The title compound, C18H18N4OS2, was prepared by reaction of S,S‐diethyl 2‐thenoylimidodithiocarbonate with 5‐amino‐3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazole using microwave irradiation under solvent‐free conditions. In the molecule, the thiophene unit is disordered over two sets of atomic sites, with occupancies of 0.814 (4) and 0.186 (4), and the bonded distances provide evidence for polarization in the acylthiourea fragment and for aromatic type delocalization in the pyrazole ring. An intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond is present, forming an S(6) motif, and molecules are linked by N—H...O and N—H...N hydrogen bonds to form a ribbon in which centrosymmetric R22(4) rings, built from N—H...O hydrogen bonds and flanked by inversion‐related pairs of S(6) rings, alternate with centrosymmetric R22(6) rings built from N—H...N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C4H10N5)2]·H2O, contains two independent copper N,N‐dimethylbiguanide complex units, each with square‐planar coordination of the Cu atom by four N atoms. The two complexes have different symmetry, with one Cu atom lying on an inversion centre and the other on a twofold rotation axis. The Cu—N bond lengths are 1.923 (2) and 1.950 (2) Å in the centrosymmetric complex, and 1.928 (2) and 1.938 (2) Å in the non‐centrosymmetric complex. The crystal structure is stabilized by N—H⋯O, O—H⋯N and N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds; each water molecule forms four hydrogen bonds involving three different Cu complexes.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Cd2(C10H12N2O8)(H2O)]·H2O}n, consists of two crystallographically independent CdII cations, one ethylenediaminetetraacetate (edta) tetraanion, one coordinated water molecule and one solvent water molecule. The coordination of one of the Cd atoms, Cd1, is composed of five O atoms and two N atoms from two tetraanionic edta ligands in a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry. The other Cd atom, Cd2, is six‐coordinated by five carboxylate O atoms from five edta ligands and one water molecule in a distorted octahedral geometry. Two neighbouring Cd1 atoms are bridged by a pair of carboxylate O atoms to form a centrosymmetric [Cd2(edta)2]4− unit located on the inversion centre, which is further extended into a two‐dimensional layered structure through Cd2—O bonds. There are hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water molecules and carboxylate O atoms within the layer. The solvent water molecules occupy the space between the layers and interact with the host layers through O—H...O and C—H...O interactions.  相似文献

Alkali metal salts of terephthalic acid are common reagents in the preparation of metal–ligand coordination complexes containing terephthalate anions. In the title compound, sodium hydrogen terephthalate, [Na(C8H5O4)]n, the cations occupy crystallographic inversion centres, and each bridging anion coordinates to six octahedral cations and vice versa. As seen in the known potassium derivative [Kaduk (2000). Acta Cryst. B 56 , 474–485; Miyakubo, Takeda & Nakamura (1994). Bull. Chem. Soc. Jpn, 67 , 2301–2303], sodium hydrogen terephthalate contains short O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between anions [O⋯O = 2.4734 (17) Å]. The structure is centrosymmetric and exhibits disorder of the H‐atom position in the hydrogen bond and of the non‐bridging ring C atoms in the terephthalate ion.  相似文献

