The synthesis of a fluorous diol 4 bearing a perfluorodecyl chain was described. A series of boronic acid were attached to 4 by esterification. The purification of the products was fulfilled by facile filtration instead of expensive and environmental troublesome fluorous liquid-liquid extraction. The Suzuki cross-coupling reactions of the formed fluorous boronates 5 underwent smoothly and the fluorous diol 4 was recycled in good yields.  相似文献

4-Iodoanisoles 3a,b, 3d and 4-bromoanisoles 4a-d were readily obtained. An extreme steric hindrance precluded obtaining 3c. Catalytic borylation of 3a,b, 3d followed by hydrolysis of boronic ester 26a,b, 26d easily provided the boronic acids 5a,b, 5d. Compounds 5a and 5d were also synthesised, starting from 4a and 4d, by halogen/metal exchange. Because of a too important steric hindrance, this last reaction failed with 4c and 4b led to the unexpected but stable boronic ester 6. The final obtaining of 5b required a strongly basic hydrolysis with heating.  相似文献

The condensation of 2-[[(2-hydroxyphenyl)amino]methyl]-phenols (1a-1e) with different arylboronic acids led to 12 new monomeric boronates of the type 2-aryl-dibenzo[d,h]-6-aza-1,3-dioxa-2-boracyclononene (2a-2l). The boronates were characterized by 1H-, 13C-, 11B- and 2D-NMR experiments, FT infrared, mass spectra and elemental analyses. The stereochemistry of the H-N → B-Ph fusion is always cis, as established through the NMR spectra, as well as the X-ray structures of four boronates (2a, 2e, 2f and 2l). Hydrogen bonds between the amine proton and the oxygen ester of the five- membered ring are present in three X-ray structures (2a, 2e and 2f), while the supramolecular structure in the derivative possessing a primary amine (2l) is built up through the protons present in this moiety instead of the proton from the H-N → B-Ph fragment.  相似文献

The preparation of 3,4-dihydroquinolines (2a-d and 3a,b,d), as well as 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridines (4a-e) by imino Diels-Alder reaction of boronates (1a-e) with 2,3-dimethylbutadiene is reported. Boronates (1a-d) containing substituents meta and para relative to the imino fragment lead to diastereomeric mixtures of 4-methyl-4-ethenyl-3,4-dihydroquinolines (2, 3) and tetrahydropyridines (4). In contrast, the presence of an electron withdrawing substituent at the para position (1e), favors the iminodienophile behavior giving 4,5-dimethyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (4e) as the main product. The results show that boronates derived from Schiff bases are electron deficient species which can act either as dienophiles or dienes in the reaction with 2,3-dimethylbutadiene to give 3,4-dihydroquinolines and 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridines. All products were characterized by NMR and X-ray diffraction analysis of 2b, 2d, 3d and 4c allowed to assign the relative configuration of the newly formed stereogenic centers.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reactions employing Schiff-bases as ligands toward a series of substituted arylbromides and boronic acids were pursued. In the presence of a N,O-bidentate ligand, 2-[1-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenylimino)-ethyl]-phenol 5, the catalytic reactions could be carried out efficiently at room temperature with a wide array of arylbromides, even with electronically deactivated arenes. A deprotonated 5, 5′, chelated palladium acetate complex, [5′Pd(II)(OAc)(solv)] 8, was proposed as a precursor of a genuine catalytically active species.  相似文献

The addition of perfluoroallyl iodide to alkynes 1 initiated by AIBN in the absence of solvent 65 °C gave the corresponding 1:1 adducts (1,1,2,3,3-pentafluoro-5-iodopenta-1,4-dienes) 2. The reaction of 2 with boronic acids 3 and terminal alkynes 1 in the presence of catalytic palladium afforded the cross-coupling products 4 and 5, respectively.  相似文献

Treatment of the functionalized Schiff base ligands with boronic esters 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d with palladium (II) acetate in toluene gave the polynuclear cyclometallated complexes 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d, respectively, as air-stable solids, with the ligand as a terdentate [C,N,O] moiety after deprotonation of the -OH group. Reaction of 1j with palladium (II) acetate in toluene gave the dinuclear cyclometallated complex 5j. Reaction of the cyclometallated complexes with triphenylphosphine gave the mononuclear species 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d and 6j with cleavage of the polynuclear structure. Treatment of 2c with the diphosphine Ph2PC5H4FeC5H4PPh2 (dppf) in 1:2 molar ratio gave the dinuclear cyclometallated complex 4c as an air-stable solid.Deprotection of the boronic ester can be easily achieved; thus, by stirring the cyclometallated complex 3a in a mixture of acetone/water, 3e is obtained in good yield. Reaction of the tetrameric complex 2a with cis-1,2-cyclopentanediol in chloroform gave complex 2c after a transesterification reaction. Under similar conditions complexes 3a and 3d behaved similarly: with cis-1,2-cyclopentanediol, pinacol or diethanolamine complexes 3c, 3b, 3g and 3f, were obtained. The pinacol derivatives 3b and 3g experiment the Petasis reaction with glyoxylic acid and morpholine in dichloromethane to give complexes 3h, and 3i, respectively.  相似文献

