHN元素分析及单晶X射线衍射等手段对晶体结构进行了表征, 并研究了化合物1和2的荧光性质. 化合物1属正交晶系, P2(1)2(1)2(1)空间群, a=0.6452(3) nm, b=0.7848(5) nm, c=1.0449(6) nm, V=0.5291(5) nm3, Z=4, 最后一致性因子[I>2σ(I)], R1=0.0226, wR2=0.0377, GOF=1.087. 化合物2属正交晶系, Pmc2(1)空间群, a=0.7100 nm, b=0.9920 nm, c=1.2561 nm, V=0.8847 nm3, Z=8, 最后一致性因子[I>2σ(I)], R1=0.0934, wR2=0.2456, GOF=1.031.  相似文献

在水溶液中合成了含2,3-吡嗪二羧酸配体的3个镉配位聚合物,{[Cd(pzdc)(2,2′-bpy)]·H2O}n(1),{[Cd(pzdc)(2,2′-bpy)]2H2O}n (2)和{[Cd(pzdc)(H2O)2]·2H2O}n (3)。配合物1属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群;配合物2为单斜晶系,P21/n空间群;配合物3为单斜晶系,P21/c空间群。每个pzdc配体通过4个配位原子与3个金属Cd配位,在配合物12中形成了具有(4,82)网格状的二维平面构型,而在配合物3中得到了一维链状和氢键3D网络结构。尽管配合物12的分子只是结晶水分子数目存在差异,且具有相同的(4,82)网格状二维平面构型,但是他们的分子结构趋向存在很大差别。配合物13的荧光光谱均在415 nm处出现较强的发射峰。  相似文献

Reaction of [UO(2)(NO(3))(2)] with the hydroxy ketones 3-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-pyrone (Hma) and 3-hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-4(1H)-pyridone (Hdpp) in aqueous acidic solutions (pH approximately 3) yields the compounds [UO(2)(ma)(2)(H(2)O)].H(2)O (1.H(2)O) and [UO(2)(dpp)(Hdpp)(2)(H(2)O)]ClO(4) (2), respectively. X-ray diffraction shows that the geometry around the metal ion in both complexes is pentagonal bipyramid. Uranium ion in the crystal structure of 1 were found to be ligated with two chelate ma(-) groups and one unidentate H(2)O molecule (C coordination mode) at the equatorial plane, while in 2 with two single-bonded Hdpp there were one chelate dpp(-) and one H(2)O molecule (P coordination mode). Crystal data (Mo Kalpha; 293(2) K) are as follows: (1) monoclinic space group C2/c, a = 14.561(7) A, b = 14.871(9) A, c = 7.250(4) A, beta = 95.40(4) degrees , Z = 4; (2) monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, a = 19.080(2) A, b = 9.834(1) A, c = 15.156(2) A, beta = 104.62(1) degrees , Z = 4. (1)H NMR measurements indicate that complex 2 retains its structure in CD(3)CN solution; however, in DMSO-d(6) both complexes adopt the C structure. Line-shape analysis for the (1)H NMR peaks of 2 at various temperatures shows a fast intramolecular exchange process between the chelate dpp(-) and one of the single bonded Hdpp ligands and one slower exchange between all three ligands. The activation parameters and the decrease of the exchange rate by replacing unidentate ligand with DMSO indicate the dissociation of the unidentate ligand as the rate-determining step for the former exchange. Density functional calculations (DFT) support this mechanism and give a quantitative interpretation of the electronic structure of the two ligands and the geometries adopted by the complexes.  相似文献

Two novel d(10) metal coordination polymers [Zn(PDB)](n)() (1) and [Cd(3)(PDB)(2)(OH)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](n)() (2) (H(2)PDB = pyridine-3,4-dicarboxylic acid) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for 1: C(7)H(3)NO(4)Zn, orthorhombic Pna2(1), a = 8.423(17) A, b = 6.574(13) A, c = 12.899(3) A, Z = 4. Crystal data for 2: C(14)H(12)N(2)O(12)Cd(3), monoclinic C2/c, a= 20.130(4) A, b = 6.692(13) A, c = 13.081(3) A, beta = 102.78(3) degrees, Z = 4. Both compounds exhibit novel three-dimensional frameworks. Compound 1 not only possesses a one-dimensional rectangular channel but also contains infinite double-stranded helical chains. Compound 2 has two different types of channels, one being built up from pyridine rings and [CdO(5)N] and [CdO(6)] building units and the other being constructed from pyridine rings and [CdO(5)N] building units. Furthermore, both compounds show strong photoluminescence properties at room temperature.  相似文献

在水热反应条件下FeCl2·6H2O、2,4,6-吡啶三羧酸(H3pyta)和NaOH反应合成了1种一维链状铁配位聚合物[Fe3(pyta)2(H2O)8] (1);同样条件下Ni(OAc)2·4H2O、2,4,6-吡啶三羧酸(H3pyta)、NaOH和4-氨基-3,5-二(4-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三氮唑(abpt)反应合成了1种二维网状镍配合物[Ni3(pyta)2(abpt)2(H2O)3]·2H2O (2)。通过元素分析和红外光谱对这2个配位聚合物进行了表征。单晶结构表明:配合物1的晶体属于单斜晶系,Cc空间群;配合物2的晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群。在配合物1中,pyta3-配体采取μ2-和μ4-pyta3- 2种桥连模式将Fe原子连成了沿c轴方向延伸的Fe-pyta链。而在配合物2中,pyta3-配体仅采取μ2-桥连模式将Ni原子连成线型三核[Ni3(pyta)2]单元,这些三核单元进一步通过abpt辅助配体桥连成二维 (4,4)层状结构。  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of Cd(OAc)2·2H2O, 4,4'-bpy and cyclohexane-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylic acid (H4L) yields a three-dimensional (3D) coordination porous framework [Cd2LI(4,4'-bpy)1.5(H2O)2]n·2nH2O, which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (MoKα radiation, λ = 0.71073), elemental analysis and IR. This complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 25.951(3), b = 11.6618(12), c = 20.046(2) , β = 114.863(2)o, V = 5504.4(10) 3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.900 g/cm3, Mr = 787.30, μ = 1.615 mm-1, F(000) = 3128, the final R = 0.0978 and wR = 0.1780. The structure of the complex is a 3D coordination Cd-carboxylate framework consisting of 1D hexagonal channels along the c-axis filled with the bridging 4,4'-bpy ligands. The 4,4'-bpy ligands with two kinds of conformations are located alternately in the channels through coordination and hydrogen interactions to support the whole porous framework, in which the conformation-flexible cyclohexane-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylate ligand adopts the I (e,a,a,e) conformation and acts as a pentadentate ligand to connect five Cd(Ⅱ) atoms via the carboxylate groups in different coordination modes.  相似文献
