Recently, Agarwal, Cho, Li and Huang [R.P. Agarwal, Y.J. Cho, J. Li, N.J. Huang, Stability of iterative procedures with errors approximating common fixed points for a couple of quasi-contractive mappings in q-uniformly smooth Banach spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 272 (2002) 435-447] introduced the new iterative procedures with errors for approximating the common fixed point of a couple of quasi-contractive mappings and showed the stability of these iterative procedures with errors in Banach spaces. In this paper, we introduce a new concept of a couple of q-contractive-like mappings (q>1) in a Banach space and apply these iterative procedures with errors for approximating the common fixed point of the couple of q-contractive-like mappings. The results established in this paper improve, extend and unify the corresponding ones of Agarwal, Cho, Li and Huang [R.P. Agarwal, Y.J. Cho, J. Li, N.J. In this paper, we introduce a new W-mapping and present an iterative algorithm for an infinite family of strict pseudo-contractions. Strong convergence theorems are proved in Banach spaces. Our results improve and extend the corresponding result announced by Cai and Hu [G. Cai, C. Hu, Strong convergence theorems of modified Ishikawa iterative process with errors for an infinite family of strict pseudo-contractions, Nonlinear Anal. 71(12) (2009) 6044-6053].  相似文献

In this paper, we consider and study a class of general nonlinear operator inclusion couples involving (Aηm)-resolvent operators and relaxed cocoercive type operators in Hilbert spaces. We also construct a new perturbed iterative algorithm framework with errors and investigate variational graph convergence analysis for this algorithm framework in the context of solving the nonlinear operator inclusion couple along with some results on the resolvent operator corresponding to (Aηm)-maximal monotonicity. The obtained results improve and generalize some well known results in recent literatures.  相似文献

In this paper, the equivalence of the strong convergence between the modified Mann and Ishikawa iterations with errors in two different schemes by Xu [Y.G. Xu, Ishikawa and Mann iteration process with errors for nonlinear strongly accretive operator equations, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 224 (1998) 91-101] and Liu [L.S. Liu, Ishikawa and Mann iterative process with errors for nonlinear strongly accretive mappings in Banach spaces, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 194 (1995) 114-125] respectively is proven for the generalized strongly successively Φ-pseudocontractive mappings without Lipschitzian assumption. Our results generalize the recent results of the papers [Zhenyu Huang, F. Bu, The equivalence between the convergence of Ishikawa and Mann iterations with errors for strongly successively pseudocontractive mappings without Lipschitzian assumption, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 325 (1) (2007) 586-594; B.E. Rhoades, S.M. Soltuz, The equivalence between the convergences of Ishikawa and Mann iterations for an asymptotically nonexpansive in the intermediate sense and strongly successively pseudocontractive maps, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 289 (2004) 266-278; B.E. Rhoades, S.M. Soltuz, The equivalence between Mann-Ishikawa iterations and multi-step iteration, Nonlinear Anal. 58 (2004) 219-228] by extending to the most general class of the generalized strongly successively Φ-pseudocontractive mappings and hence improve the corresponding results of all the references given in this paper by providing the equivalence of convergence between all of these iteration schemes for any initial points u1, x1 in uniformly smooth Banach spaces.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce and study a new system of nonlinear A-monotone multivalued variational inclusions in Hilbert spaces. By using the concept and properties of A-monotone mappings, and the resolvent operator technique associated with A-monotone mappings due to Verma, we construct a new iterative algorithm for solving this system of nonlinear multivalued variational inclusions associated with A-monotone mappings in Hilbert spaces. We also prove the existence of solutions for the nonlinear multivalued variational inclusions and the convergence of iterative sequences generated by the algorithm. Our results improve and generalize many known corresponding results.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study a strong convergence of multi-step iterative scheme to a common solution for a finite family of uniformly continuous ?-strongly accretive operator equations in an arbitrary Banach space. As a consequence, the strong convergence theorem for the multi-step iterative sequence to a common fixed point for finite family of ?-strongly pseudocontractive mappings is also obtained. The results presented in this paper thus improve and extend the corresponding results of Inchan [6], Kang [8] and [9] and many others.  相似文献