The synthesis of a series of 3,4-dihydroquinolines (3b-e, 3h and 3i) by Imino Diels-Alder reactions involving sulfolene and boronates 2a-j derived from Schiff bases is described. The reactions are regioselective leading to 4-substituted dihydroquinolines with a cis relative stereochemistry between the phenyl group on the boron atom and the vinyl substituent at position 4, as established by X-ray diffraction analyses of 3b, 3e, 3h and 3i.Boronates 2 containing substituents meta to the imino fragment lead to 4-ethenyl-dihydroquinolines while para substituted derivatives are more reactive and lead to 4-cyclohexenylquinolines 4 formed by a second Diels-Alder reaction with excess of butadiene. The results show that boronates derived from Schiff bases are electron deficient species that react with sulfolene providing a new route to 3,4-dihydroquinolines. Moreover, polarization of the imine bond activates these system toward cycloaddition.  相似文献

2,2,2-Trifluoroethanol, 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol, and nonafluoro-tert-butyl alcohol were used as precursors for the preparation of the appropriate bis(polyfluoroalkoxymethyl)carbinols [(RFHOCH2)2CHOH, 1a-c, RFH = (a) CF3CH2, (b) (CF3)2CH, and (c) (CF3)3C] and the corresponding mesylates [(RFHOCH2)2CHOSO2CH3, 2a-c]. This novel design paradigm is introduced to eliminate the persistence and bioaccumulation problems of fluorous chemistry, which are associated with the use of longer linear perfluoroalkyl groups (e.g. Rfn ≥ n-C8F17, n-C7F15). Secondary mesylates 2a,b and the primary tosylate [(CF3)3COCH2CH2OTs, 2d] displayed acceptable reactivity towards azide and imidazole nucleophiles to allow the syntheses of novel fluorous azides, which on hydrogenolysis with H2/Pd-C offered fluorous amines [(RFHOCH2)2CHNH2, 8a,b], and 1-(polyfluoroalkyl)imidazoles (5a,b,d), respectively, while 2c showed no reactivity due to steric hindrance. The reaction of 8a,b with formaline, glyoxal and hydrochloric acid gave symmetrical 1,3-dialkylated imidazolium chlorides (9a,b), while 5a,b,d were effectively alkylated using n-C8F17(CH2)3I, methyl iodide, 2-bromoethanol, and 2d to yield the corresponding 1,3-dialkylimidazolium iodides, bromides, and tosylates (7aa-ec). Some physical properties of new compounds including mp, bp and solubility patterns were also analyzed; and the fluorophilicity values of 1a-c, and 2a-c were experimentally determined by GC and/or 19F NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A practical heavy fluorous tag 5 bound to a benzylic linker was prepared and applied to carbohydrate synthesis. The fluorous tag 5 was readily introduced to the desired hydroxyl group and carboxyl group by using various methods. Synthesis of the oligosaccharide, which included the terminal structure of class III mucin, was achieved with single-column chromatographic purification. In addition, because of the symmetrical structure of 5, each fluorous synthetic intermediate could be analyzed much easier by NMR spectroscopy than in the case of the fluorous compounds connecting our previous fluorous tags.  相似文献

Four aminoglycoside derivatives containing a 2,6-diamino-2,6-dideoxy-d-glucopyranose disaccharide structure were successfully prepared by using a Cbz-type heavy fluorous tag in a fluorous synthesis. A Cbz-type heavy fluorous tag was prepared using the hexakis(fluorous chain)-type alcohol 11, and the fluorous alcohol 11 was recovered in good yield after the synthesis of aminoglycoside derivatives.  相似文献

This paper describes some methods for the synthesis and the isolation of novel 5 or 6-halopyridin-2-yl-boronic acids and esters 3, 4, 7. These compounds are prepared via a regioselective halogen-metal exchange using n-butyllithium and subsequent quenching with triisopropylborate starting from appropriate dihalopyridines. All substrates studied to date provided a single regioisomeric boronic acid or ester product. Additionally, these compounds have been found to undergo Pd-catalysed coupling with arylhalides and authorise a strategy to produce new pyridines libraries.  相似文献

The condensation in one step of a series of salicylaldehydes and 2-amino-5-nitrophenol with 1-naphthylboronic acid, 2-naphthylboronic acid, and o-tolylboronic acid to give the corresponding boronates 1a-3a, 1b-3b and 1c-3d, is reported. The X-ray crystal structures of 1a, 2b and 3b allowed determining the α- and β-angle between the stilbene skeleton and the aryl or naphthylboronic fragments; these values are indicative of different conformations for the aryl moieties around the (B-C) boron-carbon bond which could potentially modulate the electronic properties on the boron stilbene compounds. All compounds were characterized by 1H, 11B and 13C NMR spectroscopy, UV, IR and mass spectrometry. Second- and third-order non-linear optical characterizations were also performed by EFISH and THG Maker Fringe techniques, respectively. Compounds 3a-3d containing an -N(Et)2 donor group gave the best NLO response in second- and third-order.  相似文献