The structures of the title compounds, C9H8O3S, (I), and C13H11NO5S, (II), were determined by X‐ray powder diffraction. Both were solved using the direct‐space parallel tempering algorithm and refined using the Rietveld method. In (I), the C—S—C bond angle is slightly smaller than normal, indicating more p character in the bonding orbitals of the S atom. The carboxylic acid group joins across an inversion centre to form a dimer. The crystal packing includes a weak C—H...O hydrogen bond between an aromatic C—H group and a carboxylic acid O atom to form a two‐dimensional network parallel to (10). The C—S—C bond angle in (II) is larger than its counterpart in (I), indicating that the S atom of (II) has less p character in its bonding orbitals than that of (I), according to Bent's rule. The crystal structure of (II) includes weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the H atoms of the methylene groups and carbonyl O atoms, forming a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The cocrystallization of adamantane‐1,3‐dicarboxylic acid (adc) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy) yields a unique 1:1 cocrystal, C12H16O4·C10H8N2, in the C2/c space group, with half of each molecule in the asymmetric unit. The mid‐point of the central C—C bond of the 4,4′‐bpy molecule rests on a center of inversion, while the adc molecule straddles a twofold rotation axis that passes through two of the adamantyl C atoms. The constituents of this cocrystal are joined by hydrogen bonds, the stronger of which are O—H...N hydrogen bonds [O...N = 2.6801 (17) Å] and the weaker of which are C—H...O hydrogen bonds [C...O = 3.367 (2) Å]. Alternate adc and 4,4′‐bpy molecules engage in these hydrogen bonds to form zigzag chains. In turn, these chains are linked through π–π interactions along the c axis to generate two‐dimensional layers. These layers are neatly packed into a stable crystalline three‐dimensional form via weak C—H...O hydrogen bonds [C...O = 3.2744 (19) Å] and van der Waals attractions.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound, C18H24N2O2, resides on a crystallographic inversion centre. The molecule adopts a transoid conformation with respect to the central C—C single bond and is in the meso form. A polarimetric study of the compound did not show any optical activity, indicating that the compound is a racemic mixture entirely consistent with the centrosymmetric space group. In the molecule, there is one intramolecular N—H⋯O interaction, resulting in the formation of a five‐membered ring. In the crystal structure, intermolecular O—H⋯N and C—H⋯O interactions are also observed. These interactions form an R22(9) ring and one‐dimensional linear chains of edge‐fused rings running parallel to the [010] direction, which stabilize the crystal packing.  相似文献

The rod‐like molecule of the title hydrocarbon, C24H18, is centrosymmetric, with the centroid of the central benzene ring residing on an inversion center. The molecules display a planar conformation of the benzene rings and aggregate into stacks along the [010] direction via Csp3—H⋯π(arene) interactions, thus forming a stair‐like pseudo‐two‐dimensional network. Each molecule acts as both a C—H hydrogen donor and a π‐arene acceptor, forming four hydrogen bonds per molecule.  相似文献

The title compound, C36H26B4F24N2O6·0.667C4H10O, has centrosymmetric tetraboradioxane molecules, half each of three of these comprising the asymmetric unit together with a molecule of diethyl ether. Disorder affects most of the CF3 groups and one ethyl group of the solvent molecule. The B4O2 rings are approximately planar and contain two B atoms with trigonal geometry and two with distorted tetrahedral geometry, the B—O bonds for the four‐coordinate B atoms being longer than those for the three‐coordinate B atoms. N—H...O hydrogen bonds link two of the crystallographically independent molecules together in chains, while the third molecule forms discrete trimolecular clusters with two solvent molecules via N—H...O hydrogen bonds. This is the first crystallographically characterized example of a tetrabora‐dioxane molecule containing both four‐ and three‐coordinate B atoms.  相似文献

The racemic title compound, C17H23N3O3, isolated from the reaction of l ‐(−)‐tyrosine hydrazide with triethyl orthopropionate in the presence of a catalytic quantity of p‐toluenesulfonic acid (p‐TsOH), crystallizes with Z′ = 1 in a centrosymmetric monoclinic unit cell. The molecule contains two planar fragments, viz. the benzene and imidazole rings, linked by two C—C single bonds. The dihedral angle between the two planes is 59.54 (5)° and the molecule adopts a synclinal conformation. The HOMA (harmonic oscillator model of aromaticity) index, calculated for the benzene ring, demonstrates no substantial interaction between the two π‐electron delocalization regions in the molecule. In the crystal structure, there is an O—H...N hydrogen bond that links the molecules along the c axis.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, {[Tm(C8H3O7S)(H2O)5]·1.5C10H8N2·0.5H2O}n, is built up from two [Tm(SIP)(H2O)5] molecules (SIP3− is 5‐sulfonatobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate), three 4,4′‐bipyridyl (bpy) molecules and one solvent water molecule. One of the bpy molecules and the solvent water molecule are located on an inversion centre and a twofold rotation axis, respectively. The TmIII ion coordination is composed of four carboxylate O atoms from two trianionic SIP3− ligands and five coordinated water molecules. The Tm3+ ions are linked by the SIP3− ligands to form a one‐dimensional zigzag chain propagating along the c axis. The chains are linked by interchain O—H...O hydrogen bonds to generate a two‐dimensional layered structure. The bpy molecules are not involved in coordination but are linked by O—H...N hydrogen bonds to form two‐dimensional layers. The two‐dimensional layers are further bridged by the bpy molecules as pillars and the solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds, giving a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. π–π stacking interactions between the parallel aromatic rings, arranged in an offset fashion with a face‐to‐face distance of 3.566 (1) Å, are observed in the crystal packing.  相似文献

