Conclusions The triterpene glycosides scabiosides D, E, F, and G have been isolated from the roots ofPatrinia scabiosofolia Fisch. et Link. It has been established that scabioside D is O--D-glucopyranosyl-(1 4)-O--L-arabopyranosyl-(1 3)-O-oleanoloyl-(28 1)--D-xylopyranose, and scabioside E is O--D-glucopyranosyl-(1 4)-O--L-arabopyranosyl-(1 3)-O-oleanoloyl-(28 1)-O--D-xylopyranosyl-(4 1)--L-rhamnopyranose.  相似文献

From the epigeal organs of the great march marigold (family Ranunculaceae) two triterpene glycosides, a tetra- and a pentaoside of hederagenin, have been isolated. Their chemical structures have been established by chemical methods of investigation and by1H and13C NMR spectroscopy. The pathways of the chemical transformation of aglycones and their glycosides that do not affect the glycosidic chain are considered. Starting from 3-hydroxy-5-pregn-16-en-20-one 3-0-[0--D-glucopyranosyl-(1 2)-0--D-glucopyranosyl-(1 4)--D-galactopyranoside] the corresponding 16(H),17(OH)-dihydropyranone glycoside has been obtained. The latter has been converted into the polyacetate of a glycoside with a 17,20-dihydroxytetrahydropyran ring E. The competitive addition of methyldichlorosilane (MDChS) to 1-hexene and acetone** has been studied. The estimated relative constant is effective and depends on acetone concentration and does not obey the Arrhenius temperature equation. A possible explanation is the complexation of methlydichlorosilyl radicals by acetone molecules.

With petroleum reserves limited, and nuclear sources increasingly unacceptable, the use of coal (and potentially oil shale) is rapidly increasing as is its content of inorganics (minerals). Thermal analysis techniques are particularly suited for the evaluation, characterisation, analysis, basic, applied and pollution research of such organic and inorganic fossil fuel materials. The type, composition, quality and thermal decomposition characteristics of which control the calorific value, volatile yield, petrochemical potential, coke and fly ash derivatives together with end product ash. slag and gases such as hydrocarbons, SOx, NOx and CO2. Within this context the specific contributions made by DTA and DSC are reviewed and the value/applications of this approach established.
Zusammenfassung Wegen der begrenzten Ölvorkommen und der wachsenden Unakzeptabilität nuklearer Energiequellen kommt es zu einem schnellen Anstieg des Verbrauches an Kohle (vor allem an Ölschiefer). Dies gilt auch für deren Gehalt an anorganischen Stoffen (Mineralien). Zur Auswertung, Charakterisierung, Analyse, Grundlagen-, angewandten und Verunreinigungsforschung solcher organischer und anorganischer fossilen Brennmaterialien sind thermische Untersuchungsmethoden besonders geeignet. Art, Zusammensetzung, Qualität und Charakteristika der thermischen Zersetzung bestimmen den Kaloriewert, den Flüchtigkeitsgehalt, das petrochemische Potential, den Anteil an Koks-, Flug- und Endproduktasche, Schlacke und Gasen wie z. B. SOx, NOx und CO2. In dieser Mitteilung wird ein überblick über die einzelnen DTA und DSC Untersuchungen gegeben und über den Wert und die Anwendbarkeit dessen berichtet.

The evaporation of a polar liquid at low pressure and exposed to microwave radiation has been investigated, as an example of an endothermic reaction. A fixed, high column of liquid was irradiated in a waveguide with 2.45 MHz-CW microwave radiation. The temperatures of the gas and the liquid in contact with the interface and the evaporation rate were measured as functions of the non-equilibrium gas pressure and the microwave field.Empirical equations relating the dynamic non-equilibrium parameters to each other are given. The results show that microwave heating offers the possibility or reversing a temperature difference between the two phases at a gas-liquid interface. Other special features of the action of microwaves are discussed.
Zusammenfassung Die Verdampfung einer bei niedrigem Druck der Einwirkung von Mikrowellenstrahlung ausgesetzten polaren Flüssigkeit wurde als Beispiel einer endothermen Reaktion untersucht. Eine fixierte, hohe Flüssigkeitskolonne wurde mit 2.450 MHz-CW-Mikrowellen bestrahlt. Die Temperature der mit der Grenzfläche in Kontakt befindlichen Gas- und Flüssigkeitsmenge und die Verdampfungsgeschwindigkeit wurden in Abhängigkeit vom Nichtgleichgewichts-Dampfdruck und Mikrowellenfeld gemessen. Empirische Gleichungen werden angegeben, die die dynamischen Nichtgleichgewichtsparameter miteinander in Beziehung bringen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass Mikrowellenheizung die Möglichkeit bietet, die Temperaturdifferenz zwischen den zwei Phasen einer Gas-Flüssigkeits-Grenzfläche umzukehren. Andere spezielle Züge der Wirkung von Mikrowellen werden diskutiert.
