Mekongenine A (1) possessing an unprecedented structure constituted from the union of a rare 2,7-seco eburnamine half and an aspidospermine alkaloid, together with a new bisindole alkaloid, mekongenine B (2), consisting of an eburnamine-aspidospermine type skeleton, was isolated from Bousigonia mekongensis. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods and those of 2 were further confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were determined by comparison of quantum chemical TDDFT calculated and experimental ECD spectra. Mekongenines A (1) and B (2) exhibited cell growth inhibitory activities against various human cancer cell lines.  相似文献

Reversed-phase HPLC analysis of the methanol extract of the seeds of Centaurea schischkinii afforded a novel indole alkaloid, named schischkiniin (1), together with four lignans, arctiin (2), matairesinoside (3), matairesinol (4), and arctigenin (5), and three flavonoids, astragalin (6), afzelin (7) and apigenin (8). While the structure of schiskiniin (1) was established unequivocally by UV, HRFABMS and a series of 1D and 2D NMR analyses, all known compounds were readily identified by comparison of their spectroscopic data with literature data. The free radical scavenging properties of these compounds were assessed using the DPPH assay, and their general toxicity and cytotoxicity were evaluated, respectively, by brine shrimp lethality and MTT cytotoxicity assays with CaCo-2 colon cancer cell lines. Arctigenin (5) exhibited promising in vitro anticancer activity (IC50=7 μM) while with schischkiniin (1) the activity was of moderate level (IC50=76 μM).  相似文献

While the structures of two new compounds, montanoside (4) and montamine (15), were established unequivocally by UV, IR, MS and a series of 1D and 2D NMR analyses, all known compounds were identified by comparison of their spectroscopic data with literature data. The antioxidant properties of these compounds were assessed by the DPPH assay, and their toxicity towards brine shrimps and cytotoxicity against CaCo-2 colon cancer cells were evaluated by the brine shrimp lethality and the MTT cytotoxicity assays, respectively. The novel dimer, montamine (15), showed significant in vitro anticolon cancer activity (IC50=43.9 μM) while that of the monomer, moschamine (13), was of a moderate level (IC50=81.0 μM).  相似文献

Two new monoterpenoid indole alkaloids, vincamajorines A (1) and B (2), were isolated from Vinca major. Their structures were elucidated by means of 1D and 2D NMR, and HREIMS spectroscopic data. The relative and absolute configurations were deduced by comparing the experimental 13C NMR, ECD spectra, and OR data with those theoretically calculated. Vincamajorine A (1) represents a new C20 carbon skeleton arranged compactly in seven rings, and vincamajorine B (2) is an alkaloid with an unprecedented 6/5/7/5/6 pentacyclic ring system. A possible biosynthetic pathway was also proposed for the formation of 1 and 2.  相似文献

New Lycopodium alkaloids, lyconadins C (1) and F (2), were isolated from the club moss Lycopodium complanatum. Lyconadin C (1) is a new C16N2-type Lycopodium alkaloid possessing unique fused-tetracyclic ring system consisting of a cycloheptene ring fused to a decahydroquinoline and pyridone rings. Lyconadin F (2) possesses a primary amide moiety in its molecular, which is the first example of Lycopodium alkaloids. Biogenetically, lyconadins C (1) and F (2) might be related to lyconadins A (4) and B (5). The structures and relative stereochemistry of 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. The absolute stereochemistry of 2 was elucidated by chemical correlations with lyconadin B (5) through hemiaminal form of lyconadin F (3).  相似文献

A chemical investigation of Zoanthus kuroshio has yielded two new alkaloids, kuroshines A (1) and B (2). The compounds possess a densely functionalized ring system on the basis of the zoanthamine frames. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated through interpretation of spectroscopic methods, especially 2D NMR techniques (COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and ROESY). The absolute stereochemistry of 1 was further confirmed by an X-ray single crystallographic analysis using a mirror Cu-Kα radiation.  相似文献

Four novel sesquiterpenes of protoilludane origin, divaricatines A 3a and B 3b, 7-epitsugicoline H 4a and tsugicoline M 5a have been isolated from agar cultures of the fungus Clavicorona divaricata (Basidiomycetes). Their structures were elucidated by means of NMR studies and chemical correlations. All the metabolites are weakly active on bacteria but inhibited the germination of the water cress Lepidium sativum. A possible mechanism of their formation from the protoilludane tsugicoline A 1 is suggested. A fifth metabolite, the norsesquiterpene tsugicoline L 2b, was also isolated from the same fungus together with the known tsugicoline I 2a.  相似文献

A new capillary electrophoresis (CE) method for the determination of quinolizidine alkaloids in Sophora medicinal plants was developed. A total of seven alkaloid components (cytisine, sophocarpine, matrine, lehmannine, sophoranol, oxymatrine and oxysophocarpine) were separated within 15 min. The running buffer was a 50 mM phosphate buffer containing 1%HP-β-CD and 3.3% isopropanol. The linear calibration ranges were 5.50-88.0 μg ml−1 for cytisine and lehmannine, 5.00-88.0 μg ml−1 for sophocarpine and sophoranol, 5.60-89.6 μg ml−1 for matrine and oxysophocarpine, and 24.0-384 μg ml−1 for oxymatrine. The recoveries of the seven alkaloids were 96.0-102.9% with relative standard deviations from 1.50 to 3.00% (n = 5). The method was successfully applied to different Sophora medicinal plants including Sophora flavescens, Sophora tonkinensis and Sophora alopecuroides.  相似文献

Parallel chemical investigations of the hexane and chloroform extracts of the sea plumes Pseudopterogorgia bipinnata and Pseudopterogorgia kallos has led to the discovery of seven new diterpenoids of the pseudopterane class, namely, kallolide D (2), kallolide C acetate (3), kallolide E (4), kallolide F (5), kallolide G (6), kallolide H (7), and kallolide I (8), in addition to nine previously described compounds of the pseudopterane and gersolane families of diterpenes. The chemical structures of the new metabolites were established by 1D and 2D NMR, IR, UV, HRMS, and, in some instances, by single-crystal X-ray crystallographic analyses. Biological screening of these metabolites revealed significant anti-parasitic activity albeit marginal anti-tubercular activity.  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation of the ethanol extract of the roots and rhizomes of Veratrum taliense yielded two new and thirteen known steroidal alkaloids. The structures of the two new compounds, neoverataline A and B, were established by extensive spectroscopic analyses to be 3,4-secocevane-4,9-olid-14,15,16,20-tetra-ol-3-oic acid and 3,4-secocevane-4,9-olid-7,14,15,16,20-penta-ol-3-oic acid, respectively, and are a novel carbon skelton. All of the fifteen alkaloids were subjected to in vitro antifungal assays, which showed that the verazine- (veramitaline, stenophylline B, stenophylline B-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, veramiline-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside) and jerveratrum-type (jervine, jervine-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside) alkaloids exhibited strong antifungal activities against the phytopathogenic fungus Phytophthora capisis with MICs of 160, 120, 160, 80, 80 and 120 μg·L−1, respectively. Furthermore, the verazine-type alkaloids stenophylline B, stenophylline B 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and veramiline 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside were shown to also inhibit the growth of another fungal phytopathogen Rhizoctonia cerealis with MICs of 160, 120 and 120 μg mL−1. The MICs of triadimefon (an antifungal agrochemical used herein as a positive control) against P. capisis and R. cerealis were 120 and 80 μg mL−1, respectively. A preliminary structure-activity relationship regarding these alkaloids has been formulated.  相似文献