In the title compound, C10H6N4O4S2, (I), the molecule has a centre of inversion. The structure is a positional isomer of 5,5′‐dinitro‐2,2′‐dithiodipyridine [Brito, Mundaca, Cárdenas, López‐Rodríguez & Vargas (2007). Acta Cryst. E 63 , o3351–o3352], (II). The 3‐nitropyridine fragment of (I) shows excellent agreement with the bonding geometries of (II). The most obvious differences between them are in the S—S bond length [2.1167 (12) Å in (I) and 2.0719 (11) Å in (II)], and in the C—Cipso—Nring [119.8 (2)° in (I) and 123.9 (3)° in (II)] and S—C—C [122.62 (18)° in (I) and 116.0 (2)° in (II)] angles. The crystal structure of (I) has an intramolecular C—H...O interaction, with an H...O distance of 2.40 (3) Å, whereas this kind of interaction is not evident in (II). The molecules of (I) are linked into centrosymmetric R44(30) motifs by a C—H...O interaction. There are no aromatic π–π stacking and no C—H...π(arene) interactions. Compound (I) can be used as a nucleophilic tecton in self‐assembly reactions with metal centres of varying lability.  相似文献

The title compound is an ethanol‐solvated salt, C16H38N42+·2C11H7O2·2C2H6O, in which the cation lies across a centre of inversion in P21/c. The ions are linked by N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds [H⃛O = 1.70 and 2.30 Å, N⃛O = 2.624 (2) and 3.136 (2) Å, and N—H⃛O = 178 and 151°], and the ethanol molecule is linked to the anion by an O—H⃛O hydrogen bond [H⃛O = 1.90 Å, O⃛O = 2.728 (2) Å and O—H⃛O = 171°], to form a centrosymmetric five‐component aggregate. C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds and aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions are absent, but the aggregates are linked into sheets by a single C—H⃛π(arene) hydrogen bond.  相似文献

Both 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile and 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile crystallize from dimethylformamide solutions as stoichiometric 1:1 solvates, viz. C29H21N5·C3H7NO, (I), and C29H21N5O·C3H7NO, (II), respectively; however, 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐4‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile, C31H25N5O3, (III), crystallizes in the unsolvated form. The heterocyclic components of (I) are linked by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds to form cyclic centrosymmetric dimers, from which the solvent molecules are pendent, linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In (II), the heterocyclic components are linked by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds into chains containing two types of centrosymmetric ring, and the pendent solvent molecules are linked to these chains by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Molecules of (III) are linked into simple C(12) chains by an N—H...O hydrogen bond, and these chains are weakly linked into pairs by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction.  相似文献

The ZnII center in the dicationic complex of the title compound, [Zn(C10H7N3S)3](NO3)2·0.5C2H5OH·H2O, is in a distorted octahedral environment with imperfect noncrystallographic C3 symmetry. Each 2‐(1,3‐thiazol‐2‐yl)‐1H‐benzimidazole ligand coordinates in a bidentate manner, with the Zn—N(imidazole) bond lengths approximately 0.14 Å shorter than the Zn—N(thiazole) bond lengths. Charge‐assisted hydrogen bonds connect cations, anions and water molecules. A lattice void is occupied by an ethanol solvent molecule disordered about a crystallographic inversion center and π‐stacking is observed between one type of symmetry‐related benzene rings.  相似文献