Combining some branches is a typical activity in different fields of science, especially in mathematics. Naturally, it is notable in fixed point theory. Over the past few decades, there have been a lot of activity in fixed point theory and another branches in mathematics such differential equations, geometry and algebraic topology. In 2006, Espinola and Kirk made a useful contribution on combining fixed point theory and graph theory. Recently, Reich and Zaslavski studied a new inexact iterative scheme for fixed points of contractive and nonexpansive multifunctions. In this paper, by using main idea of their work and the idea of combining fixed point theory and graph theory, we present some iterative scheme results for G-contractive and G-nonexpansive mappings on graphs.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to investigate the existence of iterative solutions for a class of 2nth-order nonlinear multi-point boundary value problems. The multi-point boundary condition under consideration includes various commonly discussed boundary conditions, such as three- or four-point boundary condition, (n + 2)-point boundary condition and 2(n − m)-point boundary condition. The existence problem is based on the method of upper and lower solutions and its associated monotone iterative technique. A monotone iteration is developed so that the iterative sequence converges monotonically to a maximal solution or a minimal solution, depending on whether the initial iteration is an upper solution or a lower solution. Two examples are presented to illustrate the results.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce composite iterative schemes for finding fixed points of k-strictly pseudo-contractive mappings for some 0?k<1 in Hilbert spaces. Then, under certain different control conditions, we establish strong convergence theorems on the composite iterative schemes. The main theorems improve and generalize the recent corresponding results of Cho et al. [5] and Marino and Xu [9] as well as Halpern [6], Wittmann [12], Moudafi [10] and Xu [14].  相似文献

A generalized iterative process for solving mixed variational inequalities with J-Pseudomonotone operators in uniformly smooth Banach spaces is proposed and its weak convergence is established. An application to the stationary filtration problem is given. For such variational inequalities, a generalized iterative regularization method is constructed and its weak convergence under the assumption that the iterative parameter may vary from step to step is analyzed. Our results extend and generalize the corresponding theorems of [A.M. Saddeek, S.A. Ahmed, Convergence analysis of iterative methods for some variational inequalities with J-Pseudomonotone operators in uniformly smooth Banach spaces, Appl. Sci. Comput., accepted for publication, A.M. Saddeek, S.A. Ahmed, On the convergence of some iteration processes for J-Pseudomonotone mixed variational inequalities in uniformly smooth Banach spaces, Math. Comput. Modell., 46(3-4) (2007) 557-572].  相似文献

A new class of g-η-accretive mappings is introduced and studied in Banach space. By using the properties of g-η-accretive mappings, the concept of resolvent operators associated with the classical m-accretive operators is extended. And an iterative algorithm for a new class of generalized implicit variational-like inclusion involving g-η-accretive mappings and its convergence results are established in Banach space.  相似文献

We consider an analytic iterative method to approximate the solution of a neutral stochastic functional differential equation. More precisely, we define a sequence of approximate equations and we give sufficient conditions under which the approximate solutions converge with probability one and in pth moment sense, p ? 2, to the solution of the initial equation. We introduce the notion of the Z-algorithm for this iterative method and present some examples to illustrate the theory. Especially, we point out that the well-known Picard method of iterations is a special Z-algorithm.  相似文献

In this paper, a high-order iterative scheme is established in order to get a convergent sequence at a rate of order N(N?1) to a local unique weak solution of a nonlinear Kirchhoff-Carrier wave equation associated with mixed nonhomogeneous conditions - the boundary conditions are Dirichlet in one part and Robin in other part of boundary. On the other hand, some numerical results were presented.  相似文献

In this paper, we exploit the distributional Little’s law to obtain the steady-state distribution of the number of customers in a GI/G/1 make-to-stock queueing system. Non-exponential service times in make-to-stock queue modeling are usually avoided or at best, considered in approximations due to difficulties in developing an exact method. By providing a numerical solution of the GI/G/1 make-to-stock queue, we observed the impact of production time variability on optimal inventory control policies. The numerical results prove the degree of errors in the results if an exponential service time distribution were assumed instead of the actual distribution.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a class of P-η-accretive mappings, an extension of η-m-accretive mappings [C.E. Chidume, K.R. Kazmi, H. Zegeye, Iterative approximation of a solution of a general variational-like inclusion in Banach spaces, Int. J. Math. Math. Sci. 22 (2004) 1159-1168] and P-accretive mappings [Y.-P. Fang, N.-J. Huang, H-accretive operators and resolvent operator technique for solving variational inclusions in Banach spaces, Appl. Math. Lett. 17 (2004) 647-653], in real Banach spaces. We prove some properties of P-η-accretive mappings and give the notion of proximal-point mapping, termed as P-η-proximal-point mapping, associated with P-η-accretive mapping. Further, using P-η-proximal-point mapping technique, we prove the existence of solution and discuss the convergence analysis of iterative algorithm, for multi-valued variational-like inclusions in real Banach space. The theorems presented in this paper extend and improve many known results in the literature.  相似文献

Based on the notion of general A-monotonicity, the new proximal mapping technique and Alber’s inequalities, a new class of nonlinear relaxed cocoercive operator equations with general A-monotone operators in Banach spaces is introduced and studied. Further, we also discuss the convergence and stability of a new perturbed iterative algorithm with errors for solving this class of nonlinear operator equations in Banach spaces. Since general A-monotonicity generalizes general H-monotonicity (and in turn, generalizes A-monotonicity, H-monotonicity and maximal monotonicity), our results improve and generalize the corresponding results of recent works.  相似文献