Porphyrin derivatives bearing a pair of boronic acid groups (1, 1·Zn, and 1·Cu) were designed and synthesized from 2 to construct a saccharide sensing system. Compounds 1, 1·Zn, and 1·Cu have a diethynyl porphyrin rotational axis, which is expected to act as a saccharide-binding modulator. Saccharide binding studies were conducted by UV-vis, fluorescence, and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopies. In a water-methanol 1:1 (v/v) mixed solvent, we have found that 1·Zn can bind mono- and oligosaccharides including Lewis oligosaccharides to produce 1:1 host-saccharide complexes with the association constants of 102−103 M−1 range. This paper thus demonstrates a new principle to design a boronic acid-based saccharide receptor.  相似文献

Tripropargylic esters 2 and 10 of cyanuric and thiocyanuric acids were synthesized. Interaction of these compounds with disubstituted amines gives monoaminoderivatives of dipropargyloxy-s-triazine 4 and 11. Diaminosubstituted propargyloxy-s-triazine 6 was prepared from the corresponding diaminochloroderivative 5. First examples of boron-containing s-triazines 7, 8, 12, 13 were prepared by reaction of propargyl esters 4, 6, 10, 11 with decaborane. New rearrangements of the molecular ions of the 2-aminoderivatives of 4,6-dipropargyloxy-1,3,5-triazine in mass spectrometry were found.  相似文献

Achiral 1-benzoyl-3-methylperhydropyrimidin-4-one (1) was deemed a useful, potential precursor for the enantioselective synthesis of α-substituted β-amino acids. Pyrimidinone 1 was prepared from inexpensive β-aminopropanoic acid in 62% overall yield. Prochiral enolate derivative 1 -Li was alkylated in good yield and moderate enantioselectivity in the presence of chiral amines (S)-8, (S,S)-9, (S,S)-10, or (−)-sparteine. The enantioselectivity of the alkylation process is highest in toluene as the solvent and in the presence of lithium bromide as additive. The racemic alkylated derivatives 2 and 3 were readily metallated with LDA to give prochiral enolates 2-Li and 3-Li, that were reprotonated with novel chiral phenolic acids (S)-11, (S,S)-12, (S)-13, and (S,S)-14 in moderate enantioselectivity in the case of 2-Li and good enantioselectivity in the case of 3-Li. The acid (6N HCl) hydrolysis of enantioenriched 2 and 3 proceeded in good yield and without racemization to afford α-alkyl-β-amino acids 4 and 5, respectively.  相似文献

We prepared a novel fluorous deoxy-fluorination reagent N,N-diethyl-α,α-difluoro-[3,5-bis(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl)benzyl]amine (1b) from 3,5-diiodobenzoic acid (3b) via N,N-diethyl-3,5-bis(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl)benzamide (2b) in four steps and used it for the fluorination of alcohols and diols. After the fluorination reactions, the isolation of the products and recovery of 2b was performed by extraction with a fluorous/organic solvent system.  相似文献

A series of fluorinated bipyridine derivatives, (4,4′-bis(RfCH2OCH2)-2,2′-bpy) {Rf = n-C8F17 (1a), n-C9F19 (1b), n-C10F21 (1c), n-C11F23 (1d)} have been successfully synthesized using 4,4′-bis(bromomethylene)-2,2′-bpy and fluorinated alkoxides. Bpy 1a-d have been characterized by multi-nuclei (1H, 19F, and 13C) NMR, GC/MS and FTIR. The Cu complexes 2a-d could be generated in situ by stirring ligands 1a-d with CuBr·Me2S at room temperature, respectively. The 3-component systems 3c-d, CuBr·Me2S/Bpy (1c-d)/2,2,6,6-Tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl (TEMPO), were successfully used to the aerobic oxidation of alcohols under the fluorous biphasic system (FBS). The resulting products from FBS could be easily recovered by two phase separation with high yields up to 8 runs (>90%). In order to avoid using the expensive fluorous solvents, systems 3a-d, CuBr·Me2S/Bpy (1a-d)/TEMPO, were also successfully shown to catalyze the aerobic alcohol oxidation under the thermomorphic condition (in C6H5Cl), and the yields of oxidation of 4-nitrobenzyl alcohol were close to 100% even after 8 runs. In particular, 3a was most effective under the thermomorphic mode in the chemoselectivity of aerobic oxidation of aliphatic primary alcohols to aldehydes without any overoxidized acids.  相似文献

Four amphidinolide E stereoisomers, amphidinolide E (1), 2-epi-amphidinolide E (2), 19-epi-amphidinolide E (3), and 2-epi-19-epi-amphidinolide E (4), have been synthesized via the judicious union of aldehyde 5, allylsilanes 7 or 8, acids 9 or 10, and vinylstannane 6. The C19 stereocenters of the C19 epimeric allylsilanes 7 and 8 were introduced via crotylboration reactions early in the synthesis. [3+2] Annulation reactions of aldehyde 5 with allylsilanes 7 and 8 were employed to set the core tetrahydrofuran units of 1-4. Finally, the C2 stereocenter was installed by esterification using acid 9, without incident, or with acid 10, in which case an unexpected and completely stereoselective inversion of C2 occurs.  相似文献
