The synthesis of (1R, 2S, 3R) and (1S, 2S, 3R)-2-(N-benzoylamino)-1-(2-furyl)-1, 3-butandiols (15) and (16) from D-threonine is described. The assignment of absolute configuration of the newly formed asymmetric center at C-1 was based on the 1H-NMR spectra of O-isopropylidene derivatives 17 and 18. 相似文献

Reaction of dialkyl (2S,3S)- or (2S,3R)-tetrahydro-3-hydroxy-5-oxo-2,3-furandicarboxylates with POCl3 in pyridine followed by diazomethane resulted in the isolation of dialkyl 2S-4-methoxy-5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-2,3-furandicarboxylates, which are analogues of the Quararibea metabolite chiral enolic-γ-lactone (3-hydroxy-4,5-(R)-dimethyl-2(5H)-furanone). An unusual α-hydroxylation of γ-butyrolactone takes place involving POCl3 in pyridine. When the dehydration was facilitated with methanesulfonyl chloride in triethylamine, instead of POCl3, aromatic dialkyl 5-[(methylsulfonyl)oxy]-2,3-furandicarboxylates were obtained. 相似文献

(S,R,S,R,S,R,S)- and (S,R,S,S,S,R,S)-octinaphthalenes were synthesized by oxidative coupling of (S,R,S)-quaternaphthalene, and differences due to axis chirality of (S,R,S,R,S,R,S)-, (S,R,S,S,S,R,S)-, (S,S,S,R,S,S,S)-, and (S,S,S,S,S,S,S)-octinaphthalenes were compared using the Rf values on TLC, specific optical rotations, 1H NMR chemical shifts of the hydroxy groups, and CD spectra. A clear CD additivity was found in the Δ? values of the 1La transition around 290 nm, which are proportional to the difference between the numbers of S and R binaphthalene units. 相似文献

We report the synthesis and characterisation of (S) and (R)-2′-formylcymantrenyl-17α-ethynylestradiol synthesized using the Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction between optically pure (S) and (R) 1-formyl-2-iodo cymantrenes and ethynylestradiol. (S) and (R) 1-formyl-2-iodo cymantrenes were obtained from the same precursor: (2R,4R)-4-(methoxymethyl)-2-cymantrenyl-1,3-dioxane. 相似文献

The total synthesis of (3Z,6Z,9S,10R)-9,10-epoxy-1,3,6-heneicosatriene, sex pheromone component of Hyphantria cunea, using a convergent synthetic strategy, was achieved through the regioselective coupling of the two fragments, chiral epoxy tosylate and 1,4-diyne. Lipase-catalyzed asymmetric acetylation of a mixture of (6R,1′S,4′S,5′R)- and (6R,1′R,4′R,5′S)-7′-norsesquisabinen-4′-ol (3) afforded a separable mixture of the recovered former and the acetate of the latter. The recovered alcohol was oxidized to (6R,1′S,5′R)-sesquisabina ketone (2), whose absolute configuration could be assigned by its CD comparison with (1R,5S)-sabina ketone (4). Conversion of (6R,1′S,5′R)-sesquisabina ketone (2) to the bioactive pheromone revealed the stereostructure of the male aggregation pheromone of the stink bug Erysarcoris lewisi (Distant) to be (2Z,6R,1′S,5′S)-2-methyl-6-(4′-methylenebicyclo[3.1.0]hexyl)hept-2-en-1-ol (sesquisabinen-1-ol, 1). 相似文献

Biotransformation of (+)-(1R,2S)-fenchol by the larvae of Spodoptera litura was carried out. Substrate was converted to three new terpenoids, (+)-(1R,2S)-10-hydroxyfenchol, (+)-(1R,2R,3S)-8-hydroxyfenchol and (−)-(1S,2S,6S)-6-exo-hydroxyfenchol, and one known terpenoid, (−)-(1R,2R,3R)-9-hydroxyfenchol. Six samples [(3R,14R,26R)-, (3R,14S,26R)-, (3S,14R,26S)-, and (3S,14S,26S)-1, a mixture of (3R,14R,26S)- and (3S,14R,26R)-1, and a mixture of (3R,14S,26S)- and (3S,14S,26R)-1] of miyakosyne A [1, (4E,24E)-14-methyloctacosa-4,24-diene-1,27-diyne-3,26-diol] were synthesized starting from the enantiomers of citronellal (2), employing olefin cross metathesis and R-selective asymmetric acetylation of a stereoisomeric mixture of acetylenic alcohols with vinyl acetate and lipase PS as key reactions. Separation of the eight stereoisomer of 1 by reversed phase HPLC at −56 °C was achieved after their esterification with (1R,2R)-2-(anthracene-2,3-dicarboximido)cyclohexanecarboxylic acid (16), and the natural miyakosyne A was found to be a mixture of 95.7% of (3R,14R,26R)-1 and 4.3% of (3R,14S,26R)-1. This is different from the (3R,14S,26R)-configuration of 1 as tentatively assigned by X-ray analysis. 相似文献