The structures of two ammonium salts of 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid (5‐sulfosalicylic acid, 5‐SSA) have been determined at 200 K. In the 1:1 hydrated salt, ammonium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate monohydrate, NH4+·C7H5O6S·H2O, (I), the 5‐SSA monoanions give two types of head‐to‐tail laterally linked cyclic hydrogen‐bonding associations, both with graph‐set R44(20). The first involves both carboxylic acid O—H...Owater and water O—H...Osulfonate hydrogen bonds at one end, and ammonium N—H...Osulfonate and N—H...Ocarboxy hydrogen bonds at the other. The second association is centrosymmetric, with end linkages through water O—H...Osulfonate hydrogen bonds. These conjoined units form stacks down c and are extended into a three‐dimensional framework structure through N—H...O and water O—H...O hydrogen bonds to sulfonate O‐atom acceptors. Anhydrous triammonium 3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate 3‐carboxylato‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate, 3NH4+·C7H4O6S2−·C7H5O6S, (II), is unusual, having both dianionic 5‐SSA2− and monoanionic 5‐SSA species. These are linked by a carboxylic acid O—H...O hydrogen bond and, together with the three ammonium cations (two on general sites and the third comprising two independent half‐cations lying on crystallographic twofold rotation axes), give a pseudo‐centrosymmetric asymmetric unit. Cation–anion hydrogen bonding within this layered unit involves a cyclic R33(8) association which, together with extensive peripheral N—H...O hydrogen bonding involving both sulfonate and carboxy/carboxylate acceptors, gives a three‐dimensional framework structure. This work further demonstrates the utility of the 5‐SSA monoanion for the generation of stable hydrogen‐bonded crystalline materials, and provides the structure of a dianionic 5‐SSA2− species of which there are only a few examples in the crystallographic literature.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O2)2(H2O)2], the CuII ion lies on an inversion centre and has an elongated centrosymmetric octahedral environment, equatorially trans‐coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate quinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands and axially coordinated by two water O atoms. Symmetry‐related molecules are linked by strong O—H...O hydrogen bonds, involving the uncoordinated carboxyl O atom of the carboxylate group and the coordinated water molecules, to form a two‐dimensional network. Weak intermolecular C—H...N interactions also stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title compounds, C10H9N5O·H2O (L1·H2O) and C16H12N6O (L2), were synthesized by solvent‐free aldol condensation at room temperature. L1, prepared by grinding picolinaldehyde with 2,3‐diamino‐3‐isocyanoacrylonitrile in a 1:1 molar ratio, crystallized as a monohydrate. L2 was prepared by grinding picolinaldehyde with 2,3‐diamino‐3‐isocyanoacrylonitrile in a 2:1 molar ratio. By varying the conditions of crystallization it was possible to obtain two polymorphs, viz. L2‐I and L2‐II; both crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c. They differ in the orientation of one pyridine ring with respect to the plane of the imidazole ring. In L2‐I, this ring is oriented towards and above the imidazole ring, while in L2‐II it is rotated away from and below the imidazole ring. In all three molecules, there is a short intramolecular N—H...N contact inherent to the planarity of the systems. In L1·H2O, this involves an amino H atom and the C=N N atom, while in L2 it involves an amino H atom and an imidazole N atom. In the crystal structure of L1·H2O, there are N—H...O and O—H...O intermolecular hydrogen bonds which link the molecules to form two‐dimensional networks which stack along [001]. These networks are further linked via intermolecular N—H...N(cyano) hydrogen bonds to form an extended three‐dimensional network. In the crystal structure of L2‐I, symmetry‐related molecules are linked via N—H...N hydrogen bonds, leading to the formation of dimers centred about inversion centres. These dimers are further linked via N—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the amide group, also centred about inversion centres, to form a one‐dimensional arrangement propagating in [100]. In the crystal structure of L2‐II, the presence of intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the amide group results in the formation of dimers centred about inversion centres. These are linked via N—H...N hydrogen bonds involving the second amide H atom and the cyano N atom, to form two‐dimensional networks in the bc plane. In L2‐I and L2‐II, C—H...π and π–π interactions are also present.  相似文献

The title compound, C24H24N2O3S, exhibits antifungal and antibacterial properties. The compound crystallizes with two molecules in the asymmetric unit, with one molecule exhibiting `orientational disorder' in the crystal structure with respect to the cyclohexene ring. The o‐toluidine groups in both molecules are noncoplanar with the respective cyclohexene‐fused thiophene ring. In both molecules, there is an intramolecular N—H...N hydrogen bond forming a pseudo‐six‐membered ring which locks the molecular conformation and eliminates conformational flexibility. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H...O hydrogen bonds; both molecules in the asymmetric unit form independent chains, each such chain consisting of alternating `ordered' and `disordered' molecules in the crystal lattice.  相似文献
