Two new dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpenes with a novel substitution pattern:1α-(α-methyl)-butanoyl-2α,15-diacetoxy-4β-hydroxy-9β-(β-)furancarboxy-β-dihydroagarofuran (1) and 1α,2α-di-(α-methyl)-butanoyl-4β-hydroxy-9β-(β-)furancarboxy-15-acetoxy-β-dihydro-agaro-furan (2) were isolated from Euonymus nanoides. Two new sesquiterpenes, 1 and 2 , as well as the five known compounds 3 – 7 , were isolated from the stems of Euonymus alatus. Compounds 2 – 7 have a β‐dihydroagarofuran skeleton. The structures of these compounds were elucidated mainly by spectroscopic methods (1D‐, 2D‐NMR, ESI‐MS, and HR‐ESI‐MS). We also report the X‐ray crystal structure of evonine ( 3 ) for the first time.  相似文献

Two new beta-dihydroagarofuran sesquiterpene polyesters, 1S,13-diacetyloxy-4S-hydroxy-6R-(3-)furancarbonyloxy-9S-cinnamoyloxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran (1) and 1S,6R-di(2-)methylbutanoyloxy-4S-hydroxy-8S-benzoyloxy-9R-(3-)furancarbonyloxy-13-acetyloxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran (2), together with one known compound (3) were isolated from the seeds of Euonymus nanoides LOES. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data interpretation. Compound 2 showed moderate antitumor activity against BEL-7402, P-388, HL-60 and A-549.  相似文献

The genus Carpesium (Compositae) with only 21 species is widely distributed in Asia, mainly in the southwest ern mountainous regions of China. The seeds, roots, leaves and stems of some Carpesium species have long been used as Chinese traditional medicine for hemostatic, vermifuge, anti-inflammatory and detoxication properties. [1,2]Here, we report the first phytochemical investigation of Carpesium longifolium Chen et C. M. Hu, which led to the isolation and structural elucidation of four new sesquiterpene lactones 1 ~ 4 and five known compounds 5 ~ 9, the cy totoxic activity test of three compounds 5, 6 and 7, and compounds 5 and 7 exhibited significant cytotoxic activity against cultured SMMC-7721 (human hepatoma cell) and HO-8910 (human ovarian carcinoma cell).  相似文献

从中间锦鸡儿(Caragana intermedia)地上部分分离得到二个新的倍半萜类化合物,即桉烷-4(15)-烯-1β,8α-二醇(1)和反式-八氢茚-7β-异丙基-4-亚甲基-9β-甲基-1β-醇(2),其中化合物2为桉烷类化合物中一种新的碳架;四个已知化合物,即异香木兰烷-3β,9β-二醇(3),( )-3α,9β-香木兰烷二醇(4),( )-spathulenol(5)和( )-lariciresinol(6).制备了以及化合物5的衍生物( )-10α-溴-spathulenol(7).其中化合物1,2,3,4,5,7分别在38,10,25,18,9,35 μg/mL浓度时对稻瘟霉P-2b有完全抑制作用.以上分得的化合物及衍生物通过1D,2D核磁共振、高分辨质谱、红外等光谱方法确定结构,其中化合物4通过X单晶衍射对其结构进行了进一步确证.  相似文献

The absolute configuration of compound 1 was tentatively assigned as (1R,2R,4S,5S,6S,8S,9R) according to its CD spectrum and the octant rule. Compounds 1 and 4 – 9 were inactive in our preliminary in vitro immunomodulatory bioassay.  相似文献