A stereoselective approach for the synthesis of (+)-(1R,2S,5S,7R)-2-hydroxy-exo-brevicomin from l-ascorbic acid has been described. The key steps are highly stereoselective nucleophilic addition reaction on aldehyde 8 and also a single pot transformation of 15 to (+)-(1R,2S,5S,7R)-2-hydroxy-exo-brevicomin. The later tandem reaction which involves the hydrogenation of double bond, debenzylation, MOM deprotection and bicyclic ketal formation was carried under Pd/C, H2 followed by acid treatment. 相似文献

A concise enantioselective total synthesis of (2S,3′R,7′Z)-N-(3′-hydroxy-7′-tetradecenoyl)-homoserine lactone is described. Key feature of this protocol is a catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation and a prophenol-zinc-catalyzed diazo addition to imine reaction as genesis of chirality. A new pyrrolidinyl peptide nucleic acid (PNA) comprising of an alternate sequence of 4′-nucleobase-modified proline with (2′R,4′S) configuration and a (1S,2S)-2-aminocyclopentanecarboxylic acid [(2′R,4′S)-acpcPNA] backbone was synthesized and its DNA-, RNA- and self-pairing properties studied. Tm and CD studies suggested that the (2′R,4′S)-acpcPNA forms antiparallel hybrids to DNA and RNA with high sequence and direction specificity. The stability of these hybrids is comparable to those of the (2′R,4′R)-acpcPNA hybrids previously reported by our group. On the other hand, experiments with a self-complementary sequence indicated that the new (2′R,4′S)-acpcPNA forms a more stable antiparallel self-hybrid than (2′R,4′R)-acpcPNA. 相似文献

A convergent synthesis of (4R,15R,16R,21S)-rollicosin (1) and (4R,15S,16S,21S)-rollicosin (2) was accomplished. Hydroxy lactone 6a and/or 6b were synthesized from 4-pentyn-1-ol, and α,β-unsaturated lactone 7 was synthesized from γ-lactone 8 and 5-hexen-1-ol. (6Z,9Z,12Z)-6,9,12-Octadecatriene and (3Z,6Z,9Z,12Z)-3,6,9,12-icosatetraene, hydrocarbons unsaturated more highly than usual lepidopteran Type II pheromones, were identified from geometrid females of Hemithea tritonaria and Thalassodes immissaria intaminata, respectively. The triene was synthesized by a double Wittig reaction between hexanal and an ylide derived from (Z)-1,6-diiodo-3-hexene, and the tetraene was synthesized by a coupling between (Z)-3-undecenal and an ylide derived from (3Z,6Z)-1-iodo-3,6-nonadiene. (4R,8R)-4,8-Dimethyldecanal, a common aggregation pheromone of Tribolium flour beetles, has been synthesized from (R)-2,3-O-isopropylideneglyceraldehyde in 11 steps and 7% overall yield. Stereoselective synthesis of cruciferous indole phytoalexin (R)-(+)-1-methoxyspirobrassinin and its unnatural (S)-(−)-enantiomer was achieved by spirocyclization of 1-methoxybrassinin in the presence of (+)- and (−)-menthol and subsequent oxidation of the obtained menthyl ethers. Methanolysis of menthyl ethers in the presence of TFA afforded (2R,3R)-(−)-1-methoxyspirobrassinol methyl ether as well its unnatural (2S,3S)-, (2R,3S)-, and (2S,3R)-isomers. 相似文献

The first total synthesis of the anti-inflammatory and pro-resolving lipid mediator 16(R),17(S)-diHDHA, derived from docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), and its 16-epimer have been achieved. Two synthetic approaches are described for the synthesis of 16(R),17(S)-diHDHA. The first strategy started from DHA and used an enzymatic reaction, a vanadium catalyzed allylic epoxidation and a base-promoted epoxide isomerization. The second approach utilized a chiral pool strategy starting from 2-deoxy-d-ribose to establish the chiral centers; Wittig reactions, mild acetonide cleavage and ester hydrolysis were the key steps in the synthesis. 相似文献
